Three fraud transactions (3, 500.00, 4230, 8000) happened from my account on 29th June 2017. I have called on the same time ([protected] at 7.05 pm on 29th June 2017) and icici only blocked my account and debit card. But not filed my complaint. They told that all helpers are busy Then, I filed the grievance on https://www.icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page. But no action taken.
Since I am a computer researcher, so it is zero chance for sharing the information or other information. It is very horrible that ICICI card is completely unsafe.
Very Important: The fraud done uses "VIN*Payu ". I have checked (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/bycompany/vinpayu-of-new-delhi-a344816.html, https://www.consumercomplaints.in/vinpayu-of-new-delhi-stealing-of-debit-card-in...⇄ that this "VIN*Payu " already done fraud using only ICICI card. But, still ICICI does take any action. What does it means, i.e., ICICI Card is not safe or SOME OTHER PROBLEM WITH only ICICI BANK.
Please take this issue seriously and return my money.
