no amount deposited in current account

Now institute is saying no amount has been deposited in their account. Please guide me what to do. I myself deposited the amount.

cpp renewal

Hi

I am s/n. V. Narayana sarma (Member ship no:ia1390583) yesterday 1649 is debited my account for cpp renewal in this time i want to cancel the membership and amount which has been debited in my account is fully refunded in my account.

demat account not opening

I have placed request for opening demat account 5 tines but everytime the person says that the request is placd and person will visit your place in 48 hours and still noone contacts. When i call next time, they say i cant see your request and i am placing fresh request and nothing happens. Sometimes they say that our execyutive called you and you said you are not interested. They are liers and useless customer service....

unauthorized two transactions made on my credit card

Hi,

I have received two text messages at 10:22 p. M stating that two transactions made from my credit card.

I have not made those transactions.

And your customer care has block my card but unable to assist at this and asking me call in the morning.

If your customer faces fraud in the mid night, does it seems fine to wait till morning.

Very bad assistance i would say.br...

aadhar card not updating

Hi team, i have been trying to update my aadhar card number for my icic account number ending with 1839. I have submitted through customer care/online/netbanking it always rejecting with "your name is not matching with the aadhar car".in my aadhar car my surname mentioned as full but in bankaccount it just has one charcter "c".

call to redeem credit card reward points

I hade made payment to mseb electric bill or rs 1645 on the data 04/11/2017. But, the bill is showing unpaid.

I also checked at mseb office, they said they haven't received any payment. But the payment was successful and my bank statement carries a legend as below:

negligence over fraud reporting, prevention and recovery

Even after reporting fraudulent transactions within 30 minutes at branch and customer care, icici did not take fast actions causing precious time loss. Misused my panic situation to sell the product (Some coral card). No mitigations after simmilar frauds reported o[censored]sing card details and pin for online transactions. No otp received. Violation / misreading of rbi guidelines on multifactor authentication, fraud mitigation actions, etc.br...

regarding online payment through imobile app

It's a feedback basically
Actually i pay my vodafone postpaid bill through imobile app of rs 589/- and the amount deducted from my account but after that a message pop up that the bill is not found. There is no reversal in my account nor the bill is being paid. So please look into the matter and provide a reversal. Looking for your reply.

icici bank imps fund transfer-timed out money debited. transaction failed

I have a/c[protected] with icici bank i have transfered rs 24900/- using imps on 3 nov 2017 to citi union bank bank. The imps ref no[protected]. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to beneficiary account. I got message that it timed out transaction status will be updated by beneficiary bank but still amt not refunded not credited to the beneficiary bank please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible...

delaying to close demat account

I have submitted my demat account closure form at nagercoil branch on sep 1st. Still it is not processed. I have raised two service requests also, still there is no action on this. Finallu they will charge demat charges for this period also. Please do the needful. When i called customer care simply they are saying its is progress. But there is no action on that....

I have ordered an travel bag worth rs.2599 in flipkart, through my credit card with the following number "but due to non-availability of stock the order got cancelled and they sent a message as"we will refund your money to your account on nov-01-2017". I want to know whether the amount has been refunded or not.

unauthorised debit card charges

I have used ICICI debit card for filling CNG gas of Rs 296 and have debited with 296(on same time) + 11.80(after 6 days). What is this 11.80 charged for? When I use PNB DEBIT CARD their is no surcharges deducted from my account. I think I have to stop using there debit card from now on i will only use PNB, SBI card. ICICI this is a serious concern look into this matter....
