I'm Vaka Sasi Rekha Past 3 Months around 800 was debited from my ICICI account. I don't ECSRTNCHGS these type charges I already mail you. but my problem was not resolved. Please refund my amount. ASAP resolve my issue.

      Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card Reward Point on Hold and Card Get Block

      I did some shopping for my self last sale through my amazon icici Bank credit card since the reward system is quite lucrative considering 5% discount on whatever spending from amazon as a prime member but instead they put the spending under suspicious transaction which is not the case as it was for my self need or collection. Now in the same context around 16683 reward points are on hold for being a loyal...

      I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 5 year,
      Now they have charged first time 0.64 Rs date 26 OCT 2022 and 2nd time 33.18 Rs date 29 OCT 2022 under this category DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS.
      I am not aware what type of charges are these.
      They says there is no charges of this and deduct my money.
      Kindly refund my money back to my account.

        On 28 OCT 2022.
        I am not aware what type of charges are these.
        They says there is no charges of this and deduct my money.

          Dear ICICI, How can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? Today I was just checking transactions of my account and found that INR 489.03 and 336.97 /- has been deducted from my account towards DP CHARGES TILL SET-22.
          At the time of opening demat account you guys have mentioned clearly that there are no charges for demat account and it is absolutely free.
          I don't have use my demat account anymore then why my money has be deducted??

          Request you to kindly return my money back. I am loosing trust on ICICI bank whether my money is safe here or not.

          Need action on priority.

            Dear ICICI, I was told that there is no monthly charges for my demat account but I could see that RS 826 has been deducted as DP CHGS TILL sep-22 transaction, can you please explain and be open to all your customers?

              This has been already written to you via mail, no action has been taken yet. Someone from your firm in the name of ICICI DIRECT who provide jobs for Relationship Manager and collected Rs 350 for parcel charges of official desktop. Also, he has created a demat account for me, with knowingly/Unknowingly of my knowledge. His contact number [protected]. He is your own employee, are you guys giving training like this?????

                Bank seems recovering their loss or NPA from common man of India. It seems we have no rights, organizations are unfairly practicing deduction of charges on the name of policy. And on the name of service, they are just fooling. Even they ignore and don't follow Hon. Supreme court order. It is ordered, bank have to inform customer before any deductions but no one following. Very disappointed with the laws on the name of policy. Three times deducted money even the very first time also deducted, although it was completely free to open demat, as it was mentioned over website. Again today deducted some charges. Bank have only the solution, their customer care justifies why they have deducted. They have no other answer. No one is responsible, everyone is just doing their job, and following bank policy. Huge pray for great profit success.

                  A DMC charge amounting upto 826/- has been debited from my account without any prior information.
                  This is the first time to this has been charged on my accounts.
                  I would like to understand the reasoning and waiting for a refund.
                  Also, no SMS for a debit amount was sent to my mobile number

                    When i check my account statement, i can see that there are 2 charges for 590RS that says its from ecsrtnchg, and then again today same thing charged for 420.88 rs, i do not understand why am getting charged so much from my account.

                      Myself Payal Gavli. This year Rs.826 is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 26 October 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL SEP-2022 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been deducted from my account.

                        Myself Payal. I have been with Icici Bank since 2020. This year 826/- is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using demat account. But still thos charges are applied and debited from my account on 27th October 2022. DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-22 is shown in the statement.                               Hi, My account is debited with amount 826 against "DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL S
                              EP-22". I'm not using Demat account. They created this demat account while they process for credit card activation and they mentioned its free of cost. Now they are charging this amount. And, few days back I got SMS saying your demat account will be closed. But still they are charging this amount.

                                for raising a dispute ...I was requested to visit the nearest branch ... I need an explanation for the charges ...

                                  I have a salary account with ICICI and never applied for demat account.
                                  however inr 826 has been deducted from my account as charges on Oct 27, 2022
                                  no deduction msg on phone and no intimation from ICICI.

                                    I have been charged for rupees 826 on 27th Oct 2022 without any proper information or notification. The transaction description doesn't even have proper details to understand what the charges is DMC/ DP CHGS TILL SEP-22. When called the customer care, they said it is for Demat account charges which i do not have activated and disconnected the call saying the Demat is not working now.
