Recieved the delivery of ordered Blue dial men's watch in non working condition- when unpacked found the seconds hand was not clocking and then could understand the dial was not at all working.The Delhivery courier guy who delivered to take back the goods asking us to complaint to Provogue.I was cautious to call Icici team two days before delivery as I was fortunate to notice in the internet - some serious complaints from many icici users that they were cheated.Sarcastically I am a prey now and I failed to read reviews before ordering which I realised very late.Icici should be selective with such unprofessional offer partners.They are going to spoil their reputation by promoting such unethical and customer annoying practices.Say no to Provogue who has zero customer satisfaction mindset.

      I am having an icici credit card i was unable to deposit the amount in my credit card due to huge rush in banks after 8 th november 2016, then i transferred the funds to my credit card through some ones account, then they put a huge penanlty after that my credit limit goes down they put again some charges i am facingh a lot of problems so please do thee needfull, i had paid a huge amount to these guys but they are not supporting me

        Never seen such fraud like icici bank, please somebody suggest to close this icici bank in exchange India. If someone interested let's form a community and file a against icici bank about their fraud activities. Because I am damn sure many many peoples might have affected because of this icici frauds. Let's do something against this fraud icici bank. ICICI bank is scratching from our hard earned money of all middle class people without our knowledge. My kind advice please don't open any accounts in icici bank, don't take credit card in icici bank, don't invest in any schemes in icici bank, don't take insurance from icici.           I hold and NRI account with ICICI bank, and when we tried to deposit money into the account.

          We were told to re-KYC even though reKYC was done just 4 months ago). On top of this they kept lying that ICICI has been trying to get in touch via various means. This is not true and when questioned no one ICICI bank was able to provide any proof of any communication.

          Their own site suggested that money can be deposited up to 50, 000 Rs if KYC is pending, but they still refuse.

          When asked ICICI bank to log complaint, they keep avoiding and repeat the same excuse everytime.

          Got in touch with ICICI, got sent to various contacts, and now more stories are being invented that I have already spoken to someone in branch and they have resolved my complaint. Funny as I haven't been to branch or spoken to anyone in any ICICI branch for a long time...

            1) I am having two saving A/C which are of previllage catagory at sector-1 branch, Noida.
            2.Today, due to some emegency need, i visited the branch in F.N and requested for minimum cash of Rs.[protected] which was politely refused and asked to contact later in A.N.In the meantime two influencial persons were given cash more than 20000/-. Anyway, hoping that i also wd be given cash in afternoon i returned.I contacted again & refused.
            i realised today what media has showing these days.If previllige customer are treated like this, for others it is understandable.
            3.please note that during currunt cash crisis this was my 1st request and i am very much disappointed.

              Hi Today (23.12.2016) visited ICICI Branch for FD related query (Suggested by Customer Care). Where they treated the customer like a thief and they are not at all ready to listen my query. Simply they gave me the statement (which is i already have) and verify it, if you want more go to your base branch and we don't have time to speak. we are not asking any free service from ICICI. In my past 10 + years experience i never had a such worst experience.

              The Branch is "69, Jawaharlal Nehru Rd, Balaji Nagar, Ekkatuthangal, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600032". Branch Manager Name Is Mr. Anand D and Customer relation Person is Mr. Venkateshwara Roa. The Best Part is they told me to do complaint wherever you can it won't Bother us. ICICI ATM Security Behavior is much better then your Staf.

                From my saving bank account 7211 amount was reversed on 22/11 stating that the refund made my paytm on 14/12 was not successful.

                But i have checked with paytm and they told that it was successful and also provided the bank reference id. Also i have checked paytm passbook and transaction was successful.

                Response from paytm
                ICICI just gave us a reference number 74766516350649540115601 for successful refund of Rs 7211 from Paytm to your bank account.

                Please see attached.

                Also add 7211 asap to my account.

                Hoping for best response from your end as i have salary account other account in your bank.

                I have sent more than 5 to 6 mails but there is no response even no acknowledgement of mail receipt.

                  On 20 Dec 16, at around 2001hrs, I have made an online payment of Rs.55200/- for the merchant AdsCash Digital Marketing through ICICI Bank payment payment gateway Eazypay. The payment was successful and the said amount got debited from my credit card account. However, I did not get any receipt/confirmation of the same due to link/network problem. When I contacted Axis Bank CC about the same they informed me that the transaction is successful from their end. They have also provided me the Ref No.[protected] and Transaction ID- 072473. But the merchant is saying that they have not received any payment. I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter on priority and resolve the issue. Either the merchant should give me an acknowledgement about the receipt of the payment so that I can avail their services or a refund may be given to me. I am also attaching my credit card statement showing the said transaction of Rs.55200/- credited to Eazypay for your reference. Thanks...!!

                      Hi, this is Perunal i have taken personal loan from icici bank, salem branch (Tamilnadu) last year oct month.My loan account number LPSAL[protected].

                      While applying the loan Mr. Gopi (sales executive ) processed my application, that time he promised me NO PRECLOSURE CHARGES after 1 year.

                      Last 14 months I paid my EMI without pendings.10 days back I asked to gopi to preclose my personal loan without any charges.

                      Now Mr. Gopi is telling that time my boss Mr. Manoj only told no preclosure charges, that is the reason I given the commitment sir.Now he is transferred other branch.

                      I received statement from icici for preclose my loan, in that statement 5.75% added preclosure charges.

                      Mr.Gopi and Mr Manoj cheated me.

                      I am requesting you please do the needful for preclosure of my personal loan without any charges.

                      I am ready to pay only capital outstanding

                      Please take necessary action against gopi and manoj

                        i got a call from ICICI saying my credit card is ready, but i have not applied or asked for any credit card . The lady was very arrogant and started questioning me why i had uploaded the document with them.

                        i seriously believe this is a fraud done by some

                        the executive name was Sara & number i got the call is [protected], she said she was calling from Electronic city .

                        ICICI can you have a check done on this fraud.

                          I have been a wealth management long term customer with ICICI. But when any need arises, there is no customer service set up to help. All their provisions of customer care are just for show. They are not effective. They either have no information or they just say that they do not have authority to do this or that. When they have to extract money from customers they become very prompt and robust in their activities but this they are lethargic in even receiving customer complaints. There toll free customer care number does not work and paid numbers rarely get connected. If sometime it gets connected, the customer care agent just keeps on wasting your time by asking silly questions wihout paying heed to customers concern. They never have any solution for customer concern. why have ICICI display customer care contacts when they do not intend to serve customers ?

                              Bank is changing fees for use of debit cards and aditional fees to use them.When I raised this with customer service, they said it is normal. I amm allready giving my bussiness to bank, why should i be paing fee for services that are part for standard bank services all over the world ( eg: use of debit card to access my money in bank account)

                                ICICI Bank INSTANT CREDIT CARD NO-[protected] and shown in the Credit Card Statement Dated 14/12/2016 . The reason of Debit of the Amount of Rs 1, 956.27 is not convincing . It is also not understood why the Old Credit Card Number [protected] is still being used in the Credit Card Statement, Emails and Messages sent to my Mobile Number-[protected]. For delay in payment of Rs 5, 000.00 ICICI may charge Interest as per Rules for Three days i.e for 02/12/2016 t0 04/12/2016 as the balance due amount on 02/12/2016 is paid on 05/12/2016 through Net Banking.
                                Hence, it is requested to Reverse / Credit the Wrong Debit of Rs 1, 956.27 on 14/12/2016 and to use the Card Number [protected] in the Credit Card Statement.

                                    Getting billed & charged for older card which am not holding presently & was replaced by icici bank since 01/2015... Suddenly am getting charged since april 2016, after sending several letter to head credit card division not getting any reply in this regard... Being a senior citizen @ the age 77 getting harassed for the same, even approached the area branch, but did not get this resolved as i was directed to "talk to customer care" or to lodge on line complaint... Kindly resolve at the earliest.

                                    Made a debit card transaction of INR300.00. In the first go received error thus made another swipe but amount deducted twice. Please do the needful.

                                      Hi, i made online purchase on amazon for rs 29, 998/- 12th dec.. And i cancelled it on 13th dec, for which amazon refunded the amount same day and provided the refund reference number. Now even after 10 days i have not received my refund in account. However icici has not proceesed my refund and are saying we are responsible for amount. How can this be. Pls get me my amount.

                                        I am not at all happy with your reply, from customer point of view it not fair.

                                        As per you saying customer to after purchasing any items from credit card we should pay bill amount and you making fool to people to selling ur credit card, i use credit card and you make the extra charge or interest to pay for this amount.

                                        When u selling your card and saying its life time free credit card no changes on a card. Now without using credit card you make the card charges on the my Credit card, I should not pay this amount u should be given all the information as a customer point of view.

                                        it means only for card selling purpose your showing attraction to customer and not giving all the actual information to customer if the service is not proper you are denying to provide service once your sale is finished.

                                        Its means you are making full and what you saying its fake to customer, You should be correct your mistake and get back to your card i should not pay any your fault any amount and you should be permission to cut or debit from any amount from my personal account. IF you should be do any thing i tweet and complain in customer care site.
