I had purchased bonds in the name of my daughter when she was a child in 1999 now she is a major so i want to change it in her name and also the address. Trying to get in touch with the mumbai icici infotech, vashi office in order to submit the documents for the change, but no one picks the phone or proper guidance is given. How do we go about this pls advice. Kindly note that the bonds are purchased hoping that it would help their children now my child is in need of the amount. Kindly help how to take this forward.

    Our organization is crime control organization.
    The registrar of the government of india, when our officials went to open your account with the delhi mohan corporate, your bank official told that the circle head of the bank, whose name is vivek malhotra, refused to open the account, that is why he the name does not look good.
    Can i know when the government has no objection, why are the objection to bankers?
    Please open our account to the bank.

      Respected sir/ma'am,

      I want lodge a complain against icici bank, delhi because they are issuing me a credit card which i haven't applied for. I got a verification call from the icici bank stated that i have applied for the credit card. I denied and requested to cancel the request of credit card. But still they sent me a sms that my credit card bank application is under process.
      This is very unprofessional technique of service provider to complete their targets therefore i request you to please help me in cancelling the credit card as i dont want to use it.

        Dear sir / madam,
        I have drawn a cheque number is 937686 sum of 68, 875/- rupees for hdfc bank credit card payment for clearing which is present on dated[protected] for clearance the icici bank clearing timing is 12:30 pm but before clearing the cheque i have deposit in my account sum of rupees 61, 000/- early morning 11:00 am on dated[protected].
        After deposit the amount i got clear statement from mr. Shiv ranjan have no cheque present inward clearing in my current account number is[protected] a/c. Name is ad-process before clearing the cheque timing 11:30 am after that i told to miss swati who is banks cashier for please credit my deposit amount into account because my cheque is under clearing process but due to all staff lazy work my deposit amount credit in my account after cheque dishonor / return due to fund insufficient ….
        Before clearance i had remind to mr. Shiv ranjan please hurry to deposit amount credit into my account fast for cheque clearing the timing 12:00 pm but due to lazyness my cheque dishonor…
        After that i met to branch manager for this solution but they had replied me this is your mistake not our fault instead of banks mistake and lazy work policy and all other banks executives misbehavior with me as manager and they have no exact idea about icici services always confused and misguides to me / customers..
        Now these day icici has provide very cheap services in the banking sector have incomplete knowdgefull staff non co-operative also.
        Due to too much bad experience more than 5 times i want to close my 2 current account ealier.
        Now who will pay the below mentioned charges? :
        1. Icici bank return charges
        2. Hdfc bank return charges
        3. Hdfc interest charges against late payment 3.5% + service taxes on entire due amount that is 63875/- rupees
        4. My full day work schedule had wages for whole 1 day.
        5. My cibil / credit history worthness negative reflection.
        Please taken right action against branch manager and staff and pay to me all charges and confirm me who will pay and responsible those?
        Otherwise i will lounge a complaint against branch and bank in rbi, ombudsman and consumer court for sum of 2, 00, 000/- rupees claim because its not first time…. I have face many time same problem…

            My name is nitesh bhardwaj, i had a personal loan from icici bank i wanna close it so after 7 month i went bank for closing the loan, bank executive confirm that my bank loan pending

            Amount is remaining 2, 21, 715.77 rs pending.

            As per band executive confirmed i paid that full amount via obc bank on 12 june 2017.

            I got the receiving and paid amount document by him and after his and relationship manager discussion, i close my previous salary account (Icici).

            He told me that your n. O. C for loan clearance will be reach at your home within 15 days while not receive yet.

            Now i am getting multiple messages for pending emi's after 1 month 1 week.

            I got a call from bank now. Some amount is due at my end. While i went bank many times and paid full remaining amount (2, 21, 715.77 rupees) already.

            Pl provide the n. O. C. Of my complete loan on my home address & do the needful on priority.

            i already paid amount but still i have not get N.O.C from ICICI Bank, while they told me that you'll get it within 15 Days.

            I call many times to ICICI Bank, but now as per Them (After more then 2 Months) some amount is pending from my End, While i submitted all amount on 12 june 2017 via Oriental bank of Commerce after confirmation from Band Executive.

            it's a long time to raise complaint but Still not get response from ICICI Bank.

            Kindly do the needful on Priority.

              This is regarding leaning of my salaried account which has been done by icici without any prior information to you and same has been done on saturday evening when next day is off. I faced lot of issues due to lack of money, and same has been done by icici executive mr chandan sahu ([protected]) with which there was one credit card case settlement was under discussion:
              The case is like that i was having once icici bank credit card, one month due to some reason i forgot to done payment and bank put some charges, i requested for removal of same they replied you do minimum due payment and next month same will removed, like this up to 4-5 months going on and six month i denied from the payment and asked from settlement, but they not revert and up to 6 month no reply, i send many mails but not get satisfactory reply and after 6 month they given me the number of debt manager mr niladri dubey ([protected]) but not get any response when i again sent the mail they given me the address of rohini branch which is far away from my place and i informed them the same and said send me the prinicipal amount statement i will do the payment but not get any reply after again continuous followup they given me the number of another debt manager mr chandan sahu ([protected]) and whole week he was saying to me i am working for resolution on same and on saturday evening without any prior information he len my salary account and i came to know about same when i was given the card for payment at petrol pump.
              I faced lot of problems with such an unexpected and unprofessional act by bank. I am having account in icici from last 12 years and not having any other bank account, i borrowed the money from somebody for weekand expanses.

              I need a resolution for same, i am always ready to pay prinicipal amount of credit card because for extra charges bank is also responsible.

                @icicibank_care unwanted charges deducted from credit card
                I did the transaction on 23rd june where available credit limit was shown was rs 747.56. Then how could they deduct over-limit charges when i can see the available limit in my account. It's your (Icici) fault that you show available limit. If i can see that there is limit available in my credit card account then i will surely use it. Refund the charges deducted from my account otherwise, i will escalate this issue to the ed. Worst services provided by icici bank. You people always do this kind of fraud. If you do this then what is the use these credit cards. I will close my account and credit card and will forward the issue to the higher authority. I don't want the same response from your side that you regret and can't refund the amount. Even i talked with customer care and they said i will get a refund within 48 hours. But it's been more than 10 days and you people are wasting my time and stealing my money. I put a mail number of times but didn't get any response.

                  I have already submitted my complaint to icici bank, shahibaug branch, ahmedabad vide complaint no. Sr[protected] dt. 23.06.2017.
                  On 23.06.2017 i was driving down to my office at 10.15 am, on my way i got a sms, wherein it shown that i have made a purchase of rs.268.90 at vin*tazibu. The card was within my wallet and i was driving down to office. On reaching office i immediately blocked my card and my net banking. The gentleman form icici promised to send me a new card within five days.
                  On checking my account i saw a debit/withdrawal of rs.573.85 from account. I thought it was again a fraud, but later i realised that it was the debit card chages.
                  Do i have to bear this cost of no falut of mine over and above the fraud already taken place. How am responsible for the fraud and the charges of debit card? Please let me know your views immediately. I have been with icici from the day one your started operations in ahmedabad and i have been using my debit/credit card right from the beginning without any interruption of payment to your bank. Please do let me know your final decision on the above points to enable me to take a final decision on my account.

                    I have already paid credit card amount after that charged me auto debit charge. I have paid minimum amount amount on june 11th 2017 and auto debit chaged on 11th july. What is this stupidity? One thing i never set auto debit setting then why it happened. Please return my all amount if it will be not refund i will never use icici credit card and also closed my salary account on icici and switch to idfc.

Avenue branch, kolkata bearing a/c no.[protected], debit card no.[protected]. Tomorrow around 12.40 p. M a call come from mobile number: [protected] (Airtel number, bihar circel) introduce him he is a branch manager of icici bank to my mobile number:[protected], and asked for debit card details and otp for verification. As it is my new bank account i cannot understand it is fraudulent call. I try to track it and understand that it is used for ola company (Ani technologies pvt ltd rs. 9, 999/-) ref no: vin/ani technol/[protected]/0 and another to oxigen services india pvt ltd rs. 1, 000/-. I already communicate with ola money, they request me to do mail from bank to 1. [protected]@olacabs.com and 2. [protected]@olamoney.com

                      But bank discharge their duty by saying "we inform you that as per sr[protected], dispute for rs. 10, 999.00 on account xx0445 has been declined as the transaction was authenticated with a 3d secure pin"

                        I have a platinum debit card and i got 1 free movie ticket in that but i am unable to avail that offer. During payment there is some issues is coming from your side again and again i am facing the same problem. I have already talked with bookmy show agent they are saying thst
                        The problem is coming from your side its a payment issue from the icici end.
                        I was not availed a single offer given from your side with debit card.

                          As i already discuess with your team members still now i didnot get any replay for complaint no:sr[protected].

                          I made an complaint already regarding, 27-june-2017 i used my debit card of 200rs time 10:20am in petrol bunk first time i swiped but not working again swiped not working petrol bunk person told me like, sir card not work give me other card then i gave him sbi debit card that also same issue, i thought of that machine is not good so went different machine with icici debit card same petrol bunk... Then is successful and i got receipt also... But what i performed 3 swiped icici card amount was detected 3 times instated of one time but receipt generate one time in icici bank so i want return 400 amount.

                          I have bank statement and they receipt ahround sms kindly go through this and resolve problem asaps

                            My name is devendra choukse and my a/c #, this is with reference to dmrc debit card for metro travel.

                            I am not able to use the card from last 2 month as the card is not getting auto-recharge. Request you to please check and resolve the issue.

                            I am complaining from last 2 month but not receiving any proper revert from icici bank. They are least interested to revert me.

                            Ps - i have already visited multiple metro stations and they are not able to help in this regard, aslo as instructed i spoke to customer care and visited nearest branch (M. G. Road) but no one is able to help me.

                              Bank associate who opened my account told me to open demat account also as there will be no charges, and even i will reach my target. And i said ok. But now i did not even activate my account and even the default password sent by bank also not changed and i did not even login one time also into the account then why has the bank taken my money from my account. Even after bank calling me many times to login at least once into the account i did not do so. But still the charges are deducted. Why we have to be the culprit of such bank activities is there any law or some one who can stop this.

                              i am writing here again because even after followups ICICI Bank is not paying my money deducted unfarely, ICICI Bnak please immediately close my demat account. and refund my amount and i insist you to teach your associates to stop doing frauds which they are doing with customers while opening their accounts, just to reach their heavy monthly targets. and if my money is not returned then this is going to be really very serious. i will have to then take help of consumer forum now as your team is not refunding my unfare DP Charges deducted even after rigorous follow ups. this is the second time ICICI is doing such an unfare trade practices with me. i know that your bank will charge money even though no one has taken services from you and i would like to mention that these are the mistakes of your employees which customers are suffering. Kindly refund my amount ASAP.

                                I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 1 year,
                                Now they have charged 413.62 under this category dcardfee0331jun17-may18gst
                                I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                                They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                                Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                                Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                                There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c. Same happend in last 5 months back agin its happen

                                  I have not got my money which was recieved by a guest against my TID NO[protected] of amount Rs. 342. i have submitted a lot of complaints but got no replies. the transacted is dated of 10 july 2017. i request you to solve this issue as quick as possible because it was my hard earned money.

                                    Dear team,

                                    My two fund transfer transactions (Upi) from icici bank to sbi bank failed on 12th july 2017 (Amount 40, 000 and 35, 000). I was using icici bank imobile application.
                                    I have raised complain request sr[protected] for the same but still not getting the amount back to my account. Icici bank customer case asked me to wait for 3 days. Now i don't have further money neither in my icici bank account nor in my sbi bank of which i have given the cheque.

                                    Now next day ie 13 july 2017, one of my sbi cheque (For school fee) got bounce and attracted penalty.
                                    This will also spoil my image as well as spoil my cibil report.
                                    Who will be responsible for such failed transaction due to which i have to suffer a lot.

                                    In future i will not trust icici bank and will terminate my saving bank (Privileged salaried account) as well as terminate my icici bank demat account as well as take out money from all icici related mutual funds.

                                    Very much disappointed by icici bank poor services.
                                    Now i will go to court for such poor services.

                                    Still issue not resolved...

                                    RBI should impose penalty on ICICI bank for such delayed or "transaction not executed on time and stuck the customer money".

                                    I got cheque bounce penalty of Rs 590/- from SBI due to insufficient fund.. Only ICICI bank is responsible for this penalty.

                                      My karrm brahmaand ecs amount is rs. 8256 /-
                                      My karrm brahmaand ecs date is 12 th of every month.
                                      Yesterday my ecs not deducted from my icici bsnk account, my account balance was rs.8600 /-
                                      Today (13 june 2017) i received sms from my icici bank saying that insufficient balance in your account your
                                      Ecs returned. Amount rs.8848 /-
                                      How is it possible?

                                      My complaint is how can karrm brahmaand increased your ecs amount without any prior intimation.
                                      I do not received any call, any email, any sms from you.
                                      ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      My debit card is damaged I am having some problem reading card number. Please kindly issue me the new debit card and do the need full thanking you

                                        Upi transaction failed.. Need my money for medical emergency but customer care telling to wait for 3 days? You guys are making me beg my hard earned money. I explained situation to customer care and manager but no use.. They are just reading script. Give me my money now.. Please i need to make the for a surgery today.
