    Dear Team,

    Amount of Rs590 is deducted from my account without any of my authorization. I called to your customer care number and the executive is said to me that amount is deducted due to bounce of ecs but i dont have any ecs in my account right now and without giving me any solution she said me to visit the branch. This is not the solution for this issue. I also saw lots of peoples are facing the same issue. please reslove this issue.

        I have done two transaction of 6200 and 10000 .
        Total— 16000
        Amount Paid - 7000 in month of oct
        Got mail that i have to pay extra 12000
        When asked them they said that you are charged for force closing two emi
        Fine that even 600
        Still 2500 extra amount was deducted

        When you call 20 times everyone say differently.

        [censored]iest bank .Will raise more complaint for this cheater bank.Dont use this bank

          I've applied for Amazon pay ICICI credit card and successfully completed video KYC and further more it asked me to upload my income proofs as in my case it is payslip, 3months bank statement as I'm salaried employee which I did on NOVEMBER 2022 and from then onwards it just says my application was on hold and re-upload the income documents and I did it not twice or thrice but around 10 times . As I need this card urgently but this Amazon pay ICICI team was really pathetic. They didn't even cancel my application and let me apply again. Hope they solve my issue this time.

            Unnecessary deduction under surcharge MCC 4112

            My account has been deducted from my ICICI bank savings account four times stating "surcharge dt:16/11/22 MCC 4112". Why? IRCTC is not taking any surcharges other than the tickets, all charges already included in the ticket's final price.
            I request you to kindly revert my money and check this matter.
            I have checked online and there are so many complaints on the internet regarding the same issue.

            I have worked with lehmanbrothers India Ltd in Mumbai in 2006, before moving to TCS london on deputation after 5-7 years, want to use my current account associated with the ICICI bank as i have used same service provider ICICI bank for Lehman brothers and same ICICI NRI/NRE account for salary savings account/ joint account, demat trading account, where verified to update the contact details it has been found the icici bank accoutn has been closed rather it should be dormant and can be re-instated on request. as being previlige banker they seems to be some third party service providers has been assigned and fudged as relationship mangers and denying request to re-open the account even if tis closed. Not sure what is the issue in re-opeing account and how they can close the account without customer consent Not sure if new Banking guidelines has been suggested in such perspective.

              I've noticed a transaction of Rs. 118/- in my savings account on 16th Nov 2022 under this description MNDT_CHRG ADTPSLSIPG.

              ICICI Bank could you care to explain what is this mandatory charge for and why did you deduct this amount without notifying me?

                I have invested in mmb-0199-mmb-one which redemption was on 03.07.2004. I need the contact information of bank for redemption. I have contacted icici bank many times but have not been given any information on how we can redeem the matured amount.

                        I Deepthi M, have updated my bank details for kyc but after a long days still my bank account is not verified and I am unable to claim my PF.

                        I don't know why ICICI Bank is not processing the kyc verification. I have read many complaints regarding the same in internet. Please take action and help us to complete the verification.

                          I have paid the minimum amount due on my credit card number [protected] for September month on 29 September 2022. I got to know from their representatives that it is not reflecting in my ICICI credit account. The transaction id o[censored]PI payment is[protected]. On this after some email exchanges they replied this

                          "Dear Customer,
                          We write with reference to your query regarding credit card.
                          We have initiated a request through Service Request Number SR[protected] for the payments not credited in your credit card ending with XXXX3004 for Rs. 8330 and the request will be processed within 08 working days by 01.11.2022."

                          But even now the amount is not reflected in my credit card account and no further update is provided. They have also charged late fee for this while the issue was from them

                              Hi,

                              This is Pankaj Agarwal from Kolkata West Bengal. I have taken ICICI bank Fastag for my car and it was working fine but all of a sudden the bank started doing fraud by deducting abnormal charges from my account saying adjustment entry. Friends you wont believe but they have deducted Rs. 9040/- in a span of 16 days mentioning adjustment for any xyz date for which they have already deducted the applicable toll amount. Every time i recharge my account bank starts debiting my balance and ultimately gives me negative balance within a day or two. Complaining to their customer service they say it will take 25 working days to resolve the problem and till then they will keep on doing fraud with us and we being a foolish customer will keep on recharging or account and will keep raising complaint. Ultimately we will me in a VICIOUS CIRCLE from which we will never be able to come out. As a customer we are forced to recharge our fastag account otherwise we will have to pay double amount in cash every time.

                              Mr. Nitin Gadkari has got this fastag for hassle free movement from toll plaza which is really appreciable but what about the fraud which this banks does with the customers and make life hell of the customers. God only knows whether my problem will ever be resolved or not and will i ever get back my hard earned money.

                              Attaching a screen shot of my statement just for reference as that does not show 100% fraud entries done by bank.

                              I would suggest all do not get into any sort of business with icici bank ever, it seems they have tendency to do fraud in some or the other way. I have suffered with icici bank earlier by taking their credit card.

                                  My refund for my credit card purchase credited to the account before the due date . Since the customer portal was showing "0" balance I am not paid the amount. But the bank charged fees and they said they will charge for interest also for one month.

                                    I made payment of Amazon pay ICICI credit card current outstanding Rs 1866.10 on 13 November 2022 in imobile app it is still not reflecting I tried to contact via twitter and email but not got any reply.
