    Dear Sir,

    I have got personal loan from ICICI Bank for Rs.3, 20, 000/- (No.LPBNG[protected]) taken on Feb 2016. I have paid the EMIs regularly till November 2016. Due to some issue with my credit card they amount to be deducted for my Personal loan ECS was deducted for the credit card. This is purely the fault of the bank personnel. They did not give me any valid reasons for doing the same for a genuine person like who has the intention of repaying the loan amount. For the next month a recovery agent named Mr.Krishna was sent to collect the personal loan EMI.

    I have asked that person to put across to the bank to rectify my account such that the EMI to be deducted from my account directly instead of sending the recovery agent. But again this was not taken care and the recovery agent started calling me to my number umpteen number of times. He started to raise his voice and harassed me saying that he would mentioned about this non-payment of dues to my neighbors. Since I keep travelling across states, I was not in a position to receive these calls. I was about to lose my life in an accident due to these continuous calls. He called my father as well and had used abusive words at the elderly person.

    From past two days I have been put to tremendous pressure & fright by the following personnel,

    Particularly today, this fellow had gone to the extreme of calling my close friends saying that I have eloped the city without paying the dues and these two of friends should settle the payment failing by which their CIBIL score will be damaged. Due to this threat, My friends have been put to tremendous fright apart me. Mr.Krishna had gone a step further calling one of my female friends and had harassed her saying if I do not settle the dues then he would contact my friend's husband. He has also asked her for my wife's number. When I had taken the loan why the hell this person has to take my wife's number. This such behavior of the recovery agent is intolerable and it has to be addressed immediately and necessary action to be taken without any delay.

      Hello Icici Bank,

      I have good experience with your bank, I already closed my salary account at Bangalore -78 BTM 2ND STAGE but still my a/c alive, how can I know? Because today I get massage from bank your salary is not credited into your account last 3 month, then I suddenly check my netbanking I gone through online and loging, the successfully loging .how it is possible ???? Why are you doing this type of silly mistakes I already submitted my all documents like check book, debit card etc at Bangalore location.please closed other wise I am not responsible for any problems.

        I have opened an nps account with icici bank as pop by oct 2016, and they have not updated my photograph and signature to the account, hence it is in freezed status from then till now, despite several complaints, nothing has happened, and they are just throwing the ball from one chair to the other chair, no action is taken.

        I have not yet received my physical pran card from nps cra, when i checked with them, they have mentioned the pop which is icici bank has not uploaded my photograph and signature to my nps account. Hence kindly process the necessary documents for the same.

        Also, my nps account is in the freeze state, and for the past 2 months, the deductions made in the company for me are not credited to my nps account, kindly make the necessary arrangements to remove the freeze in my account.

          I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 2 years
          Now they have charged 573.85 under this category dcardfee 8174mar17-feb18st74.85
          I am not aware what type of charges are these.
          They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
          Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
          Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

          There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

          Debiting charges in name of RTN amounting rs.400-600.
          Why the amount is getting deducted from my account, it happen three times in a month total 1100 rs you have deducted from my account didn't even informed me regarding that.i made only 20rs recharge now 402 extra has been deducted and there is no notice about it

            I, Mr Yogesh Panchal staying at Pune, availing housing loan from Andheri (East) Mumbai branch. I want to foreclose home loan for which i need foreclosure statement.

            I approached ICICI bank's call center. However, I got feedback that i have to visit ICICI branch.

            I visited to Branch. ICICI bank replied that i need to visit at my home branch personally (Representative will not be entertained).

            I visited Andheri Branch on 22.03.2017 with foreclosure request. ICICI Bank has replied that Foreclosure statement shall be provided after 10 days of request.

            I am unable to understand why so much time required for issuing foreclosure statement.

              It's very frustrating that before I get a credit card from your organisation I feel like cancelling it. Your customer care department, credit card department, branch offices employ, They all just play blame game..They made silly mistakes while providing my communication address to bluedart who were suppose to deliver the credit card with shipment number AWB[protected]... now they won't deliver until icici sends an email with proper address. it's not at all helpful..despite my multiple emails sended to your customer care I have not even received any confirmation email.

                Hi I am Namrata,

                I have applied for opening a savings account in your Lower Parel Branch on 8th of March 2017.

                (Branch No 0323) IFSC - ICIC0000323.

                Mr. Pankaj Pangarikar (Sr officer Branch Banking) is handling my account opening formalities.

                Its almost more than 17 days till date my account is not getting open.
                As per commitment by Pankaj, it has to get open within 2-3 working days. But still there is no actions from your team.

                Everyday when we ask for an update, we are getting the same reply, that it will get open by today EOD & pending from signing authority Mr. Sangamesh, who is also least care about customer support.

                If this is the ICICI way to provide a support in the beginning, then for future banking we have to think upon.

                We are expecting a prompt support. This kind of negligence in banking is not acceptable.

                We are professionals & we believe in time. Spending our valuable time just to follow up for account opening & that too bear least interest of your employees will force us to think on better options.

                Hope this will help me to expedite the process. Waiting for prompt response & swift actions.

                      With reference to my previous mail 0008VaCCY9Q9DYJN: I am regular user and made regular payment of ICICI credit card.(for that you check my previous year details) since last 15 yrars
                      Regarding my last credit card statement payment, I had dropped check in your drop box Dated 9th March 2017 before due date (HDFC Bank Check No 00133 Amount Rs 11132)
                      Unfortunately due to 2nd Saturday/Sunday/Holi, It was cleared on next working days and due to that you mention some late payment. for which you were charge in my this month statement 21st Feb-20th March as a late payment fees, Interest Charge, etc. (please check latest statements)

                      Hence it is humble request to waive (cancel) my late payment fees, interest charges etc from March to April Statement

                      It is small thing for ICICI Bank but if it is waive of, it will increase my confidence that I am using ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD & who is providing good services to there valuable costumer

                            On 15th March 2017 a FRAUD TRANSACTION of 45000 has been done from my Account Number[protected] at Aprox 01:05 PM. I registered a complaint at Customer Care with Complain No.[protected] on same day.

                            Today when I called on Customer Care Number they told me that we can not help you in this because Merchant (Reliance) confirmed that transaction is made by ATM Pin.

                            I based in Delhi and transaction is made in Mumbai as per the Customer Care, But how its possible if I am carrying my card with myself and I did not shared the details with anyone.

                            Please look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible. It is clear that its a Fraud Transaction by bank.

                              Dear Sir,

                              My Earlier complaint ID No: ID: 1521192

                              Yesterday Evening i had received a call from ICICI and after all verification process i had provided my brothers Credit card details, The transaction could not be completed due to System Error at bank. We concluded that the same card will be used to generate the OTP tomorrow.

                              Again today at 10:00 AM, a gentleman named Balamurugan calls us from no.:[protected] and asks irrelevant questions and when told him to read the complaint properly and yesterdays report and send us the OTP to close the matter, instead doing this he had forcibly informs us that he is closing the call and rs. 5000.00 will be debited to us and further advises us to go to bank.

                              Kindly open the call again and complete the redemption of the bonds,

                              I had reported a Complaint on this website with ID [ID: 1521815], there on i am getting fraudulent calls asking the card details and cvv no. I became the culprit of these calls when a call stating DIRECTOR called and had lost Rs. 6000.00 from my account.

                              Either this website itself is a fraud or may have been hacked by these fraudlent people.

                              Complaints posted here are being wathced by fraudelelnt people, who in turn calls you posing ICICI persons and will make you share the account details to cheat you,

                              be cautious, immediately report to Cyber crime police and the bank
                              I tried booking tickets. Amount debited but booking not done. It showed transaction failed but amount not crdited. Amount is 7545. I am also attaching screenshot of transaction. I also contacted bank about it but they were not able to help. I was making payment using net banking
                              Dear Sirs,

                              Y your call center is taking our Credit card details and then also withdrawing amount from the account. In my case they have withdrawn Rs.3000.00 each twice aggregating to 6000.00 Rs. Withdrawal and no solution. We are getting calls from Director(Legal) etc...all these founds to be Fraud.

                              I am really surprised whether this site itself is a fraud and connected to these fraudulent people. As no sooner i posted the complaint, some one calls over.

                                My name is vivek kumar goswami and my account number is[protected] and i have raised 2 service request sr[protected] & sr[protected] as 3 fraudlent transaction have been performed for rs. 4800, 1000 & 200 on 16-mar-2017 by my debit card and i have not authorized those.

                                I got solution from bank that you have used 3d secure pin to authorize the transaction however i have never generated the 3d secure pin and also i have not got any otp to generate the pin to authorize the transaction hence request you to please look into it else i have to go to consumer forum to complaint against you as 6000 is a very big amount and it seems that those transcation has been done by icici bank executive as transaction is showing some "icici prepa".

                                My debit card was with me and my phone was also with me, so without my authorization, how transaction could be processed, also i have gone to your noida sec-48 branch where staff was not at all supportive and they are having very less knowledge even branch manager does not aware of banking process, kindly look into it and investigate that who had done that fraudlent transaction and return my money else i would also ask my company hr of bhushan steel to close all the icici salary account from my company.

                                  I was ICICI bank CSPB employee, worked for 2 years from 2007 Jul to 2009 June with employee ID 164373 and on the same year my salary account got closed. I have applied for PF withdrawal and send necessary docs to Mumbai office several time. In 2009 again sent documents with cross cheque details with SBH account number, after few months I received latter saying that my PF Account been already settled. Whereas I haven’t received any amount to bank AC.
                                  Please let me know, how can go further to settle/ Transfer my PF.
