Mai mughalsarai kotak mahindra bank ATM se date- 03 October 2016 ko 15:20 pm baje 4 baar me 40000rs nikalne ka kosis kiya. Lakin mera pura paisa nahi nikala kewal 27000rs nikala. 24 ghanta intejar karne ke baad Bhi mere account me paisa nahi aaya.

I want to change my registered mobile number which is closed now but I don't have log in id with icici internet banking. Please suggest me what should I do in this case. Can you please suggest how I can change it through online and how I can get the login ID in case I don't have lost the internet banking password or send me the link how I can login with the Icici website....

I called many times to ICICI Cus Service, they just said the same thing that, "the address was wrong and been returned back". However I have verified the address all the times I called them. I have obtained the challan id from customer care help after few days.
I got mail from income tax dept that my payment is not received,

Sriram prasad bank holder of icici bank bearing credit card number is [protected] was been done fraud transaction at the period from 13th November to till date . so for security reasons my credit card has been blocked on 22nd November. the amount done was 20000/-. so iam requesting you to process the investigation on the miss transaction details as soon as possible because again i have to pay back the money to bank unnecessarily....
