Bank seems recovering their loss or NPA from common man of India. It seems we have no rights, organizations are unfairly practicing deduction of charges on the name of policy. And on the name of service, they are just fooling. Even they ignore and don't follow Hon. Supreme court order. It is ordered, bank have to inform customer before any deductions but no one following. Very disappointed with the laws on the name of policy. Three times deducted money even the very first time also deducted, although it was completely free to open demat, as it was mentioned over website. Again today deducted some charges. Bank have only the solution, their customer care justifies why they have deducted. They have no other answer. No one is responsible, everyone is just doing their job, and following bank policy. Huge pray for great profit success.
