I deposited one cheque of 5500 rupees on 8th Dec 2016, but it is not showing in my account yet as today is 26th Dec 2016.
i contacted bank many times, i visited there many times, also make calls on customer care, they asked me to contact bank branch, branch is saying that bank doesn't have any responsibility of cheque because you deposited that cheque in DropBox of bank.
i also emailed to icicibank at [protected]@icicibank.com, six days bank but there is also no reply.
i have current account with this bank plus 20 salary account of my office staff...
this December month with ICICIBANK is not good for me. they could not provide me any facility.
and it is pure loss for me of 5500 rupees, ICICIBANK will not take care of there dropbox of cheuqes which is attached with there Bank.
