Dear Sir,

After repeated emails and letters to the bank, I have not been able to make payment for my locker with ICICI bank. My locker was linked to my savings account which has become inactive as I now reside in U.K. I have an UK ICICI account too have asked UK branch to help transfer funds to Indian account for locker fees but they are unable to help.

I am very concerned about my locker and need to establish contact with the Indian contact centre. I have communicated with Mr Amit Khot several years ago however have not been able to get in touch with recently.

I will appreciate help with resolving this matter.

            ICICI Bank is doing a cheating with there customers.

            My account is debited with amount of 805.00 and showing the transaction summary as "60576527 DP CHGS TILL NOV-16" on Dec 27, 2016.

            I am Vikramsinh Champavat, I never activated and used any Demat account till now, even not aware of this demat account and no bank representative has ever told me anything about it, i didn't get any username and password and never informed about this charge, this is totally unfair to deduct this amount, there was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my registered mobile. I never expected this type of rubbish thing done by ICICI like reputed bank.

            ICICI Bank is really doing stupid stuff. I don't know what bank need from customer ???, They think all customers are idiot, and we make them fool easily, nothing else. I never suggested any one to do transaction or business with this type of bank.

            My ICICI account number is[protected]. My phone number is (+91) [protected], This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount as soon as possible, I need justice and my money back immediately.

              I was apply for bt of my loan in my company icici bank visit, and at that time icici said to provide loan over 11.99 around rate of interest. And over that i provided document. But now i get this amount without knowing of what interest and what amount cutoff and acceptance without my knowledge. Icici guys give me this amount which is totally unacceptable attached screens.

              I disagree with this disbursement and revert back this and provide me detail description of amount and after i agreed i will accept or decline offer. This is not any good way to work of you reputed bank. Asap

              I am also attached mail conversion that he process loan without my official acceptance of icici bank and then giving me rate detail with high rate

                Myself dipak c patel holds a credit card with icici bank xxxx xxxx xxxx 1018.
                I received a call from +91 - [protected] said it's from icici credit card department and fraudulently taking my card credentials. This belongs to sistema shyam teleservices from delhi as per truecaller app.
                3 fraudulent transactions are made on credit card as below :
                1. Inr 19, 950.00 at paytm mobile solutions (December 28, 2016)
                2. Inr 9, 985.00 at paytm mobile solutions (December 28, 2016)
                3. Inr 9, 985.00 at udio (December 28, 2016).
                Number from which call came was
                I need your assistance please in getting above transactions declined as i confirm them to done without my intention to pay.

                    Here i want to tell you that i made a transcation of transfer of 3010.75 rs in my PNB account when i have 2500.90 rs i transfer 511 rs from my paytm wallet which account is [protected] which deducted nd transfer into my icici bank then total balance in my account was 3011.90 rs.Now i make a mind for transfer money in pnb its sucess but after in my icici account have remain 1.25 rs available .
                    Now my problem was that After did this transcation after few hours i check my balance its show -509.85 rs .
                    firstly tell me why its indicates Beause its a big problm from me .I send you snapshots u can check .

                      I got a call from shree from icici-[protected] on 28th OCT for cancellation of my coral credit card to which i agreed as i wanted to cancel my credit card but in return i have received two new credit cards(jet airways) which was not expected as i dont need more credit cards and i only wanted to cancel my coral credit card. Now i have got the joining fee statement for these two unecessary cards which is unacceptable
                      Kindly provide me some solution for this issue as its highly unacceptable to pay for the product i have not asked for.

They told me that he is working with ICICI bank credit card department working at 6TH Floor; Block-A/75; Sec-65; Noida. His name is Rahul Saxena /having employee code 0288937.He is just trying to take my credit/debit card no. to transfer/refund an amount of Rs. 6500/- as it was paid extra as per him.I told him that l i don't carry credit card of ICICI bank, even though he is insisting upon to take any credit card.This fearless person, who did the same thing with Mr. Santosh kumar as can be seen on google, is very boldly pursuing me to carry out some fraud with me. Fortunately I didn't share anything with him, but surprised to know that such bold and fearless persons are in this business and out accounts safety is on stake.Let ICICI do some thing very strongly to nab such criminals along with police.I have registered my complaint to Noida Crime Branch as well.attaching voice calls herewith for ready reference.

                          I purchased something from Amazon having ORDER #[protected], for which i paid Rs :968.0 with Transaction ID [protected]
                          towards payee EMVANTAGE PAYMENTS Dec, 16, 2016 at 13:35 hours . But due to payment failure the order has been cancelled. Generally for failed transaction the money is refunded back within 2 to 4 days. I already contacted with seller and confirmed that the payment was failure. Its been already 10 days and i dint get my money refunded from bank. please look into the matter and resolve.

                              Dear ICICI Credit Card Customer Service team,

                              I am K . Saurabh Tiwari and having ICICI Coral Credit card No [protected], as i had complained earlier that i am not getting hard copies of original bills on time from your end, by which i am unable to submit it in my finance department and your payment goes as in delay manner...but No one gave attention towards this. As your courier delivery executive doesn't deliver credit card statement as in my doorstep and your records says it was delivered at your home and receivers names are strangers for me, which are not my family members….….really it’s a question on ICICI service codes and why these guys are updating wrong records.

                              I visited 02 times also in ICICI bank Kalka Ji and Sarita Vihar New Delhi but no one is ready there to listen issues at there due to demonetization crowd.

                              As i found wrong charges in my last statement of INR 3408 and current statement, you have charged me late fee and interest charges on my last 02 statement, whereas i am making payment blindly for last bills on behalf of your collection agent... and they assured me that we will send bills but No bill received, Now I have got my bills 04 days back on my new mail id after correction of my email id by customer care team .

                              Request you to please have a look in to this and arrange reversal of my late fee and interest charges. Please also let me know how you will fulfill this service gap, as i always faced issues in payments earlier also . If there is no solution and issues can’t be resolved please let me know process for surrendering of this CC services and breaking for last 03 years customer relationship.

                                I have a ICICI credit card and on 27th dec 2016 I received multiple transaction messages from bank that I have transacted with multiple merchants in USD, CAD, NZD and CLP. with in a minute I lost 30-35k. some transaction were declined and few were approved and lost 30-35k! I didnt receive OTP SMS. How can ICICI authenticate the transactions? I have raised a dispute and dispute # is SR[protected] . Also, I will be lodging FIR. Definitely there is a flaw in ICICI. If ICICI dont take this seriously then only thing I can do is to move to consumer forum. There is no mistake from my side. I have not shared my card details/OTP or anything and how can they use my card.

                                    Hi,

                                    In my icici credit card, i made two purchases in the month of july'16 for rs.18610/- in an emi. I have also purchased others which was not converted into emi of rs. 3496/-.

                                    I missed payment for two months, but till date i have been charged a total of rs.3730/- as late payment charges.

                                    But the totally unacceptable point is i have also been charged auto debit return fee, the option which i dint select only. The auto debit return fee of rs. 12180.

                                    Though i missed two months payment, last month i have paid rs. 6500/- and this month i have paid rs. 6400/-.

                                    And the statement still shows i have to pay rs.14000/-.

                                    Please let me know me know how to resolve this. All the charges i have mentioned are without interest. They also put, vat, service charge and interest.

                                      i have called thrice to customer care of ICICI for Email id change, All the emails are landing into my company's email id, I want them on my personal id . But every time customer support executive tells me that sir it will upadate and you won't have this complaint anymore and also you will get a text o[censored]pdating email id, But i didn't get that text nor my problem got resolved . I didn't even got the statement of my Credit card on my email id not even on currently registered email id.

Yesterday[protected] evening at 6:34 pm i withdrawal 1000/- inr with card number (*3087) from your icici bank, mangal pandey road, lucknow atm (Stch9590) but unfortunately i got only 500/- inr. After that i again withdrawal 500/- inr with same and i got 500/- inr. And also withdrawal a ministatment with same card.
                                        Please do helpfull as soon as possible.

                                        Icici bank deducted my money without any proper reason I approached ICICI bank and talked to branch manager. They assured me to investigate and provide the details within 2-3 days. Still I didn't get any reply from them.
                                        I got cheated by ICICI bank.

                                        They are cheater Mr. Sathish. They share your info to some other guys, who call you and try to cheat you.
                                        please be care full with these call. Even I got call by their customer care no.- 1800-102-4242 and the person said me for giving some Paytm Bonus Point and trying to get info about my debit card no. and want to know OTP. Seriously Sathish Please be care full.
