I have got email for privilage credit card. I m not a account holder of icici bank. A person has come to me for documents. It has been a month but i have not received a card. And even no reply from ur side. I got call from[protected]. But now nobody reaponding. Where r my documwnts.. Wer is my card. Even i dont have application no. No emails.. I want the solution immediately. No one is responding. Not even customer care without application number. But the person who came to collect document has not provided me the number.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Dear Sir/Madam,
On[protected], My ATM transaction declined but amount got deducted from my account. My account number is[protected]ICC Trade Tower (TRD) STPI, Chennai). Total amount trying to withdraw is 10000.

    Hello team,

    This is regarding fraudulent call which i have received today on my mobile. Those people claim that they are part of icici credit card team and they discussed about the my reward points are expired and i can get cash back of rs. 10000/- approx. Adjusted against my reward points for shopping.

    They asked for my credit card details such as my date of birth and card number. I was suspicious and asked how could i believe it. They mentioned to send the otp. Then they asked for my credit card no. & cvv and informed that 10000/- will be credited immediately. After providing otp 2 transactions were done and in 10 minutes i got to know that it was for fraudulently spending money from my credit card.

    Request you not to settle the transactions as its a fraudulent one.

    Icici bank Vyas colony in Bikaner Rajasthan has denied to take 5000 cash money to deposit in my my icici credit card
    Today i sent email to [protected]@icicibank.com to refund the amount of 4580.45 Rs.however the email was undelivered. The email address was provided by Vinay, customer care with the transaction ID 97686367. Kindly check from the backend and confirm me at [protected].

      I hold a savings account, credit card & a demat account with icici for past couple of years now. Last year i paid off a home loan with icici which i took in 2009 as well. I have now recently applied for a home loan on 15/06/17 wherein i uploaded all the documents on the icici portal to ensure quick sanction & disbursement process as i was told there won't be any processing fees as i am applying it digitally. All the verification (Email, docs, physical address) was done by 21/06/17 post that i haven't received any notification/ email/ call from anyone regarding the sanction. As per the i-track info, it is showing under process. Unable to reach relationship manager as the contact info is incorrect. I have also logged a complaint however the timeframe given to me is ridiculous i. E. 8-10 working days. This is definitely not an appropriate tat to resolve a complaint. Also visited malad (W), liberty garden branch. Spoke to many representative but no help. The reason i want to close this asap is coz i have a tenant waiting to occupy the property; due to your delay in processing i have to lose out on the rental income. Really disappointed with the service.

        Hi,

        I have done one atm transaction on 9/jun/17 of rs-2000 from obc bank (Bhawan, vaishno devi), the amount was not withdrawn from that atm, i. E i have not received any amount during that transaction but it was debited from my a/c... After waiting for 7 working days i lodged a complaint to your customer care on 21/jun/17 with reference no - sr[protected] but it was declined after 7 days...

        I again lodged the complaint to customer care via reference no sr[protected] & asking to see the recordings available with the bank & reverse my amount...

        Pls see to it & take an appropriate action.

          My two cheque leaves are missing. The leaf is signed and now it is not available. The leaf number ranges from[protected].in this 2 are processed already and other 2 are lost. I am not sure with the number of the cheque that was lost. But it lies between the above mentioned numbers. Kindly do not process any of the cheque with my account number.

                Hi,

                I have avail a home loan from icici bank in the month of august 2016. As per my discussion with bank representative they have to submit an ecs form to my citi bank so that loan amount will be auto deducted from my salaried account.

                As per my telephonic discussion with my citi bank they told me that the document icici bank submitted have some corrections that why they didn'y accept that.

                Now, every month citi bank decline to disperse the payment to icici bank with a reason "ecs mandate not received". So every month i have to visit the icici bank to make payment.

                When i discussed the same thing with icici bank, they told me that citi bank mostly do the same thing with their customers.

                Due to icici bank my cibil score continuously decreasing. I also have the citi bank email regarding this.

                My humble request to the icici bank is that please do the needful for this. As i am first time connected with you as a customer. Its a very bad experience.

                  I am an nri and have an nri account with icici bank and i personally visited icici birhana road kanpur up branch 3 months ago... I had zero balance in my account and i asked them if they waive my mab charges then i can deposit money in my account otherwise i will not…. Employee name nisha sharma promised me that all the mab charges will be waived so i deposited the money... Only 5 charges were waived but 10 were diducted and i lost 7000 rs... I hav no problem with that... My problem is "why nisha sharma lied to me that for sure all the charges will be waived and why did she make me deposit the money"... That is plain lie and fraud... I dont have any problem with mab charges deduction if that is bank's policy. The issue is that when i visited the branch, employee nisha sharma promised me that she will "completely waive" the mab charges and i can deposit money into my account and nomore money will be deducted. Though 5 months charges were reversed but 10 months charges were deducted after i deposited the money. This is against what she promised as a full time employee of icici bank. I lost my 7000 rs because of her false promise and misrepresenting the information to make me deposit money on the bank. So i hope now you understand the main issue here is not mab charges policy but malpractices of employee of giving wrong information and making false promises to make customer deposit the money. This kind of dishonest practices can affect pother customers also and in different ways. I complained to bank authorities multiple times but no action was taken and they refused to refund my amount.

                  I request you to make bank and employee both realize that how bad it is to speak lie to customer and providing them wrong information. It certainly comes under crime of financial fraud and must be a punishable offence. It will give example to other bank employees to work honestly and stop working malpractices.

                  I will not leave her without getting punishment even if i have to go to supreme court finally.

                  7000 rs is not a great sum but i request you to kindly teach a lesson to these people so that this kind of vil doesn’t spread in our society.

                    I wonder why ICICI bank is following two types of OTP notification message.
                    TYPE 1:
                    You have initiated a txn of INR xxx at XYZ Party on ICICI Bank Card XXXX. OTP is 000000. DONT SHARE IT WITH ANYONE. BANK NEVER CALLS TO VERIFY OTP.

                    TYPE 2:
                    You have initiated a purchase transaction on your ICICI Bank card xxXXXX that needs an OTP. DONT SHARE THE OTP WITH ANYONE. BANK NEVER CALLS TO VERIFY OTP. The OTP is 000000 and is valid for 15 min. The OTP is confidential and you are responsible for safeguarding it.

                    Ideally banks should know the transaction amount and grant permission. But in 2nd type of online transactions amount is not specified so consumers getting confusion and online traders some time taking additional money. Banks must mention the final amount and corresponding OTP in their sms. So second type OTP notification is baseless and it can lead to many fraud activities.

                          This complaint is regarding customer care executive Abhishek Singh, Mumbai office. I got a call regarding an emergency card for medical emergency for me & my family. I was not interested in the card but the phone officer was not interested in that and forced me to take the card.

                          I tried to know the amount that I had to pay for the card but the person forced me listen to the benefits and ignore the amount. Even after continuous effort, the person didn't give details about the fee to be paid for the card.

                          These type of calls are wasting my time every day. I need some action to be taken as selling products forcefully to customer would not be good for company's image. It might force me to close the account forever.

                            I retired from ICICI Bank on 31 May, 2017 on attaining the age of superannuation (60 years). Application for withdrawal of PF was submitted by me on 10 May along with other documents. PF was credited in my saving account on 13 May, 2017. Interest was paid to me up to 31 May, 2017. I requested the Bank to pay interest for 12 days (as the funds remained with them). The Bank replied that the TAT(turn around time) for PF payment is 20 days and as the PF was paid on 13 June no interest is payable. While surfing the NET as per news clipping published in DNA of Sun, 29 Jan 2017-06:05pm, "Action will be taken against the officers concerned in cases of delay in processing payment of General Provident Fund (GPF) to retiring employees, the Centre has said.
                            The move comes after it was noticed that GPF final payment in many cases was not being made to the government servants immediately after retirement leading to payment of interest for the period delayed.
                            In an order, the Ministry of Personnel said in order to ensure timely final payment of GPF and to avoid unnecessary financial burden on account of interest, it has now been decided that every case, in which payment of interest on General Provident Fund becomes necessary beyond the date of retirement, shall be put up for consideration to the Secretary of the administrative ministry.

                            "In all such cases the Secretary of the administrative ministry or department will fix responsibility at all levels to take appropriate action against the government servant or servants who are found responsible for the delay in the payment of General Provident Fund, " it said in the directive to all central government departments.

                            Senior Personnel Ministry officials also said there have been a few instances in which there were complaint of delay in giving final amount of GPF to the retiring employees.

                            Rules clearly provide that when the amount standing at the credit of a subscriber in the General Provident Fund becomes payable, it shall be the duty of the Accounts Officer to make the payment.

                            The authority for the amount payable is to be issued at least a month before the date of superannuation, but payable on the date of superannuation, the rules say.

                            The Centre had in 1996 dispensed with the requirement of submitting a written application by the retiring government servant for GPF final payment.

                            As per the rules, in case the GPF balance is not paid on retirement, interest on the GPF balance is required to be paid for the period beyond the date of retirement also."

                            Please guide, whether this rule will be applicable in ICICI Bank.

                                I have submitted my documents on 4 july as to open my saving ac and they have said that it will be opened latest by 5 july but on regular reminder it has not been opened till 7 july as per your policies and day to day wastage
                                I would like to say that i would like to close the ac in order of the delay and want my money back which has been deposited to open the ac.
                                Manager is not there any time in the branch

                                  The bank stays open from 9 am to 6 pm. I wanted to collect my cheque book from the bank. I went there at 5:15 pm. I understand well that they do not allow cash transaction after 5 pm. The guard not only denied me entry but did not allow me to get inside the bank and talk to anyone service personnel and was quite rude too. This was just a matter of a simple cheque book

                                      This is to inform you that, we have called several times one of your sales executive mr. Praveen ([protected]) ragarding salary account opening.
                                      But he is continuously ignoring our request from more than 15days.
                                      And still he is not picking our calls as well.

                                      If we ask from your nsp branch for contact number of another sales executive, then they always says that, we have just one executive whose name is mr. Praveen.

                                      But mr. Praveen never respond of our calls.
                                      And we are not satisfied from the icici bank service, and we never refer to any one for this bank.

                                      If, any responsible person is there, so do the needful action for this complaint.

                                        I have paid fees of my child of rs 36562/ through eazypay.com website on 30/6/2017 by my sbi debit visa card. Transaction was successful with transaction id. [protected] but lachu memorial of sicence and technology authorities saying that they have not received fees in their account on 30/6/2017 i want to know where my amount has credited. I want reimbursement of the same. Ic
                                        Sbi bank customer care is not responding. I have given complaint letter to sbi bank nagore road branch on 3/7/2017 but still no responce. No customer care no of eazypay.com.
                                        Since there would be any way or solution to find where my amount has credited so that bank can reverse but all in vain.
