I have downloaded imobile and it says every time you need to have savings account send sms to some chargeble number. Every time it deduct sms charge but did not activate, such a money looter and customer service even worst[protected] every one hand over phone to one another. Such a fraud bank. Lost my 50 rs in calling customer care every time, have some standard atleast provide toll free customer care number and for activation send otp instead of chargeble sms.

I have car loan in icici bank it's close last 3 years bank issued NOC for that but the NOC is due and now I have duplicated Nov for this loan so please issue the duplicate NOC for this loan.

    We enjoy a loan a/c no. Ladel[protected] with icici bank ltd. Due to said vehicle was stolen in last year & insurance co. Refund us claim settlement amount of rs. 963200/- & transfer this in above loan a/c no. We apply for loan close & excess balance refund request at your videocon tower, jhandewalan delhi loan branch but the said branch not issued us refund until we have not deposit confirmation letter issue by insurance co. While we also deposit the payment advise of said amount with request letter. Your officials create a unnecessary harassment in this case while all the documents are completed. So we hereby request you to please refund us our excess balance immediate.

      My name is praveen & holding account with icici from last more than 5 years. But employees from the bank are the master in ditching. Last month, they told me that 10000 is the minimum limit which i need to keep in account. But today i come to know this is rs. 50000. I am paying almost rs. 700 every month for mab.

      I cannot digest this that dbm of palwal branch is lied in front of me. He said they are the charges for only 10000. Which should be in my account where as it was charges for 50000.

      I Don't know the reason why ICICI bank deducted without notice for my account.
      ICICI has deducted amount Rs 18866 with transaction detail "[protected]/3005/IPRUGRPTERM/DC" from my saving account. I don't know what it is and how come they can deduct any amount from saving account without my consent. I see lots of people has same issue with ICICI and Prudential. It is fraud on behalf of ICICI Bank

        I have an icici bank account no.[protected]. I was not maintaining minimum balance of rs 10000. Previously they used to charge penalty on quarterly basis. I transferred rs 11000 on 30th may 2017 post which i found that deducted the penalty of not maintaining the minimum balance on a monthly basis. They did not send any intimation on change in the way the penalty would be charged.in addition, they are charging me sms intimation charges of rs 17.25 every month. But i did not receive any sms for the charges which were deducted from my account.

            I am the a/c holder of icici bank for the last 6 yrs. Now they have charged ₹ 573.85 under this category dcardfee8018may17-apr15
            I am not aware what type of charges are these.
            They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
            Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
            Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

            There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

              I am account holder in icici bank having account no.[protected]. I also hold credit card of icici bank. Icici bank deduct the amount of credit card from my saving bank account without taking prior approval from me. Bank do not send the statement on time and simply debit my account without informing me in advance.

              Please take the matters seriously and instruct the bank to stop to do so. Also instruct to bank so that timely statement could be sent by the bank.

                    This is regarding atm transactions carried out by me (Abhishek chakrabarty) on icici atm at madhapur hyderabad. The atm id is sacwg058.

                    The incident happened on 01 june 2017.

                    The atm sacwg058 is dysfunctional. The touch screen does not work properly and customers have to touch/press multiple times to get a response.

                    On 01/06/2017, i carried out the following atm transactions through my icici debit card:

                    Atm id: sacwg058, transaction id: 5987, time: 15:11 pm, amount withdrawn: rs. 10, 000. Status: successful. Received cash.

                    Atm id: sacwg058, transaction id: 5991, time: 15:14 pm, amount withdrawn: rs. 10, 000.
                    Status: machine got hung for long. Finally transaction got cancelled. No cash received.

                    After the transaction got cancelled, i again tried to withdraw rs. 10, 000 from same machine (Sacwg058). Transaction cancelled again. No cash received.

                    Following which, i went to axis bank atm, madhapur. There, i withdrew rs. 10, 000 in the following transaction:

                    Transaction id: 5499, time: 15:21 pm, amount withdrawn: rs. 10, 000.
                    Status: successful. Received cash.

                    I returned to the icici atm again. I did the following transaction, on the earlier icici bank atm sacwg058:

                    Atm id: sacwg058, transaction id: 5993, time: 15:26 pm, amount withdrawn: rs. 5, 000. Status: successful. Received cash.

                    However, i received a message for the cancelled transaction (Id: 5991), on my mobile which stated that the amount has been withdrawn and deducted from my account. No cash had come out of the machine for this transaction, but the amount has been deducted.

                    I did not notice it initially. After finding my balance to be inconsistent, i checked and saw the sms. And also the bank statement. Normally, in such cases, the amount is credited back automatically. But this time even after waiting for 72 hours, i did not get any refund.

                    I have logged multiple requests with icici bank (Through the icici bank customer care) regarding this, but they are reverting back saying the transaction was successful and cannot be reversed. I stood there in front of the machine for a long time, but it did not give out any cash at all. The srs logged by the customer care on hearing the details are as follows:

                    Sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected].

                    The atm machine sacwg058 did not give any receipt for any of the transactions. I have obtained the above transaction ids from the icici customer care executives.

                    If the machine did not give any cash for this transaction, it indicates that the amount is within the icici system. Then why are they reluctant to investigate and check where the amount went?

                    Please help me investigate who took this amount. I want complete, all possible details about this transaction and where did the money go, and what investigation has icici bank done before closing my service requests.

                    Please look into this issue, as rs. 10, 000 is not a small amount which i can ignore.

                    I had tried logging service request the next day from ICICI net banking, but was unable to do it as it requires the transaction ID, which is printed only on the receipt and not provided in the SMS or account statement.

                    I had no way to find the transaction ID, as the machine did not generate any receipt. Later, I came to know that the transaction IDs are available with the customer care executives and received it from them.

                      This is with ref. To credit card no. Ending with 3004 and the name is nirmesh pandey.

                      I have never seen such type of bad service first time i did not get the statement and i have paid my all amount on time. But this time i am delayed only 1 day. And he charged double amount my statement. Late payment more than 500 finance charges more than 500 and other service tax. When i called to customer care to request for my reversal. She talked to me very rudely. Please icici bank learn some manner of your customer care. And hire some educated customer care. I know icici bank have lot of customer that's why the bank makes own rule. And bank has power to blacklist anyone and ruined cibil score. That's why people will bear its extortion. I want to pay only my actual amount not the other amount. Please refund my amount.
                      I don't want to continue any relation with icici bank. Please refund my extra surcharges. I am not rich who will pay your extra amount.

                      I made a Flipkart transaction on 25.4.2017, of Rs.1999/- ( Ref:74766517116716359712241), I paid this amount. but again this amount repeated in this month statement also with Ref no:74766517154721791827121 using date 25/04/2017.

                      I checked with merchant (flipkart), they received amount one time only. But Bank charged 2 times.
                      I have a savings bank account with ICICI Bank. The account number is "[protected]".
                      I just saw that on 25-May there was a debit transaction of 805 Rs. with the following heading:
                      "DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL APR-17".

                      This account was a free account and not being used for trading.

                      Kindly refund the money.

                        I made a Flipkart transaction on 25.4.2017, of Rs.1999/- ( Ref:74766517116716359712241), I paid this amount. but again this amount repeated in this month statement also with Ref no:74766517154721791827121 using date 25/04/2017.

                        I checked with merchant (flipkart), they received amount one time only. But Bank charged 2 times.

                          Myself vishal garale, i have saving account in icici during account opening they mentioned it will 10k minimum balance. Now they deducted 15k from my account by saying your minimum balance of the account is 25k.

                          I called customer care they said a visit to any nearest branch they will do your reversal when i reach to a couple of icici branches they not responding properly and suggesting any random solution like go to your hometown branch (Base) which in maharashtra i stay in bangalore, not possible to go to the base branch. Even i go there are not completely the possibility of reversal.

                          I transferred amount in this account as an emergency fund (I have given remark also) now icici deducted my amount without informing me, it's hard to earn money. I need that money to be refunded as i am emergency need of money.

                          I talked already to customer care and two icici branches...

                            I'm holding account with the icici bank from 2006: a/c:[protected]. There's a spell mistake done in my surname (Correct spelling : japati, wrongly spelt as japathi) by the bank authoring while opening the account. Since then i have been contacting the branch in khammam, telangana to correct it - with one or the other reason they didn't do it. I went to the branch with my passport, pan, driving license, aadhaar card, and ssc certificate copy to correct the surname spelling. They are not ready to accept those; instead demanded a declaration in the newspaper for the correction which sounds meaningless. I said it's not a name change, it's a correction of spell mistake done by the bank people. I've even asked to show/tell me the proofs considered while the name was typed - they don't have an answer.
                            I don't understand for the mistake of bank people why should i suffer from linking the bank account to my income tax account.
                            Just for the reason that i don't want to loose the banking history of 11 years, i'm sending the requests, but now i would like to close the account.

                              I m account holder of icici bank since 1.5 years. I have made 15000 imps on 10th of december 2016 and i have entered right ifsc code and name but by mistake account no. Misplace and account no. And ifsc both are different branches but the amount transferred that wrong account after that i complained in my branch that is vibhab khand lucknow. After 6 months i didn't received my amount back and your branch manager and any staff did not provide me my solution when i asked your branch manager he told me everytime that we have sent mail but after six months i have not received my amount and any solution i m not satisfied your services and any staff of vibhab khand branch... Icici bank provide better services so that i want to open a current account of my firm i provided documents and till now my account is not opened after 20days. Your staff verified my address two times and my permanent address is different that bareilly no one visited my permanent address and gave the fake details that my address does not exist. What is this.. What kind of services you provided.. I m not satisfied by your services and any staff of your vibhab khand branch.. When i called your account staff he did not received my call.. So i want to close my account.. And i will never be a part of icici bank in future and i never suggest anyone to icici bank.. A savings account my mom i want to open in icici bank but now m going for other bank.

                                On 10th june @4.32pm i received a sms from icici bank "a transaction o[censored]sd 10.99 on 10-june-17 on card no xxxxxxxxxx is made at amazon prime mem..." i was totally surprised as i was at my work place and did not make any on line transaction and certainly not an overseas transaction using usd. I realised my card was hacked to make illegal transaction and immediately blocked my card which was confirmed by icici bank. I then contacted consumer complaint redresses dept and lodged the complaint. I was advised to with hold payment till the matter is resolved.
                                Would request you to look into the matter asap and do the needful.

                                  I have written earlier as well.
                                  Credit card collections agents have landed up at my permanent address and misbehaved with my mother despite me telling them that i intend to settle the dues. They have revealed information on pending amount as well which is breach of your policy. I have been using the savings account for four years now and this service is not expected from your bank.
                                  As i lost my father - the only earning member as my younger brother and mother were dependant on him, i had to quit my job in pune and relocate to delhi. Joined a startup as i needed a job quickly - there were salary issues for three months so i joined another organisation in march this year.
                                  I was hospitalized and diagnosed with pneumonia and typhoid with a bill of over one lakh. I expect you to understand my situation as i am still facing financial stability issues.
                                  Request you to waive off as much amount as possible and i intend to setlle the remaining within the next four months as emis.

                                  Looking forward to a response as my earlier email went unanswered.

                                  How could you close this complaint as resolved?
                                  I was given a settlement offer and the agent`s contact number is unavailable when i try to call. no one in the bank knows about the settlement discussion. It was agreed to settle at an amount of 33600. The EMI had to get deducted for 6 months from August which is 5600 monthly. However my account balance is in negative this month. What the hell are you people upto.
                                  Your agent calls and discusses a solution and no one knows. I still get collection calls and I tell people that settlement is agreed from gust for 6 months. And you bring my savings account balance to minus 23000.

                                      Today i got a call from [protected] stating that the call is from icici bank head office. She told that my card is going to get replaced by a new card. Then she started asking for details of my current card like expiry date, cvv etc. When i confronted and told that i'll complain to the poilce, she told that police can do nothing and started abusing. Please look into the matter as this has become a regular affair.

                                        I haven't subscribed to my money service but still annual fee for
                                        Bil/[protected]/mm annual fee apr17 - mar19/117214 dr.345.00 on 26/04/2017 got deducted.
                                        And this has been going on since 2015. I have come to realize now that it is something i haven't subscribed.
                                        And my internet banking account also does't show the subscription. Customer care service is a waste of time as they never pick up the phone.
                                        I think the next option should be to close such account.
