My father-in-law has deposited an amount of rs.6, 500/- on 06.09.2017 into my account no.[protected]. The bank has been deducted the amount of rs.177 (150+27) from my account. This is not at all fair to icici bank for applying this charge.

At least your bank executive has to be inform while depositing this amount. Without any information how you are deducting this amount from my account. If informed, i have other bank accounts i will ask to deposit in that account.

Hence, please refund this amount.

    Greetings for the day!!!
    This complaint is into reference of above mentioned credit card number ([protected]).
    In the year 2010 this dispute regarding the credit card has been settled and i have received the settlement documents for the same after approaching the great lady ceo of icici bank mrs. Chanda kocchar.. Through email.
    Just because of this credit card i have suffered a lot and has very tough time with your banking representatives.
    After long now the story begins again... Getting the frequent messages from the bank for the outstanding payment and receiving the call from bank regarding the payment.
    Now dont have patience and time to get it to all again and on everyday basis made your banking guys to understand the matter.
    I strongly feel that bank has done some negligence to close this matter.
    Hereby requesting you to close this card matter once for all and let allow to your customer to have a great faith on icici bank services.
    I am attaching all the documents for your reference and action.
    In case if my issue will not get settled or address, i have than no other option without take up this issue to your ceo again.

      I have made payment for credit card due in full. Payment was made in two parts. Both amounts debited from my account but did not credited to the credit card for which they have charged me with late fee, interest and service charge.
      I have paid all the amount i utilized from the card but not the extra amount they have debited to my card. It has been one year this issue is not resolved and they keep on charging me for the amount which i have not paid.

      Because of this my credit score is also spoiled.

      I have tried to reach many people from credit card department to resolve the issue but i am not able to reach them.

      Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

        I have a salary account in icici bank. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jul-17' — inr 826. But i have no holdings 50, 000inr in my dmat account. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount at the earliest.

        Why deduct posdec charge from my account.i didnot swap my card anywhere.

          Hi, in name of service gesture i have been charged (500+90) on 20/08/2017 as overlimit fee. This looks like absurd. My credit limit is 10000/- based on customer support feedback seems like 44.33rs is the excess i have been used. I'm not intended or expecting or looking for icici to support incase o[censored]sing my credit card beyond the defined credit limit.

          It might be icici favoring customer to use beyond the credit limit to an extent. But as a customer i dont really want such a feature. This isnt the feature or option i wanted for my credit account. I believe i havnt agreed for such a provision.

          This is really bad to charge 500 for use of 44.33rs extra or for allowing customer to use beyond credit use and charge more.

          Expect the charges to be waived off.

          If not i would like to end my debit and credit accounts with icici. I do believe losing one customer like me is not a big deal for icici.

            I applied for the credit card but did not get it. Now i am getting mails like your credit card has been delivered, this month's statement of your credit card has been delivered, auto deduction of some charge will be done from your account for your credit card. When i check online there is no as such information about any credit card issued on my account. Please resolve the issue.

                I am an icici customer for the last 11 years and i moved to the us about 3 months ago. My india mobile number is updated in icici and no longer exists. I need to update my us mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all. Please somebody help me to get my us phone number updated or suggest a way to go about getting it updated.

                    I. E a total of rs. 4796.37 till date were charged to my account

                    In the event of non-maintenance of minimum mab, the bank will notify the customer by sms/e-mail/ letter etc. That in the event of the minimum balance not being restored in the account in the subsequent month, non-maintenance of mab charges will be applicable".

                    I don't have any mail/sms/letter informing about this mab charges.

                    Also as per the banking ombudsman scheme 2006. Rules says"levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" is a voilation of rule 8 (1) (K).

                    Hence your good office is kindly requested to look into the matter and arrange to refund the deducted amount in my account and oblige.

                        I am using icici bank services since 8 years (Savings account). This credit card since almost 2.5 years. Up to now i paid all bills promptly and also used card effectively. I hope there was no negative feedback against my usage.

                        Just i requested you to increase my credit card limit and submitted all required documents. (2 times i faxed my salary slips to u). (I wasted money for customer care calls and fax). But you people rejected my request. I upset with your conclusion. I want to know why you rejected my service request. What’s wrong with me and my documents? Now i want feedback from your side.

                        If i didn’t get correct response from your side i am going to cancel all my accounts with icici bank. I know for large bank (Icici) i’m not only single customer. But you are also not one bank in india for me. I’m going to start transaction with another bank and going to give negative feedback about icici in our forums what you did to me. I hope icici bank not going to loose his customers. So i’m requesting you to increase my credit limit as soon as possible.

                          I have purchased an commercial vehicle in 2007 which was financed by icici bank but due to some ups and downs of icici bank my file was without my knowledge was transferred to magma finance without any information.
                          I have made 47 instalments of my commercial vehile which was to be closed by july 2011.
                          I have made all my installments till with all the original receipts and also have cross checked with my bank statement, non of my installments are due.

                          After so much of efforts and pain the conclusion came out was my loan have been now transferred to kotak mahindra bank.
                          Now when i contacted bank they have no clue about the details of my loan.
                          Kindly please resolve it on priority basis i have been suffering for this quite long now.

                            I made a call from bangalore today (6th sep, 2017 from 12:30pm to 13:[protected] to icici bank credit card customer care and his name was nehal. The customer care professional was very rude and talking rudely as he did not want me to ask details. This is a not a professional way to talk, his name was nehal from customer care dept - hyderabad. I am not happy with way he talked to me on phone.

                              Hi team,

                              Fraudulent transaction has been taken place on fri, aug 25, 2017 at 12:47 pm, details are as below:
                              A purchase of inr 5, 000.00 has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account xxxxx on 25-aug-17. Info: vin*payu paymen.

                              I immediately called customer care, they blocked my card saying for security reasons and raised a sr# sr[protected], i submitted the dispute form at bank. They said they will investigate the issue with 8 to 50 days. I haven't shared my details with anyone.

                              Today (01/09/2017), i just got a message that "dear customer, dispute for inr 5, 000.00 on account xxxxxx has been declined as the transaction was authenticated with a 3d secure pin". I called customer care to know more about merchant details. But, customer executive said he don't have detail, with this i realized that, proper justification is not done for my complaint.

                              While writing this complaint in this, i saw all the complaints about same type transactions. It's so sad that how can be a bank is so irresponsible. We are working hard and earning money, we have belief that it's secure in your bank but your responses to customers is pathetic. Please try to prevent this type of situations should not happen to others. I only saw icici bank is having this issues since 2015.

                              I would like to file this case with cyber crime, please share me merchant details against these transactions. Looking forward your immediate support and necessary action.

                                      My credit card was debited by rs. 1399 under the activation of oneassist which i neither requested nor i want it. When contacted, they are not ready to deactivate it upon requesting thrice through emails.
                                      Also the service requests i raise, they close it on the same day without any comments.
                                      This is the last chance i'm giving you; if not cancelled i'll move to consumer court.

                                        Dear sir/mam,

                                        I have salary account in icici bank from november 2013. Last year one icici executive requested for opening icici demat account which they committed that there will be no annual charges for lifetime for demat account.

                                        The charges of 826.00 were debited from my salary account on 29-aug-2017.

                                        Please do the needful and credit the amount of demat charges deducted from my salary account of rs. 826.00 and close the demat account and all services related to demat account, so that no charges are incurred in future.
