Dear ICICI team,
We are really disappointed at the way you guys debit the charges.
You don't even mention why the TRCA has been applied and on what basis you deduct the amount.
We have been working with ICICI for the past 3 years and it has really been a disappointing experience.
Kindly revert the amount back, else we will have to move to another trusted Bank, which better service, justification on the transactions and better rates.
Hope to see an immediate action.
