Bank's POS machine provided to Majestic Bakes and Supermarket
at Kalpetta.On 26 02 2017 at 08 36pm they have charged me with
Rs 40.00 for using my Debit Card issued by Canara Bank.Charges debited
to my account but reason not shown.mid[protected] Batch no.000345 Invoice no.005496.Wish to know whether they executed undertaking as per RBI guidelines not to charge customer for debit card
service charges payable...

There are several calls coming frm different people asking for my parents names, my date of birth, pancard number n my signature for kyc purpose.They also sent a guy with a form but now they r saying he cannot come again to collect the form due to some illness.His number is [protected], Tejas goradia frm kandivli branch and has a colleague named Avni. I am bhaskara rao adari have taken loan of Rs.520000/-from icici bank.my loan account number was LPVPM[protected].As per bank employee verbal instructions, I agreed to pay the emi from the month of march at the interest rate of 11.29%.

I'm vandana holding icici savings account for past 3 years. A/c#[protected] in marrathalli bangalore.
Without any intimation my account has been again and again debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards / guidelines.

Some of female employees in ICICI Bank, Washim branch leaves the branch at 12 am. Is this the timing of ICICI Bank or only Washim branch employees stays till midnight. This look very awkward and feeling sorry for them. This city is not good for girls and specially after 9 pm and in person we can't even talk to them at that time. Hi, I have Opened an online Savings Account with ICICI Bank in Pune Nagaras Road Branch. I received the Debit Card and Cheque Book through post but my Internet Banking User ID and Password was returned due to the courier company couldn't find my address. I got my Internet Banking user ID from Customer Care No. but my mobile number is not linked with internet banking. Branch People or Customer care they are diverting the solution on each other....

I do not have an ICICI account, but I am getting transaction notification to my email id [protected]@gmail.com . I guess it is someone else's account. The account number ends with 4375 XXXX XXXX. I do not stay in India and can not visit a local office to resolve this issue. I have tried calling customer care and have not got anywhere since I do not have the account number.
