Hi- my name is Sunil. I have used ICICI credit card in 2007 and 2008. Due to recession my wife and I lost job. In 2009 bank agreed to do the settlement for 40k. So I paid 30 in 2 emi. When I asked for he settlement letter and NDC they said it will be issued during last emi. Where. I went​to pay the last emi of 10k they said I have to pay 10k more. I argued and came back without paying as I was very dissappointed by their behavior. I have the receipt for 30 k settlement.

My credit card number is no. Is [protected].

Now it's been 9 years and every 6 months once the recovery​agents calls my wife and threatens her as they are not ready to talk to me. My wife is not able to tolerate this harassment and now that my aged parents are at home I m scared about them cos any time they may come home and threathened them. Please suggest what to do.

    Hello,

    I agreed to buy a flat in ncr area from a well known builder (But cheat like most others). For that i took a home loan from icici bank.

    Bank told me it was subvention plan where in whole loan amount (Say rs 24 lakh) will be paid to builder upfront and i'll not be charged any pre-emis until 2 years from disbursal. However bank started to charge me emi from very next month. I thought that it may be a normal loan against home, so i kept paying the emis.

    Now i have learnt that what i have been paying so far (40 payments) were not emi but they were pre-emis!!! So bank kept on charging interest to me until now without reducing the principal amount. Bank has now started to charge me actual emis. Effectively after paying 40 payments, my principal is still rs 24 lakh.

    Even if it was not a subvention plan (Let's day), banks usually charge pre-emis until buyer gets the possession and final loan disbursement is done.in my case final loan disbursement was done on day 1 and still i was charged pre-emi from beginning.

    At the outset, this subvention scheme was a robbery plan of bank and builder together. On top of that bank never provides the monthly statements etc about the loan. This is definitely a way of keeping customers in the dark.

    Please can someone give their expert opinion about this? What can i do to sort out this mess and recover my loss.

      I had swiped my ICICI debit at a CNG station in R.K. Puram. At the time of payment only the actual amount was debited from my account for which I immediately received a message on my registered mobile number. However a week later for that transaction INR 14 was debited from my account by the bank without any notification. This happened 4 times whenever I swiped my card at that CNG station. Accidentally while checking my transaction details I discovered these debit transactions which I might not have discovered otherwise. I fail to understand how such a big bank can do this

        I am holding ICICI account and I have withdraw Rs.10k and Rs.5k from central bank ATM from ICICI Debit card on 1st April 2017.

        But in my account there is one more transaction has been done of R.8k Which I never did. I raised complaint with ICICI Customer care. ICICI customer care executive told me that there are so many such queries raised and because of financial year ending there might be issue, But don't worry the amount will be reverted back to your account. I raised queries for the same executive blocked my debit card also.

        And after 10Days ICICI has been closed My Service Request (SR[protected], SR[protected] saying this was successful transaction.

        Please help me to resolve this concern and revert my money back to my account.

          Dear sir,
          My account has an ECS on 10th of each month from IDBI bank for home loan. I foreclosed the loan on 5th Apr 2017. I mailed and asked IDBI to stop ECS. I didn't receive any reply. I thought ECS was stopped but on 10th I received message from ICICI that ECS is on hold and please fund your account. I rushed to Chandivali ICICI branch and gave written request to stop ECS on 10th itself also I funded my account with sufficient funds. But on 11th I found that I have been charged with Rs 402.5 towards ECS return.
          I would request to refund my amount.

            I, by mistake made a NEFT transaction of rs. 27, 300 to a wrong account on 7th of april, 2017 and want to reverse the same.
            Paid to: CITI Bank

            I spoke to numerous times to customer service and they refused to take my complaint and asked to visit the branch. I went to the branch (International Tech park, Whitefield) and the bank officials there refused to help at all and refused to give any acknowledgement as well.
            This is a mental harassment caused to me by ICICI bank and to get my money back. No one is ready to take complaint and no is ready to help as well. Its been a week and i am running from pillars to post to get the reversal done and get my hard earned money back.
            I have been a customer with ICICI from over 10 years now, always paid bills on time and this is what i have got in return as loyalty from them.
            I hope my complaint to consumer court can help me get my money back ASAP as i have lost all the faith in ICICI now.

              Hi,

              my Iwish RD did not close after the maturity date and the amount was not credited in my savings account.

              I closed the goal after 2 months of maturity but the amount that was credited in my savings account is not the full amount that was in the Iwish RD.

              Some amount was deducted even after maturity of the goal.

              Please resolve the issue.

                I have savings account with icici bank Rajkot.it is a joint account with my wife.i want to add aadhar no in my account.i was able add my no online but there was no option for joint account holders.so I wrote to customer care for help but they told that you go to branch as security matter is involved.what security is involved if reply by mail.in fact without reading the mail the fellow has replied it.so matter is pending.

                  Hi I am Niranshu Umat & holds a savings account in ICICI bank. This complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without any information in this regard. The bank is charging a lot of amount and without any prior notice or any means of communication. No alert was sent regarding these deductions. This is against RBI guidelines.

                  Bank deducted 8156 Rs.
                  I have not received any information about the amount deducted from my account.
                  I didn't also get any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. This is violation of trust which we put in bank.
                  If charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and banking ombudsman as this is clear violation of rule 8 (1) (K) i. E. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" .

                  Bank has shaken the trust, I had on it.

                    I had done a transaction with Mothercare [DLF mall, Noida]
                    The cashier swiped 119800.00 instead of 1198.00 mistakenly.
                    They had void the sale and I have also received an intimation on this from HDFC [Their Bank]. I have been following up on this with ICICI but there is no concrete response. The amount is not small and requires immediate action or else some ETA. I am in lot of mental pressure and want some action on this.

                      Please note that I have been charged auto debit refusal charges & interest more than once where as i have not given any auto debit instructions.
                      My savings account with ICICI bank is deactivated for last more than 10 years.
                      This leaves me with no option than to close the said credit card afer clearing the current balance.
                      So you are requested to inform me the amount due as on date so that I can close my credit card in subject.
                      i have another credit card of ICICI with no. [protected].

                        My Father's saving account in this bank is dormanted by the bank .
                        he had requested and applied for activation of the account by providing kyc and application form to the bank but the bank is not reactivating the account.
                        it has wasted our tym as well as money from the month of january.
                        as many time we went to bank the employees and manager says to write an application and apply again with kyc and all. we are fade up of this procedure doing again and again.i will this bank will help us or it will waste our time everytime. our home is 50 km awy from the city so, we are facing a very big problem while coming to bank everytime, it requires money also to travel.

                            The bank official at CP brach has taken request for de-pledging on Mar 27, 2017 however due to delay by bank in closing the pledge I have been fined for interest by bank and officals are playing blame game on one another in dept.
                            I want stick action against back and want to sue them for suitable compensation.

                            Dear Saurabh,

                            First I asked you to copy mail to back-end and LAS RM which again you didn't and once again showed unprofessionalism in spite of given enough time to rectify the mistake.

                            Second, Never did you provided the update proactively, It was always me pushing you for update on which you responded as when you feel comfortable.

                            Third, your BM has also witnessed the lie on my recent visit to Branch and I'm wondering what BM has done .

                            Fourth, where is your TL or other supervisor in the loop.

                            Dear ICICI Service Head Team,

                            This is a pathetic service example set by a branch in the heart of Capital. The ICICI bank has failed to close and work on my timely instructions given to de-pledge my shares and blame game started from branch to back-end team and so forth.

                            Due to inaction by ICICI bank and superior at bank I have been at financial loss and leading me to mental tension which í'm raising with suitable authorities.

                            Further I want to inform ICICI Bank that my de-pledge be done immediately.

                            Dear RBI, NSE Team,

                            I want to register this as a written complaint against ICICI Bank and ICICI Securities for non-compliance of process as it has lead me to financial loss and mental agony with time waste to chase bank officers.

                            I request RBI and NSE, BSE to initiate stick action against ICICI Bank and ICICI Securities for failing to resolve the issue in timely and effective manner.

                            I'm now looking for a suitable compensation from bank due to failure of adhering to norms laid by respected banking and securities act (RBI and SEBI), I'm also locking on-line complaint.

                            Also I need assistance from RBI and NSE/BSE team to sue them for making life hell of bank customer .

                            Highly irated by Bank.

                              I had to transfer Rs 5000 in a account of icici But i accidentally entered 1 digit incorrectly and the money is transferred in Some other A/c of icici.
                              There is no executive of icici to whom i can speak over the phone.
                              The payment was made online through axis bank application.
                              How can i get back the money to my account?
                              Its urgent. I would be obliged if you could work on this and revert to me as soon as possible. Thanks

                                I am holding ICICI Platinum credit card- [protected], which is supposed to be free. They have charged 500 + 75 as annual charges, in spite taking follow up no one could answer it why, one of customer care executive told me it is Coral card, although I have platinum card.
                                Since I didn't pay it they have applied late fee charges and interest for that amount which has been falsely charged to me

                                  There is no way through which we can talk to the representatives. I had applied for credit card and got the message that the application has been approved and also got the credit card, but suddenly after 4-5 days of receipt of card i got the message that my application is not approved and i should try after 6months. Really don't understand the goo[censored]p and zero connectivity with the representatives, every time i try logging in with card details it asks for atm pin which i haven't received. Kindly close this on priority and give customer accessibility to talk to representatives directly.

                                      I am a ICICI bank account holder. The bank/one-assist has auto debited Rs.1779 from my account without my approval for renewal.I don't want this one assist membership as i don't feel its safe.Also i was not informed about auto debit or auto renewal so cancel the one assist membership and refund the same.

                                      Deactivate / Cancel & refund the amount( relationship no is 884562.)

                                      Please take necessary action refund the same as early as possible.
