Hi,
My previous month due:117254.57, but i have paid 117074, Remaining amount 180rs i forgot. For that they charged the interest of 4, 798.79 IGST- 18%- 863.78 Total - Rs 5, 667 is my intesterst charge. They charged for whole amount not for 180rs.
When i called the customer care, they told that even though the part payment is made still they charge the interest
rate for the whole due amount for the last month.

Please do the needful to take the action and help me in reversal of my interest charges.
I will send you the necessary details based on your input.

    Hi Priyanka Kumari here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till Aug-22) on 28-September-2022. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

    Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

    Iam a user of icic direct
    I reffered icic direct to my friend.
    He opened the account successfully, but i got the refferal amount of only 1 RS
    But i should get 100RS on each successful refferal as per icic direct.
    Please solve my issue as soon as possible.
    I faced this issue with 2 refferals.

      ICICI Merchant Services Fiserv POS Terminal unnecessary charges

      I run a small business, Fiserv Merchant executive called me and explained about the swiping machine it looked good as they explained that it 1 time charge of RS.3500+ RS.590 GST which brings the total to RS.4190 for 1 year and rest would be credit card and debit card charges applicable on all transactions.
      It looked good, hence they arranged a POS Terminal. In the first 2 transactions the amount RS.4100 was deducted as a 1 year 1...

        I want you to refund the amount.
        Without customer knowledge debiting the money is showing the cheap behavior. And charges have been already deducted from my account...

          Money deduct from my account without my permission

          Hi,

          I am ICICI account holder, Sep'22 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-AUG22+GST" charges.

          29 Sep'22 - Rs 1327.50

          I didn't receive any message or alert from ICICI. When I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction.

            I have submitted my kyc documents on 12th Sep. On the very next day i got a mail that KYC updated successfully and went to bank to unfreeze my account and they have raised new debit card service request and said that with in 4 working days it will received. But that request has been rejected and I have been to bank more than 2 times now it is told that kyc request is processed successfully but my account is still debit frozen. Because of this i could not able use icici net banking and i am not able to draw my own money. I went to branch again they said no idea of this frozen account.

            Need support from bank to unfreeze my account.

                I have made a transaction through icici imobile app for paying my credit card current outstanding bill amt of 6829. The amt got deducted o stantly from my Axis bank account. But from ICICI i did not get any status, message or email regarding my bill payment. I need to know whether the payment got failed or not. As the amt is deducted from myAxis account. If there is so mutch glitch while paying the credit card bill amount in advance, then there is no point ofusing ICICI credit card. Please help me with this issue.

                  Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. The amount was deducted from my account while making a payment for my college fee of ramanujan college Delhi university through eazypay icici gateway

                  In brief,
                  Actually the Matter is when I proceed to payment page after entering all the credentials o[censored]pi mode then the payment was transacted from phonepe and it was successful but the website shows an error message in which it is written that we regret the inconvenience and the payment was failed.
                  I contacted phonepe several times but they said that since the payment was successful the fault was from your end.
                  I want you to please refund my moneymoney that is incorrectly deducted from my account . I would be grateful if this would be resolved without any further delay . I am posting some snapshot of this incident that may help you to solve this problem.

                    Sir, I paid counselling fee through personal NetBanking of SBI to PTET JNVU Jodhpur. Total three transaction made on 17 septembar 2022 against chalan of PTET As first two transactions show fail in chalan and third one is shows success. The amount of first two transaction should be refunded but still not credited to my account.

                          I would like to bring into Notice that, An amount of Rs 1499 has been deducted on 26th September 2022 from my ICICI Bank without any confirmation through OTP or any other means. The message shows a standing instructions of Rs 1499 has been paid to VSI Amazon successfully.

                          Amount got debited but not credited Back

                          Hi. My amount of Rs.12, 000 has got debited on 10th Aug'2022 with Ref no: [protected] but still not yet credited back to my account. Whenever I'm trying to reach ICICI, they are saying that amount has been transferred to Receiver. Receiver account was not credited with the amount....

                          ICICI Bank — Dcardfee

                          I have been an a/c holder of ICICI bank since 4 years.
                          I have noticed that they have charged Rs706.82 under this category DCardfee4102AUG22-JUL23+GS
                          I have never before formally/ informally communicated about these charges. After all these years I blindly believed all transactions are happening with my consent. I never expected that the a/c holder would be kept out of the loop from these hidden/uninformed charges.

                          Considering the lifestyle one has, not every one is in a position to keep track of such debits. Hence I request the authority to look into these charges over all these years since being an a/c holder and credit the amount as appropriate on priority.
