We dont want to have anything to do with ICICI Bank and trying to close the bank account but the bank refuse to do so.
The reasons for our desire to close the account are as follow-
There were documents related to export activities that our company submitted to ICICI bank, Panjim Branch on 2014, which apparently kept pending until 2016, that surfaced when the company received a surprise charges against the pending documents, following up with ICICI bank we discover that they forgot to submit the documents, of course they refuse to take responsibility and had many excuses from missing documents to not understanding our business modal, although all documents were submitted earlier and we carry a proof of it, for about a year there was no communication between the bank and the company therefore we were under the impression that they filled the documents.

By then (2016) we didn't do any international transactions with ICICI bank as we received horrible service; from a phone call where a guy from ICICI Panjim branch is asking for some "benefits for his good work" (recorded) to documents no other bank ever asked for and many other.

We submitted a request for resolution of the pending export documents with Vispi Marrsal a manager from Mumbai after the Goa manager refused to give us his boss details or phone number, we submitted a complaint with Ombudsman as well. ICICI employees started to process the export documents only when we went to Goa's RBI GM to complain.

After back and forward of many months which in the mean time various charges and threats were charged to our icici bank account, we finely received a confirmation that all documents are submitted and approved, therefore I went ahead to close the bank account, which then the bank reply that there are pending documents that need to be submitted...again.
I am not interested to receive my money back from them nor any compensation for the behavior or the time me and my CA had to invest in this, I only want to not have a bank account with a bank that has the audacity to do as he wish with his clients money and time (and without providing any explanation for it) somewhere they forgot that we are the client.

    Hi... This is Jessy from Pondicherry. When I was recharging my mobile through Airtel app, I forgot my 3D security pin... After two attempts, it blocked my card for online transaction... when I tried to unblock calling to the customer care, it said the card is unblocked... but till now the issue is not resolved...

        I VIBHA KHANNA W/O Mr.Rakesh Kumar Khanna, having a saving a/c No.[protected] at your Branch at Sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana, received a message on 03/04/2017 on my registered mobile No. [protected] which can be read as under :-
        “WE HAVE RECORDED ATTEMPT OF RESETTING YOUR NET BANKING PASSWARD.IF YOU DID NOT TRY TO RESET THE PASSWARD PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE IMMEDIATELY.”
        I am trying to contact your customer care for the last two days but could not get any support.
        I would like to mention herewith that neither I have NET BANKING nor I have made any attempt of resetting my NET BANKING PASSWARD and /or presently I do not want to operate my above account through NET BANKING SYSTEM.I am not aware as to why I have received such a fraud message on my registered mobile which is with your bank only.

        Please arrange to enquire about this matter URGENTLY at the earliest and inform to me according.

        Since then a person through phone no [protected] is regularly asking me to give the otp to him
        It is mentioned herewith that i have not initiated an purchage .I am not aware as to why I have received such a fraud message on my registered mobile which is with your bank only.

        Please arrange to enquire about this matter URGENTLY as i have given you the phone number also from i am receiving the calls, at the earliest and inform to me accordingly.

            Sudden amount debited from my account

            Thers is a account debit of inr 5837.00 on 31mar from my account. I have never made any transaction on this date.
            I got below massage that amount has been cut from the account.

            I got an sms stating that ₹7360 has been deducted from my acc today. I have no clue abt where this money went.
            I have received this msg today.
            Dear customer, your is debited with inr7, 360.00 on 04 apr. Info. Decs dr*[protected]*[protected].
            I stay in mumbai.
            I want proper details of where my money went without my consent as it is the responsibility of the bank to take care of customers hard earned money.

                Hi I made a transaction on 15 Mar 2017, my balance deducted but payee didn't received not yet;

                Following are the details of that, please ensure me what really happens, it's non ICICI fund transfer,

                My concerns are
                1) Is this transaction got successful on 15 th march itself?

                2) How you confirm that Beneficiary (Payee) got this amount (Is any statement can u provide me?)

                3) or From Axis bank not yet delivered the amount to payee. (are you confirmed with Axis bank that payee received amount)

                Because payee up till Monday[protected] asking me for money and said that He didn't received money.

                So please give me sufficient details regarding my concerns,

                Appreciate your quick help!!!

                  I never request for opening demat account but from 7 years i get charges of rs 500 + every year and for same i have given request to close to head of department and call center but no support.

                    Sir i've taken a personal loan in icici bank. My loan no lprjy[protected]. The first installment not deducted through ecs even though i signed ecs mandate form. Then i made payment with cheque according to icici personsl. I went sbi (My s/b ac) with mandate form where they asked utility code. Knowing the reason i went to icici head branch rajahmundry, t nagar they harassed for three days finally said they are not able to provide utility code. Called customer support they too not able to provide. They provided some special managers phone numbers. Surprisingly they also don't know utility code of rajahmundry. The worst banking experience still continuing with icici

                    SBI personal are searching for old files.. unfortunately they couldn't find
                    Sir i've taken a personal loan in icici bank. My loan no SPGUW[protected]. The first installment not deducted through ecs even though i signed ecs mandate form. Then i made payment with CASH according to icici persons at ICICI branch bhangarh branch. But till now i made my personnel loan amount mannually to the icici branch till March'2020. But now in the situation COVID 19 i can not pay my next emi mannually to the icici branch due to lockdown period . Kindly suggest how can i pay my EMI for the month of April.

                      Surcharge was not there till last time (Feb, 2017) however this time (on 28 Mar, 2017) it is 11.50 Rupees for the fuel amount 200. Without informing if they deduct from our debit card when the government is encouraging us to go for online payment, it is not at all fair. Surcharge amount is 5.75%. This is too much. We cant find for HP with ICICI swiping machine for NIL surcharge.

                        I got to know today that my account is freeze, Last night i transferred some amount to this account and i wanted to transfer it to some toher account immediately.
                        This is preposterous, they should have intimidated me way before they freeze.

                            Harassment even after payment of credit card

                            Dear Sir,

                            Even after making payment on time, the bank had misplaced the cheque, the bank has charged late payment fees, interest plus taxes.
                            Subsequently on enquiring, they responded that I had written wrong card no on the cheque. On request for sharing the scanned cheque thru email, they are not willing to do so.
                            The entire process has happened when I was in family vacation in a remote place with less/no connectivity...

                              Subject: complaint against icici bank

                              I am here writing complaint against the icici bank. I had made a transaction of 29840.51 from icici bank debit card at reliance digital phoenix market city pune on 7th oct 2016 and have been told there was a 10% cash back offer.

                              I've been told that cash back amount will be credited back to my account in next 90 working days but it never got deposited and when i raised a complaint for this and bank provided a service request no - sr[protected] on 28th march 2017 and said complaint will be resolve next 2 working days. After completing 2 days i've been told that i am not eligible for cash back offer.

                              Pls provide the justice.

                                Sir, I 'VIJAY PAL' having an account in ICICI BANK branch Greater Noida. My acc no is[protected].One of my friend deposited 7000 rs from Varanasi in my account but I got Rs. 6827.50 so total 172.50 rs has been deducted as an "anw charges" but as I know within India we can have n no of transactions till 50000rs without paying any anw charges. Intercity tax can be applied there but it would not be like 25.It should be maximum 50 rs.. so it's my humble request to you that please help me out to refund my money which has been deducted as "anw" cgarges by mistake by ICICI bank staff..for this I'LL be very great full to you...(currently I M living in Rajpura, Punjab)

                                  Last month i have discussed with one assist customer care no for deactivation of 1799 plan and they registered the complaint then told to me our team members talk to you but no calls received from one assist but yesterday i have got a debit message of ICICI bank the amount of 1799 against one assist id SR[protected] without my permission so i want to back the debited amount in my account.

                                    My self regular customer of icici bank since many years, in my last statement of credit card No [protected] dated from 21/02/17 to 19/03/17 showing late payment charge 750.00, service tax 112.50, interest 1494.08 and service tax 224.11
                                    total amount Rs 2570.69
                                    My due date was 10.03.2017, My self submitted cheque no.401423 of Rs 26315/- to your bank on due date 10.03.17 but due to three day holiday 11/03, 12/03, 13/03 cheque cleared on 14/03/2017, they imposed late payment charges and interest on my credit card.
                                    they replied me through mail that they unable to reverse my amount.
                                    it is requested to you kindly help me to reverse my amount of Rs 2570.69 from bank/ give necessary guideline.

                                    My accounts is got fozen, branch said due to unavailablity of PAN CARD then I have submitted my pan card to the branch but its 15 days away no body's giving right answer from branch as I have to pay somebody on urgent basis. Is it this much tough to use my own money in this bank I knew it..now plz help me and unblock it..
