Dear Sir,
My complain is that, i want to submiting my kcc loan lastly 2month but problem is that Branch Manager doesn't take it seriously. He always say that tommorow will, 2days after will come, 6days after will come, monday will come.
this behaviour of icici branch manager is untorable. who is responsible for this undeciplined kind of behaviour?

    Icici bank didnt given me credit card statement (while i didint use card for any transaction in this period), and after a month they give me a message that your statement for rs. 1471.78 (for next month, for this month again i never use the card for any transaction) is sent through courier which will arrive to you soon., so i visit the bank and ask them so they told that you have to call credit card helpline number [protected] and as per my request they give me computerized statement, i a shocked to see that statement.

    Statement shows that my previous balance of rs. 573.85 (which is joining fee as per conversation on help line) was not paid so they give me penalty of rs. 897.93 rs. and my final bill for both month is rs. 1471.78 (without any transaction till date), so i request her (helpline madam) that i am not refuse to pay joining fee, but how can they force to pay me late fee and penalty of rs. 897.93 for that 573.85 rs. which statement is not given to me, so she said that you have to pay all the amount, we cant give you refund of penalty or late payment fees (which is completly mistake of bank, even not a 0.0005% mistake from my side) and she also force me to pay all the amount without bill (may be they are promoting black money transaction), i have complete conversation of telephonic discus on help line and also i have 2nd month statement of credit card (which i have taken from bank, till date also i didnt got my second month statement at my premise)

        From the past 2 months I am receiving heavy interest charges on my credit card. I talked to the customer care executive but no one is able to answer.
        Inspite of that the response I am getting is that this is how the policies are and there is nothing we can do about it.

        My concern is I have sent a complaint to ICICI regarding this also but they are also not responding. I am the one who is paying the charges and ICICI should provide me proper explanation about my interest charges.

        I need help here because this is the forum I finally got where I thought I might get some resolution to my query.

          I have a salary account in icici bank. They charged me for some atm dec chg of 28.75 rs which i was unawared of till i searched on google.
          They tried to hide the information from me/customer of the withrawal as they never notified me with the text message even if they charge money for that facility annually.
          When i sent them a e-mail about the problem on their email address [protected]@icicibank.com they never replied.

            I applied for ICICI credit card from last two week, verification is done by ICICI bank and i got approval message also. They provide me 13 digit application number[protected] . When i try to track my application number it shows no record found message. Please suggest my how to track my application.

              Really on 3rd Oct. on 2pm, I was depositing the money Rs.45, 000/- from my own ICICI bank account to my own Axis bank accounts through online net banking transaction by IMPS.
              But at the time of depositing one massage came from ICICI bank - Dear Customer fund transfer request for Rs 45, 000 on 3rd Oct-2016 14:02:27 could not be processed . Please try later. (IMPS Ref no.[protected] and in net banking statements shown (MMT/Ref[protected]/[protected])

              After that the money Rs.45, 000/- debited from my ICICI bank and not credited in my Axis bank also.
              Then I consulted with ICICI bank customer care service, they told me your money will deposit within 24hr. Again told me money will credit with 2 days or 3 days in your ICICI bank accounts.
              But till now from 3rd oct. to 5th Oct. no money are not credit in my ICICI bank or my Axis bank also.
              The authorities of ICICI bank neglected and not focus upon the issues.
              For this reason I so harsh and mentally disturbed.
              I am requesting you please take necessary action and solve the problem as soon as possible.
              Hope the money will deposit /credited in my account as an earlier.

                    Hi,
                    I used my card for my bill payment a couple of months back. But because of entering wrong password for several times it got blocked and showing..
                    "For security reasons your MasterCard® SecureCode™ purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card has been blocked for online transactions at MasterCard SecureCode merchants"
                    Though I called customer care as well after entering all the details it says contact with your register number and phone gets hanged.
                    I reached to a branch as well, I don't know why those people are sitting there without any knowledge. She said we cannot help..you need to call customer care, try several times it will happen. Which exactly didn't.
                    Now I ask to others to pay my bills and I give them cash, I'm tired of doing this. Please help me to unblock my card...

                      I used my debit card to pay at a fuel station and the bank charged me a surcharge for the same.

                      Pathetic service, called the icici customer care, they said they do not have any rules written, they just communicate such rules verbally when such instances happen and customer calls.

                      How lame and ridiculous that answer is!!!

                      Cheaters!!!

                      Its not about the money its about how they rip their customers!!! #shame

                        I have a demat account in icici bank for a years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction '62797840 dp chgs till aug-16' — inr 425.69'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                           Yesterday evening i have use atm card in panjab national bank atm dadri amount - rs - 8000/- (eight thousand only)

                          But we have not received cash from atm/ transaction not complete, but amount debit from my account.

                            I would like to inform that it all started in the month of July. I requested for NOC for my credit card as I am not using it for a long time.

                            I requested to payoff the call in 3 easy installments to pay INR 23999, which were due in July. I received a call that your request for 3 EMI has been rejected by the bank as your car loan is also running with the bank smoothly and your have to pay the amount in 2 EMI. So the executive gave me a jazz. But I said ok I said ok and asked them to call next day to discuss on Saturday.

                            But few hours later, I received the call that INR 15000 have been taken from the account where we initially deposited that amount when we took the car through them and they offered us a credit card.

                            Some time ago, we were informed that our card is blocked. But the harassment part is they are still adding interest every month even on the blocked card which is not the way and against the logic.

                            So, I have spoken to them numerous times that as your executive promised that pay in two installments and closed the credit card account. They are calling once in a while but whenever I tell them about the situatin that your executive made the promise and I am ready to pay you remaining INR 9000, they tell ok you will get a call and all that false promises.

                            Now they are forcing to pay INR 18000 after adding interest on daily basis. I am fed up of the this worst bank I could say for them.

                            I have already told them I will not pay INR 18000 but they are not calling for the settlement. It was my biggest mistake that I started a relationship with the bank. This is the worst bank

                                I am an account holder of icici bank for about 5 years and my account is salary a/c from zero balance. When i went to take money from the atm, my money in account was less from the previous days balance. I was thinking why i was having such deduction and i checked my mail and phone whether i received any notification. But i didn’t. Then i went to my personal banking website and checked for the reason. I get random calls and SMS almost daily from icici but nothing related to the amount deducted. I feel I have been cheated by this bank. Please help me with this issue.

                                    I have also paid all outstanding amount of Rs 2629, raised one service request to discontinue the same (SR[protected].
                                    Still I did not get any information regarding the same. I have moved out of India so my registered mobile number is no longer in use.

                                      Every month I am seeing a debit of Rs. 28.75 towards rewards
                                      redemption fees in my ICICI account w.r.t to this I have the following issues/queries.

                                      1. Is this charge Rs 28.75 per transaction or per month for redeeming
                                      the ICICI credit card rewards?

                                      2. Last time I redeemed/encashed 80 rewards worth Rs 20/- on mobikwik,
                                      for that also you charged me Rs 28.75/- redemption fees. How this is
                                      logical or correct? I saw only ICICI charging in such a wrong way.

                                      3. The bank offers very less reward points for using ICICI credit card
                                      compare to other bank cards and still it charge Rs 28.75/- every time
                                      I reddem rewards.For redeeming single reward point of worth 25 paise also if you charge Rs 28.75/- what is the use of carrying and using ICICI credit card?

                                      4. If I don't redeem the reward points they will lapse after 2 years
                                      of credit, If I redeem reward points you charge Rs 28.75/- everytime.
                                      This a is kind of robbery/cheat.

                                        I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 2 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 62782897 DP CHGS TILL AUG-16 rs.575.00. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.
