My icici saving account[protected] has been debited rs. 11.80 on 11jan2018 for surcharge mcc 5541 dated 08-jan-2018. What kind of surcharge is this?

I used my debit card for purchasing fuel on petrol pump on 08-jan-2018. Our government is promoting cashless transaction and this bank named icici bank is charging for going cashless at petrol pump. Icici bank is discouraging customers to use debit card and going cashless at petrol pump.

    Sir,
    I tried to recharge my jio number with 349 through www.jio.com - quick recharge, but payment through bhim upi transaction money was sent to [protected]@icici and recharge was not successful but money deducted from my account.
    So, please refund my money back to my account sir.

      Respected sir/madam,
      On 7/1/18, i tried to recharge my jio no. By using bhim app. & i received a collect pay request from [protected]@icici, to which i responded & my account got debited of 499/- rs but recharge failed. Jio customer care told me that they have not received the amount. I made a query at contact. [protected]@npci & received mail from them on 10/1/2018 stating "as per our records funds has been credited to merchant account (Icici bank), kindly check with the merchant & update the status". I am not a icici bank customer & not able to contact them though tried my utmost. Kindly, help me to get the refund. My transaction id is[protected].

        last sixteen year ago i use icicibank credit card amount 18000.00 rs and i pay 13000.00 on the year 2002 approx, till time last two month ago i open saving account in icicibank they debit saving account 8000.00 rs without my information

                Hi there, i paid rs 399 to [protected]@icici dated: 10th january, at 22:04:33, transaction id:[protected], my money got deducted from my bank account but no recharge was done in my jio number!
                I want my money back! Please refund it as soon as possible!

                I am even attaching a screenshot as a proof for my payment, i want the refund of my money to [protected]@upi as soon as possible!

                  While recharging my jio prepaid mobile through my jioapp. I was asked to choose mode of payment.I choosed upi instead of debit card .When I clicked upi it asked me my vpa (virtual payment address).After I typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app.when I logged into upi app I found one notification requesting Rs349/- from [protected]@icici, when I transferred Rs349/-, amount was deducted from my bank account, but I didn't get any messages for recharge and my phone is not recharged.
                  When I contacted Jio customer care along with transaction Id they are saying they have not received the payment.

                    I took Used Car Loan from ICICI Bank and I was promised by manager that Rate of Interest would be 12%.

                    Several times I had called her and asked her to send me all details regarding loan (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED).But today when I received message from ICICI bank that EMI of Rs.39345 would fall on 15th January 2018.On calculating its 13%.

                    Now again I called her, she said loan is sanctioned, nothing can be done now.

                    What a wrecked service.This is first I borrowed from ICICI bank and would be last time.

                    BEST BANKS YOU CAN TAKE LOAN : SBI< Punjab Housing Finance Ltd.

                    Never ever get trapped in false web of ICICI BANK.Its cheat.

                      I got a call from sales executive from someone she told me you will get life time free card which is coral credit card. She asked me take card and i took card before 1 year and now icici applied some annual charges and interest against that charges so it became amount 5000 something and now asking me to settle with 1000 rs.
                      What is this?
                      If your sales executive doing commitment for lifetime fee then why they charged 500 and now asking for interest on annual service fee.

                      Annual service fee is fee applied by you, this is not something like i bought or i withdrawn amount.. How can you apply charges for annual service fee and its interest.

                      At least stick on commitment.. Icici is not small bank, bohot farak padta he..

                          This is to place on record that i have an account with the post office and i had gone to withdraw money on 10.01.2018 at 19:15. I withdrew 6000 from icici - new ramalayam branch and however i did not receive the amount (Reference: txn no:9213). However to my utter dismay, i got a message on my phone stating that an amount of 6000 has been debited from my account. Kindly make sure the amount gets credited back into my account.

When i clicked upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. After i typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app. Phone pe app when i logged into upi app i found one notification requesting rs 399 which was my recharge amount.                               I am a customer of icici bank. I have my savings account. I had kept more than one fixed deposits. My fd (No[protected] has been marked lien illegally.

                              I owe the bank absolutely nothing. Bank is unlawfully marked my fd as lien without informing me which is totally illegal. I need to premature close my fd as i have already issued cheques to some one which can be bounced as i am unable to transfer to the concern person.

                              There is no reason - logical or otherwise - to slap a lien or lein - that too without informing me by phone or email or letter directly or through my dedicated

                                  On 10- JAN- 2018 time 4:50pm, i recharged my jio number [protected] with ₹349 (Actual ₹399, ₹50 voucher was applied) on myjio app via upi payments system to address [protected]@icici but recharge was unsuccessful. But the amount of ₹349 was deducted from my bank account! My transaction id is " P1801101649562188902035 " and UID "[protected] ", my upi id is [protected]@ybl and even i have enclosed a screenshot of successful payment.
                                  Dear icici, its been so much and i haven't got my refund. I tried calling jio executives but they said to contact you. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                                    This is an earnest plea for renewing my terminated gift card, which was validated on December, 2016 and elapsed last year in the month of November.
                                    Owing to a grave and unavoidable circumstance, I could not re-issue it within the said date. As such, I could not utilize a single penny from the card up to the present date.
                                    Thus, having presented the grievous distress of mine before you, I make a solemn appeal to you to kindly suggest a solution to my grim concern and relieve me of my severe anxiety by doing the needful at your earliest possible convenience. It would be an extremely supportive assistance on your part is you kindly address my woe.

                                      Recharge not successful but amount was deducted from my account
                                      I recharged my jio number [protected] with 409 through jio app but payment done through bhim upi transaction.
                                      My money was sent to [protected]@icici.. And recharge transaction was not successful but my money deducted from my account.
                                      So, please sir, refund my money to my account.
