Dear sir/mam

I mr. K v durga prasad having credit card of icici bank [protected]. Of which an unauthrised
Transactions of amount rs.36000/- carried out on 27.04.2017 00.10 hrs without otp and other secutiries
Ystems. At 7.30 am i registed a complaint in custmer care no. Sr[protected]. As they replied to reslove
In 72 working days and they simply said such a frouds can happen. As per their words all security
Ystems are invalied for my money in icici bank.

Of which i suspect the members of icici bank has been involved in this unauthorised transactions.

If such a security system fails how we belive banking systems as indina govt. Insist to change cash
Less system to all indian citizens.

So, i requesting you to involve in this matter and resolve at the earliest.

    I've been on a job shift due to an family emergency, and guys at icici had started calling third parties, my co-workers & my relatives, even after speaking to the executive yesterday.

    Also these executives at icici bank reveal my financial information to my colleagues and relatives (Third party calling is not allowed)

    Even after mentioning this few of my cousins have been receiving call on my behalf even after telling them not to.

    This lady ms. Kavita pawar ([protected])
    When asked the agency name, says cannot disclose the name of the agency though they can disclose my authorised financial information to my colleagues and relatives,
    Also after telling them that i'll file a complaint against this happening she is not really bothered.

    Need to file in a complaint for this issue and hoping for some help / compensation and strict actions to amend this process.

    I had been using ICICI bank for about 3 years now. I am facing the issue while transacting funds and giving error Account blocked/Frozen . This is ridiculous with ICICI bank. They have blocked or frozen my account without any intimation and I am facing issues in making my payments.

      Dear sir,

      I on behalf of bank of baroda rudrapur branch writing to inform you that by mistake a neft was credited in different account and mail has been marked to neft. Query on 14-04-17 with continuous followup till date but the amount has not been refunded to our customer account. Neft cell are saying they are taking debit confirmation, but how many days it is required for this as now more than two weeks have passed.

      Therefore we request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it soon mail have been marked daily to neft. Query with ref no[protected].

        I am Anjani kumar. 690.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (SMAB chgs mar-17) dp charges on 26/04/2017. I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately. My account number is 0078*. Please be inform that i have never used my demat account since the time it was opened. I want to deactivate my demat account but i am a unable to go at icici branch as i do night shifts so its impossible for me to do it. Request you to kindly return my money back & help me out by getting rid of the same. I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe here or not because you deduct money from my account without notifying me. Need action on priority.

          I made a transaction of RS.17, 444 by paying Citi bank card bill on 6/3/17 by using icici net banking which was incorrect how ever that payment got reversed from Citi bank end on 14/3/17 but never reversed to my account. Attached are the screenshots of my icici bank statement and the other citi bank card statement where the payment is reversed. how ever i called several times to both the banks CITI bank says we have reverted the amount it is not our fault and ICICI bank says we did not received any money from CITI bank iam disgruntled by their service, i wanted to sue both companies for their improper response to customers. Please look into the details and take necessary action.

            I have a demat account in icici bank for 2 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-17' — 805.00'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

              Hi team, i am didnt use demat account till now its a supplimentary service which is handed over to me at the time of opening an account. Now the 805 rs have been deducted from my saving account. The executive has confirmed that its an additional service we are providing totally free. My acctno:[protected]. Pls refund or let me know the account closer procedure. I dont want to continue salary saving account with icici bank, same i need to close the account for my wife and my father as well.                 I closed my credit card last year after settling the payment, however, icici bank has been calling me dozens of times threatening to pay 55, 000 rs. Money as they failed to close my account and are now asking for copy of settlement later which they haven't sent. I had escalated the issue to their team but there has been no response. My case was being handled by anupama and krishnan iyer who haven't given an update in so long whilst the collection calls, mesages, mails and visits continue. This is an absolute torture from a company full of crooks. Stay away from icici bank.

                  My name is devendra kumar pareek & i had a credit card from icici bank in year 2008-09 & somehow i missed to pay the outstanding of this card.in year 2013, i made a full payment of this card (Not settled with minimum payable) but still it is reflecting as settled in cibil report & impacting my financial profile.
                  Can someone on this portal help me to resolve this issue..

                      I have recently joined a new company and my employer needed me to open an account in ICICI bank. I have submitted documents since 3 weeks and still my account is not opened. Because of this I will not be receiving my salary this month end. There are certain liabilities for which I will be responsible if not paid on time. Everyday I visit the bank and chase the bank officials. They have given the number of their officer but after calling multiples times my call isn't received. The bank manager says that they have received the form now and is in under process. Since 3 weeks the form is under process. I am highly disappointed by the kind of service ICICI is offering to the customers without considering the due problems that would arise for the customer because of their casual attitude.

                        I transferred rs 26700 through imps on 27th april at 1:30 pm from icici a/c to union bank a/c.

                        Transaction remark : mmt/ref[protected]/[protected]

                        The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

                        But i got a message that said

                        "dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.26700.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 27-apr-2017 13:39:02. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."
                        ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        I had similar issue for which complain have already been raised on this portal this morning. Request you to please let me know at the earliest if the amount was credited back into your account or was it credited into beneficiary's account as it's bit urgent.
                        would highly appreciate your timely response. I have also sent out a personal message on your consumer complaints id.

                            Fd not closed or renewed on maturity (The fed was auto renewal mode)

                            If there is any problem for renewal/closing the bank shall send a alert by email or sms they did not done it

                            After i raise service request for renewal of fd's on 20th of april, i got email message from the bank saying your fd over due

                              Sir / madam,

                              This is to lodge a complaint against icici bank loan / collection department who has unjustifiably put the amount in my savings account # xxx224 on lien for loan taken from the bank in fy 2002 and duly settled in fy 2004-05. There was absolutely no communication regarding loan statement (Via email, phone call and hard copy letter). Since loan was settled now for more than 12 years, there was no transactions / communication regarding the same from the bank's side. Since the loan was duly settled, i was sanctioned two more loans afterwards which i have again paid in full.

                              When i enquired about this they talked very easily said that they have authority to do so against my outstanding for which they are not even giving the details. My account is blocked by rs. 10, 196/-. Instead at the customer care i was mentally harassed by again and again saying that i am a defaulter. I could not bear this undue behaviour because i have duly settled my loan, just because some bank official's has not closed my loan and on account of bank's inefficiency i cannot be punished.

                              I have already settled my loan 12 year back, i have not got any statement from banker and not at all contacted before marking lien. Now they are telling that they'll not remove the blocking until unless i pay the total outstanding which they are still showing as 10, 196/-. Particularly look for answers to the following queries :

                              1. Is bank authorities / collection agents sleeping for last 12 years?
                              2. Why wasn't i contacted about details before marking lien?
                              3. If ban k is holding me a defaulter, how bank can sanction two loans subsequently?
                              4. Why was i not informed about the one sided decision taken by the bank?
                              5. How can collection department put amount from my saving account on lien for recovery without informing me? Later i am getting a letter saying that the lien has been marked.
                              6. Bank has not provided statement of loan account?
                              7. Our money is not safe even in bank??

                              I would like to lodge my compliant against icici bank for removal the lien on my all my savings account at the earliest.

                              I request you to please contact icici bank and remove lien on my savings accounts immediately,

                              Looking forward to an early and favorable action from your side.

                                    Few months back there were a request call for life time free credit card.
                                    I have accepted it and provided documents to the executive and some days later I received three credit cards Coral, metro, platinum but I applied only for platinum. While collecting the document the executive clearly said that this is life time free card and there is no any charges.

                                    Initially, all credit card due amount was 100 Rs, but I never spent money. I blocked metro and coral credit card.

                                    Yesterday, I received bill for platinum credit card and charge shown 115 Rs for purchase but I did not purchase any thing.

                                    I have not start use of this credit card yet.
                                    If not possible to provide credit card without any charges, then please cancle/block this credit card. I don’t want it.

                                    Today, I received message with content as "Your credit card xxxx3003 blocked. Pay minimum due amount. Rs 110 immidiately.

                                    I never purchase anything or never use this card, why should I pay? Please look into this, not going to pay. Also card remain blocked.

                                      I am using ICICI bank from almost 2 years. I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 2 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL M AR-17'---- INR 805.62'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my registered mobile or my registered mail id.
                                      This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.
