With profound respect and humble submission. I beg to lay before you the following few fact’s for favours of your kind consideration and sympathetic orders.
At the outset i beg to introduce myself that, i am sujit kumar bishal, a small businessman, have a petrol pump at darisol (Dist. - east singhbhum) in jharkhand state.
Nine months ago two persons has been came my pump and introduce themselves as officers of icici bank at mango, jamshedpur (Tata), one is mr pradeep and another one is mr. Summon and they are owned mobile numbers [protected]/[protected]/[protected] respectively.
They are convince me to deposit rs 20 lakh (20, 00, 000/-) with the bank, then they are sanction a
Loan up to rs 40 lakh (40, 00, 000/-) according to they’re assurance. After few days i have deposited
Rs -50000/- through cheque of sbi branch chinchira (Wb) and subsequently rs 10, 00, 000 through
R. T. G. S on 28th sept 2015. But i have not get any sms at mobile which are deposited. After two days
I have went to icici bank at mango, jamshedpur and found entire amount of rs 10, 50, 000/- has
Been withdrawn from my icici saving account (A/c —[protected] through atm.
When i have searching how it happened, that time i have known branch manager and two staff
(Those are convince me for loan) has gone on long leave and also they have managed to transfer
Themselves elsewhere on 9th oct 2015.
Then i went police station o[censored]lidihi at jhamshedpur and logged the f. I. R against it on 13th oct 2015.
But unfortunately no tangible action has been taken by police as yet.in mean time i have meet s. S. P and d. S. P of police, but everybody have turned their deaf car. Although six month has been elapsed, no action seems to have been taken.
I hope that my case will be especially considered by you in order to prevent such corruption in bank and to save my family from starvation. For this act of your kindness i shall remain ever gratefully.
