I had visit on today in Punjab & sind bank atm in ambala city baldev Nagar, during transaction rs500 i had entered amount to debit but transaction is in process after some time it shows did not complete but my account debit with 500 but I did not got any money from ATM and due to Sunday no customer care available please help to solve and return my money to my account

Hi,
I have done shopping at SPAR hypermarket banglore today and the transaction amount was 505 and first time declined so swiped 2nd time it was successful but money was deducted twice please let me know who will be responsible for duplicate transaction either SPAR hypermarket or ICICI bank.

    I've been using these fastag's from past 3 months i. E., from[protected] and the guaranteed cashback of 10% after 15 days of each month was not being credited till date and also for some tolls wrong amount was being debited from the toll-plaza's which was informed to the toll-plaza manager's and also to the toll-free and also raised complaint in their portal and have even mailed to the customer service team many times but no resolution have been provided by any one of them.

    Below is the detailed issue:
    Our vehicle ap07td5640 entered bhiknoor toll plaza on 02-03-17 at 2:18 pm then 360 rs have been debited for single journey and have returned back to same toll plaza on 02-03-17 at 8:14 pm but again the single journey amount i. E., 360 rs have been debited for the return journey too. (170/180 rs should be debited) also find the attached screenshot for your ref.

    Please have a check on this and do credit the diff to our account.

    Please take necessary steps for not repeating these kind of issues because we can't check each and every transactions in this manner everyday. (We have taken fast-tag for simplifying our work not to complicate)

    Still didn’t get any response nor solved the previous issues nor credited back the disputed amount to my account till now and also the 10 % cashback for the month of march 2017 wasn’t credited till now which should be credited on/before 15th april 2017. (I have spoken to the toll-free many times but my problem was just being postponed not getting solved).

    The previous issues were not yet solved and again on[protected] for our vehicle ap07td5640 at venkatachalam (Nellore) tollgate after going through the tag line they said fasttag wasn’t working so please pay your money manually and pass through the toll but after that amount have been debited again in my fasttag card too (We have paid the toll amount by cash, find the attached receipt for your ref)

    Please take this in high priority at least now and do the needful and take necessary steps for not repeating these kind of problems in future too.

    I have even spoken to some senior on this issue with pralhad. [protected]@icicibank.com @[protected] but the problem was not yet solved.

      My name is sanjiv kumar and i have a saving account in icici bank boring canal road patna branch sumitra sadan complex west boring road s. K. Puri patna - 800001.
      I am complaining about the manager ajitabh saxena (Emp id-221334, contact -[protected]) and deputy manager sashikant (Emp id-153430, contact number-[protected]) of this bank and also about icici bank.

      My account has been freezed since february 2017 and they have failed to provide proper reason to this action and their behaviour and act of talk are very rough and poor. I am working in hyderabad and therfore my mother visited to icici bank more than 15 times to branch and they made her to wait 4 to 5 hours each time and still they have not done anything regarding this issue. I asked for another alternatives to submit my documents to deputy manager sashikant and he told me to send the courier along with a format which he sent me in my mail and i did the same but they are fooling me a lot and this is unacceptable. Even they disconnect the phone when i am talking to them and show the rude behaviour of them.

      I asked for clrification and their clarification kept on changing. I will tell you in sequence ; as they told me - :

      1. There was a suspicious activity in my account transaction of rs 6100 and which i withdrew the same day as it was deposited therefore they freezed my account and for this reason i send them the proper receipt of such amount to sashikant but was usless from his side.
      2. Sashikant responded me that there was a deposit of rs 90000 at the time of monetisation in once as per his record as he thinks but not as permy bank record but as per his thought.

      3. Lastly they told me to go and submit the kyc and 2 passport size photos to icici tower gachibowli hyderabad branch as it is the head office and problem will be solved and i did the same but the told me again a new issue that i have receive money from lottery in my account and therefore they refused to help me and then i made him to talk to sashikant over mobile phone to clarify but till then sashikant was also not clarified that someone has tagged my transaction as money received from lottery. Vijay the deputy manager of icici bank branch gachibowli icici tower had asked that who has frozen my account and sashikant did not respond and told me that manager is in meeting and he would let me know once manager got free but till now no response.
      So finally i want from icici bank to pay me the compensation for providing wrong information of my account and also declaring fraud account to my bank account in icici bank without any proper reason and also activate my account pay me the money whatever i have in my account as soon as possible along with the compensation for this harassment.

      Take a strict decision against bank and both of the managers. I am ready for all sought of clarification. I am sending you my complete bank statement since january 2017. For further you can call me to [protected]

      How many days you need to resolve my issue?????
      For DP changes, Rs.805/- got deducted from my account with out any intimation even I do not have DMAT account also, Please consider this as request and do the need full.

      Kindly look into it ...

        Caller said they calling from icici bank and said that i have around 10000 payback points and are offering me to encase it to my savings account... They already had my credit card no. And asked me to give them cvv no. That's wen i thought it was fraud. I called up icici bank and they told me no such scheme is there and that i got a fraud call... I would like to report this

          Dear sir, i am icici bank employee.. It’s been only 6 month i joined this banks.. I will tell you truth about icici bank… if junior staff could not sell ulip (Li) on any day… then they are punished.. Pbs and vbs are mentally tortured…. Every evening after 7pm all pbs and vbs are called in a cabin like a slave.. And those who could not sell li.. By hook or by crook.. Such employees are humiliated like any thing… they are threatened that you will be transferred to other branch far away from his home…. You will loose your job… why you joined this bank if you can’t sell li… and so and so…. Further they threat to reject all leave applications of such employees…
          Sir.. What i have observer so far in my branch is that… it is not bank.. Rather i would say it is a place where customer money is used to generate profit for a bank in unethical and immoral way… customer comes for fd but they misguid and force to invest in ulip plans…even a donkey knows that ulip (Li) is worst investment… to get average return one has to wait at least 5-10 years.. It is better to invest in mutual funds rather than investing in ulip…but since bank generate higher revenue (14%) customers are forced/misguided to buy ulip plan.. Irda should stop selling o[censored]lip product (Li) in bank branch premises… i remember an incidence.. That a customer was refused to give withdrawal slip to withdraw his money beacuse he was not carrying passbook and identity proof with him… but i have seen cases where for a customer who agrees to invest in li was issued instant cheque books for the purpose of fund transfer to icici pru..
          My question is to hr.. That when they hire to any new candidate for pb role why they don’t inform the candidates about this phethatic work culture… why they don’t say to candidate that you are not joining a bank but your are joining a life insurance office… dear hr team.. I request you please wake up and take corrective steps… i joined as pb… i am eager to serve icici bank in good faith… but i am not able to perform my duties because of clashes of interest. Bm and lead pbs utilise all time which is available to me for their interest… l. E sale of li meeting in morning.. Customer service on counter in branch from 9.30am to 5.00 pm and..in evening humiliation meeting for li… now.. My question is to hr.. That how will a pb get time for visit to customer place for sa and ca account opening… where is time for 2 visit daily…when i say to bm that i have to go to customer place for open sa/ca account.. I am not allowed.. They say sit on counter and serve customer and hunt for li opportunities.. Or even if any pb goes out of the branch during operation hours (9:30am to 5pm) for customer visit for account opening or for any purpose other than li sale.. Then dbm and bm will scold on him.. Why you went out during customer service hours…. All # every one knows how customer services are given in branches… my question is to hr why there is gap between icici bank policy as a whole and work culture in branches…
          I would suggest hr that they should issue mandate to bm and lead pb that… they should allow all pbs to work for their bsc.. After 4 pm every pb should allow to visit client place….. Pbs should not be forced to stay in branches for any operational work.. And branches should be closed max to max by 7:30pm if hr cant do this then i will say that icici hr is ruining pb employee’s career and health

              Sir,
              I am completely surprised while doing online premature closure of my fd[protected]. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience to me as i was unable to close fd.
              When i try to premature closure of this fd through my online bank account, i am not able to close it as i am continuously getting an error 'lein marked on fd/rd'. I am very frustrated with this experience. How am i supposed to close this account now as i need this amount immediately for purchasing of a property in next week.
              I am having very bad experience with icici banking services.

                I dont't know, for what you have deducted the amount of115 on 26th may 2017 it was mentioned with the reference of dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till a pr-17

                I want to know the reason and it should be returned to my account. How did you deduct the amount from my account without any prior information. I did not activate any other services also.

                This is very bad. It seems a fraud activity.

                  I have a home loan account in ICICI bank since Apr 2015. Recently govt had revised interest rates on home loans. We requested ICICi bank to change interest rates on our existing home loan also. They said we need to pay some amount to imply revised interest rates. We submitted cheque of requested amount in ICICi Mira road branch in mid of Apr-2017. Till now no action has been taken by them. It's been 2 months, they have not even submitted our cheque. We went to the bank 3-4 times, each time they say it wil be done today.

                  Thank you consumer complaints.in, we received the letter from ICICI bank today with revised interest rates. Thought the matter of irony is that they considered the date of request as 12 Jun 2017, but not the day when actually request was submitted in mid of Apr 2017. When I received this message and went to the bank in Mira road they said that the staff who is handling our request is on leave and no one else is answerable for it. Ridiculous. Worst service and cheaters.

                    I am a. Mahaboob bathca, credit card customer from madurai. My credit card number is [protected]. To my shock and surprise i received a message stating that transaction of eur 19.99 and usd 54.97 has been made using my card by steamgame.com and wmv. Match.com respectfully.

                    Sir, i have not undertaken the above transaction and i have not received any otp for the said transaction and i came to know the said transaction only by message i received. I was also shocked to find, that similar attempt has been made, however you have with held the payments. I request you to take appropriate action against such unauthorized drawls and to secure my account from any such invasion. I also request not to adjust the said drawls toward the credit facilities extended to me as the such drawls are unauthorized and is not attributable to my fault but on account of the compressible security future of a banking service.

                    Please issue a new card at the earliest.

                        I have two bonds and i was surprised to see that you have issued remittance cheques of both bonds post cutting tds and also it. You have not made even any effort in sending a correspondence to update my pan card. We are senior citizen and the bonds were purchased not to get into hassles post 18 years of investment.

                        My son has submitted the cheques along with form 15h, pan card and kyc's of new account bank account to your remittance issuer firm 3i infotech at vashi on 16th may 2017 abd was assured that money will be transferred in next 7 working days but till date we have not received it.

                        I will be taking this matter as harassment to senior citizen to ms chanda kochar on all social media sites.

                        Also please let know about the interest gap of days till the time remittance is not received.

                          Hi sir,
                          My name is piyush kalra and i have got a salary ac with icici bank and in december last year as my mom was unwell i had to leave the company and since then i have not been working at all, so i visited the icici bank branch, sant nagar, burari.
                          And there was like nobdy to help me out, have visited twice for the same issue, they are kind off fooling saying "aaj server down hai, printed ni chlra, scanner nahi chlra"
                          Then what the hell is working in the bank,
                          They were pressuring me for opening a new a/c which i denied as i want to maintain the old ac
                          And a lady said u are as of know not being charged any penalty so get it converted and u will have to deposit 10000/- rs which i agreed and when i went today, a senior person didnot attend me properly, just wanted me to open a new ac and also said i am being charged and when i said that the lady had checked 2 days ago there were no charges how can u say that.
                          He replied "sir vo nayi ladki h usay nai pta kch bh i"
                          Dude how can u act so monotonous.
                          Its better i will get both my credit card and my ac closed and open a new one in hdfc atleast where a person is treated and greeted well.
                          When i asked to close the ac the person said that the scanner is not working, go to some other branch.

                                Dear sir / madam,

                                My name is bharat kumar and my account no.in icici bank is[protected]. My
                                Account has been open on 4 months ago.
                                Account has been freeze within 1 month. I windrow cash for 4 time.
                                So bank advised me u submit your id proof and address proof your
                                Account will be activate within 5 days. Now that time i have address
                                And id proof in the name of bharat kumar so i have submited my
                                Id and address proof but bank not activate my account due to name
                                Mismatch. I also contact your customer care but they telling me it is
                                Bank problem and only bank have right to activate your account. But
                                Bank officer even brach manager not listening me and not providing me
                                Any solution. I have also submit a indemnity letter and new bank statement with orignal hard copy every time. I am very tense what i will do please suggest. Please help me

                                  Hi,
                                  I had applied for exsiting home loan takeover from IDBI bank to ICICI Home loan department.
                                  I submitted all my documents and the loan application was processed. After seeing the soft copy of sanction letter i called the icici executive and informed him that i would not be interested as it is not per my expectations. Inspite of this the administrative charges are deducted to the tune of Rs. 15000 even when i informed the icici executive that the i would not be interested in taking the loan.
                                  Now no refund is also available.

                                    Icici bank is deducting charges from savings bank account without any intimation to user. The charges has remarks as posdec chg which are deducted if transaction was declined either at atm or at pos which may happen sometimes due to network error or due to issue in card swiping machine etc. These charges strictly must not be deducted. If deducted, they must be refunded back with the transaction history including what happened.

I wasn't given any Payslip or any other supporting document for this. I was only given Offer letter. Now I need my relieving letter as the sales Experience is very important for my future career.
