I'm not a icici bank customer care back account member. I got call from the icici customer care number ambattur and i asked her how you got my personal details and the girl used bad words continuously and keep on torturing by calling again and again and abusing. I can't tolerate this and i called back and i wanna raise complaint to the manager but they are not connecting the call. She was using all the bad word towards me. Please...

This is to inform you that i dint ask to activate any plan regarding one assist. The company activated the plan with out my permission and they have deducted rs.1399 from my credit card with out my knowledge. This is an illegal activity. Actually i dont want this plan to be activated. Kindly deactivate the plan and refund my money as soon as possible.

I did payment transaction in https://eazypay.icicibank.com/ towards delhi public school miyapur amount rs.27486 for admission number m16/0097 on 8/8/2017 12:31 with rbl bank credit card ending with 1231 (Rbl transaction id 383528) but transaction got failed due to network issue and amount got deducted from the card. I waited till 16th august and found that invoice is still open. So i did one more payment transaction...

Sir today i gone to icici bank branch to credit some rupee but some notes bundles was of 10₹ & dupty manager say that i can't take 10₹ note for 15day becz i have lots of 10₹ notes bundles. I says that to sir, it's urgent so pls take the ₹ but he can't & says you have urgent than you close your a/c form our bank & his behaviour to badly.. Pls say what can i do.. Pls help...

I have closed my credit card almost a year ago, but still the statement is getting produced... As well as last month my friend has dropped some amount wrongly in the closed credit card. It got deposited..

But i am not able to use it, because it is a blocked card, but in my account is showing & they cant transfer to saving account.. Now there is a statement getting produced......

I have withdrawn 10000 money from bank of baroda atm, maduvinkarai on 7th aug. I couldn't get the money. I have raised a compliant in icici bank (Sr[protected].
But those people are not responding properly. 11 days completed they are saying still ticket is in open status only.

They are not even answered properly. I dont know how to proceed futher. Can u please check and...

I am the customer of axis bank had done a wrong imps of 30000/- dated 01/05/17 in icici bank account.

My bank has raised a complaint to the centralized cell of their bank and the same has been raised to your bank. But as on date the issue has not been resolved.

My bank is saying that their centralized cell who is handling such issues has not got any reply from icici.

Hand written app. With signature of rest a/c holder with both passbook, chq. Book submitted for a/c close and bal. Trd. To another a/c in same name at nai sarak jodhpur branch on 02.08.17, after complaint as mail recd. From customer service manager printed app. With kyc submitted at chb jodhpur branch on 10.08.17 and contact on 11.08.17 and 17.08.17 but still bal. Not trd. Harassment making due to lack of proper job knowledge...

I booked bus ticket from my credit card through make my trip. That ticket was cancelled by the make my trip and they refunded the amount with bank reference number:[protected].
But that amount is not reflected in my account till now.
I will provide whatever details you need in order to solve this.

1. I visited the icici bank itpl branch loan executive ravi nishad on 29th june 2017 for closure of my loan account lpbng[protected] by paying rs.2, 76, 803 through icici bank cheque and on same day it's get deducted from account.
2. On 7th of july emi get deducted and contacted the loan executive he said it takes some time to reflect.
3. Again visited the branch on 12th july 2017 that time got to know that you're loan executive...

I am an account holder of icici bank for about 1 year 4 months. Today, when i was checked my balance using the internet banking facility, at that moment i'hv see, bank has been deducted total ₹-707/- from my account. Icici is one of the worst banks in india, they have no concern about customers. I had applied for a personal loan on credit card, they were taking a lot of time to credit the amount to same icici savings account. But charged the interest and emi the very next day, i got the loan cancelled after too many follow-ups, i got a bill with the emi which was already reversed in current bill because of the delay from icici in reversing it.
