Dear Sir / Madam,
Am ICICI bank customer since last 10 years. Now i shifted to Dubai & My Account is still open as Wealth Account.My problem is now i am not able to access my account, because my current mobile # is not updated & i am not receiving OTP through email.Due to this i am not able to create FD or Fund transfer etc. Sincerly i don't want to close my relationship with ICICI.But your team does not know how to handle customer or respect them.
I am Facing these issue from last 13 months.Now its in my routine, when i come india first i go ICICI bank.Almost i have visited 6-7 times for same issue, But my issue is not resolved.Good thing is that every time they will give different reasons & every time they successfully fooled me.
Reasons Given to Me
1.Sir + was not Added
2.Sir, Last time by mistakenly we have added 12 digit.
3.Sir, We will not add Country Code.Etc
Many more, But i don't want to insult your workers.But it really shows your ICICI Employe knowledge & how u train them.
Trust me Sir, If i am able to Access my account from past 1 year. I would i have Deposited 2 times more than Current amount.

I have received only cheque return message. But I didn't recevie cheque. It is very poor customer services. I m trying to connect customer care . But it was not done.
