      I'd like to bring to your notice regarding the humiliating behaviour of a clerk-cum -cashier.
      Mr.G.vinod working in one of your branches of your bank, at Sarpavaram branch in Kakinada.East Godavari Dist. Andra Pradesh.
      It's been since several times whenever I happen to have an encounter with him, he responded annoyingly irrespective of customer welfare and the age. This rediculated behaviour of his has hurted my moral and brought to your notice.
      So kindly take disciplinary action and please do let me know about the action taken.

            This is second time i made payment to book tickets with icicibank, session was timed out immediately after payment was made. I opted to book the ticket to avail rs 100 cashback offer. But session was timed out and ticket was not booked. I faced the same issue few months back.

            Please refund the amount at earliest.

              I had applied for opening a current account for my startup placement company. They took my documents, cheque and every details for opening account. And after everything is cleared; now they are saying we cannot assure you that your current account will be cleared. I do not know what the exact problem they are having. No one is ready to talk with me. Is this the way the bank treat any customers. The bad service is provided by ICICI bank, Vasna branch, vadodara. If they are not able to create account; then tell it frankly. Instead they are saying we are just 50% sure whether account will be created or not.

                Money has been withdrawn from my icici account through atm by anonymous person without my knowledge on 6th april, 17 at 4:30 am in 5 transactions amounting to total of inr 50, 000.

                Despite of the fact that atm card was with me. Most likely it is the case of debit card duplicacy which is the question of security given by bank to its customers. Transaction was made from non icici bank from guragon. Exact location is still not tracked. Police complaint has been logged and bank branch has also been informed but still there is no progress for the same and hence want your intervention so that speedy recovery of the lost amount is done through.

                  Horrible service from ICICI credit care department. They are keep passing call to different department and not resolving the issue.
                  I paid the icici credit card bill on time, 5 days before the due date but amount reverted to my icici account after 10 days and they are now charging late fine.
                  Its mistake from there side but they are not accepting and telling that this is bank policy.
                  What policy they are talking about, They want to keep the customer money.
                  They are not listening and giving same answer every time.

                  Now I will not use any icici card in future.

                      I have an account in sector 18 NOIDA since 1998. In general my account always have a above average balance funds. But no relationship executive have ever communicated with me. Now when I wanted to get my mutual funds transactions activated linked to my account a facility available, I had to scramble around how to get it done. In the process I found that the bank keeps changing relationship manager every year and it is the duty of the client to get the a relationship manager allocate to himself/herself every year. and it is the responsibility of the client to get in touch with the relationship manager for help and not the other way round.
                      A couple of years back I went to the NOIDA sector 18 branch to get a NRI account opened linked to my existing account, they simply refused saying we are not familiar with the DTB bank the statement of which I had provided. And asked me if I can get one from CITIbank or HSBC. Also they were not acquainted to read the visa and immigration status and the endorsements on the passport were read with great suspicion and finally taken as possible fraud because they know that a visa should only and only be a sticker permits written in any other form to them are fraud. This is the level of intelligence and training of the ICICI bank staff dealing with high networth individuals.
                      So neither I was allowed to open a NRI account nor any relationship manager has ever been assigned nor any help to open mutual fund account was provided nor when I put a complaint which is supposed to be responded in 48 has ever been responded to.
                      I think the customer satisfaction to me is less than 1%.

                          Last month I got a call from ICICI executive regarding personal loan. I said I need some money but I am trying to get it through relatives. The executive told me that i can mail her some required documents as formality and the loan will ONLY BE DISPERSED WHEN I WILL REPLY TO AN OFFICIAL ICICI MAIL through my personal mail. I was convinced. Two days later without my consent the loan amount was credited into my salary account. Moreover, the amount was less than what I required and that too of 2 years duration while I asked for 3 years loan. I called customer care, went the branch and did whatever possible to get the loan cancelled. It took 1 month to all this to happen. On 5th of this month it was due date for my loan and an EMI of Rs.6278 was about to be auto debited. I had given a cheque and written consent to ICICI executive with full loan amount earlier credited to me. On 5th morning all of the loan amount was taken back by the bank, but in the evening an EMI of Rs. 6278 was deducted.
                          I am now feeling cheated. First I never asked for loan than even after giving the loan amount back an EMI of Rs. 6278 was deducted. WHY? PLEASE HELP in getting my amount refunded?

                              While paying the school admission fee of my child, by mistake i transferred the amount to the school account directly through neft instead o[censored]sing the eazypay portal. As a result i do not have any receipt of payment with respect to my mobile no./ childs admission number. Bank officials said that the amount will be refunded back to my account but till now (After 48 hours) i did not get any refund.
                              Please help in resolving the problem.

                                    My ICICI saving account has been debited Rs. 2 on 4 April 2017 for Surcharge MCC 5541 dated 16 March 2017. What kind of surcharge is this?

                                    I used my debit card for purchasing fuel on petrol pump on 16 March 2017. Our government is promoting cashless transaction and this bank named ICICI bank is charging for going cashless at Petrol Pump. ICICI bank is discouraging customers to use Debit card and going cashless at petrol pump.

                                      I am ramya working in aricent technologies, chennai.

                                      Jan month i travelled abroad to texas, usa and received your centrum forex travel card.

                                      When we tried to withdraw money, from the chase atm in richardson. Money was not received but the amount has been detected from my account.

                                      Can you help me on this immediately? Attached the atm slip...

                                      It has been two weeks and no response from the bank or the travel card forex agent. Very very irresponsible customer service.
