I have applied for CFA level III registration and it automatically registered me 2 times at same point of time . I have been charged for transaction charges double time without asking for authorisation of transactions on 15 November 22.
Transaction amount- 3000 approx
Pls reimbursement for the same.

      ICICI Direct team has been cheating for more than 2 months. They have disabled POA form in my account. When I contacted local ICICI Direct team, they didn't know anything about it. After contacting their Call Center, I came to know that I need to submit POA signed copy to Hyderabad. But they sent the wrong form 3 times in a Row.

      After 3rd time, I asked them to send their agent with the right form. Every week, they say the earlier version has expired. ICICI Direct Help desk team does not know which form needs to be sent to the customer. Even after all this, we managed to send the document again to ICICI Direct, but then they said they cannot locate the despatched documents. We provided all despatch details. Next thing, they said that the document has expired, the version has changed again.

      The helpdesk team and support team don't want customers to have VTC enabled in their accounts. They are simply cheating and fooling customers. They send different forms, which are essentially the same as the previous version.

        ICICI not crediting rewards point which are still pending to credit on my account

        I'm using ICICI bank coral credit card,
        and despite having many other credit cards I prefered to use icici coral only due to rewards point benefit,
        But this year my total 9187 rewards point is pending to credit on my account including last month's statement point i.e 3578 for which statement was generated on 14th Nov 2022,

        I called customer care many times every time they give new timeline like in 3d, 7d it...

        Icici bank personal loan closed with full payment, bank cibil department not providing solution to remove suit filed tag. There is no official mail or postal letter received with suit filed details against me. Bank refuse to share any law suit details and also not providing solution to resolve the issue.

          Dear Sir,
          I have take Home Loan form ICICI Bank branch Chiplun. I was eligible for PMAY with my a/c no-LBKPR[protected] which was for period 20-21.I has also done complain with ICICI customer care with S.r no-SR[protected]. I also had coordinate with branch but not response. They are now giving the reason cannot be processed as now the portal is disabled. AS my annual income was below 6Lac at FY 20-21.Please take the necessary action to settlement my PMAY. As the branch people are responsible. Please check and update.

            Dear Sir,
            I have taken home loan in Fy 2020-21 from ICICI Bank where i was eligible for PMAY with loan Account no-LBKPR[protected]. I had also done a complaint with ICICI customer care with sr no -SR[protected]. Also had cordinate with Branch staff but no response received. Thay are now giving the reason now that we cannot process in PMAY portal now as it's showing portal is disabled.As my annual income was below 6Lac in Fy 20-21. Please take necessary action to settlement of PMAY which was not uploaded on time period. As the ICICI Bank branch people of Chiplun is responsible.

              Loan already sanctioned and partial amount being disbursed 2 years back and now just to clear balance disbursal bank taking long time and also not responding on the queries.
              Tried escalating to multiple levels but still no luck. Cannot expect such a worst service from brand like ICICI.
              I am just waiting for couple of days more after that I will request closure of all my accounts related with ICICI and will never be in relation to ICICI anymore.

                Bank has debited 1400 rupees in several transactions from my fathers account number[protected] ICICI Bank without giving any notification which is so unjustified. His name is Vijay Kumar Singh. The amounts are debited by the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG

                Account statement has been provided in the attached documents which shows the dates on which these amounts are debited.

                I request you to please refund the amount debited.

                    This is Regarding an online Fraud/scam where Cyber crime department has track the Beneficiary Account detail which is ICICI bank holder.
                    the Bank respond with the detail where ICICI account holder not registered mobile no is not in service.
                    when the person take a bank account just to fraud person will not provide the proper documentation as well mobile no.
                    in this case bank should reverse our transaction but bank not providing the proper support

                    hello bank,
                    done everything and even Cyber crime department has e mailed. but further nothing not even single update.
                    the Fraud person(contact shared by ICICI) no comes not in service and e mail not sure. of course who decided to fraud why they will use working phone no.
                    the case no 756/2022 and i only need my money i am least bothered about your documentation done not done anything.

                      I transferred Rs 35000 through IMPS on 30 November at 4:30 PM from ICICI A/C to Union bank A/C.
                      Transaction Ref No: MMT/IMPS/[protected]/Family/TANMOY GHO
                      The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

                      Got Message
                      "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs.35, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 30Nov-2022. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days."

                        590 rupees deducted without notification

                        My Name is Divya Suddenly 590 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg~of Bnk BFlo~03Nov22~61e335a~3f3 without any notification. I was emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.
                        What is this transaction purpose?
                        I keep some monie for emi. Without any notification how can deduct the money?
                        So bad servise by icici...

                        This is to inform you that i have been charged money twice, not even twice but i have been paid money double in every month, like to nobody had stopped my second emi though it should have been stopped in april but left with double emi's, as i have purchased the lg TV in march and i returned it because it had some technical issues then merchant refunded the amount my account and but started the emi though it supposed...

                        ICICI Credit Card Department:
                        my credit card bill generates on every month 28th, As per ICICI, I can make minimum due payment after 28th and before 15th, I have made my novemeber payement on october 29th, I did payment on time, but they charged me for late payment, when i called and asked about why did they do late payment charge, when i make the payment on time, they said its a computer glitch if you want us to waive your latepayment charges make the payment again, I have the statement and everything stating that i have made my payment, they are saying make payment again and call us, they acted care less and pointing fingers on me

                          I have been using ICICI multi wallet prepaid card since 5 years. The card has got expired on 09/22 and I want a new card loaded with amount from older one.
                          I am trying to reach out to customer care but it says invalid card number and I am unable to reach out to any representatives.
                          Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and tell me the process to get a new card as the amount in old card is around 10k and i want to make use of that.

                            Dcard fees of 706 RS

                            I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 5 years
                            Now they have charged 706.82 rs under category dcardfee
                            I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                            They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                            Please refund me my money, This is fraud...

                              A simple request to link my son's minor new account to my NRO account user ID taking almost a year. Multiple SRs are opened and closed immediately with 1 line "records doesn't match". Upon calling customer service i am repeatedly told that escalated to supervisor who will get back. Then i keep getting calls from a relationship manager who starts with "do you have any problem?" and has not done any KYC. Each time he takes the issue details from me and never able to solve that apart from telling me to open a new SR. Even when trying to get hold of a manager after calling ICICI i am told that supervisor is busy and will call back asap. And i wait for 30mins to 1hr after that I call back to find some other cust service who can't locate with whom i spoke last time, and the same response that supervisor will call back. Wish we had other banks for NRI services.

                                My ICICI multi wallet card expired on April'22 and i am struggling to use the money in the card from april. Visited icici bank but they said they cant help for multi wallet and unable to reach any customer support reg my issue. I have close to 10000 in the card but unable to use. I request someone to fix my issue urgently.
