I made a payment of 5000 Inr on 25th September via net banking citruspay to my college regarding some kind of councelling stuff in the college and my payment was deducted and transaction was successful but my college doesn’t get any payment and dosent show any kind of success receipt against the payment i made
So i checked my college site and there my transaction status showing failed
So please refund my hard earned money asap please

    I am kanjarla praveen and have applied for online NPS account. I paid my 1st contribution using the net banking services of ICICI bank. I had selected ICICI bank as one of bank for KYC verification since I have salary account . However, my NPS account is frozen with status as "PRAN frozen as KYC verification is pending/rejected by Bank " because it is waiting for approval or rejection from bank head office. Kindly help me in getting my NPS account unfreeze.

      An amount of Rs 590 has been charged(deducted) without any notification from my account on Oct 4th 20222 "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG-IPRULI-29SEP22".

      I cross checked with ICICI Prudential, they are saying check with your bank. Band say ICICI prudential has charged. I don't know how to bring both to a conclusion. Please refund my amount asap.

        Herewith I am having a credit card with the limit of 5lakhs, which i am using for past 1.5 years without any payment bounced. but this month sep 22 i have missed the due date for 5 days due to unavoidable situation, i accept my mistake. but for this they have charged 37000 Rs as interest for 7 days, this is not fair at all, please do take action immediately

            I suspected a fraudulent transaction, so I made a request via SMS to block it. Later on, it turned out to be a misunderstanding. Now my internet banking user ID has been disabled so I can't log in to my internet banking account, I can't make online transactions through UPI. Though I can do the online transaction through iMobile pay but not through UPI.
            Please guide me on how I can enable/activate my internet banking user ID.

            I've contacted customer care through email, and in the reply I was informed to contact customer care on call. The number provided in the mail is even the old customer care, which is really irresponsible.

            I've been trying to contact customer care already for 2 weeks through calls but the auto voice assistant isn't able to detect the exact problem and I'm unable to proceed further. I'm tired of contacting customer care call again and again, I've totally given up on it. Please, I request you to fix this as soon as possible directly through convenient and clear communication. I'm not able to make essential transactions because of the disability of my internet banking user ID since almost a month now.

                Rs 826.00 has been deducted from my account as[protected] DP CHGS TILL AUG) DP charges on 28/09/2022.

                I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice/intimation about the same. Request you to please look into this issue

                  In 2021, I opened a icici account stating it was free demat account . I knew nothing about stock market and wanted to check it out . I have not made a single transaction with this demat account till date. Now my account is in dormant state . They are forcing me to pay this much amount by bombarding emails and calls saying i will be penalized further amount if not paid . I want my ICICI Direct demat account to be closed and Im not willing to pay for a service I haven't made a single use . This is so unjust from ICICI

                    i dont know why this amount from my account with any prior intimation. i think these type of things they will loose there customer. Please help me to refund my money.

                      Hello i am Dharanidharan, i have been with icici bank since 2012.

                      Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message.

                      I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account.
                      Dmc/ dp chgs till AUG-22 is shown in the September statement.
                      So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                            I got a message regarding auto debit charges for not having sufficient fund in my account. I have added the fund and next day i have paid the amount. They have deducted auto debit charge of rs 2640.45 + igst of 475.88 rs. I have been using ICICI bank services having bank account, credit card and my PPF also and was also planning to do FD. but after paying the amount also they have charged me such a big amount for the payment. I have payed the money but this is morally make me down. Just icici has a auto debit software and if the amount not got sufficient they will charge such a big amount. My date of deduction is 29th and i have paid on 1st of october payment of rs 1.32 lakh.

                            Now i need to change my account and close all relationship with ICICI. My querry for home loan will also be cancelled soon. I requested them that why am i going to pay the amount as i have already paid but they are not helpinng

                                Regarding my Cash not deposited through CDM

                                I have deposited an amount of Rs 54400 into my bank account yesterday (30/09/2022) around 11:24 Am using ICICI bank CDM with ATM id 06731OAR in ICICI MADANAPALLI Branch. CDM shown me the amount but when I clicked on Initiate deposit option, the transaction got declined and my money didn't got deposited. I have submitted a complaint as well with the branch, they said my amount will be credited. I haven't received it yet. Please help me in...

                                    My previous month due:117254.57, but i have paid 117074, Remaining amount 180rs due on 15/9/2022 I forgot that for that they charged the mount of:4, 798.79 IGST- 18%- 863.78 Total - Rs 5, 667 is my intesterst charge.

                                    If you see 3.40% (Monthly) is charged. But on what basis? They didn't explained on their website.

                                    When i called the customer care, teeling that even though the part payment is made still they charge the interest
                                    rate for the whole due amount for the last month.

                                    Please do make the necessary action against these kind of banks who is charging 5667 as interest for for Rs 180. And unnecessarily debiting money in my savings account as well.

                                    Please do the needful to take the action.
                                    I will send you the necessary details based on your input.
