I have attempted to transfer fund to my mother account number [protected] holding account with Bank of Baroda. I have added an incorrect account number as my mother's account and the fund of Rs.10000/-have been credited to that account([protected]). The account details of fund transferred are given below for your reference.The amount was transferred on
25 Dec 2016 . I request you to review and reverse the erroneous made transfer. Please let me know if any other information is needed.

    On 7th jan. 2017 I have made an transaction by net banking of amount Rs. 2500/ from my ICICI bank A/C No.[protected] to co-opeartive bank A/C No. [protected] bichkunda Branch but still the amount is not credited in beneficiary A/C and the amount of Rs- 2500/ has been debited from my A/C.

    When I talked to ICICI bank, customer care officer, they are saying Transaction success on the same date.But the amount is not credit in the beneficiary account.

    Request you to kindly help me to reverse my hard earn money back.

      Request for refund. The bank charged me 1481.93+222.29 /- (Auto debit return fee+service tax). This month I didn't maintain the balance but I made a payment of 50000/- prior the payment date. In auto debit intimation mail, no where it is mention about the charges for not maintaining the balance. The customer care people are not responding in a proper way.
      ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      A Lien has been marked against my savings account due to the credit card due without any intimations to me.
      I am facing issues with the other personal loan emi as these are linked with the savings account.
      Please unblock the savings account so that i can able to pay the due amount.
      Hi i have employee platinum credit card which is free of charge for lifetime but still your bank charged me 1299 rs for it from auto debit.. I want to cancel auto debit and. Return 1299rs now... Then why u people give us offers i[censored] still charge us..
      I have made purchase from Amazon site on 28th Dec'16 of Rs.679. Amount has been deduct from my account, however as per Amazon, it was stuck somewhere in Gateway and they have not received the cash. Can you please check at your end. I have already sent you a mail on this regards.

        I had a cheque issued on my name dated 10-10-16 . On 19th of oct when i tried to transfer it to my account[protected], by mistake it got transfered to[protected]Emret luthra) . The cheque no was - 011489 and trans no. was Jaka[protected] . Now as the credentials were not matching ICIC has put a freeze on that 5000 in the recepient account .The bank code from where the cheque was issued is [protected].
        Now that amont is neither un recepient account nor the account where it was sent from. and when i contact any person from the bank, they act like helpless as they are not getting any proper response when they try to remove the freeze. I have contacted the bank person 5 times but no resolution. Its been 3 months now and i dont think being a private reputed bank ICIC should behave like that . Its really disappointing .
        I have registered this complaint in consumer care also . The details of the branch and person whom i contacted is

          Dear sir,

          I need your support to escalate the issue i am facing with icici bank with respect to my name change application which is got more complicated just because of the mistake done by person opened my account.

          In order for you to understand i am explaining little in details...

          1) i requested to open account online...
          2) i got call from one lady and she explained me all required documents and scheduled icici representative to visit my home to verify originals and collect all documents and fill the form and get relevant documents signed.
          3) icici bank representative visited to my home and offered me icici gold debit card.
          4) he collected below documents...

          Id proof :
          A. Pan card having my before marriage name : "rajita janardhan balabhadra"
          B. Marriage certificate as married to "nilesh vadnal"
          C. Wedding invitation card as proof of name change which in some cases happend in hindu marriages... *but it was rejected saying this is not valid document.
          — i asked can we wait as i already applied for egajette and expected to receive it mostly in another 2 weeks. Icici representative adviced me to go with the account opening procedure with current name with status as married so middle name and last name will be as per marriage certificate, later once egajette will arrive i can visit branch with same and bank will update the name accordingly.

          5) my bank account is opend with the name : rajita nilesh vadnal (First_name husband_name husband's_last_name)
          — there is no single photo id with me with above as this is the full name i got it from bank as per the documents i provided.

          6) after receiving egajette i also applied "income tax department" to change my full name in my pan which they updated and reissued the pan card.

          7) i applied for aadhar which has changed name "niharika nilesh vadnal"

          8) i went to bank and made a request for first name change from "rajita" to "niharika". Niharika is the changed name immediate after the marriage. Below are the new documents i took with me..

          A. Egajette is having before marriage name and after marriage name including middle and last name
          Old : rajita janardhan balabhadhra (First_name father_name father's_lastname)
          New : niharika nilesh vadnal (New_first_name husband's_name husband's_last_name)
          B. New pan card with new name
          C. Eaadhar card copy

          7) bank was demanding me below documents in order to change the name..
          A) photo id having full name as per bank record.. "rajita nilesh vadnal"
          B) provide gajette having full name as per bank record.."rajita nilesh vadnal"
          — i told this is the full name bank created account and bank themself won't be having any such photo id with expected full name...
          — also asked how come now bank can expect magic from customer that customer can produce such document, bank person said we cant help out in this situation
          — it sounds bank did mistake and want customer to bear the consequences which is not correct

          8) at last bank adviced me to close my account and open new account which is rediculous advice i ever heard of well professional staff of icici.

          After thinking on it multiple times i thought to escalate this issue as issue is because of mistake done by bank not by customer and bank is expecting customer will do go around un-ethical practices to produce such documents.

          My concern is i want to update my name to what is actual after my marriage change the name. And i don't want to change my bank account number which is with many people.

          Below is summary of issue:

          Rajita nilesh vadnal — before marriage name + husband name + new last name (Full name that bank gave and not present any of the documents i submitted)
          Niharika nilesh vadnal — after marriage name + husband name + new last name (Actual full name which i am requesting to change)
          Rajita janardhan balabhadra — before marriage name

          Please help in solving this issue or escalate it to next level

              It has been 2-3 days since i closed my iwish goal but still the money didn't get refunded. Also there has been no communication via message or mail that my request is approved or is still under process. While providing this service they said very firmly that it can be closed any time, but when the real time has come these icici people are just torturing the customers. I need the money to be credited asap. I am getting the update on site as 'this goal is closed. Request sr[protected]', but the money still not credited.

                Hi,

                I am Rakesh Dave as a IT professional. I have a demat account in ICICI bank. Today I checked my bank transactions and to my surprise I found that there is one debit transaction '62967230 DP CHGS TILL SEP-16' INR 805'. When I created the demat account, I was not told about the DP charges and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and I want my money back.

                  I haven't subscribed to my money service but still anual fee for dec16-nov
                  345 rupees got deducted. Most annoyingly i can't even find 'unsubscribe' in the my money console. What an insane they don't have toll-free number. Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money.

                    Yesterday i entered to icici atm, borivali (West), mumbai
                    On withdrawing ₹2000, new 2000currency came out of machine which was fully torn 2000note which was sticked/joined with cellotape on back side of note.. I immediately ran into icici bank which is jst beside atm to talk on this issue with manager, and for my surprise the answer was so upsetting, manager 1st told we can do anything talk with the bank from which you have been issued this card, then he told if you would have had your a/c with our bank we could help somewhat, then lastly they said if you or your relative have a/c with us then deposit from their a/c amd this too was not guaranteed to me that whole value i would get or not
                    Please help... Waiting for your help... Thank you

                      I made a transaction online with 1&1 and i found that it did not request for otp/3d secure pin. Payment got deducted without otp/3d secure pin.

                      I though this might be a fraud transaction hence i called on the number which is given back to the card but same was not going through. I checked number online but same was showing out of working hours hence i tried to place card deactivation request online from my net banking account but same was showing error every time.

                      Finally i found a number online where i reached to your team and your stupid execitive tried to redirect me on wrong track by saying only 2 details required from name, expiry date, cvv and card number while purchasing online. I got more confused where i called to remove my confusion.

                      I received call from kavita on 06 dec 2017 and she already informed that she is arranging the replacement card. She never informed me about any charges for the same on call or email which she sent to me and today i got an email from parveen stating my replacement card has been issued and there will be charges for the same.

                      I never expected such pathetic service from icici.

                      Request you to don't send replacement card to me and stop my both of the credit cards and adjust the due amount from my fd which is under my account. Kindly credit rest amount of fd in my account and i will open new account and will get cards from axix/hdfc bank as i don't want to continue with such a stupid bank.

                        I had been an account holder[protected] for last 10 yrs andabove and continoulsy and consistenly doing only online transactions. till date i might have visited your bank may be one or twice for opening acount and may be for buying your product. every year i had been requesting your goodselves to PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE ME, PL GIVE COMPLIMENTS IN THE WAY OF DAIRY, CALENDAR, PETTY GIFTS. NO, your people say visit branch. should I. Mr Modi says pl convert yourself to digital and i had been digital to your branch for more than 10 years. i may be one of the pride customers who hardly visited any of your branches but continously almost everday logging in.
                        you say provouge watches as gift but what about me am i not eligible for such gifts. if you can deliver everythig on line and post why not a dairy/ calendar/pen/ provogue watch etc by post to my mailing address

                        pl look into it . it may be one of your innovation and i also have many ideas to improve business if you ask.

                          I'm jyoti, victim of cyber fraud. I had booked a package with a travel company Yours trip shop, based at phagwara. I've paid them Rs 104000/- in their ICICI account no.[protected], via cash deposits. I have the payment slips as well as acknowledgement of the payment. First they did not gave me all confirmations of flights, hotels. Then near to the travel date, they started misleading. Finally we weren't able to go. On they are not returning the money. I know bank cannot help me on this but I request the bank to keep an eye on this account as they can trap other people also.

                            An agent from icici bank narangpura branch credit card division name Utsav Soni, Employee Number: 0010207 came over to my work pace and I handed over all the documents required for my credit card application.
                            Some documents were missing so we discussed and I provided him more documents required.
                            After that there is no word from the person or the bank and he doesn't receive my calls nor he returns call. I have called him multiple times over several weeks but no response and the bank claims they have no such application.
                            He has basically disappeared with my documents.
                            Please look into the matter and take appropriate action.

                                Request you to close the FD account[protected].

                                This FD is under lien and have already talked to credit card department and got the card closed.

                                  I made the transaction in mswipe machine on[protected] for 80000/- rs due to some reason mswipe hold the amount nearly 20 days. Now they refunded it and they give ARN number in email and they ask me to provide this ARN number to ICICI bank, I gave the ARN to dispute team but till now I didn't get any refund or conformation from the bank side. Already charge back is in process but my question is mswipe refunded the amount it seems and they provided the ARN number for tracking. After given ARN number also why they are still not tracked the same and refund to me
                                  Any update on your status?
                                  I'm still stuck with my service request.
                                  Any update on this problem with anybody of you? I am stuck with similar problem for a transaction done on January 1, 2017.
                                  I got my payment, After 15 days.
                                  I started a service request on 9th jan, Got the payment on 24th jan.
                                  Took them 15 days to resolve my request.

                                        Hi i want to unblock the card [protected].. Don't know how it got block. I want to make online payment. For online payment it is mandatory to have debit card. I have debit card with me but i never been used the debit card. And now i am trying to make online payment, i want the Active Debit card. Please make it activate as soon as possible to you... It will be very great.. I am trying to make payment since last week, got so irritated.. So many issues coming...
                                        ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
