Dear sir

I have applied for a credit card in icici bank 3 weeks before. Verification has been completed but till date i didn't receive any update of the card.
What is the status?

I am really disappointed. There is no direct customer care call channel for this to check the status. The icici person with whose help i have registered the card is not responding to my mails and calls. Its really a horrible experience i am having, for just getting a new credit card.

    I am shocked and devastated to know the scrupulous method icici bank is pertaining to loot their customers in the name of anw charges. Non of the government run banks are into this practice.

    I was really taken aback when i saw a charge of rs:245/-and a gst charge of rs:44.10 to a cash transaction of rs:49, 000/- which i deposited in my wife’s icici bank account on the 16/08/2017.

    When asked, the customer service very conveniently replied that the money was deposited in a “non-branch city”, all these years i was thinking icici to be a global bank. Plus the person named mr. Amit agarwal (Portuguese street branch, kolkata) who tried his best to sell me a unit link plan never even bother to inform me about these charges.

    I am very depressed about the fact that a good bank like icici have started following the path of darkness for customers who are with them very loyally. What i want is transparency of such dubious method and a refund of the said amount as the customer was kept in the dark.

    I am looking forward to a helpful reply and refund.

      My name is sailik sen. I have submitted forms and documents to the customer executive on 29th august 2017 for opening a salary account.

      I was handed over a welcome kit which states my account number is[protected]

      It has been over 8 working days but my account is still not activated.

        I dont how but my icici bank account has been debited thrice for air tickets from my account, the tickets which i neither i had booked nor received. I have complained the issue with concerned bank.
        According to them i might have tried to book tkts online during which the Session must have expired due to time taken and my details must have been captured by the official site of jet airways In whose account my money is being transfered. The bank neither sent me any information prior to the transactions to be done, as sent in other transactions, nor did i get any otp for the online transaction. I directly received the messages that my account has been debitted for amounts for three tkts booked.
        I herewith share the screenshot of the messages rcvd. for the transaction for your referance.In this msg too no details of passengers travelling or the flight details etc are mentiined. Moreover according to it the transaction seems to be done on 5th july for which i get msg on 21 august.
        It is very much obvious that the bank indeed is at fault here, as per the manager of my branch the tat for issue resolution is 10 weeks!! Such a long time to resolve an issue by such a reputed bank!!
        I would also like to know whether i can claim interest on my money deducted for the time they are taking to resolve this issue?! I rightfully deserve it, as i am being punished for no fault of mine and that too without any explanation for it is also not provided.

          This is regarding fraudulent transactions on my debit card, issued by icici.

          On 20th august 2017, at 17:53 i received 3 successive text messages from dm-icicib, informing me of withdrawal of rs.5000, rs.5000 and rs.3000 successively.
          None of these transactions were done by me and all the time the card was in my possession. Surprisingly, the payments were scheduled, as intimated in text for 21st august but the money was actually debited to my account on 20th august itself.
          My personal representations to the bank at its saket branch have not yet elicited any positive development. My sr # allotted by bank is[protected] and a complaint has been registered with the bank also.

          Request your intervention for an early resolution and refund of the amount.

            I want to complaint and file a case against icici bank for cheating me with my home loan repayment. I had availed a loan of 900000 in dec 2006 and already paid around 1400000 till now and bank claims there is still over 7 lac principal outstanding. They cannot give explanation on how the interest was charged and are trying to fool me and giving me lame excuses. I really want to know how can i file a case so i my hard earned money is not looted by icici. I have availed this loan from icici pune branch. Appreciate any kind of assistance with my situation.

            By the name of AUTO DEBIT RETURN FEE purpose ICICI bank authorities debited 450.00 rs and IGST TAX =81.00 rs.

            I didn't select the auto debit option for paying my credit card bill. Every month am paying my bill manually from my account.

              I opened a salary account with icici bank. I got a debit card (Master card) with my opening kit but i'm unable to generate my password. When i was about to generate my password in nearby atm machine it is showing "card has been blocked". I waited for 3 days but when i visited again to atm machine afer 3 days it is showing the same thing that my card is blocked.

                  My grid authentication has been disable on 09/09/201, inspite of having entered the correct values. I need to re-enable it, as this is my salary account and depend on it for making all utilities and bill payements.                               Hi,

                              I received a call from [protected] he is calling from icici bank payback department. He told me that around 5600 payback points would be expiring soon so i can use it three ways 1) by withdrawing cash equivalent, 2) by applying it against my credit card outstanding 3) by shopping. I opted for applying against my credit card outstanding. Following which he shared and confirmed all the details about my card
                              1) card number
                              2) valid thru date on the card

                              I then received a message from icici bank with the transaction initiation alert of inr 5600 at payzapp which he confirmed are the charges to apply my payback points against my credit card outstanding and asked me to type in the otp in ivr.

                              I then received a message from icici bank than my credit card was used to do a transaction of 10000 rupees at payzapp for which he told me that the transaction amount is actually the points that would be applied against credit card outstanding and to wait for 24 hours for the amount to reflect in my payback. Within a hour after i realized that i was conned i immediately blocked my credit.

                              Interestingly icici bank knew about and did nothing to prevent that. If icici bank would have taken some action then i do not think i would have fall in their trap. Sincere request to icici bank to look into this matter and get my money reversed.

                                Icici bank is charging me with a surcharge eveyrtime i am using their debit card to pay for fuel at shell petrol pumps.

                                The description for surcharge will be mentioned as : mcc 5541

                                According to government rules, banks shouldn't charge any surcharge for payment through cards.

                                They have done this at multiple times:
                                31st august 2017
                                16th august 2017
                                10th august 2017

                                When i call the bank to ask about this, they will tell me that the charges will be reverted within 15 days which doesn't happen.

                                Please help me in getting my surcharge back.

                                        How can u deduct dp charges? How can you open demat account without informing the customer?

                                        My wife has no idea of demat account and how to use them, how you guys open the account? And now you are charging 826 rs.. For just of shake of your benefits you guys are opening demat account. Even my wife has not a single details related to demat account.

                                        Close the demat account as soon as possible and reverse the unnecessary charges.
