I had taken personal loan from icici bank, i have paid 32 emi's continuously but later i could not pay emi's, it was pre-approved loan. I was refusing this loan for 3-4 months
But they continued me for this loan. Finally i decided to take this loan and do some business, so i
Invested some money from my side also and bought 2 indica cabs for transport business.
Unfortunately i incurred heavy loss in this business for which till today i could not come out of this. I
Have paid 32 emi’s regularly. For last 3-4 emi’s i have to sell my wife’s jewellery also. I am living in a
Rented house. I am having a old 2 wheeler only. Not in a condition to buy new bike on emi also. My
Daughter’s school fee is still not paid. You can verify all these details, i will fully support you. I know i have to give banks money back but i need some more time to do this. From last 2 days, my office colleague getting phone calls from your bhandarkar road branch and creating pressure on them. My job is the only hope for me to come out from this situation, if something happens to my job then suicide is the only solution to my problem. I know they are doing their work but i am asking for some more time only. Request you, please give me six months time to settle your loan account. I am ready to help you in any regard if you wish to verify all my status.

    I had taken a personal loan (Lpdel[protected]) of 10 lakh rupees for 60 months duration at 13.75% interest. While taking loan i was told that there will not be any foreclosure charges if i foreclose after 12 months. Now when i am trying to forclose my personal loan through bt to other bank after 32 months, icici bank asked me to pay 6% of outstanding principal (~inr 32, 000) to foreclose. The reason they give me is that the clause of no foreclosure charges are only applicable if i pay out of my pocket. Due to recent decrease in interest rate citibank offered me a 11.49%. I checked with icici for revision in rate but they said they cannot revise my interest rate. Now when i am trying to shift my loan to other bank, they are practicing unethical behavior to stop me. I have already deposited citibank draft to icici bank to foreclose.

Recently got a message from one xpressbee courier, stating that they attempted to deliver my cheque book for account no. Xx2727 on 16th july, 2017. But i did not get it. It appears that they had sent the cheque book through xpressbees courier vide consignment no. Awb [protected]. Kindly do the needful

        I ws shocked tht tym
        Neither i hv any account i your bank nor i hd ordered for any credit card to be issued on my name
        Thn how this mess created
        Resolve it as soon as possible
        N give me fruitful result
        And please update my cibil report to be all clear
        And raise the score
        Because u and only you ws the reason for my low cibil score

          As discussed with the customer care executive, please find attached the wrong claim of charge by jet airways for your reference. I am also sending the mail below where jet airways had already processes the refund back into my account.

          I had booked the flights in november for a trip to andamans with my parents in december, it had to be cancelled due to an emergency. I canceled the flights, got the refund in jan'17 itself. Randomly on 24th may 2017 inr 2550 gets deducted from my icici account without any intimation or authorisation. On 31st may inr 64723 gets deducted from my icici account without any intimation or authorisation. I wrote numerous emails and called the call centre immediately who asked me to keep writing emails.

          It has been over a month that i have been writing mails and this amount has been deducted from my account on 31st may without any authorisation from me. This is completely as error on the banks end as jet airways has confirmed to me over a call that they have not claimed any such amount from my account and that in their records the system shows the refund has been done.

          I need this amount to be reversed back into my account at the earliest possible. I hope you understand that this is a huge amount for me and that this is just not acceptable.

          Kindly note, that this is my last email providing all the clarification and attachments needed, i will be compelled to drag icici bank to the court if no action is taken in 48 working hours from now. I need my money back and i hope you understand the seriousness of this.

            Hello,

            I opened iwish rd with name lic for 6 month period. When i closed the rd total balance was 16000 but i got only 11199. After asking cutomercare phone banking officer they are saying 5000 was deducted as penality.
            If you check icici online guideline for iwish for preclouser.5% should be deducted but they are deducting 5000. If proper resolution taken i will take legal action against icici. If any one knows how take legal action please guide me.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I have given the unauthorized transactions complaint to icici bank and police station badarpur new delhi on dated (June 05, 2017). Against my icici bank credit card xxxxx003 online fraud transaction of inr 10, 500.00 at payzapp (June 04, 2017; 11:33:50 hrs.)

                I did not share credit card information’s and details with anyone and as you know my mobile number (991*008) misused by other person (By fraud). I never made any transaction with payzapp, bangalore as its happen with my account (This transaction was not authorized and informed to same icici customer care and icici bank within 24 hrs. As per ur guideline)

                I am unable to pay this credit card transactions amount this fraud was done by another person without my consent and knowledge

                I already mail regarding the same matter to rbi team and icici bank. My credit card was used to making transaction through pay zapp site amount: of inr 10, 500.00. I have reported this matter to the icici bank on within 24 hrs as the fraudulent transaction happened (Sunday june 04, 2017; 11:33:50 hrs.) & i also lodge complaint to police through 05. June 2017 (Copy attached).
                Customer care is levying charges on credit card balance on and above inr 10, 500.00 and asking me to the pay the amount or contact with police. However i am unable to pay this amount and why should i pay this amount which is matter of fraud as i have reported about fraud to the informed icici customer care within 24 hrs. And police station as per bank and rbi guidelines.

                I want to icici bank team, should do proper investigation with the help of police to expedite the investigation and close the matter on priorities.

                You are also requested to please waive off this amount and resolve this issue, i will be thankful to you and your management, its my humble request.

                Very much we have discussed on this matter to close this issue, sometime bank official saying this matter will be handled by police.

                  My name is ranjeet kumar, i am holding an icici bank account with no.[protected] at gurgaon branch, sector 14.
                  I want to inform you that an amount of rs. 10, 000/- had been deducted from my account no.[protected] on 6th may 2017, which had not been executed by me.
                  On 6th may, i withdrawn amount of rs. 2000/- from axis bank atm at rajeev nagar gurgaon, after that i tried to make withdraw some more money. As i inserted the card, the atm machine provided the option like cash withdrawal / balance enquiry etc.
                  When i pressed the button on cash withdrawal, then button/key did not work then i pressed cancel button and left from atm to home. When i reached my home & checked my mobile, i received 2 message from icici bank pertaining to debit of rs.2000/- and rs.10000/-. I was surprise to see a debit of rs.10000/- from my account, as i did not withdraw any such amount on that day.
                  I have already escalated this matter to my icici bank and as per their due diligence they cannot further evaluate the actual picture due to no response from axis bank to provide the atm cctv footage at the time of cash withdrawal and no refund is initiated by my bank as per their investigation.
                  I need your help to recover my hard earned money which had been deducted with no reason. I am enclosing it the entire communication which happened between me and icici bank. This would help you to understand my case more appropriately. Hoping a positive response from your side.

                    Subject: issue of noc for icici bank personal loan lpbbs[protected] individual & rectification in my cibil as loan closed than settled

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I have taken icici bank personal loan for rs. 100000 (Icici bank personal loan lpbbs[protected] individual) in 2005 and was giving regular interest and emis for the same. It was when i was transferred from bhubaneswar location to other, i had problem regarding the payment for the same. And i decided to close the loan account, which idid by paying a cheque of rs 230/- to your bank agent as last payment as he told that was the total outstanding then. He did not submit that cheque and the agent was not traceable.
                    In year 2012, one icici bank agent came and told me that the outstanding of @s 230/- has become rs 9500/-, and i paid the whole amount by cheque.

                    Now, present scenario (5years after), i was surprised to find that my case is put n cibil as settled, which i think as an insult to me. And the agent did not give me the noc. I just want to ask one thing, what was my mistake, was it that i paid
                    All the principle amount, or was i too soft to deal with you people.

                    Till date i have not received a single paper showing my complete loan
                    Payment or or noc,. Which is why i am going to write to your officials.

                    This is the first and last time i am writing to icici. Pls resolve my
                    Queries by sending me the noc and rectify in my cibil as closed rather than being settled at the earliest or else i have to take the legal action against you. Moreso i will ensure icici bank, who has taken rs 9500/- for rs 230/- outstanding amount by cheating me will have to spend at least rs 100000/- by legal proceedings through payment of lawyers fees.

                      I lost my money and i started receiving messages about my amount debit in my savings account. Transactions are made to flipkart and klickpay and i hope, both of them are involved in this transaction.

                      I informed with in one hour to icici bank but no quick response. As per rbi news, they have deposit money within 10 days after i complain. I logged complaint on jul 6 2017 and debit also happened on the same day.

                          I had purchased bonds in the name of my daughter when she was a child in 1999 now she is a major so i want to change it in her name and also the address. Trying to get in touch with the mumbai icici infotech, vashi office in order to submit the documents for the change, but no one picks the phone or proper guidance is given.                             The registrar of the government of india, when our officials went to open your account with the delhi mohan corporate, your bank official told that the circle head of the bank, whose name is vivek malhotra, refused to open the account, that is why he the name does not look good.

                              I want lodge a complain against icici bank, delhi because they are issuing me a credit card which i haven't applied for. I got a verification call from the icici bank stated that i have applied for the credit card. I denied and requested to cancel the request of credit card. But still they sent me a sms that my credit card bank application is under process.
                              This is very unprofessional technique of service provider to complete their targets therefore i request you to please help me in cancelling the credit card as i dont want to use it.

                                Dear sir / madam,
                                I have drawn a cheque number is 937686 sum of 68, 875/- rupees for hdfc bank credit card payment for clearing which is present on dated[protected] for clearance the icici bank clearing timing is 12:30 pm but before clearing the cheque i have deposit in my account sum of rupees 61, 000/- early morning 11:00 am on dated[protected].
                                After deposit the amount i got clear statement from mr. Shiv ranjan have no cheque present inward clearing in my current account number is[protected] a/c. Name is ad-process before clearing the cheque timing 11:30 am after that i told to miss swati who is banks cashier for please credit my deposit amount into account because my cheque is under clearing process but due to all staff lazy work my deposit amount credit in my account after cheque dishonor / return due to fund insufficient ….
                                Before clearance i had remind to mr. Shiv ranjan please hurry to deposit amount credit into my account fast for cheque clearing the timing 12:00 pm but due to lazyness my cheque dishonor…
                                After that i met to branch manager for this solution but they had replied me this is your mistake not our fault instead of banks mistake and lazy work policy and all other banks executives misbehavior with me as manager and they have no exact idea about icici services always confused and misguides to me / customers..
                                Now these day icici has provide very cheap services in the banking sector have incomplete knowdgefull staff non co-operative also.
                                Due to too much bad experience more than 5 times i want to close my 2 current account ealier.
                                Now who will pay the below mentioned charges? :
                                1. Icici bank return charges
                                2. Hdfc bank return charges
                                3. Hdfc interest charges against late payment 3.5% + service taxes on entire due amount that is 63875/- rupees
                                4. My full day work schedule had wages for whole 1 day.
                                5. My cibil / credit history worthness negative reflection.
                                Please taken right action against branch manager and staff and pay to me all charges and confirm me who will pay and responsible those?
                                Otherwise i will lounge a complaint against branch and bank in rbi, ombudsman and consumer court for sum of 2, 00, 000/- rupees claim because its not first time…. I have face many time same problem…

                                  As mentioned above it is only mentioned as complaint resolved . But where is resolution. I have checked my mail also no resolution has been provided to me nor I have received any call. Can anyone tell me where is my experience letter and how do I get it. This is last time I am writing this here. Next time I will write to the higher authorities.

                                    My name is nitesh bhardwaj, i had a personal loan from icici bank i wanna close it so after 7 month i went bank for closing the loan, bank executive confirm that my bank loan pending

                                    Amount is remaining 2, 21, 715.77 rs pending.

                                    As per band executive confirmed i paid that full amount via obc bank on 12 june 2017.

                                    I got the receiving and paid amount document by him and after his and relationship manager discussion, i close my previous salary account (Icici).

                                    He told me that your n. O. C for loan clearance will be reach at your home within 15 days while not receive yet.

                                    Now i am getting multiple messages for pending emi's after 1 month 1 week.

                                    I got a call from bank now. Some amount is due at my end. While i went bank many times and paid full remaining amount (2, 21, 715.77 rupees) already.

                                    Pl provide the n. O. C. Of my complete loan on my home address & do the needful on priority.
                                    ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    i already paid amount but still i have not get N.O.C from ICICI Bank, while they told me that you'll get it within 15 Days.

                                    I call many times to ICICI Bank, but now as per Them (After more then 2 Months) some amount is pending from my End, While i submitted all amount on 12 june 2017 via Oriental bank of Commerce after confirmation from Band Executive.

                                    it's a long time to raise complaint but Still not get response from ICICI Bank.

                                    Kindly do the needful on Priority.

                                      @icicibank_care unwanted charges deducted from credit card
                                      I did the transaction on 23rd june where available credit limit was shown was rs 747.56. Then how could they deduct over-limit charges when i can see the available limit in my account. It's your (Icici) fault that you show available limit. If i can see that there is limit available in my credit card account then i will surely use it. Refund the charges deducted from my account otherwise, i will escalate this issue to the ed. Worst services provided by icici bank. You people always do this kind of fraud. If you do this then what is the use these credit cards. I will close my account and credit card and will forward the issue to the higher authority. I don't want the same response from your side that you regret and can't refund the amount. Even i talked with customer care and they said i will get a refund within 48 hours. But it's been more than 10 days and you people are wasting my time and stealing my money. I put a mail number of times but didn't get any response.
