I have recharged an amount of rs 459.00 for recharge of phone number [protected] (Jio) through bhim app and the amount has been debited to my bank account against transaction no.[protected] dated 08/11/2017.

However the recharge has not been done and i have recharge by paying cash.

Please take action to credit the amount to my account

    I have a saving account at icici bank iit guwahati branch (Assam), now i want to convert my saving account to salary account. I have visited my bank but bank manager did not respond well. So, just want to know that can i convert saving account to salary account? And yes what is the procedure? What document required to convert my saving account to a salary account?

      I am account opened on 2011 year and continued still. My debit card is damaged and applied new card on nov 02 2017 at teni branch. At the time the staff was told 7 working days you get the new card in teni branch. But still not yet card and enquiry the about the branch they was irresponsible answer for my duty is over. Still what is my request level could not fund. If are not prepares my requested. Relived my request i will try to another branch or shifted account another bank. I am waited more than the double times, but this branch is very careless deal for the account holder and in satisfied for this branch.

          There were some payments made for tata sky recharge which were deducted but not credited to merchant's account.

          I have tried the customer care number also but none of the calls were picked.

            Hi Team ICICI,

            Account Number :[protected]
            Got deducted Rs. 101 and Rs. 1 as a total from account against transaction [protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-17.
            I'm glad I didn't keep more than that amount in bank. Else would have lost all.

            But it was clearly told that no AMC and I didn't activate Demat at all.
            I need my money back. I'm asking very patiently.

            I have NRO/NRE account, previously I used to receive my OTP for NRO account on my email but now they stopped sending it to my email and started sending it to my India no instead o[censored]S no. I am not able to update the US no for NRO account was able to update it for NRE no.

            Facing a lot of issues because of this OTP being sent to India no.

              Hello,
              I have a savings account with icici bank for past 8-9 years. Though my transactions in this account has been light, recently i linked my icici credit card account with the savings account. To make payments, i would transfer/deposit to savings account and then make payment.
              Recently when i did the transfer, all of my money was gone for mab charges. Whenever i deposit money in the account mab charges get deducted. I checked and found that total of rs. 12903.95 has been deducted in 2017 alone and rs. 2306 in 2016. More than rs. 15000 of my hard earned money, is ridiculously high. When i asked customer support to reverse the charges, i got a rude reply that it cannot be done and if you want to close account you still have to pay these dues and then close. I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently.

                I went apple store faridabad at crown interiorz unicorn info solution for buying macbook air of 60 thousand on emi but because of seller mistake seller transect my 60 thousand as one time payment and then he canceled that and give me receipt of void sale and my money isn't back yet and today is second day and am still waiting for that so please resolve my problem give my money back fast as much as possible.

                  I have been using icici bank account for almost 6 years. I moved to canada 6 months ago and my contact number in the account is that of india which is no longer available. I cannot update the contact number online or through the mobile app.

                  I am unable to us the bank account until i have a valid phone number updated to receive the otp. Please suggest.

                    I am a businessman in Chhapra, Bihar and I have my current account in SBI as well as ICICI Bank. In my business customers often give coins for their purchase and we accept it with open hands because they are legally accepted but despite RBI's notice to all banks to accept coins the banks are not accepting coins. I have coins worth Rs. 150000 and the banks are not accepting it.
                    The Banks are
                    1. ICICI Bank, Hathwa Market Branch, Chhapra
                    2. SBI Bank, Bazar Branch, Chhapra.

                    Kindly instruct the banks to accept the coins or please take strict actions who are not doing so.

                      I want to change my account holder name in the bank account. I went to the icici branch for the same but every time they ask for a new document. First they said that you need a gazete notification for the name change. I submitted the gazete and they said you need photo id. I went to the branch with the passport but now they said that you need pan card also with the updated name. I had also contacted the customer care twice they said that only a photo id and gazete is required. Please look into this asap.

                      This request is critical in nature and would require verification in person. Please visit the nearest ICICI Bank branch along with Certified true copy of the relevant pages of the Official Gazette publishing details of the change of name and/or surname along with Photocopy of ID proof in new or old name.

                      I did the same as suggested in the email but the bank is not sure about the process and not accepting the request.

This amount was deducted from my a/c bt declined from jio. So i hv complained to icici bank customer care immediately and today almost 3 months completed bt my deducted money was not refund to me yet. So pls help me for refund my money. Thnx

                                    I have booked 2 train tickets and i cancelled it. Irctc has refunded back the amount they send me these 2 trn id's so check it.

                                      I had deposited rs 20000 on 18th oct'17 at 12.30 pm in the cam machine which is in sector 29 faridabad icici bank which was not credited to my account. The bank manager told me the money which i deposited was stolen by the next customer who standing behind so the bank is not reponsible for it. The bank has proof in the camera that i had deposited. I have logded fir with the police station sector 28 also. Its been one month i have been running to the bank and police station. I would request you to help me.
