    I have not done single transition with this credit card. On which basis you are sending me such debit note. I will not pay such amount you sending me. Plz check it again.

    Please note that i do not want to use this credit card send me the correct debit amount, i will pay that and surrender your credit card to you.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      One of our Employee has credit card payment issues and he is based in Bangalore now. He is not picking up your collection department calls.

      Now a lady named Rajshree is calling up and abusing our HR employee very badly. We are not involved in any way for this transaction nor have sanctioned anything from the company.

      Our company is nowhere involved in this Credit Card transaction and all this collection is his personal.

      So please restrain your collection department from calling on our company phone or else we will have to approach the police or Consumer Court against ICICI.

        This has been an extremely horrifying experience from your bangalore gift card section and their supervisor imran.. I had applied for a gift card which was dispatchd to some unknown address and after several promises and re-requests not being fulfilled, i asked to cancel my request and refund my money. I was promised again that i would be geting the money by may 1st, then by may 2nd and today they are saying i wil receive by may 5th.. Imran who said he is the supervisor, kept promising that he would call and update me, which never happend
        I have spent a lot f time and my money in 1 request of geting a gift card for my boyfriend's birthday which was on april 19th and i have had the worst customer service experience of my life
        I demand my money (Rs10114) to be credited to my accound immediately and a compensation for the waste of time and unpleasant experience.

          Note : i have made 3 fund transfers on the same day (1 neft and 2 imps) out of which 1 neft and 1 imps transaction was successful and another imps has failed.

          I transferred on jan 9th but still didn't get that amount in my account. Contacted both the bank branches and no proper response.

            Sir,
            I am completely surprised at the auto-renewal of my FD[protected]. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience to me as I was looking forward to maturity of this FD.
            Also when I try to premature closure of this FD through my online bank account, I am not able to close it as I am continuously getting an error 'Lein marked on FD/RD'. I am very frustrated with this experience. How am I supposed to close this account now as I need this amount immediately for purchasing of a property in next 2 days
            I am having very bad experience with ICICI banking services.

              I am writing this complaint regarding a credit card which was issued in my name by I.C.I.C.I bank, the number of credit card is [protected]. I came to know about the card few days back when i applied for a loan and the person in that finance company told me about this credit card and also there is an amount of Rs 20955 pending to me.
              sir/ madam this is a serious problem as it is hampering my cibil score and even i don't know the issuing branch, or date of issue or anything about this credit card.This credit card really don't belongs to me, i do not know nothing about it, kindly look into this matter and ask the banking to find the real culprit and remove this rubbish from my cibil report.

                Respected Sir,

                My ICICI Bank Card number ending with 2005 has been stolen in DMart Citi Bank, Ramanthapur. Till the time I realized it is stolen and I blocked the card, the thief withdrew Rs.10, 000.00 from an ATM.

                When I took this card, I was said that it is insured. But ICICI Bank is unwilling to take any care of this matter and they asked me to pay for it including Interest and Service Tax.

                Since the statement is not generated yet, I asked the Customer Care from which ATM my money has been withdrawn. They are not willing to say that as well.

                So, I would request you to look into this matter and make ICICI Bank take care of situation as this is my hard earned money.

                    Dear, I have received a call from [protected] mentioning that they are from ICICI Bank credit card informing that i have not used my rewards points and it has got expired they would refund the same back into my account which can be utilized immediately, they wanted my DOB which i refused to share, after refusal they started using filthy language and abusing me.

                      I am diksha kushwah, i have received call from lady (Mob no.: [protected]) on 29/04/17 at around 13:25 hrs saying that based on your credit card reward point you are receiving gift from the bank and asked me to confirm the credit card details. I want to say that some of my card details are already their with her and she was confirming the same. Please note that have not provided my atm pin for the same but still they have transected of rs 7898 without informing me saying that this will be refund in 72 hours and given me the helpline no [protected].
                      So how my card details and my mobile number came to her? Its bank responsibility to secure my personnel details because based on such information customer can not realize that call is from bank or its a fake caller. Due to this customer are trapped and fake callers are doing the fraud. There are so many such cases are there with the same fraud happend to him.

                      Both numbers are working right now. I request you to track the numbers and investigate earliest because they can change the numbers. I can provide the details if required.

                      I have also complaint the same to consumer dispute department. I have also mailed to [protected]@icicibank.com regarding this fake calls.

                      Please call me if further information required. I have call record of the fake call.

                      she was asking again my credit card details.
                      Please take a action against these guys immediately there phone no is working.

                      Today I got another call from [protected] and some days ago I got call from another number.

                      Even I blocked my credit card.
                      How these guys doing this fearlessly. I thought bank and police not doing investigation or not tacking any action against it.

                        Regarding to transaction[protected]
                        Dt:08/04/17 BALA JI FILLING ST

                        11.50

                        NO payment was withdrawn in transaction history @ 8/4 17.
                        According to 10/4/17 there was 150 is withdrawn for petrol.
                        But surcharge is withdrawn of 11.50 on 15/4/17/
                        It should be 2.5% of 150 that is 3.75 not 11.50.
                        They deduct more then 2.5%

                          At the time of opening demat 0 charges as they told me and I am investing in SIP they started charging in every sip ok but know this month again they have charged 805 rupee I am not making that much profit they are fakely charging after 1 year

                              I made two transactions on 2nd May 2017 one through my debit card and other through net banking (details of which given below). However in both the​ cases transaction failure happened but amount was deducted twice from my account. In such circumstances this makes quite an unruly situation for users.

                                We are withdrawal cash repees 5, 500/- in icici bank ltd, chunabhatti shaineshwar mandir ATM, in through my HDFC bank ltd. Debit card at 2 may 2017 at 5:32 pm.
                                Cash not withdrawal at ATM but debited in my accunt. We inform to security gard and ATM machine repairer not received sicuriry says cash refund in you account 30 minutes. But till not any refund in my account.

                                  I went to the icicibank branch hsr layout in march 2016 and requested to close the credit card before i left the country. The icicibank representative confirmed that the card is closed/deactivated forever.
                                  Now in april 2017, i am getting the (Card renewal fees + late fine) for the same card on my account. When i called from the us, customer care is asking me to call from my registered number only, which is in india, or write an email. I cannot call from my registered mobilenumber and on email, there is no reply.
                                  When called multiple calls and multiple phone disconnections, i was told you have to pay the fine else it will keep on accumulating as your card was not closed ever.

                                  I wish to get this resolved, why was the card not deactivated and why i am not getting the email response.

                                    I have a salary a/c in icici bank.they people before 4 yrs, debited around 45000 inr from my a/c & again hold 26000 inr by same reason.
                                    My question is, without informing me, how can icici bank can do such type of fraud & how can you debit from my a/c & in your details doing fraud also & mentioning amount transferred by chq.
                                    I think this bank is harrasing the customers & cheating as well.
                                    I have informed to office also to no salary a/c of icici bank.

                                      This regarding my two NEFT(10350¹, 7350¹) transactions which are done by me on 30th of Dec 2016 of which only one transaction of amount 10350¹ got credited into receivers account and 7350¹ is still pending as per my conversation with ur customer care.

                                      I have been talking to ICICI since more than a month but I am not getting any trust from ICICI guys I was told by support person shrikant on saturday...
