Even i dont know why icici bank cut the charges from my account. Even i did not open any debit account from icici bank. How they can cut the money from my account automatically. I cant accept it please revert my money back to my account otherwise i can complain to my company regarding it and close all the salaried account from the icici bank. How can you open debit account without asking me or even i dint get any message on my mobile. Today i have just check they have cut rs 731 from my account. Please revert it on my account otherwise i will take legal action and meet you guys on social sites.

    Sir i have applied for saving account in icici lakhisarai on 21/08/2017 but til a days it not activated by icici bank. So i did a complain against icici lakhisarai. My complaint id -1681646 so please inform me what is the status of my complaint om my email id - kmsingh.[protected]@gmail.com, mob no-[protected]. If my account is activated today then i will complaint against icici bank in consumer court so it is my last warning to icici bank give me all information about my account status. A/c no[protected]

    I transit rs 6000 fund to open online new ICICI Bank Account but after passing more than one month money is blocked by bank. However bank site was showing message that within 2 days yours fund will be return back if account could not be opened

      Hi,

      My name is anal singh and i have been charged 507 rs as dp charges on 1st september 2017 for my demat account. I did not get any prior notice on it and it is completely unacceptable that even when your relationship manager (Amrit singh in my case) activated the account she never told me about the dp charges. Even when i was setting this up 3 months ago i was told that this would be completely free of charge. Then why the charges now? I want a refund of these charges asap.

        Sir my amount has been deducted for d card fee what's that all and my visa card service has also been stopped, i am the customer of icici bank for last 16 months, there was a good service from the bank but in the month of august 2017 the bank service has gone down and without intimation bank has deducted 426 rupees for d card fees, i don't understand why all these things go on i want my money back and my visa card service was also block in this month then i unblocked the card after that also my visa card service is not activated what the hell is this... Please i request the bank manager to look at my problems and resolve it says soon as possible...

          In my bank account my name is darshan dhanjay hande actual my name is darshan dhananjay hande. This happened because while opening account my aadhar card was having dhanjay in my father's name instead of dhananjay. Now i have made correction in my spelling mistake in aadhar card and the aadhar card number is also same then also bank is not changing my name they are saying bring gazette of the name change. I'm having both old and new aadhar card and in both the aadhar card the number is same. The bank had taken aadhar card as my id and address proof as now my aadhar card is updated bank should also update their details. I'm not able to convert my bank account to salary account due to the name mismatch. Bank people are saying make a new account but why should i make a new account if i have given this account number to my company.
          Icici bank is the worst bank i have ever seen. My freind's account was in kotak bank their he was also facing the same issue but they resolved his issue their staff is also supportive.
          I'm also thinking to close the bank account in icici other banks are far better. Icici wants to keep my old aadhar card details they are not ready to update.
          After reading this some icici guy will again send a email and say that bring gazette, and all # then only they will change the name.
          Only one question i want to ask to icici bank
          If i have updated information on my aadhar card that to spelling mistake then why are you keeping the old details.

So i could not able to update my aadhar number. i wrote several time to ICICI CUSTOMER CARE. I am getting reply as we are sorry. Bank manger gae another horse ### answer when my father went to bank (mudichur branch)This ICICI bank never allow you to change your phone number through online. ICICI bank not recommended.

              Miss riya moitra of icici bank thakurpukur branch has always troubled us since the beginning of opening account but till date we have ignored. But today when one of our cheques got lost we called her for help and she gave all wrong information which we followed and later we came to know that she has given wrong information from a senior, so we called her again and it was then when she misbehaved with us and instead of solving disconnected the line midway, she even didn't give no. Of branch manager and we don't need to talk to the manager and she was enough. She thinks herself as the highest authority, harasses and insults customer in every possible way. It has happened manier times when there was enough cash in bank but she has returned customers, she loiters around during working hours being present in office for which long ques form in bank and customers have to wait for much longer time. We have faced this last time also when we saw her chatting outside the bank during working hours but for our work we were made to wait for more than 45 minutes.

                  I made a immediate transfer using imps service and the amount got deducted from my account, however it has not been credited into the beneficiary's account.
                  The amount transferred was urgent as it was suppose to meet some immediate medical urgency at the hospital. Since amount is not credited to beneficiary patient at the hospital is suffering due to it.
                  Below is my imps transaction id[protected], transaction amount of 2500.

                  Request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest as it is matter of someones life and death.

                    On 25/08/2017, total sum of 177 rupees has been taken from my personal account stating "dcardfee 1692jun17-may18"

                    I need an immediate refund of that amount and the reason for which it has been taken!.

                    There is also never been any notice via message or email regarding this money deduction. No such activities should happen again!

                    I am very sorry to say your bank has no commitment value, 1 week before i applied for loan from mathura (up) branch, everything done signature on stamp paper done ...the day the amount has to be transfer they denied, saying we cant go for this much amount . This is not the way to treat the costumer, this is not done .

                      There is a deduction of 826/- from my account on 29-aug. I am not aware why this had happened. Later, i came to know those are the charges for demat account. I have not used that account. I have just logged in but not used anytime and i have heard the services are free of cost from the icici representative at that time. Its the responsibility of the bank to inform their customers before deducting the amount directly from the account but they are irresponsible towards this activity. I just need my money back.

                        Dear sir/ madam,

                        I, rukmani saraogi had applied for a swipe machine from icici bank on 11.08.2017.in this regard your representative mr. Alokesh dalal was coordinating. He had send mr. Sudip sirkar to collect the documents. I have submitted all the documents as requested by mr. Sudip along with a letter which contain the period (1 year) of swipe machine taken and annual charges for 1 year rs 4000 in subject line.

                        I got the swipe machine on 18.8.2017. I have the following complaints to make

                        1. I have made an application for 1 year for rs.4000+gst as charge. Later on i have been informed by your representative, while inquiring about missing credit in my bank account, that swipe machine has been given for 3 years period and accordingly charges has been deducted. Please let me know on what basis it has been rented for 3 years whereas i have applied for 1 year only. Also, please send me scan copy of all the documents submitted to your representative (Mr. Sudip sirkar/ mr. Alokesh dalal)

                        2. I was expected to be informed all the credits or debits relating to swipe. However there where no way by which it has been communicated to me formally. Please arrange to send it to me at my email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in for the transaction as of now and any transaction in future.

                        3. I understand that charges which has been deducted are from missing credit in my bank statement and a debit on my bank statement of rs.3155.57 on 23.08.2017 which is significantly more than the charges which has been agreed for. Please respond the reason for missing transactions in my icici bank statement and exorbitant charges levied that too largely on missing transactions.

                        4. I have received just a call telling me the settlement process for swipe machine but no call has been received confirming the facility for 3 years. Why there is no confirmation?

                        I am shocked to see practices from your bank which is highly unexpected. Please look into the points above and send me your response for each points above and resolve the dispute immediately.

                          Hi there,

                          I am using icici bank account since last 3 years and yesterday morning they have deducted rs.942 from my account under description dcardfee0442aug17-jul18..
                          What is this??
                          1. I have not been informed beforehand for deduction of any such charges.
                          2. Further, i have not received any sms alert for the same where for all other transactions we are notified by sms. I got to know the same only after i logged in to my account.
                          3. It is not correct to deduct such amount directly from account.
                          4. I want the amount to be credited asap.

                            Hai,
                            Iam elvis elias iam from kochi (Kerala).
                            I had a old salary account with icici account no:[protected]. After quitting job from sutherland i was not using that bank account. Last month i joined in centre square mall as operation staff, and for the salary purpose i just check with the thoppumpady icic i branch which is near to my house. First i ask them whether my old account is active. I was attended by mr. Abijith k. He told me that my old salary account is not active, and he force me to join a new account with a minimum balance of rs10, 000. So i listen to him and the very next day i joined a new account. And the account no is[protected]. After a week mr. Abijith k called me saying please withdraw the rs 10, 000 because some - ve balance is there in my previous account and he mr. Abijith k cut the call. I called him asking wht is the matter how - ve balance came. And he told me that i had taken rs 10, 000 from by previous account when there was no balance in that account. I have a doubt his icici is providing a credit facility. Iam dam sure that i have no idea about this. And this month 25 th abijith again called me saying my new account is going to get cancelled. Because of that issue. And he again cut the call with giving me proper information regarding the situation. He is just insulting me. Treating a customer like #. I called him many times saying give me proper guidance. He was not at all willing to talk with me. He just use me only to achieveing his target account opening. I called him requesting a call back from who ever know about these kind of issue he told me that he is just 3 months working with icici bank. But till this movement i didn't receive any call back. Wow what a super customer service. Iam not a rich guy. Iam living with my salary i have lot to do with my salary. Again i try to reach him. But till abijith k or his manager. Or the branch manager was not ready to talk with me. I need a solution for this. For the - ve balance, how will it happen in salary account. And why he didn't i mean ur bank staff in thoppumpady didn't inform me about this. What is the status of new bank account. I want that bank account because i have already send the bank details to the head office and it's not that much easy to change.
                            Looking forward from your side, or else i will file a case against icici bank.

                              I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 1 month,
                              Now they have charged 177under this category dcardfee6283aug17-july18.
                              I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                              They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                              Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                              Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want. This is totally wrong.

                              There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

                                  I used to give examples of your excellent service and professionalism but this time you proved yourself most poor service provider.

                                  I had a credit card 4375 xxxx xxxx 9004, which has bill of around 30k. I paid about 10k untill one day i gets a message that your credit card is blocked. Then you issue a new card to me something ending like 9012 which i fail to receive since my address was changed. You texts me that the second card is also blocked since it was not received to you. Then you issue one more card with ending like 0564. And the third card also follows the same story like the second card.
                                  Now there are no details in my internet banking account for any of the card and i am not able to make payment against any card.
                                  Now i am receiving e statement for all the 3 cards sum up to 30k.

                                  I complained to your customer care team but no fruitful response as every time they say we are scrutinising your case. Its more than a month and i am sick of your service. All my concerns are stated as:
                                  1. Gst has been levied 3 times in month of july itself when there was not a single purchase been done from my end, since my card was blocked already. Upon asking for clarification to your customer care team no fruitful response has been received till date.

                                  2. I still kept some amount to pay for credit card bill in my account and as per auto debit procedure, 2 deductions has been made against the 2 cards that were issued subsequently after blocking the original credit card. Again no clarification from customer support team.

                                  3. The last date to pay is 11th of every month but i am receiving response from you this late, now even though i was intended to pay the amount but because there was no detail in my internet banking i was hurdled to make the payment which in turn will come back to me only in form of fine or late payment charge, when i was totally innocent.

                                  Considering all the above scenarios and huge inconvenience along with, i seek a justified response from your end with a balanced compensation.

                                  I sternly seek your response this time else i will have no option left other than taking legal action against your bank.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have a savings account with icici which is my salary account and was told its a zero deposit account.

                                    There has been a deducted of 588 from my account as dcardfee which i dont understand anything about and was never informed. I was clearly told at time of joining there wil be no deductions.

                                    Also, representative from icici never calls me but i get a mail confirmation saying i had a discussion with them my relationship manager which never happened.

                                      My icici credit card amount deducted 4787/-. Its not yet refunded. I called customer care already 20 days gone. Now. Consumers complaints ca n help i think. I am disclosing card no and details below.

                                        As per government of india it is mandatory to link aadhar card to savings a/c. Since i have icici bank saving a/c i tried several times to through net banking to do that but every time same error comes up.

                                        I personally went to:
                                        Icici bank,
                                        Shop no. B - 7, dda market, nelson mandela marg,
                                        Pocket 10, sector b, vasant kunj,
                                        New delhi 110070, india

                                        Ifsc code: icic0001037

                                        I personally went to the above branch on may 29th 2017 and handed all paper work to ms. Aman deep kaur. But no action was taken.

                                        Then i again went to the same branch on july 4th 2017 and met mr. Sunil kumar (Branch manager) and again did all paper work. He assured everything was taken care and gave me service request number # sr[protected]. I have the signed proof of that service request.

                                        Tried to send several emails to complaint center but no action. All representatives over and over again ask me to do it through net banking or contact nearest branch. I have tried both of the options end number of times but no result.

                                        Still till date (August 30th 2017) no action taken. Government of india is making it mandatory to update aadhar card liked to savings a/c but bank is refusing to assist.
