Very bad experiences with very bad services. I am having credit card but no use. I am in trouble since two weeks but did not get any solution. I raised sr 4 time but did not get any solution. From 1 month i am calling to icici bank customer care to change my communication address, as i am not in india and i can not visit any indian branch personally.
They are saying there is no alternative option is there. Its been 1 month but no solution.

Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 31/07/2017 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c [protected] 95'.
I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back and also want to get unsubscribed from any additional policy and don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.

Its almost 6-7 months i opened the account.
And till date i dint got the solution.
I gave the number 97xxxxxxxx1 for account, but its was linked to my old account, then bank people told to change the number it will be solved, then i gave another number its activated but the issue is all my transaction details come to new number and otp comes to another number.

I had given a request to close my bank account (Mount road branch) at nungambakkam branch. Instead of closing my account, your smart executives have transferred my account to nungambakkam. Can you rectify this sloppy service? I want the account closed.

Icici bank executives are not willing to process bank account closure form. I wasted time and money by visiting the branch again and again and again....

I received an offer from icici bank saying that killer jeans products are available and only we need to pay shipping charges of
