Hi sir,
My name is piyush kalra and i have got a salary ac with icici bank and in december last year as my mom was unwell i had to leave the company and since then i have not been working at all, so i visited the icici bank branch, sant nagar, burari.
And there was like nobdy to help me out, have visited twice for the same issue, they are kind off fooling saying "aaj server down hai, printed ni chlra, scanner nahi chlra"
Then what the hell is working in the bank,
They were pressuring me for opening a new a/c which i denied as i want to maintain the old ac
And a lady said u are as of know not being charged any penalty so get it converted and u will have to deposit 10000/- rs which i agreed and when i went today, a senior person didnot attend me properly, just wanted me to open a new ac and also said i am being charged and when i said that the lady had checked 2 days ago there were no charges how can u say that.
He replied "sir vo nayi ladki h usay nai pta kch bh i"
Dude how can u act so monotonous.
Its better i will get both my credit card and my ac closed and open a new one in hdfc atleast where a person is treated and greeted well.
When i asked to close the ac the person said that the scanner is not working, go to some other branch.

Complaint marked as Resolved I have neen receiving fake calls asking my ac number and pin etc

I have done shopping at SPAR hypermarket banglore today and the transaction amount was 505 and first time declined so swiped 2nd time it was successful but money was deducted twice please let me know who will be responsible for duplicate transaction either SPAR hypermarket or ICICI bank.
