I have not applied for expression debit card but i got one, so i went to the branch and told the same then they told like we will cancel it and then u will get refund.. And also they have taken a letter about the same.. Till now i didn't get any refund, its been over 10 months..in the mean time i have gone to icici banjara hills branch 5 times they told everytime like u will get refund, but the last time i went they told me that i will not get any refund for expression debit card and they told me to register a complaint on callling icici customer care, i tried calling and the customer care people are hanging phones and told me to concern the branch... Customer care is waste in my point of view... Please help me here..

    I have moved out of india. They are just would not cancel the credit card as they would receive yearly fees. I have already paid. Money without using the card after coming here. Whenever i raise a request to cancel it, they close it saying that please use payback points before raising the request. When they know that i wouldnt be able to. They have just made a scheme to fool people.

    Yes. I ve had the same experience with ICICI. They mis-guided me to choose a credit card and gave me a premium credit card. And now when I want to cancel this card they are asking for joining fees to close this card.

      An amount of 805 has been deducted from my account stating DP Charges. I don't do share trading and i have never agreed for any kind of D mat account and and also I was not told anything regarding this short of charges at the time of opening salary account. I also has not received any short of communication regarding these things. This is completely a fraud bank. I have tried to contact help desk but the response I am getting is completely useless. I want my money to be reverted .

              Dear sir,
              Iam holding saving a/c no;[protected] in your icici bank. Till now around 10000 inr has been deducted from my account for mab and cash txn charges without giving any message to me. This is not fair. You must inform these things all the times through sms. Iam struggling hard for money now. So if you make me this amt reverse so that i can maintain minimum balance from then onwards. Kindly reverse those money. Because as you know, it is a hard earned money. Please respond to this and reverse my money as soon as possible

                Without prior intimation withdraw cash of amount rs-27017/- from my salary account no - [protected] towards payment for my credit card no-[protected].

                Requesting you please credit the same which will affect my financial condition.

                I have not authorized any person or any body of bank staff to manage my credit card dues. Without any prior intimation credit card authority debit amount rs-27017/- from my salary account.

                As per reserve bank guide line no one credit funds from costumer account without prior intimation.

                Requesting you please credit the same to my account by eod. If my issue not resolved in time i will intimate the issue to rbi grievance,

                Kindly treat the matter most urgent.

                        Credit card no [protected] issued on april 7, 2015. not yet activated but still charges of 3000 rupees debited from account and demand for another 7300/ rupees made.
                        While issuing card i was told that there will be nominal charges of 199/year for renewal. but excess charges have been levied and debited from account. please reverse the amount and modify the bill otherwise i am not interested in continuing the card.

                          I made the transaction Rs.16, 326 In flipkart on 15/9/2016 due to technical issue in the product I was returned the product and vendor do reversed the amount of Rs.16326 on 29/9/2016 but credit card bill generate on 23rd of everymonth and due date is 11th of next month.The payment already reversed on 29th/9/2016 so I did not pay the EMI amount so I received the credit card statement noticed that Rs.690/- charges added as late payment so I have been tried to register the complint in bank but not able to connect with customer care executive and I visited branch no response.Please help me because the icici bank cheated me.

                            I am an account holder of icici bank for about 5 years. Today when i was checking my account statement, i saw 2 unjustified deductions in my account. There was no abbreviation given in icici bank account for smab charges. Then i searched it through net and understood about the abbreviation.

                            However it is beyond my comprehension as why they have deducted the amount without giving a prior sms or proper notification to me, despite rbi directive of not deducting any smab without notifying to the customer. I think, this is not a right activity from icici bank, and they should refund the amount deducted from my account. I am totally unsatisfied with the way icici bank applies hidden charges to a customer. I hear about some of other customers of icicibank.

                            The details of deductions are as below

                            19/07/2016 smab chgs may16+stax32.33 247.87
                            17/09/2016 smab chgs jun16+stax88.20 676.22

                            Hence they should refund the fund back to my account.

                            I am going through difficult times, so can not maintain a minimum balance in my bank account as of now.

                            I can not give my contact details here because of safety reasons.
                            Please cooperate and get me the resolution of the problem.

                            After closing the DMAT account also ICICI bank deducted 805.00 rs from my account how it is possible to charge amount for closed account after one year.

                              I'm a nri it engineer residing in uae. I have both nre & nro savings bank accounts with icici bank. Recently i open my account, but i didn’t receive net banking related any information i tried to contact customer care also i sent mail, they are without my confirmation closed.

                                I am the customer of icici bank since 3 years. Recently i have received a call from one of your executive regarding credit card as diwali offer. Initially i said i am not interested and the executive was behind saying you would be getting 2.5 lakhs credit limit, then i agreed and said to send the executive on saturday (22nd october'16) but the executive was not ready to listen and she asked to just fill the form and give the collection executive on photo. Remaining you can mail me, which i have done on friday itself (21st october'16). Again i have received a call from executive on 22nd october'16 since he required some details and he confirmed me that the application would be processed on monday. After that there was no any further communication received. On 27th october i have received an email to my official mail id to give my consent to process my application, which i have done and again there was no further update. Now today i spoke to the customer care guy and he said the application was rejected due to house verification failure but when i have not received a call about verification or no one came for house verification. Please dont cheat the public with the false information or the report.

                                Finally...

                                When we try reaching the person who called us initially... Same story... The number you have called not reachable or no response.

                                Caution : again dont try to re login my application don't want to get into this BS again.

                                Visitors please note : never ever knock the door of icici bank whether you are a customer or try to build relationship.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am fed up with ICICI bank, They deduct something or the other from my account without any prior notice/Information. Many a times I faced lot of Problems because of there deduction policy.
                                  recent deduction : Debit card fee 172 Rupees, DP Charges 805 rupees on 28/10/2016

                                  They are ruining my Life. Please help

                                    Hi ICICI Management,

                                    I am the reliable customer of ICICI bank since long time. I have running saving account, FD, Home loan & my husband having Salary account with ICICI & credit card.

                                    We have running other account in KOTAK\HDFC\AXIX\CITI & whenever they deduct single rupees, first they intimate us thru mail\call\message then they give some time to maintain the amount.

                                    Today I spoke to CC (Omprakash) regarding amount deduction from my account due to maintain the minimum balance since 7-8 month PM 500-600 rupees deducted from my account without any intimation. Can someone answer why ICICI people not intimate me before deducting this amount? & What is the process to get this amount back as this happened due to gap of communication\intimation?

                                    We are expecting positive response from you.

                                    In addition I am sharing the feedback of CC: When CC people not aware about the process & not able to solve the query in call, why they did not transfer the call to his\her superior.

                                      Dear saurabh singh sir,
                                      This is gaurav agnihotri from sehore (m. p.),
                                      I have also done complent 1st, 2nd, &3rd step of complent but there are no resolution my complent.
                                      Your bank employees are mr. pawan and mr. sanjay are commit me a false commitment. they said me sir if you are opend new icici a/c with 25000 or above company provide you a credit card with limit ₹70000, then i opend an a/c then mr. pawan collected my all document but there are not provided me credit card. and your complent team which is 1st, 2nd, &3rd also not provided me any solutions.
                                      Now i am going to consumer foram and also close my a/c.
                                      Its very bad and poor service and company personal are very fraud..
