    I have received a phone call. The conversation took place as below..
    Agent : (Laughing on their end for a minute)
    Me : hello.. Hello.. Who is this? Talk here..
    Agent : hello. I am calling from icici mount road, chennai.
    Agent : started laughing again for a minute
    Me : what do you want?
    Agent : i'm from personal loans department and again started laughing and disconnected.

    I called that number again and told her, "u should be calling the customers after you finish laughing. This is not the way you treat a customer by calling". The agent disconnected the call.

    I again received a call from another number. I heard the same agent's voice telling someone on her end, "don't talk. Just keep the phone idle" and they were laughing at their end.

    I tried contacting the branch number : ‭[protected]‬. No one responded.

    The numbers i received calls from are :
    [protected] and [protected].

      I have been provided relationship manager pradeep -337720... He never responded my call and even once i spoke to him he said that i am eligible for 1 lakh not for 1.5. Then i told him to process then he switched off his mobile. I am icici bank customer from last 2 years my application id is aps id[protected].. I made commitment due to my loan but your bank never respect customer which hurts me.. I am going to close my account as other banks are offering better offers than icici

        Improper behaviour by staff

        Today ~1.00 pm i visited icici kondhwa branch (Pune) to deposit cash in my own account.

        The ladies on a cash counter were forcefully diverting me to deposit machine and refuse to accept cash at 1st instance.

        They accepted the cash but only after when i asked that using deposit machine is optional or compulsory?...

        I won't mind using better options but this should not be forced... Rather conveyed in polite manner.

        Please clarify if depositing at cash counter is illegal?

        1. Counter was handled by a lady & same time there was one more lady standing behind her (On a same counter) and she was also diverting me from counter.
        2. It is not only feel bad factor for customer but also spoiling decoram of a bank.
        3. Uniform was missing for both the staff 😔
        4. When i told them that i am going to escalate this on social media the lady on a counter told me very nicely that "you can put wherever you want e. G. Twitter, facebook etc."

          My account as opened in 2005 when i was working in infosys bpo where in the bank guys come during induction program and give forms to sign and collect our company id. I remember, then i was asked for my first name and last name but i dont have last name but use initials however it seems that the bank person has written my first name as prashant wherein i write it as prashanth and the last name is taken from the form where i have written my father's name. I visited the branch of icici during demonetization and during that time i was told to provide name affidavit to change the name in the account however i could not go out to get this done as i had undergone surgery and i am still recovering even now. 3 weeks ago when i visited the bank branch requesting for name change along with name affidavit they denied it straight away. My pan, aadhar, 10th marks card has the correct name as prashanth ms. Now because of this i cannot link aadhar and also using this account from past 10 years which is a salary account. Atleast for being a customer for 10 years they could have accepted the name affidavit and changed the name as prashanth ms instead of prashant sudhakar.
          How do i get the name changed on this back account now? I have name affidavit which i can submit.

            Couldn't understand how come there is charge for each month, this look significant amount. On side not i am having privilege banking with your bank too.

                I have done online payment to my building payment from sbi account of amount 81439 is debited two times from my account. And regarding this I complained to sbi they said merchant payment was done successfully. And I filed rti to CDMA of andhrapradesh they said account no of them holding with you is[protected] credited only once. My question if it is debited from account twice it should be credited to you otherwise it should return to my account. And if the money lies with you kindly return to my sbi account [protected] Vuyaka narayudu and the reference no of my transactions are[protected]IGAASRIQK2 and[protected]IGAASRLZN7 . The incident took on 3rd Feb 2017 . Give me the status of the details immediately.

                  On 10th november 2017 at 2038 pm. I did recharge to jio no. [protected] using my jio app using samsung pay mini upi id. Powered by axix bank. Unfortunately my money rs. 149 got deducted and transferred to [protected]@icici with upi reference no.[protected] and transaction failed. I contacted both jio and axix bank customer care service they told me that its the mistake of [protected]@icici's. Please do refund the amount ₹149. And take necessary action against the [protected]@icici.

                    I tried recharging my jio account for rs459 on[protected] using upi transaction. The amount was requested by [protected]@icici. The amount got debited but i did not received the recharge. It has been 3 days and i haven't received the refunded amount as well.
                    Icici is a trusted bank and we don't expect this fraudulent activities from it so please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                      I have received calls from icici bank credit card department many times, approaching for credit card. I finally decided go get a credit card. Executive came and collected all my documents like salary slips aadhaar card copy pan card copy etc.

                      But after collecting the documents there is no response from the bank end. No confirmation, no intimation of the credit card application status. Even i cannot track application status online.

                      I received 1 message saying your credit card is approved, you will receive it in so and so working days.

                      I received another message saying your credit card is not approved please apply after 6 months!!!

                      Note: someone called saying they are from icici bank and they want pan card soft copy as it is not clear in the documents submitted with the application form. And there email address is "[protected]@gmail.com"

                        I did the neft transfer for 173500. 00 inr from icici to estamping fee. I have the transaction reference no but didn't get the utr no.

                        I visited to nearest icici bank and they denied that we only generate utr for rtgs payment not for any online neft payment.

                        Can you suggest, is it true? As by the way take were talking i didn't feel thay know it well.

E life time card will be issued and 2500 rs amazone voucher will come along with card at the time of receiving card is chargeable and amazone voucher was fraud commitment and for clarity both executive not answer properly and behave badly.                               I have a forex card issued by icicibank, i used the same in belgium twice and transaction declined both the times. Vendor mcdonals, told me later that they had some issues with their machine and normally amount gets credited back within 3-7 days. But now its more than 25 days and amount still shown in my statement as unsetteled transactionamount. Could you please help me getting it credited back to my card?

                                    I have taken this matter to icici head service quality but they kept on their stand.
                                    This is the fraud taking place in icici bank and in near future i will never keep single penny in this fraud bank. And nor do i suggest anyone to be in this bank.
                                    My icici a/c is[protected] and icici direct a/c. Is 50883647. I opened this account in patna in the year 2009 (Not sure) by an agent of the bank and he took tacitly sign me to have mab of rs.10000 without giving any information about it. As i had gone through fraud through their official cheated me outside and my account was dormant in last 3 yrs. I got a call from mumbai branch to update kyc last year and accordingly visited the bhagalpur branch where i am working. While submitting the paper no official told me about debit balance and have to maintain mab. Later found my kyc updated from kahalgaon branch at least 45 km from bhagalpur. This year i got a call from icici direct rm madhuri suprabha to start afresh trading and i started trading unwillingly. The moment i deposited one and half lakh they debited rs.26000 from my account citing the reason of mab penalty. I enquired abt it that no such information mailed to me or done correspondence. They said that they had done to this old address and also about mail which they claim at that i had no email which agent had created. I requested them that this is the fraud and at least you should informed me about it. The whole branch started blaming me and said that 3 reversal has taken place from rm level and rest could be taken from branch head level. I approached branch manager of bhagalpur ashisha kumar where i transferred my account to have patience and show me of my business with the bank. He was teaching me business rule and said after 3 months he would be able to reverse 3 charges and even if possible 3 could be taken. Almost 36 mab penalty had taken place and still i am visiting the branch to get relief as icici top official and ombudsman had rejected my stand and safeguarding the bank employee. I have also cited that sbi has taken back mab penalty charge and i was having more than than 25 thousand shares in icici direct but they said icici direct is not their part. I approached the demat section to delink my account and they took the request and provided me sr no and furthter after one week said that this can't be possible. And instruct me to get the dues cleared from icici bank. This lady suprabha had given so much pain in my life that i will never trust any woman which the bank uses to trap the customer.
                                    I am still visiting the branch but can my mab penalty reversal be possible.

                                      Today I was transferring fund to my friend account but by mistake transfer to unknown person please reverse to fund in my icici bank account..
                                      And also I had call to unknown person but her says to that I will not refund that amount..
                                      And then I went to bank but bank was close because today Saturday because I went to bank at 4pm

                                        I have a icici credit card from past two years, i have auto debit functionality to my card

                                        1. My bill generated on 23rd oct 2017 and the due amount is rs 24366, due date is 10th nov 2017
