When im trying to do an online payment, its directing me to this notification.
I tried calling customer care, there isnt any specific option for this issue.
And online info was also not much of help.

Following is the message im getting

To unblock your card/login, please contact icici bank customer care.

    I have been unknown of ecs return charges till it got deducted from my account yesterday. Neither bank nor client party (Mutual fund sip) informed me about charges, so i had taken it as for granted and thought not go for investment this month. But then yesterday (18/11/2017) bank has deducted 400+36+36+400+36+36=944. I. E charged twice for a single ecs return. That is again quite unacceptable. I am a student and it is my hard earned saving that icici is looting in the name of penalties and charges by keeping me unaware of those charges upfront. I request icici by this platform to kindly refund my money in full and in further arbitration to be clear and transparent for any services charges and penalties for any service upfront. It is my hard saved money and means a lot to me. Kindly refund.

      I am an ex-employee of icici bank
      My employee id is - 325249
      My last working day was 22/04/2016
      I have yet not recieved my relieving letter or experience letter. My reporting was in nagda branch m. P and
      I was working in alote branch m. P.
      I have been studing after relieving from my job. Now i have cleared an interview in indigo airlines for the post of security officer and yet to join but due to not having my relieving letter i am unable to get my joining.
      I have been requesting the h. R of icici bank since 15 days for my concern.
      The h. R is giving me dates on dates that i will recieve the letter asap but now my job is on threat as i am in fear that due to delay in submitting my reliving i will loose my joining. As an ex - employee i have equal rights to get my reliving letter but it seems that no one in bank has any responsibilty regarding this...
      I request to kindly look into my concern

        I have submitted a request for credit card online with icici. Post that received phone call for information and the representative was sent to collect documents. It is three weeks that i have shared my documents no confirmation reference number i have received from the bank. The branch manager at one of the branches isn't able to locate anything. There isnt any call centre of icici bank and is all queries chatbot driven or ivr. Its so scary to deal with icici. Seems like a scam.
        Enclosed - the slip given by icici bank rep after collecting all documents like pan/aadhaar card/salary slip/address proof etc from me which bank manager doesnt seem to locate.

          Sr[protected]: dear customer, your aadhaar no. Could not be updated in acct xx9360 as the name/ date of birth on the aadhaar does not match the savings account.

          This is the response from icici bank six times in the last 4 months for all my requests. Two times i have submitted aadhaar downloaded and submitted personally in kharghar sector 7 branch. Branch verified and accepted that aadhaar details matches with account details.

          If bank depends completely on computer what for the people are employed in branches

            Today 11/18/2017 icicibank suddenly blocked/froze my account. I do not think they tried to reach me before doing it. This is very unprofessional. I have been banking with them for 10+ years, i am aboroad and i cannot now send my own money to my loved ones as during the online transfer the website says my savings account blocked/frozen. On their website there is no way to contact them online, as they do not have a service request form for this problem.

              I haven't subscribed my money service of ICICI Bank even they deducted my amount 354 for this service . i don't use this service . they deducted my amount for oct 17 to sep 18. please unsubscribe me of my money service and pay back on my account no.[protected]... branch - Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur.

                  Recharged jio number through phone pe app using upi. Amount debited from account but recharge for the money has not been made. I request refund from whatever [protected]@icici is because the app says transaction successful and the jio customer care says they haven't received the payment. Upi [protected]@icici requested money rs498 through upi app i payed the money but recharged had not done, please refund my money to my account

                    I have joined infosys ltd on 09 october 2017 and opened a new salary account[protected] in icici bank, infosys pocharam branch. Since i have another (Old[protected] icici bank account previously and there is no transaction done after feb 2014, so bank marked it as a dormant account also marked as false account as per transaction pattern.
                    After opening the new salary account they found that the previous account has a sr[protected] with false transaction (Fraud/suspicious), so they immediately putted a debit freeze on new account for privacy purpose and finally closed the new account[protected] on 09 november 2017 without any prior communication (Email/call/sms).
                    Upon asking details about the person who made above complaints they are saying data is not available. Since my company only accept icici bank account for salary its critically urgent. The bank (Branch) official says we are looking into it from last 15 days. But still no resolution. I want details about the person who made that complaints and why. Kindly do the needful and suggest me the way to open an account for my salary. Kindly close the previous old account or let me know the process to close it. I have already submitted the closing request to bank before a month.
                    I have submitted closing request on 20 oct 2017 and after that they are saying its have suspicious transaction pattern (Cash deposit), so its not possible. Kindly assist on this issue.

                    Hi Team,

                    Every time your Officials only call and ask about the problem but till date no solution. See attached response from your Team. I want a solution not response.
                    I have already submitted closure form and other required details to ICICI Bank, Infosys Pocharam Branch. Also visited their branch many times regarding My Account Closure and still they are saying it’s not in their hand. So, I want to ask you some questions.
                    1. If there is a Suspicious/Froud Transaction happen previously then where they (ICICI Bank) people till time.
                    2. Why they not contacted with me (Email/Call/SMS) regarding this issue while same contact details (Email ID: er.[protected]@gmail.com & Mobile: [protected]) updated in Bank Database and till date I am using same and I am receiving all banking update.
                    3. Why they are not giving me details about the person who made this complaint or whatever.
                    4. Why your Bank marked me Blacklist from All Bank Database (Even I am not able to open other Bank Account with other Bank also).
                    5. Also, I want to know if bank branch officials say it’s not in their hand then who have authority to do this.
                    6. How could you guys do this without verifying the details what is wrong & what is right?
                    7. Please remove my name from Bank Froud/Blacklist also send an email to bank regarding this issue as every time they are saying same story (not in our hand).
                    Please try to understand my situation because of this issue. It’s really frustrating thing happening. Kindly provide me a solution for this problem or tell me to whom I have to escalate this issue. Waiting for your kind response.

                      I have been charged rs 500 as late payment fee, for the late payment i did. I didn't receive the bill on time, & then i was travelling out of india for almost 15 days. So, when i complained to the customer care about the same, they said they cant reverse it. I have been speaking to them since long. & the same thing has happened twice.

                      I have always paid by bills of time, & i never would like to delay any payment. It is only because of the late receipt of the bill at my end, that i couldnt make the payment on time.

                      Please arrange for a refund.

                        I have an saving Account bank, Account No is[protected], I have made IMPS transaction on 17-NOV-2017 and transaction reference no. is[protected] for 1, 50, 000. But transaction timed out and got message saying status will be updated in 3 days. The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

                          With profound respect and humble submission. I beg to lay before you the following few fact’s for favours of your kind consideration and sympathetic orders.
                          At the outset i beg to introduce myself that, i am sujit kumar bishal, a small businessman, have a petrol pump at darisol (Dist. - east singhbhum) in jharkhand state.
                          Nine months ago two persons has been came my pump and introduce themselves as officers of icici bank at mango, jamshedpur (Tata), one is mr pradeep and another one is mr. Summon and they are owned mobile numbers [protected]/[protected]/[protected] respectively.
                          They are convince me to deposit rs 20 lakh (20, 00, 000/-) with the bank, then they are sanction a
                          Loan up to rs 40 lakh (40, 00, 000/-) according to they’re assurance. After few days i have deposited
                          Rs -50000/- through cheque of sbi branch chinchira (Wb) and subsequently rs 10, 00, 000 through
                          R. T. G. S on 28th sept 2015. But i have not get any sms at mobile which are deposited. After two days
                          I have went to icici bank at mango, jamshedpur and found entire amount of rs 10, 50, 000/- has
                          Been withdrawn from my icici saving account (A/c —[protected] through atm.
                          When i have searching how it happened, that time i have known branch manager and two staff
                          (Those are convince me for loan) has gone on long leave and also they have managed to transfer
                          Themselves elsewhere on 9th oct 2015.
                          Then i went police station o[censored]lidihi at jhamshedpur and logged the f. I. R against it on 13th oct 2015.
                          But unfortunately no tangible action has been taken by police as yet.in mean time i have meet s. S. P and d. S. P of police, but everybody have turned their deaf car. Although six month has been elapsed, no action seems to have been taken.

                          I hope that my case will be especially considered by you in order to prevent such corruption in bank and to save my family from starvation. For this act of your kindness i shall remain ever gratefully.

                            Hi, i withdraw 5000 cash from icici atm just before 1 hour at marathahalli, bangalore with my andhra bank debit card, but machine given me 4500 only one 500 currency note is came out with double folded, total i got eight 500 currency note and five 100 currency note and 500 missing machine did give me, i suppose to tell the atm security there he is not present being i waited long time, even i try to compaint on the customer care number of icici bank it says this number [protected] will be in service from monday to friday from 10am to 6pm but withdrawn at 9pm on friday... So how to get my money back, please help me... Will my money will not come back? Please help me..

                              I have been a customer to icici since last 5 years. Rs.708 has been deducted from my account today without any previous intimation to me. My account balance was less than rs.5000 for about 10 days. But the amount deducted is much more than it should be. And moreover i didn't get any call from the bank and directly the money got deducted. A bank like icici is not expected to do so with its customers.

                                The staff member of bank branch nagda behaved rude and badly when i talked to them about it.

                                  I have done jio recharge of ₹459 on 11th november 2017 (3.30pm aprox.), using upi option after which my money get deducted from ani sbi bank account to indiaidea. Icici. But, my recharge was unsuccessful. Jio customer care told me that money will be refunded within 7 days.. It has been 7 days now and i didn't get any refund yet.

                                      On 6/11/2017 around 12.38 pm transaction of rs. 50/- had been done by vin*google*ser from my icici bank a/c, though the amont had been refunded. But then two transactions have been done at the same time of rs 6000/- each, by vin* google*uku from my icici account using debit card linked to my account.

                                      Both the transactions were not done by me nor i was aware of the transactions and have not shared debit card number or otp to anyone, i have contacted customer care of icici bank and explained about the incident. The complaint no. Is sr[protected].

                                      Please check the matter and return the money to the account asap.

                                        As i spooked to phone bank officer he suggested me to take credit card. I told i want to increase my limit then he suggested me to take coral card so that your limit will be increased along with withdrawal amount from atm and also he mentioned some few offer. So i am very much interested in taking the card now after receiving card if just say apologies and put me in trouble in trouble again will be a judgement to you and your management.

                                        I need my all the offer which they they mentioned during call i seriously requesting you with respect.
                                        You can also listen to our phone conversation what i spoke to phone banking officer and this is not a trusted relationship between us.
