I purchased something from Amazon having ORDER #[protected], for which i paid Rs :968.0 with Transaction ID [protected]
towards payee EMVANTAGE PAYMENTS Dec, 16, 2016 at 13:35 hours . But due to payment failure the order has been cancelled. Generally for failed transaction the money is refunded back within 2 to 4 days. I already contacted with seller and confirmed that the payment was failure. Its been already 10 days and i dint get my money refunded from bank. please look into the matter and resolve.

      Dear ICICI Credit Card Customer Service team,

      I am K . Saurabh Tiwari and having ICICI Coral Credit card No [protected], as i had complained earlier that i am not getting hard copies of original bills on time from your end, by which i am unable to submit it in my finance department and your payment goes as in delay manner...but No one gave attention towards this. As your courier delivery executive doesn't deliver credit card statement as in my doorstep and your records says it was delivered at your home and receivers names are strangers for me, which are not my family members….….really it’s a question on ICICI service codes and why these guys are updating wrong records.

      I visited 02 times also in ICICI bank Kalka Ji and Sarita Vihar New Delhi but no one is ready there to listen issues at there due to demonetization crowd.

      As i found wrong charges in my last statement of INR 3408 and current statement, you have charged me late fee and interest charges on my last 02 statement, whereas i am making payment blindly for last bills on behalf of your collection agent... and they assured me that we will send bills but No bill received, Now I have got my bills 04 days back on my new mail id after correction of my email id by customer care team .

      Request you to please have a look in to this and arrange reversal of my late fee and interest charges. Please also let me know how you will fulfill this service gap, as i always faced issues in payments earlier also . If there is no solution and issues can’t be resolved please let me know process for surrendering of this CC services and breaking for last 03 years customer relationship.

        I have a ICICI credit card and on 27th dec 2016 I received multiple transaction messages from bank that I have transacted with multiple merchants in USD, CAD, NZD and CLP. with in a minute I lost 30-35k. some transaction were declined and few were approved and lost 30-35k! I didnt receive OTP SMS. How can ICICI authenticate the transactions? I have raised a dispute and dispute # is SR[protected] . Also, I will be lodging FIR. Definitely there is a flaw in ICICI. If ICICI dont take this seriously then only thing I can do is to move to consumer forum. There is no mistake from my side. I have not shared my card details/OTP or anything and how can they use my card.

Bank manager said amount is credit in your account within 48hr but till now 10 days and amount will b not credit in my account. please confirm otherwise i will cancel this transfer from USA. and shame on you ICICI Bank YOUR totally fraud . on my question you hold my amount around 15 days u will b give a inters. icici bank is BS bank. Please credit This amount in my account today anyhow.

            Hi,

            In my icici credit card, i made two purchases in the month of july'16 for rs.18610/- in an emi. I have also purchased others which was not converted into emi of rs. 3496/-.

            I missed payment for two months, but till date i have been charged a total of rs.3730/- as late payment charges.

            But the totally unacceptable point is i have also been charged auto debit return fee, the option which i dint select only. The auto debit return fee of rs. 12180.

            Though i missed two months payment, last month i have paid rs. 6500/- and this month i have paid rs. 6400/-.

            And the statement still shows i have to pay rs.14000/-.

            Please let me know me know how to resolve this. All the charges i have mentioned are without interest. They also put, vat, service charge and interest.

              This is Janeshwar Sharma
              i have called thrice to customer care of ICICI for Email id change, All the emails are landing into my company's email id, I want them on my personal id . But every time customer support executive tells me that sir it will upadate and you won't have this complaint anymore and also you will get a text o[censored]pdating email id, But i didn't get that text nor my problem got resolved . I didn't even got the statement of my Credit card on my email id not even on currently registered email id.
              Kindly do concern about it.

                I (Jitender kumar yadav) am a account holder of state bank of india, lucknow and my a/c no. Is - [protected]. Yesterday[protected] evening at 6:34 pm i withdrawal 1000/- inr with card number (*3087) from your icici bank, mangal pandey road, lucknow atm (Stch9590) but unfortunately i got only 500/- inr. After that i again withdrawal 500/- inr with same and i got 500/- inr. And also withdrawal a ministatment with same card.
                Please do helpfull as soon as possible.

                Icici bank deducted my money without any proper reason I approached ICICI bank and talked to branch manager. They assured me to investigate and provide the details within 2-3 days. Still I didn't get any reply from them.
                I got cheated by ICICI bank.

                please be care full with these call. Even I got call by their customer care no.- 1800-102-4242 and the person said me for giving some Paytm Bonus Point and trying to get info about my debit card no. and want to know OTP. Seriously Sathish Please be care full.

                          I deposited one cheque of 5500 rupees on 8th Dec 2016, but it is not showing in my account yet as today is 26th Dec 2016.

                          i contacted bank many times, i visited there many times, also make calls on customer care, they asked me to contact bank branch, branch is saying that bank doesn't have any responsibility of cheque because you deposited that cheque in DropBox of bank.

                          i also emailed to icicibank at [protected]@icicibank.com, six days bank but there is also no reply.

                          i have current account with this bank plus 20 salary account of my office staff...

                          this December month with ICICIBANK is not good for me. they could not provide me any facility.

                          and it is pure loss for me of 5500 rupees, ICICIBANK will not take care of there dropbox of cheuqes which is attached with there Bank.

                          How am i supposed to reach customer care? There is no such option on your IVR. Seems like not a customer friendly bank. It seems switching the account to another bank would be a better option.

                            I had a car loan with account # LAHYD[protected] which I cleared around 2008. I have not got NOC till date and when I approached bank they told they had attached record of personal loan which is closed but NOC is blocked due to this. This was two years back and I was told I will get NOC asap after working with backoffice
                            Today I approached the bank, still the NOC is blocked and i was told it takes minimum of 2 weeks to get the backoffice approval for applying NOC and its internal process.
                            Not sure how an internal process takes 2 weeks that too in a bank which has automation.

                              Bank offered me two chargeable credit cards with the same number without my approval. I had never asked for such card and didnt sign any documents. I got the call from customer care executive but i didnt show any interest in such unwanted card. I only requested to start my non working card if possible which was life time free card. To sell such non sense card bank people are violating the bank norms. This is very much serious issue.

                                  I, mr.sudip bose(my phone number-[protected]) took a icici bank credit card (number-[protected]) in the month of November 2016 and now(on 26.12.2016) I received phone call(from number +91 [protected]) informing me that icici bank have activated some medical or risk coverage service without my consent against my credit card and now I have to pay EMI for those service charge against my credit card. the representative simple forced me but I don't want any such services and will not be able to pay for those.
                                  Please deactivate any such service against my credit card, otherwise is have to deactivate or withdraw the credit card now only.
                                  Please inform me your side decision.

                                    most of the transation done through Paytm.

                                      Hey,
                                      Am using ICICI credit card since a month now. Its not updated in my ICICI account.

                                      I had already sent a complaint mail to ICICI. Just like last time it was unanswered. Why the heck do you have a customer care email ID if you have no intention of solving or at-least replying to the query. Every time I have to go to 3rd party complaint registration website for ICICI to look into it. This is not what I had expected when I created my account.

                                      Worst response from customer care service ever!!!

                                        I have been charged MAB charges for not maintaining minimum balance in the account. I have following issues with the charges and request for reversal
                                        1) MAB charges of around RS 517 got deducted from my account and no information either in writing or sms or phone call was provided by ICICI bank
                                        2) ICICI bank deducts Rs 17 for sms pack to update me for any transactions from the account. However, this information was not shared by any means
                                        3)No message or email from ICICI bank informing that my account has low balance and could attract penal charges
                                        4)I opened this account solely to make transactions to my ICICI bank PPF account. Branch officials of Rohtak told me that it is mandatory to open an ICICI bank savings account for transacting to PPF account. This information was also incorrectly shared and as per discussions with ICICI call center executives it is not. The minimum balance of Rs 500 was told to me from ICICI rohtak branch officials which is to my surprise is 10, 000 Rs.
                                        5) No where even after logging into my accounts dashboard, no pop-up or message or red signal comes stating my balance is low etc.

                                        Today, we are going cashless where real time information sharing is critical. However, with such nature of transaction, it shows spurious and mistrust on part of bank.

                                        With this, i request for reversal
