Respected sir,

As per the system generated below mail, i have a sbi saving bank account ([protected]) and i was withdrawn the amount rs. 6500/- from icici bank atm having id sacw9157 on dated 27.09.2017 at 20.14. But i have received only rs. 500/-, but my account had been debited of rs. 6500/-. Subsequently i have made a complaint on sbi toll free number on the same day and give all the transaction details having with ticket number [protected]. Now as per the rules, maximum 7 days required to take the necessary action and resolving the problem, but already more than 15 days is over, still my problem is ideal after giving reminder to reminder.

I humbly request you to take appropriate action to the concern department and resolve the problem with all loss as soon as possible.

    My father had a credit card ([protected]) 11 years back and dues to some reasons it was misuse / wrongly billed by someone and he had discontinued it and asked clarification on the details (Which he did not get). It went for a long time and later we was in some family trouble that it missed out of my mind and years passed and no one contacted me hence i assumed it got resolved and closed.

    Now recently from past one week i (Jogesh arora son of raj kumar arora) have started get calls from (+[protected]/[protected] collection / recovery agents of your bank for the card ([protected]) which realates to my father according to them and harassing me to make a payment of card. They have being calling my relatives friends, business clients and school friends and they use abusing and using offensive words with my colleagues to defaming my image in the society which is mental torture and harassment. Also, threatening me and my family for dire consequence and defaming my social status.

    I am not running away any where!!! I responds to their calls on my cell phone than why this harassment and mental torture??? I and am ready to settle if any genuine dues are dues are pending, provided, i get a details statement of the same to reconcile
    But i talked to father they said he is also receiving the messages from icici bank but for the card no ([protected]) not for the ([protected]) now it's a
    Undue influence condition for me please help me

    Some abusive language they r using
    1. I will se how u will get married?
    2. I your father is not able to pay the dues then why he a has taken the credit card?
    3. Mai dekhti hu kese tum jee patey ho?
    4. Abhie to bhot contacts hai sabke same nanga kr dungye tumhe
    5. Etc

    After all this torture when i went to the bank for a payment to settle this they said d

      Hi sir,

      I have withdrawn 40000 from icici bank atm id (S1vdb787) located at mount road branch on[protected], but due to machine issue i got only 26000 and remain money jammed in machine.
      After consult security they informed atm engineer. Engineer confirmed money was there but not given to me due to process. So i raised ticket through nungumbakkam branch manager, but they closed service request like unable to disputed amount.

      Please find attached my request form and take action on that. I spent two days on this. No one responding.

      I have tried more than 4 times customer care after heard my problem and they simply disconnected my call.

        Recently i received my internet banking userid & password but was unable to login so i went to main branch of the bank and told there my complaint, they tried to help me but problem remains the same then they told me to contact customer service which i tried a lot for 2 days, but not a single number found working. I search various websites for customer care numbers but they to where of no use not a single number found working. This is the scenario of the largest private bank of india.           I have done a upi fund transfer from my account. But the upi id provided was wrong and hence, the amount did not get credited in benificiary account. The amount was deducted from my account and it was not refunded. When i contacted the bank for the same, their response was that the transaction was successful and there is nothing to be done from their side. Please check and resolve this at the earliest.           I have done a UPI fund transfer from my account. But the UPI id provided was wrong and hence, the amount did not get credited in benificiary account. The amount was deducted from my account and it was not refunded.             I was charged for insufficient funds when the overall account had funds some were blocked for trading on that day.

            No one called to verify and charged 400 rs in the bargain.

            There was only an automated message to contact nearest branch or relationship office (There is no one tagged to account anyways)

            This for someone who has been an account holder for many years now with them.

            Icici is into the business of small frauds for account owners please beware.

                I had to transfer money to a friend’s account - he wanted some urgent help and i realized that my account has fraud charges - i called the customer service and they said they can’t do anything and i have to wait for 7weeks of investigation. Citibank and standard charted do it in 7 days plus pay the amount upfront - this is a big inconvience for me and my friend needs the money as he has to pay the hospital bill. Now, my account is blocked. Can i sue icici bank?

                #ICICI bank is a Fraud Bank - they sucks at their customer service -

                There were two Fraud charges on my account - which I am sure many ICICI bank account holders are also facing. (I googled it and saw a bunch of folks complaining about the same)

                And after going through IVR authentication and then through rep authentication- The Fraud rep says “I need to fill the form and send it.” WTF???? Seriously? ???

                On top of it the TAT is 7 weeks.

                I have other accounts with #Citibank, #Standardcharted and they transfer the amount immediately and then continue with their research and TAT is 7working Days and not weeks

                ICICI BANK IS NOT SAFE!!! I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND ENSURE THAT ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY CLOSE THEIRS TOO AND MOVE TO CITIBANK or any real bank.

                + Reps like Anmol can’t even speak in Hindi & English and Fraud Rep Mohammad doesn’t have the phone etiquettes.

                        I received call from icici bank and they were given information about one assist plan and asking for activation, i was telling them not to activate now but stiil they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1299/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                            I made a jio recharge of rs 399 though online payment. I was asked to choose mode of payment. I was choose upi instead of debit card. When i clicked on upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. After i typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app {phonepe}. When i logged into upi app i found one notification requesting 399 rs which was the recharge amount. It was [protected]@icici. When i transferred 399rs, amount was deducted from my account, but i didn't get any messages from jio.

                            Then i asked to jio care regarding this issue they said they didn’t get the recharge amount.

                            Then i took phonepe help regarding this issue they said they get the confirmation message of money sent.

                            So what can i do?

                                I am maintaining saving bank account in icici bank, the details of which given as below

                                As per the directive of bank, i was linking my aadhar number with bank account using net banking services. However, after submitting my aadhar details, i got the message from bank that linking is getting failed as my name/date of birth in bank records is not matching with aadhar data base.

                                I was surprised to receive this message, as while opening my account i had submitted my pancard as proof of identity. I noticed that there is minor mismatch in spelling of my surname in bank records and pancard. Spelling of my surname in pancard is “agarwal” while in bank records it is “agrawal”. To my further surprise - surname spelling is as per pancard in icici trading and demat account which was opened at the same time.


                                My aadhar card has same spelling of my surname as spelt in pancard and also date of birth is same on both the documents.

                                I requested bank to correct the spelling of my surname so that it can be linked with aadhar data base. However bank is not replying on my request

                                  I rechrged another number frim. My jio app and transaction through phonepe amount has been deducted but i didn't got recharge. So what i have to do should i wait for refund or recharge. Please resolve my issue. What is the fun of this you deducted money from my wallet but didn't got recharge.                                       I have icici atm and i am withdrawal 3 thousand money from axis atm but unfortunately transaction is complete but money is not come. And it's my bad luck today is sunday and there is no any help from icici on sunday what can i do please help me

                                        I have been trying to get my pan, aadhaar and mobile number linked to my account since 6 months but and they even said that if i send a mail and fill and provide a scanned copy of a form with scans of my originals, they would update them but there's no luck so far. I have to e-verify my itr but because of this pathetic service and that my old mobile number has been deactivated, i can't do anything from here in us. This is the most frustrating experience ever and i'm going to ask my company to stop making employee's account in icici in india.

                                        Amount debited and transaction success
                                        But recharge not done
                                        So please check my payment and refund the same to my upi account
