I received a mail from icici bank privilege banking department regarding the offer for buying killer watch at rs 349. It was said that the watch will be delivered in 28 working days. But no tracking id has been generated yet. I placed the order on 2nd november, still no tracking id generated. I would like to file a complaint against icici bank and killer jeans for giving such false offers and cheating the customers. It is very bad and this should be checked and controlled by the senior management in icici.
I want the watch to be delivered, else the money should be refunded.
My order id is 215970 and order date is[protected]

    Dear sir,

    When i was used my atm on dated 09.10.17 time was 10:47 am in obc bank ratan market opposite amber cinema modinagar ghaziabad. Up 201204 i have withdrawal 10000 rupees but fund is not received but it is debit in my account. I have complaint for that at customer care of icici he given me request no. Sr[protected] & time taken for 7 days but they did not given any positive answer & they closed the request. Then i have again registered other request but it was also closed by customer care (Sr[protected] & again registered other complaint sr[protected] but closed
    Yesterday i have also registered other complaint in branch, but branch is not giving relevant answer.
    For further you can cc tv footage
    So i have humble request to you please do the needful & solve my problem.

      Iam a new user of icici bank account. I had a very bad experience in opening an new account. However, iam lodging a complaint regarding expression debit card which was dispached and delivered to me without any request raised from my end. Iam not sure who initiated this request from bank end. Also, there is no notification messages delivered to mobile when ever any amount debited from my account. Around 800 rs is been deducted from my account. I need an explanation regarding bank statement and refund the amount back to the account. Please consider this complaint as matter of important and refund the money debited as a kindly request. You may call me if any further clarification required.

          I hari shankar ([protected]) taken EDC service from icici bank & my MID-[protected]- TID[protected] & the transaction of RS-75000/-on[protected] bank not given the payment till now they had hold the customer amount for more than 20 days
          I had called and mailed many times but the resolution had not come yet i feel i am painalise from this event and behavior of the bank.

          when i was called on customer care they asked to mail on below id

          more than 10 times i had replied on mail and sent the required document

          now customer amount detected from his bank but we are still waiting the payment.

                I do not have a demat account with icici bank. Charges are deducted from my account. Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till sep-17. This is the reference number. Please look into this. It has been happening since two three months.

Today also i visited to branch but she take one hours thirty minutes time i ask question to executive what about loose cheque she said i raised cheque book request in system you will get cheque book after two days. I am very frustrated my feedback is icici bank service is very worst service.

                    I filed a dispute on november 1st for 2 unknown transactions made on my card for amount of 2099. My card was blocked immediately by the representative and i was lied by the rep that i would get the new card in 24 hrs if i visit the nearest branch. Which was not the case when i reached the branch. I was told by the onsite agent that there nothing called as 24hrs debit card and i have to wait for 5days. I struggled to meet ends for 5 days till my new card arrived as all my money is usually in bank. While your so called investigating team was investigating the fraudulent charge. I got a text from icici after 15days that the dispute was declined. I immediately called the bank and once again i was lied to. The rep asked me to visit the branch for reversal. Which was again not the case. I called number of times and every time i was given different reasons and excuses why the dispute was declined. I again called today and spoke to 2 inefficient customer service officers who kept on blabbering same thing upon asking any questions. Upon asking why was the charge made what's the supporting document submitted by the merchant to have the dispute closed in his favour your negligent team had no response and ms. Shobha kept on telling me she understands my concern. Well if she understands my concern why was the solution not provided. I need a senior officer contact me asap for further details. This is completely unacceptable. My entire family and my friends circle has their accounts with icici. I will have to reconsider that because i don't feel icici is the safest bank anymore. They are all in support of the fraud people. They don't care about customers hard earned money.

                      Hi team,

                      I have recently given a cheque and that was returned due to insufficient fund, i have received that message at 12.38pm on 21st november, i had enough money in my account at 12.36pm and i have that evidence sent as message.

                      So while sending message that i had insufficient fund in my account it was a false statement

                      I need refund for the return charges and in future i need someone to call me if there is no enough fund before rejecting it. I am not here to provide cheque to be bounced. I am your customer for more than 5 years as corporate salary account and this is the first time its happening.

                      I was at the branch during the incident and there is no one to make me a favour and they refused me like anything and not treated me like their customer, i am now thinking that to remain in the icici or not due to this.

                        I have a savings account at icici bank for the past 15 months, and i have lost my atm two days back. I went to the icici bank branch at infosys hinjewadi phase 2, pune to get my atm blocked and to request for a new atm on 23 november 2017 (Around 11 am). I went to one of the counters where two girls were sitting. I asked them to block my atm and to issue me a new one in a very polite manner, in-spite of helping me they told me in a very sarcastic way to call customer care. They were unwilling to help me offline. Their behavior was far far away from welcoming and tone was quite taunting. Please let me know if this is the way to behave with your customers or this is what icici believes in. Why cannot i get my work done at bank branch instead of doing it online?? Is icici staff there only to mock customers or to helpthem. This is a very common issue but icici's response was pathetic.

                          An icici rep offered a credit card to me & i submitted initial form. But then i didn't want the card so i did not send any of the further documents that were asked for (Salary slips).
                          1. Still i received the message saying credit card is processed. Do you really follow proper process?
                          2. I did not receive the cc yet. Blue dart guy don't bother to call & just goes back and sends a status with undelivered.
                          3. Without receiving the cc & not havin it activated i receive the sms of some transaction with rs.1649/- debited from cc.

                          What the hell? I was a proud customer of icici bank & always used to recommend all of my friends to go for your services.
                          But by these incidents i'm really disappointed. My expectations with your services are lowered now.
                          However, i don't want that cc anymore. I'm not gonna pay that insurance amount for it. If i get any debit transaction from my saving account, i'll remove all the services that i've with icici. I don't want to get any calls for cc. Even your reps ask for suitable timings for calling back & don't turn up. And they call again when i said not to call because of my meetings. I'm disgusted at this point.

                          Its annoying that they deduct money from account without confirmation amounting to rs 354. This is illegal as they should be fined for such incidents. I know they will refund it but after 1 week, till then whose fault is this so they should be fined for this.

                            I have taken an instant credit card ending 6000 (Now renewed card ending in 2003) from icici bank against the fixed deposit number[protected].

                            The initial value of fd was 30, 000 so they gave me the limit of 25000/- but now value of renewed fixed deposit is 47, 036 as of today.

                            Ideally bank should be increase the limit of credit card also accordingly as value of fd under lien (For security) has increased but anyhow they are not ready to do it.

                            Please look into the matter so that bank increases the limit of my instant credit card accordingly from 25, 000 to max possible considering the fd of rs 47000/- as security.

                              After opening new account in icici bank, after activation my account rs 500 debited from my account as dr. Tran for funding a/c [protected]
                              69 without my knowledge how can they debit money from my account without doing any transition from my side, fraud transition doing icici bank, i want back my hard earning money. And also bank must give explanation for this type transation

                                I have first time deposited cash in my account bank has debited bank charges rs.150+27 gst. As per icici bank rules first time charges is not applicable. Please waive the same. Transaction dated 22-nov-2017. At cash acceptance machine - nil for the first cash deposit of a calendar month; thereafter in the month, rs. 5 per thousand rupees or part thereof, subject to a minimum of rs. 150.

                                  I have applied for the loan in icici on my mhada property in oct 2016. During this activity, they debited my processing fees of rs 15600/- in the same month without completing loan documentation. Legally processing fees will be only charged after sanction letter. At last they came with rejection in loan saying they will not fund mhada property. Dsa who approached me given mr. Navin kumar shende number to followup with. I started following up with him since nov 2016 and till last month (Oct 2017) ie 1 year this guy wating time on e-mail saying approval is in progress.
                                  When i launch complaint online from website - https://www.icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page
                                  Response was for 1st escalations - auto response, 2nd escalations to mr. Subhendu tripathy, head - phone banking. Where they taken 21 days to revert that it was old case and now it will not happen.

                                  3rd escalations to mr. Vinayak m more, principal nodal officer. And response is awaiting.

                                  My sincere appeal to every cunstmor before before applying to icici homeloan pl read my entire case. I m completely cheated by them and no one there to respond.

                                        My name is ebenezer, icici prudential-policy 17108383. Policy premium rs 14, 826 every 6 months.

                                        Icici prudential, policy premium was debited from my bank account twice for the same policy in the same week without my authorization.
                                        Premium of rs 14, 826 for icicipru policy 17108383. 2 times for just on premium with out any approval. First on the 10/11/2017 and again on the 15/11/2017

                                        How did this happen?
                                        How can the bank hack into my account and take my money without my authorization, not once but twice for the same amount, in the same week?
                                        ₹29, 652 went out of my account and no one called me and told that it was done. Because of which our housing loan emi did not go through and we have been fined and the bank has charged bound fee.
