I was making jio dhana dhana dhan recharge offer online payment on 09/1/2018. I was asked to choose mode of payment. I choosed upi instead of debit card. When i clicked upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. After i typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app. Phone pe app when i logged into upi app i found one notification requesting rs 399 which was my recharge amount. It was indiaideas @icici, when i transferred 399rs, amount was deducted from my account, but i didn't get any messages from jio care and my bill payment is not done. So please refund my amount
