I had used phone pe app to my reliance electricity bill using icici bank account and debit card. Money got deducted rs 1265/- on 17/05/17. I got message from phone pe that transaction is failed and money will be refunded within 24 hrs. But still money is yet to get refunded in account.

I have placed an order of KILLER WATCH on 5th May 2017 as there was an offer from ICICI Bank and is not yet been delivered though it has been more than 13 days. I work for an mnc and i have my salary account with icici for 8 years now. I had an emergency i thought i will apply for an personal loan for 1 lakh. I have called up the call centre and they sent an agent for document collection. I have handed over my documents and signed the application form on 8th may. They said that my loan will be approved in 2 to 3 days.

It is been 10 days now and i haven't got any acknowledgement on...

I received a defective expression debit card 3 days back. I complained on email, had chat but no positive result. The numerical in squares on reverse of debit card are not readable and i can't use such a defective card. I am asking for a free replacement and icici bank just does not ack the complaint

My A/c has been debited Rs.11.50 on 18.05.2017 on account of Surcharge MCC 5541 dated 12.04.2017. for fuel at petrol pump.
How can ICICI bank debited surcharge on fuel to my account without my knowledge and that too after one month.

The certificates no.14592 and 14593 which were redeemable on 28.04.2017 and the payment for which was received after deducting income tax and on the different bank. The said cheque was sent back to you, on 2.5.2017 The copies of Pan Card and Form 15G were sent alongwith the redumption form giving details required for payment which was received in your office on 15.04.2017....
