I transferred Rs 35000 through IMPS on 30 November at 4:30 PM from ICICI A/C to Union bank A/C.
Transaction Ref No: MMT/IMPS/[protected]/Family/TANMOY GHO
The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

Got Message
"Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs.35, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 30Nov-2022. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days."

    590 rupees deducted without notification

    My Name is Divya Suddenly 590 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg~of Bnk BFlo~03Nov22~61e335a~3f3 without any notification. I was emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.
    What is this transaction purpose?
    I keep some monie for emi. Without any notification how can deduct the money?
    So bad servise by icici...

    This is to inform you that i have been charged money twice, not even twice but i have been paid money double in every month, like to nobody had stopped my second emi though it should have been stopped in april but left with double emi's, as i have purchased the lg TV in march and i returned it because it had some technical issues then merchant refunded the amount my account and but started the emi though it supposed...

    ICICI Credit Card Department:
    my credit card bill generates on every month 28th, As per ICICI, I can make minimum due payment after 28th and before 15th, I have made my novemeber payement on october 29th, I did payment on time, but they charged me for late payment, when i called and asked about why did they do late payment charge, when i make the payment on time, they said its a computer glitch if you want us to waive your latepayment charges make the payment again, I have the statement and everything stating that i have made my payment, they are saying make payment again and call us, they acted care less and pointing fingers on me

      I have been using ICICI multi wallet prepaid card since 5 years. The card has got expired on 09/22 and I want a new card loaded with amount from older one.
      I am trying to reach out to customer care but it says invalid card number and I am unable to reach out to any representatives.
      Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and tell me the process to get a new card as the amount in old card is around 10k and i want to make use of that.

        Dcard fees of 706 RS

        I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 5 years
        Now they have charged 706.82 rs under category dcardfee
        I am not aware what type of charges are these.
        They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
        Please refund me my money, This is fraud...

          A simple request to link my son's minor new account to my NRO account user ID taking almost a year. Multiple SRs are opened and closed immediately with 1 line "records doesn't match". Upon calling customer service i am repeatedly told that escalated to supervisor who will get back. Then i keep getting calls from a relationship manager who starts with "do you have any problem?" and has not done any KYC. Each time he takes the issue details from me and never able to solve that apart from telling me to open a new SR. Even when trying to get hold of a manager after calling ICICI i am told that supervisor is busy and will call back asap. And i wait for 30mins to 1hr after that I call back to find some other cust service who can't locate with whom i spoke last time, and the same response that supervisor will call back. Wish we had other banks for NRI services.

            My ICICI multi wallet card expired on April'22 and i am struggling to use the money in the card from april. Visited icici bank but they said they cant help for multi wallet and unable to reach any customer support reg my issue. I have close to 10000 in the card but unable to use. I request someone to fix my issue urgently.

              I have been charged 826 INF/INFT/[protected]/Self for Demat without any sms/intimation whereas I was confirmed that I will not be charged anything. Also they redeem your mutual fund basis the nav that suits them not the basis on the daybof redemption. I have escalated it to serbior management. They are as deff and cheats as the customer service because they know they have cheated people and no r`esponse is the best they can do

              it’s a hassle but now have to move my portfolio.

                I tried to order TV from JioMart, Money got deducted but order was not placed. After talking to Jiomart they initiated my refund and gave me refund reference numbers[protected] and 84174439. Could you please check and let me know the refund status.

                  Rs. 826 deducted from the account under headline - DP CHGS TILL OCT-22. According to the complaints from other consumers, I believe they are for the Demat account for which I have never given approval. This is unauthorized transaction from the bank.

                    I have been deducted with 725 rs on 28 th nov 2022 under the name of DMC DP charges till Oct 20.

                    I am using icici since more than 10 years and have never activated the demat account then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is Demat account on your name.

                    Please close my Demat account and refund my money asap. Here is my account Details

                      I have salary account in ICICI bank. Paylater account got activated for 590rs and it got deducted from my account when they claimed there was no activation charge for paylater acvount. I haven't made any transactions using paylater account. I want my money refunded.

                        I have been with ICICI bank since 2016. This year 2022 total of Rs. 160.29 + Rs. 133 is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 24th & 26th November 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL OCT-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                          I do not know for what reason 826.00 rupees have been deducted.

                          I was not informed and I have not used or purchased any additional service from ICICI. Also note I am not using Demat account as well. I never requested as well.
                          So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.
                          Very angry with such situation.

                              Within 2-3months about 3000 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg_ingenot

                                I have been charged DMC-DP charges as fraud by ICICI bank. This is the second time they are doing this to me.
                                When I opened my salary account they provided me demat account details and sked me to activate it if I needed which I never did. After 4 years in January 2021, they suddenly charged me with this DP charges of Rs826/- . I complained and they told me these charges are deducted and cannot be refunded and asked me to permanently close the demat account by visiitng the branch and I did the same and I was told that this will never happen again.
                                But again on 24th November 2022, they again charged me for the same DP charges of Rs826/- which is nothing but simply a fraud.
                                Please take serious action against it.

                                  I wanted to discuss a very serious issue. This needs an urgent action from your end and should be done asap otherwise it will lead to disastrous results for me.

                                  I had already raised this concern on 3 Oct but I'm still not receiving any resolution from ICICI Bank, below are service request No.

                                  I had taken a personal loan from ICICI bank (Mumbai) and one of Bank representatives (Nidhi Yadav - [protected] & Purvi) shared all the loan information over phone call I told her to send me all necessary documents before the loan was processed but they do not provide me any document by email before loan is processed.
                                  I had provided all screenshot of whatsapp chat.

                                  1. My first issue was with the interest rate -: I had applied for a personal loan and my interest rate was higher than what the package had offered. According to bank commitment, it was to be an 11.25% interest rate but when I reviewed my account, the interest rate was 11.5%.Â

                                  2. My second issue is fault & wrong commitment -: which is done by ICICI employee. She had told me that "I will prepay and part payment of my loan" but when I received all necessary documents of the loan I was shocked because in the pages it clearly mentioned all the charges + GST. I informed Nidhi yadav and she told me that I will check and let you know. However, I'm still waiting for her call and she didn't answer my phone call. This fault commitment is not acceptable as it has resulted in paying more than required.Â

                                  3. My third issue is incorrect processing fees,  she told me that processing fees would be 3999 but when I reviewed my account, the processing fees was 4720. She had agreed to return the difference amount by UPI but I did not receive any amount. My home branch is in Indore and this is my salary account, she calls from Mumbai. Both of your employees provide me with an ID card so I trust her. I had tried to contact them so many times but she didn't answer. I would like to request you please revised back loan or grant me to pay part payment and prepayment of my loan without any charges. I'm very disappointed with the service and the experience I had.
