I have received calls from icici bank credit card department many times, approaching for credit card. I finally decided go get a credit card. Executive came and collected all my documents like salary slips aadhaar card copy pan card copy etc.

But after collecting the documents there is no response from the bank end. No confirmation, no intimation of the credit card application status. Even i cannot track application status online.

I received 1 message saying your credit card is approved, you will receive it in so and so working days.

I received another message saying your credit card is not approved please apply after 6 months!!!

Note: someone called saying they are from icici bank and they want pan card soft copy as it is not clear in the documents submitted with the application form. And there email address is "[protected]@gmail.com"

    Dear banker,

    I did the neft transfer for 173500. 00 inr from icici to estamping fee. I have the transaction reference no but didn't get the utr no.

    I visited to nearest icici bank and they denied that we only generate utr for rtgs payment not for any online neft payment.

    Can you suggest, is it true? As by the way take were talking i didn't feel thay know it well.

    Icici credit card executive ahemdabad zone collect the documents on fraud commitment i. E life time card will be issued and 2500 rs amazone voucher will come along with card at the time of receiving card is chargeable and amazone voucher was fraud commitment and for clarity both executive not answer properly and behave badly. My documents was misused by icici credit card executive.

    I toook a personal loan of 1.5 lacks my loan account number is:LPBNG[protected].
    Till now i did not got any statement or any update on my loan
    .I went to near by branch but no one is giving any update or statement copy of the loan.
    Wrong name are carring from account opening without any proof regarding name as mention in account.
    Now they are not ready to change the account name mention in proof
    I have paid the all dues of personal loan few months ago, but no NOC reached my address.My loan A/C no is LPBER[protected].Please send me the same.
    On 24 oct 2017, I have tried a bill payment on Airtel (Rs. 772) and my amount has been deducted from my account but Paymen not received by airtel. Please credit back my amount to my account.

      I received two 500 fake notes from icici atm vivekanand nagar kukatpally hyderabad.today 12 nov. 2017 around 9am. how could i complain this matter and how could i exchange this notes in icici bank. customercare no.         I have a forex card issued by icicibank, i used the same in belgium twice and transaction declined both the times. Vendor mcdonals, told me later that they had some issues with their machine and normally amount gets credited back within 3-7 days. But now its more than 25 days and amount still shown in my statement as unsetteled transactionamount. Could you please help me getting it credited back to my card?

              I have taken this matter to icici head service quality but they kept on their stand.
              This is the fraud taking place in icici bank and in near future i will never keep single penny in this fraud bank. And nor do i suggest anyone to be in this bank.
              My icici a/c is[protected] and icici direct a/c. Is 50883647. I opened this account in patna in the year 2009 (Not sure) by an agent of the bank and he took tacitly sign me to have mab of rs.10000 without giving any information about it. As i had gone through fraud through their official cheated me outside and my account was dormant in last 3 yrs. I got a call from mumbai branch to update kyc last year and accordingly visited the bhagalpur branch where i am working. While submitting the paper no official told me about debit balance and have to maintain mab. Later found my kyc updated from kahalgaon branch at least 45 km from bhagalpur. This year i got a call from icici direct rm madhuri suprabha to start afresh trading and i started trading unwillingly. The moment i deposited one and half lakh they debited rs.26000 from my account citing the reason of mab penalty. I enquired abt it that no such information mailed to me or done correspondence. They said that they had done to this old address and also about mail which they claim at that i had no email which agent had created. I requested them that this is the fraud and at least you should informed me about it. The whole branch started blaming me and said that 3 reversal has taken place from rm level and rest could be taken from branch head level. I approached branch manager of bhagalpur ashisha kumar where i transferred my account to have patience and show me of my business with the bank. He was teaching me business rule and said after 3 months he would be able to reverse 3 charges and even if possible 3 could be taken. Almost 36 mab penalty had taken place and still i am visiting the branch to get relief as icici top official and ombudsman had rejected my stand and safeguarding the bank employee. I have also cited that sbi has taken back mab penalty charge and i was having more than than 25 thousand shares in icici direct but they said icici direct is not their part. I approached the demat section to delink my account and they took the request and provided me sr no and furthter after one week said that this can't be possible. And instruct me to get the dues cleared from icici bank. This lady suprabha had given so much pain in my life that i will never trust any woman which the bank uses to trap the customer.
              I am still visiting the branch but can my mab penalty reversal be possible.

                    I have did recharge of my jio number [protected] from phonepe upi account to [protected]@icici, amount got debited from my account but my recharge was not sucessful, i tried contacting jio and phone they both are not reponding, im not able to contact icici vpa there is no call/email given. The never bothered to respond, please look into the matter and solve as soon as possible

                      Recharged jio number through phone pe app using upi. Amount debited from account but recharge for the money has not been made. I request refund from whatever [protected]@icici is because the app says transaction successful and the jio customer care says they haven't received the payment. And you people are asking me for a complaint which is of at least 350words? I want my number recharged or my refund. I don't even know if you guys would look into this or even care to reply.

                        I applied a credit card on 16th oct submitted all the documents as requested later on i didn't received any update on that i thought my request has not been processed. But yesterday (10th nov) received a pin for the credit card, i have a fear on someone has misusing my credit card i tried to contact customer care but i couldn't reach them i written a mail to the head no reply from them

                          With respect i priyabrata mondal having a salary account in icici bank motikhavdi2, jamnagar branch. My a/c[protected] was debit freezed by bank since two years ago. When i was working in simplex infractures imied jamnagar in month of jan-2016, then after i left that job and joined somewhere else, i didn’t have any transactions with same a/c number so my a/c has been freezed, that time i have some surplus amount in icici bank, soon after that i had contacted agra uttar pradesh icici bank for re-activation of my account, i had provided all kyc documents i. E., address proof, identity proof needed to remove freeze from my icici account, to agra uttar pradesh but even after a period of 6 weeks no more progress has been observed, i had called more than 20 times to customer care icici bank agra sanjay palace icici branch but all the time they were not responding to me. I have been trying from last two month to get back my money from my icici account no.[protected], so please i want unfreeze my salary account.

                                I am Ajit Kumar Maity. I have invested on two icici money multiplier bonds on 03.03.1999.
                                Bondholder number: 5081-449; certificate no - 25439
                                Distinctive no:[protected]
                                Face value of rs. 4000/-
                                I did not yet receive any instruction regarding redemption of this bond. I don't find any place to surrender my bonds and get back my money.
                                I therefore request you to help me in this regard so that I can get back my money at the earliest.

                                  My account has been debited by rs.1899 on 03.11.2017 stating narration as 'new policy' and then i received an email from one assist for creation of policy. I have never opted to such policy neither i have been informed about the same. Even without my knowledge the policy has been created. How could you debit without my consent? I also tried to call their customer care but no one responded. Without my consent how such debits can be allowed to my account. I need my money refunded asap or else i will be bound to take legal course against the bank.
                                  Look into the matter and solve it on urgent basis. This is not the type of service expected from icici bank. It is very unprofessional activity on behalf of bank. I need the refund asap.

                                    I am contacting you regarding the ecs for my pl from icici bank. The first installment was due on 05-nov-2017. Upon checking with the icici bank i have been informed to pay by cash since auto debit is not happening. I cannot take the trouble to paying the emi by cash for next 36 months. I need to have some solution to it as i am not responsible for any error which may have occurred during processing by icici bank.in my hdfc account i have sufficient fund for auto debit.

                                    During processing of pl, i was not asked for cancelled check & the amount was disburse in my account. I am really surprised to have pathetic experience with customer care executive due to their incompetency & lack of experience in customer handling.

                                    Hence, i should not be penalized for the icici bank slipup by overcharge or having my cibil score at stake.

                                    I will be looking forward for some solution in this regard asap.
