Hi Ricardo Shane Leblond here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL A
UG-22) on 28-Sep-2019. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

Mentioned the transaction remark - DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL AUG-22

We people are here because of trust towards . But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from ICICI. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

Kindly refund my money at earliest.

    I have submitted my kyc documents on 12th Sep. On the very next day i got a mail that KYC updated successfully and went to bank to unfreeze my account and they have raised new debit card service request and said that with in 4 working days it will received. But that request has been rejected and I have been to bank more than 2 times now it is told that kyc request is processed successfully but my account is still debit frozen. Because of this i could not able use icici net banking and i am not able to draw my own money. I went to branch again they said no idea of this frozen account.

    Need support from bank to unfreeze my account.

      Sagar Gurav here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL AUG-22) on 28-Sept-2022. I have neither subscribed nor used my Demat account till now, not any other activities.

      Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

      Mentioned the transaction remark - DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL AUG-22 . Find attached snap for ref.

      We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behaviour from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can lose the trust.

        I have made a transaction through icici imobile app for paying my credit card current outstanding bill amt of 6829. The amt got deducted o stantly from my Axis bank account. But from ICICI i did not get any status, message or email regarding my bill payment. I need to know whether the payment got failed or not. As the amt is deducted from myAxis account. If there is so mutch glitch while paying the credit card bill amount in advance, then there is no point ofusing ICICI credit card. Please help me with this issue.

          Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. The amount was deducted from my account while making a payment for my college fee of ramanujan college Delhi university through eazypay icici gateway

          In brief,
          Actually the Matter is when I proceed to payment page after entering all the credentials o[censored]pi mode then the payment was transacted from phonepe and it was successful but the website shows an error message in which it is written that we regret the inconvenience and the payment was failed.
          I contacted phonepe several times but they said that since the payment was successful the fault was from your end.
          I want you to please refund my moneymoney that is incorrectly deducted from my account . I would be grateful if this would be resolved without any further delay . I am posting some snapshot of this incident that may help you to solve this problem.

            Sir, I paid counselling fee through personal NetBanking of SBI to PTET JNVU Jodhpur. Total three transaction made on 17 septembar 2022 against chalan of PTET As first two transactions show fail in chalan and third one is shows success. The amount of first two transaction should be refunded but still not credited to my account.

                One of the worst support I’ve ever seen in my life, there is no professional manner to handle a customer, I shared multiple mails regarding from mail id that I didn’t received my reward points from April to August which is nearly 3000 but only it shows 600 in my netbanking, yes I know you migrated from payback to icici rewards but why are you not creditiing my reward points

                    Amount got debited but not credited Back

                    Hi. My amount of Rs.12, 000 has got debited on 10th Aug'2022 with Ref no: [protected] but still not yet credited back to my account. Whenever I'm trying to reach ICICI, they are saying that amount has been transferred to Receiver. Receiver account was not credited with the amount....

                    ICICI Bank — Dcardfee

                    I have been an a/c holder of ICICI bank since 4 years.
                    I have noticed that they have charged Rs706.82 under this category DCardfee4102AUG22-JUL23+GS
                    I have never before formally/ informally communicated about these charges. After all these years I blindly believed all transactions are happening with my consent. I never expected that the a/c holder would be kept out of the loop from these hidden/uninformed charges.

                    Considering the lifestyle one has, not every one is in a position to keep track of such debits. Hence I request the authority to look into these charges over all these years since being an a/c holder and credit the amount as appropriate on priority.

                    Request you to please provide me with another email ID
                    Is this issue fixed? I am a salary account holder and they charged me a card fee without informing me. I am emailing to inquire if this issue has been resolved by ICICI.

                        My KYC for the EPFO account is being under verification since 2 weeks. It was rejected for the mis match of IFSC code(Since I changed the origin of my account). As I need some fund for emergency purpose. I’m unable to do any transaction. I tried with ICICI CUSTOMER CARE they didn’t help and I visited my branch they are clueless about it.Is there any way I can get help on this. I am helpless here. Please share a workaround as soon as possible.

                          I had gotten my phone number changed by visiting bank branch of icici. But OTPs still went to old number.

                          Upon visiting branch again, I was told to call customer care.

                          Customer care said that in back end its changed, but OTPs will come to new number within a week.

                          Im outside of India right now, my money is stuck with ICICI and Im not getting OTP its been 1 month of my phone change.

                          Need urgent help.

                            Hello,
                            I have purchased I phone 13 on[protected] from maple online store. The original price of the phone was INR 71, 900. However, there was an offer for paying through ICICI Bank Credit card and receive cashback of flat INR 6000 within 120 days of payment. I followed up from the store, they said I have to contact ICICI Bank. I tried to contact to customer care number but did not received any response. It has been 7 months since then but no cashback received. I have the order receipt and present the same. I request to please issue my cashback for the same. I hope I don't have to look for other solution for this issue.

                                Please provide the information about the transaction which is happening every month on 22nd, if it is related to demat account.

                                I ordered the product on 23september on 1am by using my icici debit card from flipkart . But because of some problem my order got cancelled but money already debited from my account.                                   We have received a number of complaints regarding your Employees Mr.Abhishek Verma behavior with other employees.

                                  We have already warned mANY TIMEs to Mr.Abhishek verma personally or professionally in phone about many issue previously, and we advised you to bring changes in your attitude.

                                  We have a very strict policy regarding the behavior of ICICI employees either you are from any department or profile .

                                  Every person working here is equal and has the same respect level as you and I have.

                                  We aim to maintain a friendly atmosphere which lets people work peacefully over here. This is not your Chhattisgarh(Raipur )place where you are doing Gunda(Girdi), Violence's in the Office and making politics from other employees and making comments anything against Individuals Employees of ICICI employees -You are nothing to deserve to speak anything either you are position of TL or Manager, this is not your father company Mr. Abhishek Verma ? Here all Respectful people are working not like you increases the violence's or fight or coming from Gunda (Violence's )Family, Might be your entire Family is also like this, I am speaking about your behavior is really abnormal, Lunatic and full of lust behavior making comment against any male or female Gender in Public or private places .
                                  Breaching this rule will result in the job loss of that specific employee.
                                  Therefore, this is the last warning to you to change your behavior with the staff. Otherwise, higher authorities will look into it and will make decisions accordingly.

                                    We have received a number of complaints regarding your Employees Mr.Abhishek Verma behavior with other employees.

                                    We have already warned many times to Mr.Abhishek verm personally or professionally in phone about many issue previously, and we advised you to bring changes in your attitude.

                                    We have a very strict policy regarding the behavior of ICICI employees either you are from any department or profile .

                                    Every person working here is equal and has the same respect level as you and I have.

                                    We aim to maintain a friendly atmosphere which lets people work peacefully over here. This is not your Chattisgarh(Raipur )place where you are doing Gunda(Girdi), Voilenses in the Office and making politics from other employees and making comments anything against Individuals Employees of ICICI employees -You are nothing to deserve to speak anything either you are position of TL or Manager, this is not your father company Mr.AbhisHek Verma ? Here all Respectfull people are working not like you increases the voilences or fight or coming from Gunda (Violences )Family, Might be your enitire Family is also like this, I am speaking about your behavior is really abonormal, Lunatic and full of lust behavior making comment against any male or female Gender in Public or private places .
                                    Breaching this rule will result in the job loss of that specific employee.
                                    Therefore, this is the last warning to you to change your behavior with the staff. Otherwise, higher authorities will look into it and will make decisions accordingly.
