My bank account has been deducted some amount of money every 6 month for DP charges. I am not using Demat account please close it and i don't want to be this happen again. Today my money deducted is 805 with no reason. I want all the DP charges from ICICI.

      I want to close my salary account.. Kindly do the needful..
      Reason : without informing you debited 622 rupees for demat account.. This is not fair.. I never signed anything related to demat account and i didn't activate any services.. Then how can you debit my money.. I din't get not even one message or mail to related this.. Last year itself you debited 550 for demat account.. I raised a complaint.. There was no response... Either close my account or refund my amount... Why you people are deducting the money from the account without user permission.. This is completely unacceptable.. Cheating bank.. Too bad...!!!

        I have account with icici bank Rajkot and no is[protected].i want to update my wife s aadhar no in my account where she is a joint holder.i went to bank and asked them to update my wife s aadhar no but they told me only 1st holder s aadhar can be updated but joint holder s aadhar cannot be updated.reason they do not have provision in the system.all other psu banks are doing physically.but this progresso bank refuse to do.rbi must take against them.

          I am having an account in icici bank since last 14 years.
          I am happy with provided service and transparancy through the years.

          Few months back there were a request call for life time free credit card.
          I have accepted it and provided documents to the executive and some days later i received the credit card (Credit card no. [protected])
          While collecting the document the executive clearly said that this is life time free card and there is no any charges.

          Now i came to know that there is some insurance policy charges of rs 1200.
          I didin't ask for any policy for me and nobudy inform/ask me about this policy.
          So how can this policy and charges applicable??

          I have not start use of this credit card yet.
          I don't need any health insurance form icici bank. I want credit card without any insurance/ annual charges.
          Please confirm it so that i can start use of this credit card.
          If not possible to provide credit card without any charges, then please cancle/block this credit card. I don’t want it.

            Sir/Madam,
            I have already deposit my cheque at your ATM ICICI Bank in the cheque receiving box, at sector-5, Rajendra Nagar, Shahibabad, GZB.
            It was very surprising to saw that till today my cheque is not cleared. Last 4-5 years every month i deposit my cheque at same place.
            Its my humble request to guide me what should i do. Its not my fault, so kindly advise me how should i avoid the unnecessary penalty/interest.

              I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 2 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAR-17'---- INR 517.50'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                Hi,
                Issue: auto debit return fee.

                Summary: i have not opted in for auto debit service i want my money back for all the months i have paid for the service.

                Off late there has been extremely disappointing customer service for me. I have been charged for auto debit fee for quite some time now, i dont know for how long, as i never activated or authorised to enable that service. I reached out to various credit card card related custimer service but the resolution has not been provided, i confirmed from the credit card executive who provided me the credit card and he says he has not activated that service. I have just being redirected to branch, customer service, credit card manager and now here. My expectation is i want the money to be rightfully reversed to my account that i have paid for that service so long.

                  I got a call from the no. [protected] today at around 1 pm and the person posed as an employee of the ICICI bank . He had all my Credit card details ( card no. card Expiry date and even the CVV no.) he even had my registered email. id. and my date of birth details . He even gave me the exact amount of my reward points in the card. Mentioning such details were more than sufficient to convince any one that the same is not a fake caller. He then said that as per the policies of the company we can convert your reward points as cash back and asked for an OTP that came in my registered mobile. Moreover there was no amount details in the OTP message as in usual purchases they mention the amount of transaction also. I gave the OTP and the next message I get is that a transaction of Rs. 20, 000 has been done from my account. I checked the mail for the same and there was a purchase transaction with the merchant " The Mobilewallet Pvt. Ltd."

                  The details that the fraud caller provided were very sensitive and would be available only to the ICICI bank Employees. Thus, I believe that either the details were provided by the bank to third party or there is an internal member responsible for the same.

                  i urge ICICI bank to look into the matter and refund me my money back at the earliest or I would not be paying my credit card bills

                  I have tried to reach the customer care a lot of times and even if it connects the customer care executive just denies even to register my complaint. I even spoke to the Branch Manager of the ITPL Branch, Bangalore and he says that he cannot do anything only the customer care can help you that too even after showing the Police complaint copy.

                  It is not expected from ICICI bank to miss-guide a customer. It has to take action immediately. If the Credit card bill recovery is so aggressive then why not the customer care to register any complain for a fraud.

                    I Ritu Obhan wants to complain against the phoenix collection agency located in lower parel. The loan is under my husband's name Sanjeev Obhan. Its a credit card (EMI) care. I and my husband are no longer together. My husband is not picking up their phone they are calling at my work place. The agent is Nafiza calling from[protected]. I had gone to icici bank also to tell them not to call. I spoke with Manish Gupta tel no [protected]. He promised not to call my office. But I dont trust them. Its my husbands loan, why should I pay? I want you'll to look into the matter please.

                    I had submitted my Re KYC at ICICI Bank Zirakpur Branch a month back. Although they processed my KYC but they have frozen my account. After repeated visits to the Branch and empty assurances later also nothing was done. The staff at the Branch simply seems not to work. Very poor state of affairs.

                      I am getting alerts for an icici bank credit card which is not belongs to me. I complaint for this on icici bank email id for antiphising and got a reply that you will not that alerts any more but i received the alerts continuously. My contact number [protected] not registered with any bank account or credit card. A latest bill copy of that number is also attached by me please take a look and solve my problem.

                        Dear sir,

                        I have an account a/c[protected] in the icici bank which was hacked by some one on 1st. April and debited ₹20000 (4 transaction of ₹5000) as per icici for this transaction no otp and message alert came. I do not get any otp and in online e-statment it was not shown. The message alert was came on 2nd april.
                        I do not share any confidential data to anyone.

                        When i got this massage i block my account and raised a service request to icici sr[protected].

                        I send so many mail then icici will send that there are 4 ids [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] from which this transaction happen. They tell me to directly contact the merchant for refund. I told why i contact to merchant because account was hacked that why i raised a complaint. But they didn't contact them. When i go to olacab thay already highlight these ids and told me ask to bank to contact us because thay cannot share me the details, they only share to bank and police. I also raised a complaint ticket no. 382931.

                        I ask icici to share the relevant data to me but they can't share ip address, location and name.

                        When i again mail to icici to same that still don't agree to help that ask me lodge police complaint.

                        I lodge the police complaint and send they again ask me to lodge to cyber cell.

                        I attached​ police complaint copy and send both icici and olacab and no response came. Only icici replied that we do nothing you have to complaint to cyber cell.

                        Icici is not supporting regarding their flaws in the server they only wants to close the ticket.
                        I also complaint to icici antiphishing team, they yet not reverted me.

                        Please do something neither icici nor olacab support me.
                        I have last hope you.

                          This is about sr[protected], i was told to pay 47472.96 as complete payment b y icici agent atif, later they added 1737 inr to the charge and i was forced to pay that payment.. I have raised multiple complaints but haven't got any response from them, they are also not giving any information over the phone also.
                          There are several request number raised but no solution offered.
                          Icici website says respond will be in 48 hrs but been week no response recieved yet

                            My debit card is blocked because of my mistake. I entered wrong pin three times. Now i would like to unblock the same. I called up customer care center and started the procedure for unblocking. It has asked me my debit card no which i typed but then all of suddend it went back to stage 1 i. E. Press 1 for loss of card or press 0 for unblock card.

                            Please help.

                            I hope my debit card no which i typed during the procedure will not be misused.

                                Two of my fixed deposit matured in feb 2017 there are not renewed further two years as per auto renewal request is exiting or credited to original account post matured date regarding this issue the bank did not send any alert message via email or sms if any problem occurred to renewal proceeding

                                Regarding this issue i have made several sr but none of them not processed till date, today i have visited branch they are helpless

                                Several calls came there are unidentified all are mobile calls asking account information I could not tell all because insecure, they can send me email for verification or communicate with respective branch head where account is holding

                                The bank not supporting it's branch operation, SR system for everything not mandatory, request should not modified by approving authorities, consumer not getting email sms alert pre renewal/closure notice for FDs

                                I am Quite unhappy banking with ICICI

                                  There is huge delay in opening a salary account from ICICI Bank, WTC, Kharadi branch Pune.

                                  Submitted the application on 6th April 2017 and today it is 24th April 2017,
                                  Do not understand the reason for such a delay.

                                  When the account is not activated, why do they ever allow deposits.
                                  my money is stuck in the account. In order to do timely payments i lost 2 percent on 2 lakh from my credit card transaction, still not able to

                                  People do not respond to queries, no courtesy to keep us informed.

                                    I have 8 years old account with ICICI bank. now I am staying abroad. my Indian mobile number is [protected] (not currently reachable). I want to premature my FD. but it says lien marked. I tried calling multiple times to customer care, but it didn't help. The FD is supposed to be renewed in November 2017.

                                      I tried to withdraw money on 8-4-17 from the ICICI ATM at shamshabad road, Agra. I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 10000 first, but the machine displayed a message "TRANSACTION TIMED OUT". I then tried to withdraw Rs.10000 and i didnot got the money and transaction slip from which i found the amount has been debited. I did not get cash or a transaction receipt slip for both transaction.

                                      Kindly look in to the issue and see that my account is credited back with the required amount at the earliest.
                                      Please notify me of developments regarding the same.
