I am a icici saving account holder, rs. 588 got deducted from my account without any previous notification or reason, transaction remark is dcardfee7841oct17-sep18+gst, i dont know what is this, this seems like clear cheating of icici bank to the customers, please refund my money back in account as soon as possible, you have no right to take my money without my knowledge.

I was paying my exam fee towards kl university in eazypay gateway from state bank account. money has been deducted and payment was successful but not updated in college exam portal and displaying reference and didn't received transaction confirmation or transaction reference number from eazypay and couldn't find transaction history in eazypay website
But I received transaction reference number from SBI stating transaction to successfulbr...

Transaction id no 421024 and 541066 dated 13 september 2017 rupee 5000 and 5000 was deducted from my bank account but payment was not receive plz give me complete information regarding above transaction id to my email id [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile number [protected], [protected] and reverse my amount back immediately in my icici bank account...

Why it was communicated earlier totally disappointed with your response that you can only deduct for no falt of mine, i have visited to my branch at basaveshwar nagar bangalore 560079 they only advised me to down grade my account did so and regarding revarsl contact customer care astonishing that you can only debit without communication and not to reverse it as the fault is from your end totally and the you provide...

I have written but no action is taken. I am very disappointed. My locker has been freezed just with one letter how it is possible. We are three holders in that locker account so how one can go and write just one letter and freeze the locker account like this?

I have a demat account in icici bank for more than 4 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction dmc/[protected] dp chgs till sep-17-inr 826. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with...

I hold an icici credit card... Even after depositing cheque before due date they have charged exhubitent charges towards late fee... Once i requested for reversal they did not do and kept lien on my savings account ac no.,[protected]... I tried recharging my jio account for rs399 on[protected] using upi transaction. The amount was requested by [protected]@icici. The amount got debited but i did not received the recharge. It has been 9 days and i haven't received the refunded amount as well.
Icici is a trusted bank and we don't expect this fraudulent activities from it so please look into the matter as soon as possible....

The complaint is marked as resolved but i didn't get any call or a mail from the company. They still didn't even provide me with the status of the credit card. How can they close the complaint???
