I don't know how to tell about this ICICI bank cheater. I don't know Why icici bank try to hide a large pumpkin inside heap of rice.
As everyone knows that there is no proper connectivity to ICICI credit card customer care via phone even ICICI bank able to rectify this problem.
Icici bank has taken 575rupees from my credit card on Nov 23rd 2016 without any reason.
I will explain my worst experience with ICICI Customercare executives
Day 1: on 25th Nov 2016 I have noticed that 575rupees has been taken from my account and I called ICICI Customercare, after nearly 30min struggle my call was connected to Customercare, any executive called Manisha had picked my call, I asked her why 575rupees has been taken from my credit card, she explained that my credit card limit has been exceeded so they made a fine of 575rupees, I told her my credit card bill date was on 2nd of every month, then how it got exceeded on 23rd Nov, moreover my credit card won't allow me to buy anything beyond the limit then how it has exceed on Nov 23rd, then she checked everything and told me sir there is a wrong calculation from our side, sorry for that and first she told me that instead of 575rupees we will refund 275rupees, I said why for you system problem I have to money from my pocket, after all arguments she finally accepted to refund 575rupees. Then I disconnected the call.
Day 2: I got my credit card bill on 2nd Dec 2016, I was shocked to see that 575rupees remains same, then I tried call Customercare number but I couldn't able to connect them, then I thought of writing a mail would be the better option(I have show the mail as proof) then I wrote a mail on 10 Dec 2016 by asking the reason of 575rupees, then I got an reply on saying
"At the outset, we are extremely sorry for the delay in responding to your e-mail.
To ensure our customer do not face any embarrassing experience at merchant outlet, at times, ICICI Bank may allow transactions beyond credit card limit.
However, if the credit card exceeds the credit limit assigned on Credit Card Account, an over limit fee is levied at the rate of 2.5% on the over limit amount, subject to a minimum of Rs. 500.00.
To avoid exceeding the credit limit, you may opt for setting pre-set limit on the Credit Card.
We thank you for giving us an opportunity to be of service to you.

Day 3: I have send an reply saying that I try to do an over limit amount to swipe again but it is not allowing. Again I got an reply mail saying

Day 4: again I have asked for an reason like how it got exceeded on Nov 23rd

But she dint call me, she has given a missed call. I am having my mobile in my hand. The call got disconnected within a fraction of seconds. Then I replied to sridevi saying "Don't create a story. When you tried to call me. I agree you called me once, you disconnected the call with one ring, then how will I pick the call. This won't be considered as a call, this is called cheating call. If your bill is correct call me and talk otherwise connect me when I try to call your customer care."
Day 5: finally on 19 Dec 2016 at 11:26PM I got a call ICICI from the number +[protected], the gentleman who called is P Kiran. He asked me all the details and checked everything in the system and again he said the same reason that your credit card limit got exceeded so we have taken 575rupees then I told him I have made my last transaction of 1000rupees at that time my credit limit was 1015rupees then how my credit card limit got exceeded. Then couldn't able to answer my question then said me will check once again and send the details in mail and disconnected the call. This hero P Kiran knows everything this is a system calculation problem. He has send mail as

This gentleman called me at 11:26AM and typed this mail at 11:38AM itself he never checked anything after that. He typed the mail at 11:38AM and made a auto send as 5PM so that he can escape today. Because he it's ICICI mistake.
All these ICICI executives know this is the problem from their end and why they are acting it was correct from their end. I am not going stop this problem. I want to take a legal decision against them, please suggest. Can I send a lawyer notice?
Because of this I have wasted my time and I know they are cheating like anything, so I want to take an legal action.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But i have checked with paytm and they told that it was successful and also provided the bank reference id. Also i have checked paytm passbook and transaction was successful.
Response from paytm
ICICI just gave us a reference number 74766516350649540115601 for successful refund of Rs 7211 from Paytm to your bank account.
Please see attached.
Also add 7211 asap to my account.
Hoping for best response from your end as i have salary account other account in your bank.
I have sent more than 5 to 6 mails but there is no response even no acknowledgement of mail receipt.
