I am working with infosys. I have salary acct with icici. I am facing issues while recharging my smart card. I called customer care and as advised i visited infosys ph.2 branch. And as advised there, i updated my mobile number through atm machine. I am still facing same issue. I visited the same branch again. One executive told me to visit another counter. I went to another counter which was empty at that time. There mr. Pushkar srivastava rudely and arrogantly asked me who sent you here? What do you want?, i politely said i want to update my mobile number. Then again he literally shouted on me and said "i will not do it, do whatever you want to do". I asked him to lower his voice and to talk politely and respectfully. Still he was shamelessly said go to manager. I went to manager and explain him everything. Manager was like no worries he (Manager) will have a word with pushkar. But i insisted to call pushkar and clear the matter. But manager was not calling him and told me "sir, you go. I will call you later." i asked how? Then he said he will check the service request number and through that he will get my mobile number and then he will call me. This is really hopeless. There are plenty of applications and god knows how he will find my mobile number. This is really ridicules. Instead of solving the issue, manager backs the rude and arrogant behavior. If this issue does not gets solved i will make sure that on the day of salary, i will empty the acct & will always keep 0 balance

    I am in process for a personal loan from last month, i have submitted my all documents andi have got a call on 14/06/2017 that my loan is approved and disbursal will be in nxt 24 to 48 hours.

    Today is 16/06/2017, and still i didn't get my loan account.
    I have applied this personal loan in very urgent condition but there is no use of it.

    I dont why i am getting that much delay after approval of my loan.

    My aps id is 68010645.

    Please help me.

      I had icici card with me and received call stating that i have redeemable reward points, which are going to lapse if not redeemed. The caller had all the details of my card along with my date of birth etc. And they told me to share an otp for verification through mobile (Which is the general pratice followed by banks) and also told me not to share it orally. They made a transaction of 7500 with the same. I got my card blocked and asked for replacement card, which i received in 7 days. Surprisingly, though i have not even activated this new card nor made any transaction or anything at all, i received the call again and this time they had all the new card's details. This really shocked me, and now i think there is something fishy going on inside icici, as i had never used my card but my details are with the third party. This is really shocking, i have multiple credit cards, but this is happening only with icici's cards. Though i do not had any mistake from my side, i got my card cancelled and i will not use any icici service in future. Please have a look into this matter as the seriousness of this matter is severe, because even before using or activating my card, some unknown people have all the details with them.

        I have done a payment against ca number[protected] for amount 2690 on 08-jun-2017. But i have received an email from bses saying that only 580 rs were received by them. I did a complaint with both icici bank and bses. Now bses is saying that they have received only 580 rs and icici bank is saying that they have done the payment of 2690. No one is helping as i am following up with them from past 1 week. The money is lost or stolen in between.

        I am continuously following up with the bank from past 1 week and no one is helping me. I have not expected it from a bank like ICICI.

        I am moving to RBI if it is not resolved within next 4 working days.

            My cibil record showed an account from your bank as a personnel loan account. This i had raised a dispute in cibil portal to clear this off as i do not have any such loans from your bank. The dispute id is - cds[protected].

            It has been over 2 months with regular remainders from cibil for the necessary corrections. But there is not response from the icici bank.

            You are requested to honor the cibil queries asap and resolve this dispute asap

              The redemption data was april 28th.
              We have sent letter to change address and bank account details.
              But the action regarding redemption was not taken, nor is a feedback provided regarding the status.

              Even after multiple requests regarding the status since past 3months,...

              Hello bank,

              I have received my icici credit card on 7th june 2017. But along with card i haven't received any pin number. When i read the welcome kit, it was mention that i will receive it on my register mobile number or email address. So i waited for few days, into the delima thinking that i will receive an email from icici or sms with the pin number.

              Now today morning (14 june 2017), i got a call from this below given number mentioning that they are calling from icici credit card department mumbai, and this call is regarding your credit card verification, so they can issue me the pin number.

              A lady name riya khanna called me from this number saying that this is a verification call from icici credit card department mumbai, so they can activate my card and pin number can be issued on your register email address and mobile number. I was having some doubt and so i refuse to share any further information with her, but then they mention me my credit card first 8 digits, claiming that i have this information since i am calling from bank, if i would have been a fraud, i won't have this details.

              With her statement, i thought she must be genuine caller and start discussing with her further. Then she said that i am initiating one zero amount transaction, for which you will have to share with me the otp. Once i have insert that number into our system, your card will get activated. But again i had a doubt and i didn't shared any otp. After that she transfer the call to her senior who further communicated with me.

              Now on call with mr. Prem singh, and he said that i am icici verification department head, and we have called you to verify your credit card. He explain me that, my card is yet not activated, and to activate the same, we will need few information from you, using which we can generate pin number for you.

              After that i received one sms, and he said that i have initiated one zero transaction, i will need otp details to activate your card. I shared with him the otp and then he said that your pin is generated and it will be sent on your register email id and mobile number. Then he said that 4, 785 points are added into your account which you can further redeem for any future transaction.

              Thenafter i again receive few messages with otp and he requested for details from me, but this time i had a doubt and i mention that i am not comfortable sharing this information over a call. If you need this details, send me an email, and i will be happy to provide that information. But the guy keep on insisting and claiming that he is calling from icici bank and this is the regular verification call. But then i ask him, i don't want to share any further information, if required, i will go to bank first and confirm about this procedure. If they say, i can share this information, i will give you a call and will share with you a all the details. After this, we ended up the call.

              Then, i went to icici bank and share with them all these details and they said that it was a fraud call and ask me to register a complain on toll free number. I called on toll free number and register a complain about fraudalent and my complain id is as below. They also mention me that one transaction of "inr 4, 785.00 at vodafone-billdesk (June 14, 2017; 11:17:51 hrs.)" has already been initiated and processed successfully. They registered my complaint and have blocked my card immediately to prevent further missue. Dispute id is as below

              Today on 15 june, i received feedback from icici bank claiming that we are not liable for the fraudulent that has happen, since i shared this information with them.

              I completely understand icici bank point and yes some mistakes where done from my end. But the only reason i shared this information, because they made me believe that they are actually calling from icici head office.

              I know, i am responsible for some few mistakes, but at the same time, i believe bank is also liable for this fraudulent. I need bank justification on below points, after which i can accept your given verdict.

              1. How do they came to know that i have received a new credit card?
              2. How do they find my register mobile number? Coz this information i have only shared with icici bank and no other.
              3. The lady on the call shared with me my card first 8 digits and told that since i am calling from icici bank, i have these information will me available in my system. So from where do they got my card first 8 digits? Cozz it was issued by icici bank.
              4. Also when they called me, they said that this is a credit card verification call to activate your card and generate a pin. My point is, how do they came to know that i have received a card 1 week back and i haven't yet activated that card and have not yet generated any pin for it?

              My concerns are, these all informations are very much confidentials, and are between just icici bank and me. So how do the third party have so precise information about all my personal information.in this case, i hold icici bank responsible, for not preventing this all information of mine.

              Provide me with your justification on these above points, if i am satified with your answers, i would be happy to accept your verdict. Else i don't mind reaching out to the head authorities to fighting against the trap which i believe is weaven by icici bank and credit card fraudster.


              Kindly looks into this matter immediately and help me in recovering this false transaction.

                My name is zorinpuia i am from mizoram. I rented house in kishan garh, vasant kunj new delhi. 110070. On 1st of june 2017 my bank account was hack. And there is a fraudulent charge on my account without my knowledge.

                Around 2:15am i receive a text message regarding bank transaction alert on my cell phone. The moment i got an sms i call the bank but i can't get through to the customer care all line are busy. I try again 13 tume lucky i got a line to one of the bank representative. I told him about the concern and he checked my bank details and he block my card. But he said he can't help. Me. To get back the money he told me to call back at 8am and talk to the fraud department for the dispute. I can't wait and i call at 7am in the morning and ask me a number of question. I told them all about the case and they told me submit the dispute form along with the front side of my debit card and my id. At the same day i submit the document by online, and hard copy to the icici bank brunch in vasant kunj branch. I file the fir to the police statin in vasant kunj north police station.

                From that day i keep calling icici bank everyday and they give me all the difference status. Even the customer care manager told me that he cant help me. But i dont want to give up and i call again. They told me that my money was charge under the merchant name reliance payment solutions. They told me to corporate reliance people and get the money back. I try to get reliance payment solutions phone no but i cant get anything from internet and. I end up with reliance mutual fund department but they can't help me anything about it.

                On 6 of june 2017 i call the bank and they told me me that reliance don't want to release the money they cannot help me and also the supervisor of icici customer service told me that the complain which i made to them is already close and mark as customer share the debit card pin no to someone. This is just excuses. (Icici keep calling me before and. Asking me. The change my platinum debit card into coral card, a number of request from the icici i agree to change my debit card. It's only a couple of month i have this new card) i am surprise and i ask the bank didn't solve the case and without informing me why did they close case and mention the status as a complete lie.

                Please help me for this concern i lost my saving money from my saving bank account icici. Please help me go get the money back. It been 15 days and no positive response from anyone icici bank. Reliance. Even no update from the police.

                The total amount deducted from my account is inr 37, 000. 8 transaction 7 time inr 5000 and 1 time inr 2000

                14 of june 2017 yesterday i went to icici noise sector 1 where my icici account was open. They told me the case was already close. They told me to call customer care and reissue case. I take a chance and i call the icici customer care. The representative told me that i cannot reissue the case and he hung up on me.

                Please let me. Know the suggestion what to do.

                  Some local agency, they are calling by chennai contact database and they are saying that, they are from icici. And making promises about getting credit card.

                  Government says adhar needs to be handle carefully. If we trust icici, we will loss our privacy.

                  Finally we can't contact them and their number is in switched off. Also they are getting more money to process.

                  So we loss our money and trust on icici bank.

                  Hi, I was told that I am getting credit card free without any registration charges but in my bill, registration charges are included. Also I have not got credit card pin till now. Please try to resolve as soon as possible.

                  Here we can easily understand that icici bank is the actual culprit. Because I missed the number means what you will do. So here it is easily visualize your bank only saving the agencies. In above complaint I mentioned the address if you can't take the action means, you icici bank doing business with the help of agencies.that's why I said trusting icici bank is not safe.

                  Please don't trust icici credit card services.
                  They are working behind fraud agencies.
                  They are not assured me, that they will take necessary action against the channel partner.

                  They are asking me to write the letter to the bank. Against the phone number.

                  This is just looks like, they asking petition when I say the thief is there.

                  Now a days blanking sector is in very worst condition.
                  Hi, I was told that I am getting credit card free without any registration charges but in my bill, registration charges are included. Also I have not got credit card pin till now. Please try to resolve as soon as possible.

                    I received a call from this number today - +[protected] and since i have a corporate account in icici, this lady called prachi joshi was ready to give me icici rubyx card free of cost. I gave my pan card xerox to an icici representative and also signed on the credit card application form.
                    Later on this woman forced me to send her an email from my gmail id saying that "i agree to the charges" and i denied. She shared an email id [protected]@gmail.com and asked me to share the mail. This is a complete fraudulent case and i would want a quick check on this lady and his credit manager - +[protected].

                        I submit a cheque of 14, 480 rs of hdfc on icici bank ltd. - mumbai - kalina branchc/45 pattathu house, kalina kurla road, santacruz east mumbai maharashtra, 400029. Cheque no. Is '668108'. That cheque is lost by icici bank, and they issued some kind of latter for it. When i went icici bank they said they send already in my address. Now i came in hyderabad for latter, but there is no latter. My one month salary is trapped due to your fault. Kindly issued me that latter hand to hand or in my mail id '[protected]@gmail.com'

                            I have applied for home loan during filling my form one insurance for home was there to check in the box for this facility i refused to avail this facility also asked lot of times is there any hidden charges they clearly told me no also, but later on they checked this box without my information i got to know when documents came to me then i called them and they told me that you can cancel it later after some time i cancelled it and when i got my complete statement i found that there is 5700 deduction is there of file charges and taxes. Further they have many mistakes during my disbursement, and when i file a complaint they called me after two months.. This is fake bank..

                              A lien has been marked in my icici bank account which is totally a willful illegal act by the loan officer. The reason i am addressing it as an illegal
                              Action because of the following points mentioned below :
                              The lien was said to be marked towards my outstanding balance of my loan no. Ltdel[protected]. This loan was taken by me in 2006.

                              On 21 april 2008 the bank has put a lien on my icici account and deducted total of 9 installment, i was ok with that and gave bank my consent on same.

                              Again on 01 december 2008 a lien was put and bank deducted total of 7 installment.

                              Note that the interval between two lien was 8 month and same number of installment was deducted.

                              After then no payment was deducted for a long time although my account had balance all the time, so i was assured that no more due is there.

                              Now after 10 years the bank came back an marked a lien for the same purpose.

                              This shows that bank was willfully waiting for my due amount to become higher and higher.

                              Why the bank did not deducted anymore payment then and if there was due remaining then why the bank has not communicated with me.

                              This is totally bank fault and willful cheating act towards the customer.

                              Another deduction was made on december 2009 for the amount 16122, towards my vihicle loan and now when i am checking the statement
                              It is showing as payment towards credit card no. [protected].

                              They have manipulated my statement as well and if not then i want the statement of my credit card.

                              Due to the lien marked in my account, my emi cheques are getting bounced affecting my credit healthg plus i have to pay bounce charges., so please i want you to take some action against the bank and show them that they cannot do whatever they want.

                                Aps no is 67932692. I've login file on 20th may, 2017. But today when i ask my dsa for sanction the file, but he told me that my file is missing from bank. He submitted queries in bank on same day. But today my file is missing. Who is responsible for losing my file? I'd given processing fee cheque as well, if thats going to be miss use by someone, who is responsible?

                                      I have come across this ridiculous reponse from icici customer care executive when i complained about extra charge deducted on a transaction done in a fuel filling station. Icici will charge surcharge on card trabsation done in fuel filling stations. When govt and banks are encouraging citizens to go digital, icici wanted us to do it in old way so that they can loot the customers (Charges on more than 4 times atm cash withdrawals). This is absolute nonsense. Thinking of changing my salary account to some other bank which provides good service.
