Dear sir,
Iam m. Sridharan, and my account number is[protected]. I had applied for a pesonal loan and submitted all the documents. My salary is rs.20000/month and every month my account credit with an amount of minimum 16000/-. But, this month only my account credited with 13000/- due to the total loan amount repaid to my office. But an amount of rs.45000/- credited to my account in this month. For that reason, they disqualified my loan application. How could you disqualify my loan application as my account credited with an amount of 45000/- in addition to my salary. I had submitted all the documents and it should be returned to me unless you give me the loan. The ernakulam vyttila branch manager is not willing to return my document. This kind of customer relation will effect my account in your bank. Iam going to cancel my account, credit cards, etc.

    Hi team,

    Unfortunately, i have missed to pay my credit card bill for last month on time due to some financial problem, apology for that and required some assistance to remove the additional charge applied in my bill for last 2 months.

    I have managed to use my bill within the credit limit, but because of additional charge its moved above credit limit and caused to over limit fee.

    The total amount was applied in the bill is around rs:5000+, please remove the amount from my bill the over limit, interest, late payment fee, tax…. Etc and so that i can complete the payment asap and will help to avoid the late fee again. Also request you to increase the credit limit to avoid such kind of over limit fee.

      Bad and illiterate employees, made me wait for 2 long hours for the work of not more than 3 minutes. The person at may i help you counter is the most unhelpful person he made me run 4 counters. When i tried to reach the manager he just showed me his hand and have a ugly look as if he does not bother about the customers. When i got frustrated i raised my voice a bit which worked for me and my work was done.

        Dear sir / ma'am,
        Last month (Oct-27) i made online fund transfer from my icici bank to citi bank for rs-46000.00 and the amount is deducted from my icici bank immeditely nor credited to my citi bank account.
        Up on discussing with icici bank team, they say this is successful transaction but citi bank team say they havent received fund.

        Complaint number : 28964339

        I called icici executives, on 30-sep, they asked me wait for a day. And on 31-sep they asked me to email to mail id : customer. [protected]@icicibank.com and [protected]@icicibank.com

        I sent email on 01-nov, i got reply email stating its successful transaction. But amount status not aware.
        So again i escalated to grivence cell.. On 02-nov they called me on 04-nov and said wil reply by 06-nov.
        Mean while i met icici bank person (Koyambedu - chennai branch) they said there is some mistake with internal icici server and amount status not reflected in system and reply by 07-nov.

        Up on repeated follow up to "[protected]@icicibank.com" there is continuation reply like they were checking will reply by 2 days, they again 2 days and now at last they were asking for time until nov-16.. Still i havent received any reply.

        Can you pls help me in getting my money back.
        Note - i transfered money for my bill payment.. But because of this it forced me to close investment for fund payment.. So expecting your support.

        Can you pls help me in getting the fund back.

        If you notice, even teh reply received from the ICICI bank is also not correct.. the mail id provided by them is not correct (i.e ) [protected]@icicibank.com is not the correct mail id..

        I have contacted CITI bank to fix this issue on 09-Nov and they contacted me and solved..

        but the point is until now there is no reply from ICICI bank.. this shows the ICICI bank customer support effectiveness..

        I have planned to close my ICICI account this week as ICICI bank customer support is very bad and still i havent received any reply for 25days and the Customer support executive ask me to file Law suit if they were not answering by 1 -month...

        but on the other hand the CITI investigated the issue in 2 days and noticed the original problem is with the UTI in fund transfer (again mistake in ICICI) but they moved in and solved the issue in 2 days.

        Thanks CITI, and worst / poor service by ICICI bank.. i am going to recommend my close friends / relative to close ICICI account if they have any.. because of poor performance with custmer support.

          My icici saving account has been debited rs. 11.80 on 26-oct-2017 for surcharge mcc 5541 dated[protected] and more on 04/11/17. What kind of surcharge is this?

          I used my debit card for purchasing fuel on petrol pump on[protected]. Our government is promoting cashless transaction and this bank named icici bank is charging for going cashless at petrol pump. Icici bank is discouraging customers to use debit card and going cashless at petrol pump.

            Why bank are unable to reverse charges levied. You means customer will paid any bank charges as blind!!!
            I am not a crazy man that paid any wrongly bank charges levied form my earning blood sweat.

            I requested to you kindly reverse the charges levied asap and confirm me.

              I made a transaction of rs 3048 on 8 nov 2017 at 16.54 hrs at unit run canteen 3 e m e centre which failed. Relavent print out from the pos machine is held by me. This transcation of rs 3048 has been debited to my account.
              Again i made a transcation of rs 3048 which was successful and debited to my account.

              Kindly arrange to check and credit the incorrect debit made

                [protected] got call regarding packback points.

                Got robbed of 8k.

                [protected] still picking calls saying she is an employee of hdfc credit card on call back.
                She confirmed my registered emailid before carrying out the transaction.

                God save dumb citizen like me in future.

                Icici couldn't help with reversal of transaction.

                Plz include an option with reversal of transaction for common people sake.

                When i called for reversal of transaction they denied. Make some improvement in ur process. To save dumb men like me.

                Stop sharing personal info to other parties.

                    I'm account holder of icici bank from last 4 years
                    In my account money is deduct, 588.82 rupee on 27/10/17 by dcardfee
                    Bank was not informed for this charge when i open account in icici branch and never informed by any phone call or any email
                    Then why do you deduct this charge

                      Hello,
                      I got the icici debit card with my salary account from my employer.
                      It is icici debit card (Master card).

                      Now it was given me at same time of opening account. So there is no name on the card.
                      When i used this card for online transaction first time process asked me to enter card number, name on the card expiry date.
                      I filled it properly with my name.
                      On next screen it asked me for valid from date, date of birth and atm pin.
                      I again filled it properly. But this time it rendered a message of invalid data.
                      I tried it few time and after 3-4 time it blocked my debit card for online transaction and showed me below message:

                      "for security reasons your mastercard® securecode™ purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card has been blocked for online transactions at mastercard securecode merchants.

                      To unblock your card/login, please contact icici bank customer care.

                      To complete this purchase using another form of payment, click 'continue'"

                      I called to customer care for this but a pre recorded tape is running there asking for debit card number.
                      I enter my debit card number (16 digits) it is telling me that it is invalid number.

                      I am not getting how to unblock my card for online trasnaction?
                      Please help me out

                        My emi amount was 3228 /- per month on 7th date it is debited from my account, this time because of salary delay i have done that home credit emi payment from my sbi account through "homecredit" application from mobile dated on 6th nov 2017.

                        I got thank you message from "homecredit", still on 9th nov 2017 because of ecs return 350 rps debited from my account sgst 31.50 and cgst 31.50 debited i want explanation for this.

                          Hi team,
                          I have charged approx 3300 rs on my credit card resistered with ajay pal mob. [protected].
                          Why i asked this wave off reason is i am in finencial trouble and same i have update to customer care executive about my delay for the payment also i am holding this card from last 4 years and i have never requested any wave off.
                          I understand that icici people will say that i should look after the situations which cause me trouble
                          But its a a humble request that kindly consider the waiver of interest charges.

                            Icici bank is inviting nri people to open nre account with them by giving ment many attractions and big big talk. When the account is opened all sorts of harassment starts. If you do not do any transactios in one year your account will be suspended. How can nri do transactions sitting abroad? According to them transactions means withdrawl only. If account is suspended then you have to give all kyc documents, in somecases one has to come personally then only account can be activated. What type of service?

                              On 8th of november, i tried to recharge my jio sim using bhim application. On receiving the request, i made the payment (Vpa : [protected]@icici) and amount has been debited. But i didn't get any confirmation message regarding successful recharge from telecom operator whatsoever.
                              When i asked telecom operator about this, they said that the transaction has been declined and hence recharge is not done.
                              As amount has been debited from my account, i request you to please check into it and do the needful as soon as you can.

                                The icici bank representatives asked me to avail credit card facility which is free of cost and there will be no annual charges. I specifically told that i don't need any such facility since i am fine with atm cum debit card. But, they told me just take it and use it if you want or don't use it as you wish. But there will be no charges.
                                After that i received the credit card but its password never came. Since i never intended to use it, i didn't bother much. But just now i saw that there was a joining fees as well as annual charges for holding this credit card.
                                I never had an account in icici bank, but just because of company requirements to have one for the salary i got one savings account opened. Ever since then, i never had a good banking experience with icici.
                                To start with, the account opening balance was credited into my account after more than a month.in the meantime i received an email stating that i may get penalised for keeping bank balance less than minimum savings account balance. I literally had to call my home branch to ensure that my money gets credited into my account.
                                After that the credit card incident. Every time i visit any icici branch i get to hear all sort of loans and credit card facilities but very less effort from the bank's side to hear out my problem. Such kind of incidences makes me wonder whether i should continue with the bank or drop off.
                                Please look into these complaints and try to improve the consumer experience. And please discontinue my credit card. I really don't need it at the moment.

                                  L. M. Miraj branch 6537. Bm, abm, cashier not available at branch when going at branch for cash deposite on 12:50pm. Cashier goes to lunch. But other staff collect cash & said once cashier is back then we entered in system the entry. This is not policy of icici bank. Take nessasery action on this systeem. Otherwise we switch our accounts with other banks.

                                    I am holding a savings account in your bank. I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of 10000 has been debited from my account on 2nd october 2017 not executed by me. It's showing that you have done 2 transactions of 3000 and 10000 however, i have only made one transaction of 3000 from isbt sector 17 chandigharh on 2nd october 2017.
                                    The transaction came to light when, i withdraw 3000 from atm and the balance showing low in my account.

                                    I have reported this issue several times but there is no response or resolution given from your side
                                    First i reported on 2nd october 2017 and they provide me the reference number “sr[protected]” and when i called again on 9th october the agent said this ticket is closed and raised new request number “sr[protected]” and i called several times regarding this but agent always said request is under process bla bla bla
                                    Kindly please check on this issue as its around one month and there is no resolution or response from your side regarding my concern.

                                      Icici bank didn't give any access to the customer for communication in there portal if you complain they won't give you any communication acknowledgement nor they will respond.

                                      Its your luck as long you move with system if any moment some thing goes wrong misplacement etc keep on shouting the customer handling system is bogus the available web page are to bogus and they wont give any response in your mail id, i am writing mail to ms chanda kochhar in this matter for bogus complain handling system.

                                        During 11.11.2011, i've transferred 50000 inr through neft to added payee & currently we have dispute that who was got this money he is claiming that he was not received the money.
                                        To prove form my side i've translation details but it is not indicating the account no who i sent & secondly i asked details from bank raising service request[protected], & i now bank told me that they can't retrieve this details
                                        I need support to get details so that i can prove this case by getting translation details only & icici bank not supporting for the same
