You bank employees says come tomorrow i come to the branch he said come tomorrow end he said same metter printer are not ready end not given a statement he said come tomorrow same end not give any other services are also bad in all staff member in customer related.

    Hello,
    I have applied for dd of rs.250/, icici bank charges me rs.118/ for dd issue.

    Due to some reason i applied cancellation for dd of rs.250/ then bank again charges me rs.118/ now days no the name of gst, everyone making foolish and charging mim rs.18%/
    I also paid tuition fee, they are also charging 18%, whether they really paying or not but charging at once from public

      Hello i am sunny sharma
      When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till may-17' — inr 800'. I never did create the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected] please contact me.

        Sir, my credit card is misplaced or loss. I want to make payment of the same, but due no number of card i am not in position to make the payment, how i should proceed. As i use to make bill payment in cash i do not have earlier record to find out the number. Also to contact you by using help line numbers it require card number, which is not possible. Kindly guide me.

            Dear sir,

            I am having a personal loan with icici bank vide loan account number lpdel[protected].

            I am trying to change the payment terms from auto debit ecs to direct payment. I have called phone banking, written to customer services and visited personal loan serviving branch.

            But they are insisting on giving another bank account for ecs. I am for personal reason not able to give another account as i do not have regular salaried income. Also they need charges to change this ecs to other bank.

            Now bank is presenting ecs and charging bouncing charges. Also the saving bank account is also charging heavily on this account.

            Request a help in this. I am paying dot on time the emi but these bouncing charges are killing and it is understood that bank might be adjusting these emi against these charges. The private banks are no less than earst while mahajans. Is there a way to just pay emi on time without paying these obnoxious charges.

              My son using gold debit card of icici bank in last 2 years but unfortunately he meet a tragic accident in sarita vihar (Delhi) on 09/12/2016 and died.

              I registered a claim on gold debit card at icici bank on 28/01/2017.
              All document i have send to icici lombard such as fir copy, pm report and also account statement regarding to this claim but till now claim not settlement and icici lombard completely refuses to help us.

              Icici lomard say that claim cover only on minimum transaction of rs 499 in last 30 days of accident but i show my brother card statement here show that his transction is above of rs 499 in last 30 days of accident.

              So i kindly request you to please help me to claim settlement.

                I have filled the petrol of 200 rs twice and the amount was deducted 211.80 rseach time due to different swap machine. If this is the process then again cashless money will not be possible. I have to start filling by cash now. Every bank and seller want to earn money only by black. Location hp petrol pump, near canera bank circle jp nagar 5th phase, bangalore. All are earning black money by other means. My mail i'd [protected]@gmail.com.

                  30th of june 2017 at 10:10 pm, i tried to withdraw rs 5000/- from near by karur vyasa bank atm in kondapur hyderabad. Though the cash was not delivered and the amount got deduced from my bank account. The error in the slip read"sorry unable to process". Response code 072. Please revert back the amount.
                  I already complaint two three times but no response from bank side.

                      I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                      Just now my friend deposited 5500 rs in my icici account[protected]. And went. To ATM to withdraw money . I got shock.it was showing 5333 balance. I checked mine statement it's showing ANW
                      Dedactions what is anw and why they dedacted.
                      My one assist membership was renewed for 2017-18 with out my consent and money was deducted from my icici banks saving account no[protected] despite of fact that anticipating auto renewal of membership, I had made a call on [protected] on 4th Dec to stop the service, from where I had received assurance that membership will not be renewed but on 13th Dec my account was debited Rs 1899= I immediately called [protected] and got assurance that a complaint stand registered vide no[protected] with one assist . Some days later I received a call from one assist that your membership has been renewed and upgraded despite my request to terminate the membership. This all was done in an arbitrarily manner, this is just a criminal act when I feel your product is of no use to me and I am feeling cheated .

                          Three fraud transactions (3, 500.00, 4230, 8000) happened from my account on 29th June 2017. I have called on the same time ([protected] at 7.05 pm on 29th June 2017) and icici only blocked my account and debit card. But not filed my complaint. They told that all helpers are busy Then, I filed the grievance on https://www.icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page. But no action taken.

                          Since I am a computer researcher, so it is zero chance for sharing the information or other information. It is very horrible that ICICI card is completely unsafe.

                          Very Important: The fraud done uses "VIN*Payu ". I have checked (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/bycompany/vinpayu-of-new-delhi-a344816.html, https://www.consumercomplaints.in/vinpayu-of-new-delhi-stealing-of-debit-card-in... that this "VIN*Payu " already done fraud using only ICICI card. But, still ICICI does take any action. What does it means, i.e., ICICI Card is not safe or SOME OTHER PROBLEM WITH only ICICI BANK.

                          Please take this issue seriously and return my money.

                            I'm tired of continously caalling to the customer care while noone is their to answer my call.. When i go to their branch they just tell me to talk to customer care instead noone picks up the call
                            I'm really disappointed with this treatment.
                            I mean i considered icici bank as the best private bank among the all but i don't know if i'm still having that perception or not.

                                I have got email for privilage credit card. I m not a account holder of icici bank. A person has come to me for documents. It has been a month but i have not received a card. And even no reply from ur side. I got call from[protected]. But now nobody reaponding. Where r my documwnts.. Wer is my card. Even i dont have application no. No emails.. I want the solution immediately. No one is responding. Not even customer care without application number. But the person who came to collect document has not provided me the number.

                                  Hello team,

                                  This is regarding fraudulent call which i have received today on my mobile. Those people claim that they are part of icici credit card team and they discussed about the my reward points are expired and i can get cash back of rs. 10000/- approx. Adjusted against my reward points for shopping.

                                  They asked for my credit card details such as my date of birth and card number. I was suspicious and asked how could i believe it. They mentioned to send the otp. Then they asked for my credit card no. & cvv and informed that 10000/- will be credited immediately. After providing otp 2 transactions were done and in 10 minutes i got to know that it was for fraudulently spending money from my credit card.

                                  Request you not to settle the transactions as its a fraudulent one.

                                  10/07/2017 idea cell-billd 4, 785.00 was spent on your icici credit card

                                  Please find the transaction message

                                  Tranx of inr 4, 785.00 using credit card 5xxx1008 is made at idea cell-billd on 10-jul-17.

                                  Kindly don't settle the transaction and refund my money back to my credit card account.

                                    I hold a savings account, credit card & a demat account with icici for past couple of years now. Last year i paid off a home loan with icici which i took in 2009 as well. I have now recently applied for a home loan on 15/06/17 wherein i uploaded all the documents on the icici portal to ensure quick sanction & disbursement process as i was told there won't be any processing fees as i am applying it digitally. All the verification (Email, docs, physical address) was done by 21/06/17 post that i haven't received any notification/ email/ call from anyone regarding the sanction. As per the i-track info, it is showing under process. Unable to reach relationship manager as the contact info is incorrect. I have also logged a complaint however the timeframe given to me is ridiculous i. E. 8-10 working days. This is definitely not an appropriate tat to resolve a complaint. Also visited malad (W), liberty garden branch. Spoke to many representative but no help. The reason i want to close this asap is coz i have a tenant waiting to occupy the property; due to your delay in processing i have to lose out on the rental income. Really disappointed with the service.

                                      I have done one atm transaction on 9/jun/17 of rs-2000 from obc bank (Bhawan, vaishno devi), the amount was not withdrawn from that atm, i. E i have not received any amount during that transaction but it was debited from my a/c... After waiting for 7 working days i lodged a complaint to your customer care on 21/jun/17 with reference no - sr[protected] but it was declined after 7 days...

                                      I again lodged the complaint to customer care via reference no sr[protected] & asking to see the recordings available with the bank & reverse my amount...

                                      Pls see to it & take an appropriate action.

The leaf number ranges from[protected].in this 2 are processed already and other 2 are lost. I am not sure with the number of the cheque that was lost.
