On 23rd july, 2017, at 9:23 am in the morning unauthorized transactions have been carried out through my icici bankatm debit card. The approximate amount of the fraud is 3000 inr.

No 3d pin or otp was used to carry out this transaction
Location of the fraud has been detected as st. Paul, amsterdam
Complaint number is sr[protected]

I am looking forward to a refund of these transactions and would like to know how safe is it to use the bank services provided by icici bank.

    Dears,

    Today I got a call from Sonia Ahuja, she claims that she is employee of ICICI rewards group, Mumbai. Her Employee ID number is SC903.

    She knows my ICICI credit card details and debit card details as well.

    She called from [protected] mobile number, and started conversation on crediting my rewards points equivalent money to my credit card account.
    Looks like credit card didn’t work, then started we need your debt card details confirmation, will credit to debt card.

    She Initiated INR 4900 from my debit card, OTP came to me. Then she started asking share the OTP. Luckily I didn’t share. Saved my INR4900.

    Now my question to ICICI:

    1. Who is this hooker? What is her job in Rewards group?
    2. How come she knows my card details?
    3. How come she knows my card expiry details?
    4. ICICI never calls from mobile number, why this hooker calls [protected]?
    5. What is the measure you guys take to avoid leaking this information?
    6. Is it a plan to sell paid cards from ICICI?

    I am using my language after getting confirmation form your bank HELPLINE she is a fake. Please bring such ### holes or hookers to the jail.
    I am going to blog this mail everywhere…

    I want you to conference with that hooker, let’s talk together.
    I am ready to register complaint as well in the CYBER CRIME police station.

    STOP THESE CHEATERS THEN AND THEIR ITSELF. THEY ARE MAKING GOOD MONEY BY DOING THESE FRAUD CALLS.

      I'm having salaried account with ICICI with a Titanium Debit Card. As per your website one of the benefits of Titanium Debit Card is Zero surcharge on fuel purchases at selected outlets of IOCL/HPCL/BPCL.

      Hence the surcharge levied so far is not legitimate and i request to reverse the amount debited so far and also to ensure NO surcharge is debited in any of the above selected outlets for the card payment.

      I have sent 2 emails to Customer care already and there is no response on this so far. In case of any questions please call me +[protected] or email me at bhandary.[protected]@gmail.com

        I'm having salaried account (#[protected] with ICICI and own Titanium Debit card. I spoke to Customer care and sent couple of emails after I noticed Surcharge debited from my debit card. As per your website one of the benefits of Titanium debt card is Zero Surcharge on Fuel surcharges in IOCL/HPCL/BPCL outlets.

        I have charged multiple times for using the card at IOCL outlets, and this is against the benefits mentioned in the card.

        Please revese the amount and send the details asap.

          Due to some security reason i blocked my card but your officials blocked it on permanently basis and reissue the same card on same date. On 13th of june and reissue a new card. But till the date i only have the "delivery in process" status. But your officials told me that i will receive card within 5 working days. Its my salary account ad all my funds are sucked in this account. Without atm card i cant able to call customer care, i cant able to do the online transaction too. So how do i made a transaction from my account as it is my salary account. Its more than 5 days and i don't know what is the status of my card. This is the worst service i ever faced, even government bank provides much better service than you.

              As instructed by mr arvind sehgal i had deposited rs 120000 in mr rahul mittal's icici account number[protected] against my insurance policies from exide life.
              I was assured by mr arvind sehgal that this amount is refundable and i will get refund of my amount which i have still not received
              Please look into this matter and refund me this amount as soon as possible. Please take some strict action against mr rahul mittal as he is not giving my money back as promised

                We are holding the account no - xxxxxxxx2614 opened on 23rd july, 2013 in the name of natasha kakalia and porus kakalia. We were approached by icici employee mr preetam on many occasions to open an account with icici bank. We informed him that we already have an account with icici bank in name of porus kakalia (A/c no. Xxxxxxxx2901). He was still very persistent and informed us to open an account as it will help his career and we can shut the account after three months. So we decided to open one more account with icici bank as we only had one joint account between us with another bank at that time.
                Kindly also note that during account opening it was not informed to us that the account needs to be operated with a minimum balance of inr 50, 000/-. We did not receive any account statement by mail or soft copy by email from the time this account was opened. The account was regularly operated but we did not notice that the account statements for this particular account were not being received.
                During my visit to the icici wadala branch in the first week of may, 2017 that i requested statements for this account and we were shocked to see that there were charges being deducted from our account on a regular basis (Almost rs.15, 000/-) up to now. On inquiring we were told that the first charge appeared in august, 2015 and from that time we are regularly being charged a fee for not maintaining a minimum balance of inr 50, 000/-.
                It is surprising that –
                • we were not intimated by the bank before being charged.
                • after the first few charges the bank executives/bank manager nor icici bank thought it was important to inform us to maintain a balance for not incurring charges/ fines in future.
                • the account was opened in july, 2013 and the charges started appearing in august, 2015. Why we were not charged any fines or fee in between this period.
                We are feeling very uncomfortable and cheated by this episode and request an immediate refund and reversal of any and every kind of charges/fees or fines that have been wrongly imposed on us during this time. The reason to deposit our money with a reputed bank like icici is to feel safe and secure in doing so. We trust that you will treat our request with the utmost urgency and consideration it deserves.

                  Recently I filled my car with Petrol at two different locations. Below are the details of the Credit Card Surcharges,
                  19 Jun 2017 - Shell Bengaluru - Rs.2000 + Extra Rs. 57.50
                  08 Jun 2017 - HP Arasikere - Rs.2115.83 + Extra Rs. 24.32

                  If we withdraw cash, bank will deduct charges. If we want to pay using card then also charges. Why bank/govt/fuel stations loot people like us.

                  Please reverse the surcharges..

                    Yesterday night i got an unexpected call from icici transaction monitoring team asking i'm doing any withdraws. I was shocked because card is with me and i've not done any transactions. Later checking in imobile app for many fraud charges on my account. I called up icici customer care and blocked my card.

                    This is due to security breach in icici system.

                        I have used my debit card to withdraw money from icici atm located in my office campus... There was no money in the machine and amount got deducted from my account ; contacted icici customer care they are asking me to wait for 24 hrs to do a reversal... Isn't it the mistake of bank?                           Hi team,

                          I am facing issue while made any transactions or payment via net banking as i am out of india while using otp.

                          Please change my otp registered no. With my new cell as i am staying in south korea and not able to access my india registered no.

                          I am writing this mail to complaint against icici bank response. I am really very disappointed the way handling my request. I already explained whole issue on call but just to summarize here :
                          1) i visited lalghati branch on 7-8 oct to change my otp details from my cell to my e-mail id. I have filled the form and submitted at branch. After that i am getting alert on my mail but otp details didn't updated.
                          2) currently i am based out at south korea and from here, i called branch to discuss and requested again to change my otp details.
                          3) then i filled the form, scan and sent over mail. Then icici contacted me after one month and finally they told to fill the form and send by courier.
                          4) i sent filled form again via courier on 15th dec, 2016 but nobody contacted me further.
                          5) i am doing follow upi since last 4-5 month, even escalated to head of branch and nri as well.

                          My recent complaint# 00099acggqudpmk4 & 0009dack3ryrxfme

                          I am really surprised about such kind of customer handling.

                          I am mentally very harassed and due to otp not updated, my family is struggling at india due to not able to make any transactions...

                          Please assist to get resolve my issue..

                            I have a demat account with icici bank for more than 5 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there are a couple of debit transaction din[protected] dp chgs till dec-16'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert on my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

                            Spoke to customer care and he said you should not be charged but I am not able to understand. I am being charged so many time but never bothered about it. It is hurting me now because I never invest more than 40000/- and paying this type of DP charges unnecessarily.
                            I have trasferred first 5000 to other bank account payee and then 2500.to another account within icici bank account payee through imobile on 16th June'17. These amounts got debited from my account but the receiver's account has not been credited...requesting you to update when the amount gets tansferred 7500 rs on total

                              In december 2013 i had received a call from icici bank about cpp (Card protection plan) and required my consent for debit of rs 1299.00 from my a/c in icici bank. Every year in the month of december a service charge for cpp has been debited from my bank a/c in icici bank, boring road, patna (Bihar) without my consent. Details of such debits are 2013 — 1299.00, 2014 — 1399. 00, 2015 — 1499. 00 & 2016 — 1599. 00 total rs 5796.00
                              Requested for stopping further debit of any such amount from any of my a/c in icici bank and refund of rs. 5796. 00 in my s. B. A/c.

                                My self mir lutfar rahaman, yesterday i. E. On 20th june 2017, there was amount of rs. 10339/- deducted form my icici a/c. I visited nearby icici bank and come to know that amount deducted form icici prudential insurance, this is direct stealing my money form icici group, i never applied or request for any insurance, as statement started [protected]/1306/iprugrpterm/dc and my a/c no is[protected].
                                I want my money back immediately.

                                    I know this complaint is absolutely useless like your bank and its employees who never do their # work.
                                    I am going ensure i close the salary account from your bank and move to any bank but yours.

                                      I have been following up on my mmb bond for the last two months, i have sent all the required documents to the bank but the constant response is you will get a response in 15-20 days. This has been the standard response for the last two months. I have given even shared her pan nos.

                                        Sir; yesterday i got a call from one number wrt my failed transaction during recharge process.
                                        He told me to claim my money back by entering full details on
                                        #www.rbipaymentauthorasation.com#

                                        I went on that site and entered​ my credit card and debit card details.
                                        Otp for rs. 3 came on my phone.
                                        After that that call got disconnected.
                                        Soon; i got the massage that rs. 10000/- has been deducted from my credit card. Attached find the image for proof.

                                        After that i called customer care and blocked my both card.
                                        It was around 11pm ; that's why customer care can't took my complaint regarding this unauthorized transaction.

                                        That 10000/- got deducted from my credit card without my initiation of transaction and i also did not got the otp on my mobile number for that transaction.

                                        How can a transaction be fulfilled without otp.

                                        Kindly lodge my complaint in this regard and initiate refund process.

                                        If required; kindly took the matter at appropriate level.

                                        It is requested to look into the matter and process the refund action at the earliest.
