Rs 826.00 has been deducted from my account as[protected] DP CHGS TILL AUG) DP charges on 28/09/2022.

I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice/intimation about the same. Request you to please look into this issue

    In 2021, I opened a icici account stating it was free demat account . I knew nothing about stock market and wanted to check it out . I have not made a single transaction with this demat account till date. Now my account is in dormant state . They are forcing me to pay this much amount by bombarding emails and calls saying i will be penalized further amount if not paid . I want my ICICI Direct demat account to be closed and Im not willing to pay for a service I haven't made a single use . This is so unjust from ICICI

      I am a regular customer of ICICI bank from Last 10 Years. and suddenly my account was debited with amount of 826 INR on Dated 27 September 2022.and status shown DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL A UG-22.
      i dont know why this amount from my account with any prior intimation. i think these type of things they will loose there customer. Please help me to refund my money.

        Hello i am Dharanidharan, i have been with icici bank since 2012.

        Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message.

        I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account.
        Dmc/ dp chgs till AUG-22 is shown in the September statement.
        So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

          My NPS account is freeze due to Kyc verification pending from bank, i visited home branch they are not able to resolve it even i visited to registered POS but nobody know about NPS anything

            I did a payment directly from my a/c via netbanking to the credit card as bill payment. But I see that I get the same bills charged as autodebit.

              I got a message regarding auto debit charges for not having sufficient fund in my account. I have added the fund and next day i have paid the amount. They have deducted auto debit charge of rs 2640.45 + igst of 475.88 rs. I have been using ICICI bank services having bank account, credit card and my PPF also and was also planning to do FD. but after paying the amount also they have charged me such a big amount for the payment. I have payed the money but this is morally make me down. Just icici has a auto debit software and if the amount not got sufficient they will charge such a big amount. My date of deduction is 29th and i have paid on 1st of october payment of rs 1.32 lakh.

              Now i need to change my account and close all relationship with ICICI. My querry for home loan will also be cancelled soon. I requested them that why am i going to pay the amount as i have already paid but they are not helpinng

                  I have deposited an amount of Rs 54400 into my bank account yesterday (30/09/2022) around 11:24 Am using ICICI bank CDM with ATM id 06731OAR in ICICI MADANAPALLI Branch. CDM shown me the amount but when I clicked on Initiate deposit option, the transaction got declined and my money didn't got deposited. I have submitted a complaint as well with the branch, they said my amount will be credited. I haven't received it yet. Please help me in getting my amount back.

                        My previous month due:117254.57, but i have paid 117074, Remaining amount 180rs due on 15/9/2022 I forgot that for that they charged the mount of:4, 798.79 IGST- 18%- 863.78 Total - Rs 5, 667 is my intesterst charge.

                        If you see 3.40% (Monthly) is charged. But on what basis? They didn't explained on their website.

                        When i called the customer care, teeling that even though the part payment is made still they charge the interest
                        rate for the whole due amount for the last month.

                        Please do make the necessary action against these kind of banks who is charging 5667 as interest for for Rs 180. And unnecessarily debiting money in my savings account as well.

                        Please do the needful to take the action.
                        I will send you the necessary details based on your input.

                          Hi,

                            Hi Priyanka Kumari here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till Aug-22) on 28-September-2022. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

                            Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                            Mentioned the transaction remark - dmc/[protected] dp chgs till Aug-22

                            We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

                            Kindly refund my money at earliest.

                              Iam a user of icic direct
                              I reffered icic direct to my friend.
                              He opened the account successfully, but i got the refferal amount of only 1 RS
                              But i should get 100RS on each successful refferal as per icic direct.
                              Please solve my issue as soon as possible.
                              I faced this issue with 2 refferals.

                                I run a small business, Fiserv Merchant executive called me and explained about the swiping machine it looked good as they explained that it 1 time charge of RS.3500+ RS.590 GST which brings the total to RS.4190 for 1 year and rest would be credit card and debit card charges applicable on all transactions.
                                It looked good, hence they arranged a POS Terminal. In the first 2 transactions the amount RS.4100 was deducted as a 1 year 1 time charge and later on they started deducting unnecessary amount stating that unnecessary VAS (Value Added Services) which were never requested by me.
                                First instance RS.7000 + RS.590 (GST) deducted.
                                I called the customer care and the executives on call do not respond properly and are very rude to customers, they say they've raised a ticket and backend team will call to resolve the issue.
                                The backend team member calls and they say that the amount was deducted incorrectly due to Amazon QR Subscription and the amount will be credited back.
                                Not even a single re was credited.
                                Second Instance RS.3500 + RS.396 (GST) deducted again, upon calling the customer care they say RS.1199 has been deducted for Sim Card Services which are non refundable and RS. 2000 deducted for Paper Subscription, which was never informed and neither my consent was asked.
                                Same issue again called the customer care executive said call back will be arranged and backend team will call back. No call received still and my amount is stuck.
                                This is like we're running the business only to pay to Fiserv IMS Services. The customer care is very bad and doesn't respond they hang the call even if the customer is talking.
                                This should be looked into immediately, they are planning to loot the customers by unnecessary charges without their consent and lying with people while providing the POS Terminal that, there's only 1 time charge of RS.3500 + RS.590 GST and later charging unnecessarily with unwanted VAS.
                                This isn't accepted with such a huge organisation.

                                      Money deduct from my account without my permission

                                      Hi,

                                      I am ICICI account holder, Sep'22 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-AUG22+GST" charges.

                                      29 Sep'22 - Rs 1327.50

                                      I didn't receive any message or alert from ICICI. When I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction.
