    On 1st Feb, 17 ICICI Bank Customer Care agent closed the FDs associated with my account no ending with 5168 without my permission. Moreover New FDs created and closed, once again without my permission. How ICICI Bank play with my account no?? It's very serious matter. I approached Nodal Officer and even to Ms Kochaar but no resolution so far even after 2 months. I suggest other Account Holders having such Pathetic experience with ICICI Bank - Relationship Manager, Branch Manager at Bangalore and Customer Care, we should close our account with ICICI Bank...

      I am zero in Trading and do not hold any DEMAT account iwht ICICI- would like to know the reason for this debit (805 INR)- also I need all the DP charges to be credited back since the beginning -- why dont you guys alert us on this ? who gave you the right to debit without customer's knowledge - really a complicated world ot live - we could neither hold the liquid cash nor the virtual one ...very good place to live ..Human creatures destroys its own creatures

          My ICICI account number is[protected]. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-17'---- INR 805 on 25 March, 2017.I requested to bank by email and bank has informed me that it is AMC charges of demat account. But, i want to tell here that the representative of bank had forced me to open this account to achieve their target and had told me while opening the demat ac that it would be life time free of cost. Any type of charges would not be levied. Now bank has levied this charge. I need justice and refund the deducted amount also want bank should has to intiate appropriate action against the concerned representative. I want to close this account in such position. Please help me.

            I am vijaya bharti. The customer service sucks in this bank. They will make silly mistakes while providing address and your details. When you will start facing problem even then they will make things more complicated for you. I applied for ICICI credit card and my application got approved. I received my card pin on 22nd march 2017. Then I noticed the communication address is wrongly spelled. After one hour I received a call from bluedart that they can't deliver my card because my address is not correct. Next day I went to the bluedart shipment hub with proper identify proof and address proof, but they said bank need to send an email with proper address then they will deliver. I called ICICI customer care and I have been informed by representative that they can't help me, I need to go to the nearest branch. Then I went to the nearest branch which is at haldiram and there I have been informed by bank official that if I need to change my address completely then it can be done by branch but this is just a mistake so I have to send an email email on customer.[protected]@icicibank.com and this will be taken care. When I sent email they are keep telling me to go to the branch again. This whole process really sucks. I am really frustrated and irated. This bank has to work really hard on the customer service issue. Even before getting a credit card I am very much unhappy with the way they work. I provided document on which my address is " vijaya bharti, Flat number-5c, KRISHTI KUNJ APARTMENT. KAIKHALI. MADHYA PARA.
            P.O. + P.S.-AIRPORT. KOLKATA PIN- 700052." They provided "vijaya bharti, APR KRISHT I KUND APP, KHIKHALI MADHYA PARA POSH AIRPORT pin 700052" to bluedart. How can anyone make this kind of mistakes.

            After almost one month i haven't received the welcome kit except the cheque book
            I don't want to you guys to send me any email asking me to go to the branch again. I want you to fix the problem your official has been created for me at the first place. So please send an e-mail to bluedart with my correctly spelled address. Otherwise you can guide me through the process of cancelling my credit card. Your services are really frustrated and pathetic.

                I opened the Demat account in the year of 2006. For the Last 2 years I see that DP charges has been deducted. I have not used demat account not even once. I was told that Demat account is free of charges.

                On March 25th 2017, I see INR 805 being deducted, when checked with Customer care, they say it is an usual process and levy this as annual maintenance charges.

                My question is when the account is not used even once, how come annual maintenance charges will be levied on the account.

                I see similar kind of complaints in the Consumer Complaints section.

                I request ICICI Bank Authorities to attend to my complain immediately to resolve the same.

                  I am holding a Salary a/c[protected] with you for couple of years and at the time of opening we are informed that their will be no extra charges for any services provided. I still remembered I didn't opt for Demant Account nor I did any usage of the same. Suddenly I am charged DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-17 debited 469.58. This is completely unacceptable and unethical. Please refund my amount.

                      I (Arun Kumar Singh) have taken Rs. 10 Lakhs, personnel loan from ICICI Bank in the Month of Jul 16. My loan account no is LPMUM[protected]. At the time of sanction of loan bank representative told me that I can close my personal loan after six month without any pre-closure charges.
                      Today I received email from ICICI Bank and same was confirm by customer care that indicates that prepaying charges @5.75% (Rs. 52662.49) if I am paying before 12 month of re-embrushment. Today I raised complaint request through ICICI Customer care service request no: SR[protected].

                      Request take necessary action at your end.

                        I have a demat account in icici bank for 6 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction ' dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till feb-17'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. Icici bank rep to contact me on my registered mobile number.

                            For the last 6 months, I'm being charged NMMAB charges and penalty on my current acc. but was never notified about it. Also, the agent who opened my account told me that it is a zero maintenance acc. so I had no Idea that a MAB has to be maintained.

                            Also after my acc was charged the 1st month, neither did I receive an email nor did I receive a SMS. I'm a young entrepreneur and can't keep a track of all the transactions especially keeping in mind the fact that the dashboard works only 2 out of 10 times and even then we have to keep re-logging.

                            I have been a brand advocate for you since long but my recent interactions are making me reconsider my position.

                            This is a blatant violation of my trust in your company. Kindly do the needful and refund my money. Over 3500 has been charged to my acc in the past4 months. Even if we consider that 10000 MAB has to be maintained, you've charged more than 70% annual interest in 4 months.

                                I have taken a housing loan from ICICI bank, Pune. But a fraud had happened in my loan procedure. While taking loan the agent told me that you will get 6% rate of interest under (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme) as my annual income is less than 6 lacs and as I find this deal is better as compare to other banks. Then I decided to go ahead with ICICI bank. Now they they are giving me 9.45% rate of interest which is very high and beyond my expectations.

                                Why icici bank convince the customer in this manner as we are paying them almost 3 times more the principal amount. No help no support from any one only excusses

                                  I have received cq for redemption of ICICI bond Jan 1999 where tds deducted is 20% but as per rule tds is 10% & also I have send my pan card copy & form 15 to 3i infotech, with address change but I have recd the same at my old address. How is it possible to deduct 20% tds instead of 10%.
                                  Please clear the details and till when will the tds certificate will be issued.

                                      Please refer my ICICI bank account no.[protected]. I have this account over 13 years older and I am maintaining it. Due to some financial issues (as I had to undergo with my mother illness and thus a huge expenses), I was unable to maintain the minimum balance in the account for some time. As I could save Rs. 10, 000/- I transferred to ICICI account to maintain the balance and maintain healthy relationship with ICICI bank. But see what ICICI bank did with me... they deducted all the money as MAB charges, that too Rs. 750-800/- per month (which was never told). They never thought of the customer who is trying to maintain the relationship in this hard-financial tragedy.

                                      After a long discussion with customer support and bank branch employees, they refund my 7 deducted transactions amount which was Rs. 3500/- but never all the amount of Rs. 10000/-. I am extremely disappointed with ICICI bank and want the bank to refund my remaining deducted transaction amount. If I had a clue that the bank will deduct this way from my balance, I would have closed the account instead of trying to maintain the account.

                                      Please refund me all the deducted transaction amount and assure me that no balance will be deducted now, only then I will maintain my ICICI bank account. For now I am very disappointed and a customer who will always advice his colleges/friends to never bank with ICICI bank. Though I do not have any expectation with ICICI bank, just want to see what you can do for your customer's satisfaction.
