I reached the customer care this morning from my registered mobile no and they are unaware of the this process. I am not sure whom to reach now.

I have updated my bank details for kyc in last week on 9th Sep 2022, but status is showing Verification Under Process...

Am an icici bank customer. My account no.[protected]. contact no.[protected]. I have been charges for ecsrtnchge charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Its second time the amount is deducted. day time robbery, i call this as. If not resolved this time, i will be closing the account with ICICI...

590 getting deducted in name of NACH

I was doing an online transaction of 262 without knowing that there was no balance in my account and hence the payment failed. the amount of 590 as been deducted. This is illegal... and deducting such a huge amount is not accepted which wis almost double than the failed transaction. Please return my money... These things happen by fluke as we dont keep checking our balance every time we do a transaction....

I am a user of Amazon pay ICICI credit card and i was very satisfied from the service. But recently i was charged Rs 500+90(GST) for the late payment fee. But actually I paid the amount to the bank. EPFO bank KYC verification pending with ICICI bank

I have updated my bank details for kyc in last week on 15th Sep 2022, but status is showing Verification Under Process not verified.
I need to submit my Bank kyc details to my new employer it is required for joining new company. I have already left my job in last week and today was my joining date for new job, but only because of my bank kyc is not verified on epf protal yet, my new employer refused to onboard me and I am jobless right...

ICICI Bank Imps fund transfer-timed out, money debited from ICICI

The amount was debited 2 days back and I got a message that the transaction had timed out at the beneficiary bank. Please let me know when I can expect the money to be credited to the account....

Banky KYC Pending for Verification in EPFO Portal

I have updated my bank details for kyc in EPFO but still my bank account is not verified and I am unable to claim my PF.

I don't know why ICICI Bank is not processing the kyc verification. I have read many complaints regarding the same in internet . Please take action and help us to complete the verification.I need to withdraw pf for some real family emergency issue .

Deduction of money and not getting it back after several tries

This is Kartik verma i hold a salary account in the bank. I would like to complain about unnecessary deduction of amount from my account. When my account was opened it was told to me that it will be a demat account but it will not do anything about transactions and it will only activate when you want it. And now my amount is deducted without any reason and when i complained about the same to the person...

I am unable to get the status of my MMB bond 0898 that matured in 1998 by ICICI Limited. Despite following instructions and sending the all the requested documents there has been no response or acknowledgment for the past few months.

Amount deduction without owner knowledge (NACH AD RTN CHRG )

My account has been auto debited with rs 590, i dont understand why as per my knowledge it's against the emi auto debit, but even though i paid emi late by two days i paid with late fee in full still why is my amount deducted without my knowledge, neither mail nor any text, still you bank choose to deduct it as you wish, i want an revert asap on [protected]@gmail.com and my full amount refund....
