I did 303 rs recharge on jio sim, the amount got debited from my account but recharge not done. The mobile app shows trasanction completed immediately and deduct the amount. But I didn't get any confirmation from operator. Please refund money and take seriours action against the bank to not harras their customer. what is the reason to deduct amount from account without confirming the operator.

    Please help me actually i had done balance transfer from HDFC Bank to ICICI Bank.this icici bank collected all my documents and one cancelled cheque leaf .i got disbursed the case and amount from ICICI Bank .now i dont want interest go for loan to ICICI.now i want to cancel this process .could you please tell me how to cancel .how much have to pay cancellation charges for 4lac .icici peoples are asking 5% for cancellation charges they are taking to much charges .please advise to all

      Sir, my purpose of visit was RTGS for corporate account. I met MS ARCHANA, for this purpose and there was some signature issue, but she was talking to me in such a rude manner, using words like(tu, ja instead of tum or aap). I asked the lady to talk in a decent manner. Instead of apologising she went to the manager and I have no idea what she told him. When I went to file my complaint to the manager. He instead of listening to me started shouting at me infront of all the people, saying (chalana hai toh chalao account yha pe, hame zaroorat nhi h, bahoot aate hai tere jaise). Is this the way a branch manager talks to a account holder in your bank. You are requested to see the footage of the whole incident so you can have an idea for the same. I want you to take strict action againt employee MS. ARCHANA and branch manager SURESH SINGH. If no action or reply of this e-mail will be taken.

        I was informed that the pf charges would be zero and the foreclosure charges would be NIL after six months. But as soon as I gave them the cancelled cheque they disbursed the amount without informing me about the charges.
        And they deducted around 5000 rs as processing fee.

        They have cheated the other people also in similar manner. I emailed them about this a numerous time but they are not taking any action.

        With reference to your e-mail dated March 27, 2017, regarding the Processing Fee and Foreclosure Charges we understand your concern.

        However, We regret to inform you that, as per the process Processing Fee is applicable and also Foreclosure Charge will be applicable if you wish to close the loan with Balance Transfer and same will be waved off if it is paid by own funds after 12months.

        This has been already communicated in the agreement at the time of loan process

        Alternatively, You may also visit to the Loan Servicing branch for further assistance.

        For the loan process I was in the contact of Sumit and Deepak from ICICI.
        I was told that the processing charges will be zero and the pre-closure charges would be zero after 6 months.

        Now when the money was disbursed yesterday, I was shocked to see that I was charged around 5000 as processing charges.
        I contacted your customer care and your executive told me that the pre-closure charges are zero only after 12 months.

        I did not get any email or call from the bank regarding these charges, money was disbursed without any prior intimation.
        I have already logged a service request with ICICI customer care SR[protected]

        This is not the first time this has happened to me. Same thing happened last time.

        I was going to take home loan from ICICI but now dues to these cheating cases I would go with other banks.

        Please take a look into this, address the issues as soon as possible.

        I was not intimated by anybody about these charges.
        Also your sales representatives told me that the foreclosure charges will be zero after six months. They told me that the pf charges will be ZERO.
        Nobody from ICICI informed me about the charges before disbursing the amount.

        I am not happy with this response of yours, instead of investigating you guys are telling me that the charges are applicable.
        Please look into this again, I am not making up all this.

        I will take this matter to the court if satisfactory action is not taken by you people this time. I will contact all the these people you have cheated and make a strong case against the bank.

          I have a demat account in icici bank. when i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction dmc/[protected] dp chgs till feb-17 inr of 603. when i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

            Hi Team,

            I hope i am valuable customer to ICICI where i used to do transactions above 50 thousand and some times in lakhs where my mobile number registered with my account is not working and i am in USA but i was asked to come to bank if not send a mail to hyderbad to update my mobile number i had one query why i need to send mail to hyderbad as my account belongs to karnataka no one answered and i was charged 575 rupees on my credit card for 2 days late payment and that too for 968 rupees EMI and if OTP is not working how i can pay amount even if i have it in my savings account and when i spoke to CC representative she was unable to convince me and i want ICICI to revert it as its not fair for 968 rupees how they can charge 575 rupees and logically i never asked for OTP secure channel to integrate with my account you (ICICI) initiated and troubling customers due to this reason i am unable to make any transaction since 3 months i am really unsatisfied with ICICI now and i hope if this is not recitified i will close my accounts.

            Twice i was charged for ICICI dmat account where i never agreed for dmat i left it but if this is not take care i totally feel bad keeping my account alive.

              On march 30th, 2017. I got a call from [protected] around 4pm. They told that you are selected for 5k reward points. So, we need to confirm with you the card details pls share like that they asked. And i shared the details. Within 1 min i got otp they convinced me to share that otp also by asking that this is the confirmation id. So you have to share then only it will credit into account like that they told. Finally i shared they used 10k from my card.

              Please tell me the procedure is there any change to get refund the amount.

                Today when I checked my account it is showing that ICICI withdrawn 1505 INR from my amount without even a single notification. MMT/[protected]/chgRs5.00STRs0.75/[protected]
                This is the transaction remarks which they used. I don't know any thing regarding this I haven't withdrawn any money via ATM too from last 2 months. So why they are just cutting off my hard earned money without asking me. Do they know anything what the banks are? How could they do this to me. My account number is[protected]

                Plz help me get back my money.

                  I opened icici savings a/c over online on 27th feb 2017 and later it was cancelled by the local branch in coimbatore due to name mismatch because the aadhar card and pan card did not match each other. While opening the savings account over online i deposited 1000 rupee by using my sbi debit card. It has been more a month after the application was cancelled and still they did not refund the money 1000 rupees. So please be very careful while doing any transaction on icici website. I have to spend lots of time and energy to solve any problem. I even went to the local branch and they are helping either. So be cautious and avoid this bank as much as possible.

                    On 4th Mar 2017 through internet banking i made 2 transaction, first time transaction was declined or failed but 999/- deducted from account, second time transaction of 999/- was successful and reflecting in respective("Nobroker") account.

                    Could you please look into it, why 999/- it is not reflecting in my account yet.

                    I had submitted account summary, merchant confirmation, payment gateway response on 26th Mar 2017, but no response yet.

                      This complaint is regarding a couple of ICICI officer's - One chat and one phone banking officer names Vanishka. There was a delay in Payment for my credot card in Jan and Feb 2017. I already called and advised ICICI phone banking officer in Dec 17. On 28 Mar 17, i again called to get " exception " on overlimit and late payment charges. I already made the complete payment. ICICI officer advised as payment is not reflected, i could call in April to get these charges reversed ( not all, but few ). These are her wordings. When i went online today, saw amount posted, so used chat option - The 1st person Tarun was OK. However, chat got disconnected, however the 2nd person was offender. She said, as i haven't used my card for medical reason, that does prove i am liar..I disconnected and again called and spoke with Vanishka...She said ..The lady was correct, and i need to send medical documents to prove that i am not a liar ? I have no issue's sending the same, however to prove myself that i am not liar ??? Not acceptable. When i asked the line to be connected to a supervisor, she denied and said my reason is not good enough to speak with a supervisor...Is this the way you people treat customers ? Why you have hired supervisors..Are agents responsibility to judge which call should be connected to supervisors..I even advised i would take the matter...She said, she don't care even if i would raise complaint or put a blog..This is just a beginning...I have already escalated this to 1 level grievance and would soon call in news media to broke people's perception about ICICI. You would also see a youtube video of the conversation i had withn your reprentative,

                            I feel cheated by your credit card section which has charged me an overlimit fee of Rs 500+ Service charge on my credit card XXXX XXXX XXXX X009.

                            Also i settled all my dues, and my transactions did not go over the limit

                            I called the customer care to revert these charges but they say that they do not have the authority to do so, i asked for manager and they did not connect.

                            I'm requesting you to revert these charges else I have no choice but to move all my accounts out of ICICI including my credit cards.

                            I took ICICI bank credit card. Which was given to me by bank executive saying its free for lifetime and no activation charges.
                            I have LOST MY CARD and raised request to cancel my card but dey just blocked it and now they are asking me to clear this bill (about 1800rs).

                              In the Credit Card Statement dated 01.03.2017 a sum of ₹ 750 has been charged as Late Fee and another ₹ 2303.02 has been charged as Interest. I have been using your card for last many years. There was never any late payment. The amount due as per last statement was paid by me in full by cheque long before due date and the cheque was dropped in the bank's box. Later, some official of your credit card deptt informed me over phone that the payment had not been received. I immediately issued another cheque for the full amount due. Some official from the credit card deptt also collected cash ₹ 1500/-from me to avoid any interest. The delay in payment was because of non presentation of the cheque to my bank. There was no default on my part. Kindly reverse the Interest and Late Fee charged.

                                    On[protected] at about 5.10 pm I withdrawn Rs3500/- from ATM machine of ICICI bank situated at KHANAPUR branch (IFSC code ICIC0003842). Out of this cash a note of Rs2000/- was received with stained lines. The note number is 5AF 639331. On[protected] I requested the branch Manager of ICICI branch to exchange the note. But he refused. The ATM card used was of State Bank of India bearing no[protected] standing in the name of Francis Anthony Lobo (my nephew). Kindly arrange for early exchange of the note.

                                      There are some service/interest charges against my credit card ending 3009. I need detailed breakup of these charges. I need to know how much amount bank has charged me for what reasons. I need actual calculation details of these charges.

                                      I am calling customer care/ sending emails from last 3 weeks. No one is giving me update. Provide me update asap on my email Id. Card details are mentioned in the attachment
