Recently I filled my car with Petrol at two different locations. Below are the details of the Credit Card Surcharges,
19 Jun 2017 - Shell Bengaluru - Rs.2000 + Extra Rs. 57.50
08 Jun 2017 - HP Arasikere - Rs.2115.83 + Extra Rs. 24.32

If we withdraw cash, bank will deduct charges. If we want to pay using card then also charges. Why bank/govt/fuel stations loot people like us.

Please reverse the surcharges..

    Yesterday night i got an unexpected call from icici transaction monitoring team asking i'm doing any withdraws. I was shocked because card is with me and i've not done any transactions. Later checking in imobile app for many fraud charges on my account. I called up icici customer care and blocked my card.

    This is due to security breach in icici system.

    I have nri account in your bank, I am not receiving any OTP if I want to make payments on line all other msg from bank are receiving except OTP why can not give OTP on my mails id.i receive intimation on mail but OTP never recd.

    I received fake call from [protected] for extortion. Asking money in the name of Icici Bank. I never took loan from the Icici Bank Neither i have account of Icici bank. But the person over the call is continuously asking money

      I am the holderof mmb-0339-two bond certificate no, 18794 & bondholder no:5521-286 which is due for redemption on[protected]. All documents were sent in april 2017 itself. Sofar, i have received rs, 90940 only, in two instalments, why the balance amount of rs, 9060/-is not sent is not known, as there is no communication in this regard.

        I have used my debit card to withdraw money from icici atm located in my office campus... There was no money in the machine and amount got deducted from my account ; contacted icici customer care they are asking me to wait for 24 hrs to do a reversal... Isn't it the mistake of bank? Or some kind of cheap cheating tactics.. Is this the way they treat the corporate customer??

        there were no notice board kept saying " No CASH" i can see this machine kept without case for days together !! is this some sort of day light robbery ?? what is the procedure to sue them? can some one guide ?

        1.Why is it takes 24 hrs for you to revise the money since you very well aware it's a bank end issue not a customer issue?

        2.What is the assurance that it'll not happen again?? Still there is no No cash board or Software msg r getting displayed in the particular ATM!!!

        I have already forwarded all the transaction details to RBI and have received acknowledgement as well, Lets see how for it goes

          Hi team,

          I am facing issue while made any transactions or payment via net banking as i am out of india while using otp.

          Please change my otp registered no. With my new cell as i am staying in south korea and not able to access my india registered no.

          I am writing this mail to complaint against icici bank response. I am really very disappointed the way handling my request. I already explained whole issue on call but just to summarize here :
          1) i visited lalghati branch on 7-8 oct to change my otp details from my cell to my e-mail id. I have filled the form and submitted at branch. After that i am getting alert on my mail but otp details didn't updated.
          2) currently i am based out at south korea and from here, i called branch to discuss and requested again to change my otp details.
          3) then i filled the form, scan and sent over mail. Then icici contacted me after one month and finally they told to fill the form and send by courier.
          4) i sent filled form again via courier on 15th dec, 2016 but nobody contacted me further.
          5) i am doing follow upi since last 4-5 month, even escalated to head of branch and nri as well.

          I am really surprised about such kind of customer handling.

          I am mentally very harassed and due to otp not updated, my family is struggling at india due to not able to make any transactions...

          Please assist to get resolve my issue..

            I have a demat account with icici bank for more than 5 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there are a couple of debit transaction din[protected] dp chgs till dec-16'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert on my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

            Spoke to customer care and he said you should not be charged but I am not able to understand. I am being charged so many time but never bothered about it. It is hurting me now because I never invest more than 40000/- and paying this type of DP charges unnecessarily.
            I have trasferred first 5000 to other bank account payee and then 2500.to another account within icici bank account payee through imobile on 16th June'17. These amounts got debited from my account but the receiver's account has not been credited...requesting you to update when the amount gets tansferred 7500 rs on total

              In december 2013 i had received a call from icici bank about cpp (Card protection plan) and required my consent for debit of rs 1299.00 from my a/c in icici bank. Every year in the month of december a service charge for cpp has been debited from my bank a/c in icici bank, boring road, patna (Bihar) without my consent. Details of such debits are 2013 — 1299.00, 2014 — 1399. 00, 2015 — 1499. 00 & 2016 — 1599. 00 total rs 5796.00
              Requested for stopping further debit of any such amount from any of my a/c in icici bank and refund of rs. 5796. 00 in my s. B. A/c.

                My self mir lutfar rahaman, yesterday i. E. On 20th june 2017, there was amount of rs. 10339/- deducted form my icici a/c. I visited nearby icici bank and come to know that amount deducted form icici prudential insurance, this is direct stealing my money form icici group, i never applied or request for any insurance, as statement started [protected]/1306/iprugrpterm/dc and my a/c no is[protected].
                I want my money back immediately.

Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                    I know this complaint is absolutely useless like your bank and its employees who never do their # work.
                    I am going ensure i close the salary account from your bank and move to any bank but yours.

                    Asked to close the account from mumbai 6months back no action taken.
                    Customer care never responds, mails never replied. # holes
                    No action taken on account in accessible to internet banking for past 6 months
                    Bloody # no respect for the customer.

                        Sir; yesterday i got a call from one number wrt my failed transaction during recharge process.
                        He told me to claim my money back by entering full details on
                        #www.rbipaymentauthorasation.com#

                        I went on that site and entered​ my credit card and debit card details.
                        Otp for rs. 3 came on my phone.
                        After that that call got disconnected.
                        Soon; i got the massage that rs. 10000/- has been deducted from my credit card. Attached find the image for proof.

                        After that i called customer care and blocked my both card.
                        It was around 11pm ; that's why customer care can't took my complaint regarding this unauthorized transaction.

                        That 10000/- got deducted from my credit card without my initiation of transaction and i also did not got the otp on my mobile number for that transaction.

                        How can a transaction be fulfilled without otp.

                        Kindly lodge my complaint in this regard and initiate refund process.

                        If required; kindly took the matter at appropriate level.

                        It is requested to look into the matter and process the refund action at the earliest.

                              At the time of opening my savings account in the icici bank, they opened my demat account without my consent. I don't want to open any demat account. When i visited the branch to close the demat account they told me to go to some other branch for clsoing the demat account.

                              This demat account is free for one year but they charges heaavily for the next year.

                                    I have opened a salary account with icici bank in the month of december 2016. I received a welcome kit with atm card and cheque book. But the account number i received and the account number in the cheque book is different. Unfortunately my dad has tried to transfer an amount of 40000 to my account and he added me as a beneficiary with the cheque book account. Since it is not my account and its completely the fault from the icici bank staff who has provided me the welcome kit, my money been transferred to a different account (Cheque book).

                                    I have a logged a complaint in the nearest branch. But the response is very slow. They inform like it may take longer time to reverse my money.
                                    Also in order to reverse the money they need a debit authorization letter from the customer who received my amount. They are just trying to call them and no response from customer. Moreover they don't take a pain to visit the customer premises to find her and they argue with me like they follow the procedure.

                                    Its totally disgusting and feel bad for opening the account with icici bank.

I have asked icici to either link the pru account with my icici account or at least set up the premium to be deducted automatically from my account. Being an nri it's nearly impossible to keep track of things that happen yearly.

                                      3 years running, they cannot link my bank account with prudential account. The bank managers are changing like janitors in a business unit. Absolutely no follow thru from branch managers.

                                      June 4, 2017, i submited an online request to link my icici & prudential account, one more time. No response whatsoever. I called them up today (June 19, 2017). The agent says your previous request has been cancelled because you didn't provide enough detail. I asked, if the request is cancelled, why wasn't i notified. He says, you didn't provide details.

                                      Now i'm overdue for the payment for apparently no fault of mine and icici is making the customer run pillar to post to give my money to these #.

                                        Dear all,
                                        Kindly help me regarding solve below problem due to no proper response from icici bank. I had be taken 7 times complaint to icici bank. Also last 4 day no any replay to send my mail.
                                        I request you for all of you government & media channel & news paper to help me for solving this issue as early as possible. Due to that type of problem i panic to withdraw amount from atm.
                                        Kindly contact me for any detail information [protected].

                                        I am facing a problem to withdraw non icici transaction from date 5 may 2017 to till date.
                                        I withdraw a amount from bank of maharashtra atm of rs. 5000.00 but from atm only received amount of rs. 3500.00. I request to credit my remaining amount of rs 1500.00 to my account.
                                        From your customer care representative tell me no response from the other bank due to unable to complete your atm transaction. This is not my problem. After 1 month 15 day only one answer tell me from icici bank representative other bank is not response.

                                        Also i request to escalate my complaint to senior level my complaint is not proceed.
                                        I heartily request to icici bank credit my amount rs. 1500.00 in 2 days

                                        I have made IMPS transaction on 12-JUNE-2017 and transaction reference no. is[protected]. But transaction timed out and got message saying status will be updated in 3 days. The amount is NOT credited to beneficiary bank account till now and not returned to my account as well.
