Really on 3rd Oct. on 2pm, I was depositing the money Rs.45, 000/- from my own ICICI bank account to my own Axis bank accounts through online net banking transaction by IMPS.
But at the time of depositing one massage came from ICICI bank - Dear Customer fund transfer...

I am employee of infosys ltd. I have icici credit card. But now a days i am facing many issue regarding icici credit card, without my permission icici employee changed my mobile number.

I rejected icici ferrari card but team send me credit card without my permission.

I used my card for my bill payment a couple of months back. But because of entering wrong password for several times it got blocked and showing..
"For security reasons your MasterCard® SecureCode™ purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card has been blocked for online transactions at MasterCard SecureCode merchants"
Though I called customer care as well...

I used my debit card to pay at a fuel station and the bank charged me a surcharge for the same.

Pathetic service, called the icici customer care, they said they do not have any rules written, they just communicate such rules verbally when such instances happen and customer calls.

How lame and ridiculous that answer is!!!

Every month I am seeing a debit of Rs. 28.75 towards rewards
redemption fees in my ICICI account w.r.t to this I have the following issues/queries.

1. Is this charge Rs 28.75 per transaction or per month for redeeming
the ICICI credit card rewards?
