    Hello!

    On 30th aug, 2017, our account has been debited with trca charges without our consent which is ridiculous!

    Your customer care/branch - opera house is not giving any details

    Pls look in to this and refund the amounts without any further delay otherwise we will be forced to close the ca with your bank / branch and adopt the legal course of action, go to the consumer court to recover this illegal deductions that your bank is making from our account with interest and other charges.

    Waiting for an urgent reply and credit!

      Hi,

      I received a call from [protected] he is calling from icici bank payback department. He told me that around 5600 payback points would be expiring soon so i can use it three ways 1) by withdrawing cash equivalent, 2) by applying it against my credit card outstanding 3) by shopping. I opted for applying against my credit card outstanding. Following which he shared and confirmed all the details about my card
      1) card number
      2) valid thru date on the card

      I then received a message from icici bank with the transaction initiation alert of inr 5600 at payzapp which he confirmed are the charges to apply my payback points against my credit card outstanding and asked me to type in the otp in ivr.

      I then received a message from icici bank than my credit card was used to do a transaction of 10000 rupees at payzapp for which he told me that the transaction amount is actually the points that would be applied against credit card outstanding and to wait for 24 hours for the amount to reflect in my payback. Within a hour after i realized that i was conned i immediately blocked my credit.

      Interestingly icici bank knew about and did nothing to prevent that. If icici bank would have taken some action then i do not think i would have fall in their trap. Sincere request to icici bank to look into this matter and get my money reversed.

        Icici bank is charging me with a surcharge eveyrtime i am using their debit card to pay for fuel at shell petrol pumps.

        The description for surcharge will be mentioned as : mcc 5541

        According to government rules, banks shouldn't charge any surcharge for payment through cards.

        They have done this at multiple times:
        31st august 2017
        16th august 2017
        10th august 2017

        When i call the bank to ask about this, they will tell me that the charges will be reverted within 15 days which doesn't happen.

        Please help me in getting my surcharge back.

Today i was just checking transactions of my account and found that rs 761/- has been deducted from my account towards dp charges till jun-17. At the time of opening demat account you guys have mentioned clearly that there are no charges for demat account and it is absolutely free.

              Request you to kindly return my money back. I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe here or not.

                How can u deduct dp charges? How can you open demat account without informing the customer?

                My wife has no idea of demat account and how to use them, how you guys open the account? And now you are charging 826 rs.. For just of shake of your benefits you guys are opening demat account. Even my wife has not a single details related to demat account.

                Close the demat account as soon as possible and reverse the unnecessary charges.

                    Loan against fixed depost was taken and re-payed in full and final payment in month of july. But still an interest of rs. 535.00 is being levied on the same.

                    If i am paying a full and final amount of loan i assume that interest is being properly calculated but in this case it didnt.

                    Kindly get this issue resolved as i have already re-paid another loan in month of august and am sure this issue will arise in another loan against fd as well. Snapshot attached for your reference.

                        I keen to know on which ground your team is calling and wasting time of any person..

When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                                 Madam, my name is jimmy chakrabarty lived in delhi, dwarka mode-110059, i had purchased a icici money multiplier bond bond on 28th april 1999. The due date of maturity of icici money multiplier bond is 28th april 2017 which has been already passed by more than 4months.

                                Now i would like to withdraw all my money from this bond but the back end company of icici bank is 3i infotech ltd they are making fool of me and keep on delaying the matter and not releasing my money.

                                I had already submitted all my original and needful documents to icici bank canought circus branch and to the 3i infotech ltd branch by post even though after 4 months i did not get any concrete and proper solution which favours me. Please help me regarding in this matter.

                                I am a active customer of icici bank for more than 8/9 yrs, i had a salary account in icici bank even though no body is helping me regarding in this particular matter at last now i wrote a letter to you, madam you are my only hope.

                                The available documents are as follows:

                                Bond holder no[protected].
                                Certificate no -17480.
                                Distinctive no (S[protected].
                                Apply for the bond - money multiplier bond-0399-mmb - two
                                Application date - 28th april 1999.
                                Redemption date - 28.04.2017

                                        I am dubai, uae resident, i have icici resident account. Now i want to convert my resident account in to nro and for this i visit icici representative office here in dubai, but from them i came to know i have active demat and trading account and its not in my use and i have to close that. I inform your call center and they close my trading account but for demat account still i didn't get proper reply from your staffs, they just forwarding the calls wasting my time and money. Many times i call them and each time they told me different procedures. I visit your representative office also but no use.
                                        I request you to guide me the exact procedure to close this demat account without anymore headache.
