I have to SBI ECS to be deducted from my salary account on 15th Dec'16. By mistake the amount was missed to be transferred from my other ICICI Bank Linked account to ICICI Bank Salary Account. Both the account were linked.

Bank send me the sms "the ecs is on hold please fund you account immediately" at 8:54 PM. I made the transfer of fund at 9:47 pm with ICICI Bank Linked account. Account debited at 9:45 pm by amount credited at next day 7:05 am. After 2 days I found that ICICI Bank deducted 402.5*2 (for 2 ECS)= 805/- from my account.

Now I am getting sms from SBI to Pay EMI else 573+2% Penalty Interest for both the EMI. I made the IMPS yesterday i.e. 19th Dec'16 to my ICICI Bank Salary account to pay EMI manually by NEFT. I got the SMS that my ICICI bank is credited with 5k by IMPS Ref No.[protected]. But till now after 19 hours; the amount transferred is not showing in my account.

Called Customer Care of ICICI Bank, Once they told the IMPS is having some delay due to heavy load on server and disconnected the call without completion of communication. 2nd time executive is telling the amount is not credited into the account it might be issue with other end from where the transfer is made. When I asked if the issue is from other end then why sms of amount credited in comes from ICICI bank, then he told to wait for 1 more day.

And in the counter part, SBI is about to put penalty on because I am unable to make payment of EMI even manually by NEFT.

Please help why this penalty is from bank side only. If bank is also in fault of delayed SMS to inform funding of account before returning ecs and Now not giving my money to me transferred by IMPS to me after 19 hours.

There should be a penalty on ICICI bank for my IMPS payment delay.

From my saving bank account 7211 amount was reversed on 22/11 stating that the refund made my paytm on 14/12 was not successful.

But i have checked with paytm and they told that it was successful and also provided the bank reference id. Also i have checked paytm passbook and transaction was successful.

Response from paytm
ICICI just gave us a reference number 74766516350649540115601 for successful refund of Rs 7211 from Paytm to your bank account.

Please see attached.

Also add 7211 asap to my account.

Hoping for best response from your end as i have salary account other account in your bank.

I have sent more than 5 to 6 mails but there is no response even no acknowledgement of mail receipt.

    My name is munna ansari i had deposited rs. 3100/- in the atm machine (atm i.D 62942wcr) on 14/10/2016 at 11:11 am in new delhi, nehru place in a/c no.[protected] but i had press wrong a/c no.[protected]mr. Suja m a/c holder name) and was transferred to that account and when i found that was happen on the same day i approached to the nehru place, new delhi icici branch immediately and told the whole thing to the bank personnel regarding the same and i also gave in writing that it was all happened by mistake so at that point of time bank personnel ready to block the said amount so the person in which amount was transferred was not withdrawal the money and he also assured me that bank will try to contact with the customer regarding the same through chennai branch in which mr. Suja m account is existing. After that customer is ready to return the money but now the problem is that staff of both chennai and delhi icici bank branch is not supporting at all and on the contrary they said to me do what ever you can do.
    So i am requesting to you please help me in that because financially i am a very weak person and rs.3100/- very big amount for me.

          I don't know how to tell about this ICICI bank cheater. I don't know Why icici bank try to hide a large pumpkin inside heap of rice.
          As everyone knows that there is no proper connectivity to ICICI credit card customer care via phone even ICICI bank able to rectify this problem.
          Icici bank has taken 575rupees from my credit card on Nov 23rd 2016 without any reason.
          I will explain my worst experience with ICICI Customercare executives
          Day 1: on 25th Nov 2016 I have noticed that 575rupees has been taken from my account and I called ICICI Customercare, after nearly 30min struggle my call was connected to Customercare, any executive called Manisha had picked my call, I asked her why 575rupees has been taken from my credit card, she explained that my credit card limit has been exceeded so they made a fine of 575rupees, I told her my credit card bill date was on 2nd of every month, then how it got exceeded on 23rd Nov, moreover my credit card won't allow me to buy anything beyond the limit then how it has exceed on Nov 23rd, then she checked everything and told me sir there is a wrong calculation from our side, sorry for that and first she told me that instead of 575rupees we will refund 275rupees, I said why for you system problem I have to money from my pocket, after all arguments she finally accepted to refund 575rupees. Then I disconnected the call.
          Day 2: I got my credit card bill on 2nd Dec 2016, I was shocked to see that 575rupees remains same, then I tried call Customercare number but I couldn't able to connect them, then I thought of writing a mail would be the better option(I have show the mail as proof) then I wrote a mail on 10 Dec 2016 by asking the reason of 575rupees, then I got an reply on saying
          "At the outset, we are extremely sorry for the delay in responding to your e-mail.
          To ensure our customer do not face any embarrassing experience at merchant outlet, at times, ICICI Bank may allow transactions beyond credit card limit.

          However, if the credit card exceeds the credit limit assigned on Credit Card Account, an over limit fee is levied at the rate of 2.5% on the over limit amount, subject to a minimum of Rs. 500.00.
          To avoid exceeding the credit limit, you may opt for setting pre-set limit on the Credit Card.

          We thank you for giving us an opportunity to be of service to you.

          Day 3: I have send an reply saying that I try to do an over limit amount to swipe again but it is not allowing. Again I got an reply mail saying

          Day 4: again I have asked for an reason like how it got exceeded on Nov 23rd

          We have tried to reach you on your mobile number 966XXXX344 at 10:53am however, we were not able to establish a contact with you.
          If the Credit Card Account exceeds the credit limit assigned on the credit card, an over limit fee is levied at the rate of 2.5% on the over limit amount, subject to a minimum of Rs. 500.00.

          But she dint call me, she has given a missed call. I am having my mobile in my hand. The call got disconnected within a fraction of seconds. Then I replied to sridevi saying "Don't create a story. When you tried to call me. I agree you called me once, you disconnected the call with one ring, then how will I pick the call. This won't be considered as a call, this is called cheating call. If your bill is correct call me and talk otherwise connect me when I try to call your customer care."

          Day 5: finally on 19 Dec 2016 at 11:26PM I got a call ICICI from the number +[protected], the gentleman who called is P Kiran. He asked me all the details and checked everything in the system and again he said the same reason that your credit card limit got exceeded so we have taken 575rupees then I told him I have made my last transaction of 1000rupees at that time my credit limit was 1015rupees then how my credit card limit got exceeded. Then couldn't able to answer my question then said me will check once again and send the details in mail and disconnected the call. This hero P Kiran knows everything this is a system calculation problem. He has send mail as
          "Greetings from ICICI Bank!

          As per our telephonic conversation today, we have addressed your query mentioned below.

          This gentleman called me at 11:26AM and typed this mail at 11:38AM itself he never checked anything after that. He typed the mail at 11:38AM and made a auto send as 5PM so that he can escape today. Because he it's ICICI mistake.

          All these ICICI executives know this is the problem from their end and why they are acting it was correct from their end. I am not going stop this problem. I want to take a legal decision against them, please suggest. Can I send a lawyer notice?

          Because of this I have wasted my time and I know they are cheating like anything, so I want to take an legal action.

            I applied for Suganya Samriddhi account for my daughter at ICICI. ICICI has opened a youngstar savings account and said that it would be linked to my kids Suganya Samriddhi account. I wanted to know if the Suganya Samriddhi account has been created for my daughter and what is the balance amount anf how to transfer online from youngstar account to Suganya Samriddhi account.
            I have made several calls to customer care and i did not get a prompt answer and they just forwarded my call to a wrong route.

            They also did the same thing for me.. I don;t know why ICICI bank is opening another young stars savings account for SSY account. and not understanding how they will linkned the SSY account with this young stars savings account ... And they are not providing even SSY passbook where post office is providing all the passbook for SSY account.

              i have called 3 time on date - 19/12/2016 for my balance query, they just cut my call 3 times, they just said please hold i will check your details and then cut the call that will happen 3 times.

                  My name is Bebi jha and i have a savings account[protected] in icici bank Kandivali Thakur complex branch mumbai. This complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without any informaton in this regard. The bank is charging a lot of amount and without any prior notice or any means of communication. No alert was sent regarding these deductions . Also they are not following the rbi guidelines.

                  I have received a gift card from my friends 15 days back and card is now loaded with cash and is in active status only.

                    2000 debited at 28 the November even cash is not dispense from HDFC bank ATM from Kanpur but money not debited from my ICICI Bank account. Now I pass 15 day but still I am waiting to reverse my money ICICI bank executive not helping me.

                        Dear Sir,

                        This is Deepak Bhaskar Mhalas, having a saving account in your Prabhadevi Branch. My Account No. is

                        On 3rd December 2016 i lost my Debit as well as my Credit Card. I immediately launched a complaint to
                        block both cards and requested to issue new cards.

                        I was told informed that, same would take 5 working days.

                        When i made a follow up call i was told that, only the debit card is dispatched to Prabhadevi branch.

                        I had a wedding in family due to which i was unable to collect the card on time, so on 10th I requested
                        to resend this card to Ahmedabad, as i was going to be there,

                        On 13th I made a call and was assured the card is already dispatched to Ahmedabad.

                        On 14th and 15th I had made number of calls to know the status of my card.

                        I am really sorry to state here none of the call center person had any proper answer.

                        On Friday I visited the Ahmedabad Stadium Branch on Ashram Road, where Mr D Shah had no idea about this
                        card.

                        Mr Shah wrote to Prabhadevi Branch to find out the status.

                        On Saturday to my great surprise i came to know from Mr D Shah the card was still lying at Mumbai.

                        The dispatch as assured on 13th never took place.

                        No one means no one from any ICICI branch takes any landline call.

                        You can check with all the records (if you are keeping them) the answers i got from your employees. One
                        of the girl disconnected my call.

                        The other banks could resolve this issue within 36 hours. And ICICI where my salary account is there is
                        taking 20 days and still with no result.

                        Now i will get a mail from your end stating your issue would be resolved in 48 hrs, is this the way
                        ICICI works?

                        I do not understand why such delay for small issue.

                        Who are the call center employees who do not have any information. Who gave me wrong input that the
                        card is dispatched on 13th from Mumbai for Ahmedabad. Same was confirmed by another employee on my
                        follow up call.

                        Who are these employees who do not know any thing and gave all false information.

                        I want all these answers and who is responsible for such delay

                        This ICICI bank has not closed my Personal loan account after deposited all thee due amount. For closing the PL they are asking morre money. Rubbish bank. I will write a letter to PM for this because they effect on CIBIL. Ridiculous bank.

                          I applied for bike loan on 7th december and they told that everything is ok but on the day of bike delivery they told that loan could not be processed because ur latest electricity bill was not submitted, what nonsense was that, at the eleventh hour u guys told this bs. I was hurt tooooooo much n i was numb for a while. Why it was done to me. N when i requested them then some lady from mumbai office talked with me very badly.

                              My name is Kiran Kumar Nalluri, Recently i had failed to pay the due on my ICICI credit card as i was out of station for which an interest was levied and i am being compelled to pay the amount.As a customer to ICICI i had never failed to pay the dues till now and when i reach out to the customer care asking to waive off the interest charges as i paid the original amount i was told that it is not possible .So i asked the agent to forward the call to supervisor to check if they can waive off the fee but was told to call back again after 10.30AM IST.
                              When i was out of station the bank personnel reached out to all the possible contacts like my father, cousins and threatened that they will proceed legally but they don't talk to the customer when they were reached out.

                              What is the use when your official is not in a position to address the issue. An interest of more than 8000INR was levied again even after a payment of 721310INR. Is this the way a valued customer will be treated? I want a waiver for atleast the interest levied for the most recent statement for which the amount was paid.Is it possible or not?

                                Availed 165000 loan in 2014 by the pressure of Icici by form of offer msgs, I regularly remitted EMI. All our staffs warned not to use Icici because of their fraudsters, scam.So decided to terminate, called for clearance of loan to the customers brokers.He tried all policies me to avoid and to continue with emi, I resisted he levied all nonsense charges and finally told the closure amount of 122000+.Clearly I told him this will be final call because ICICI customer call is horrible to catch up and to send the closure statement to my residence, while negotiation he purposely disconnected the call. Like scumbags, they changed customer care numbers. All these years the period when I closed what ICICI bastards people are stating that it was in preserved in my account and after I remitted total loan amount of the said amount, now the bank is stating all these years it was preserved in credit card and the total closure sum was adjusted to EMI now once again to pay 20000. Credit card thugs cheated loan department. No action taken against credit card cheaters. Burden is on customer now. Due to the dereliction of duty, inefficiency of the staffs I am being made as a scaped goat.

                                        Dear team icici,

                                        Myself and my all family members are having accounts with your bank since more than a decade now and i was considering your bank as best for personal banking.

                                        But ever since my parents had very insulting and cheating experience at your gadhinglaj branch (Dist. Kolhapur), we seriously thinking to shift all our accounts to another bank.

                                        Your branch manager at gadhinglaj is so arrogant and adamant that he insulted my parents and threatened them as well.
                                        They approached this branch to open new account for themselves.
                                        But your marketing team forced them to open an account which was really not requested. Your bank has even issued 2 debit cards when it was not even requested for one.

                                        I have submitted written complaint about this on 3rd november 2016 and asked for reply in writing but your branch manager is unmoved.
                                        I have even reminded him on what's app.
