      Dear sir,
      We have use our icici atm card through indusand bank atm ashok vihar phase 3 gurgaon on 14th may 2016 for withdrawal the cast but we have not receive the cast through atm & amount rs.10000/- has been debit in my account.

      We have raise complaints at icici customer care department but not resolve after that we have raise the complaints to icici branch (Gurgaon sector 14) & asking the cctv footage but no +ve response & still we have not received the cctv footage,

      We have already visit the indusand branch gurgaon sec-14 but he was not ready to raise the complaint against this.

      So request to you pls help.

      My FD was matured on 8-Oct, but still I did not get my interest and amount as well. They told me that I will get it on 10-Oct but still I didn't get it. They are making fool of me.
      I had a gift card of [protected] of 4ki tried to use it for the shopping but the card is shown asa decline .i tried to know in the icici.com site but no use.then i tried to call he custome care then they kept me on hold for 10 min and hang up the call.so, may i know how to activate my card and check the balance in my gift card

        I nagini. ch gave my cr card to my husband on sep8th 2016 he did two transactions from sr nagar hyd icici branch atm. first transaction was successful i got rs500/-, but the second transaction failed for the amount of rs5000/- after i swiped my card and entered the pin no the transaction was cancelled and machine did not disperse the money.
        Immediately i got messages to my mobile stating that 2 transactions were successful then immediately i called customer service and told her that i didnt get rs5000/-.
        Initially cust care executive told me that statement is simply showing like that and you will get your money back within 24 hours which did not happen till date.
        I got statement including the rs5000/-
        I launched complaint regarding this issue. they were telling that transaction is successful and i have to pay the amount. i was telling them very clearly that i did not get the amount from the atm machine and to check the cc camera footage and in that particular atm machine balance at the end of the day.
        I was not at all happy with your investigation team. if they would have done investigation correctly, then they would have not created all this problem for me.
        As i already got fed up with this issue from the past one month emailing is my final try and i am not going to pay that rs5000 at any cost.
        Hope you guys will resolve this soon. i never expected this kind of service from your bank.

          I am Rameshbabu, my credit card no.[protected].
          My bill dated 12/8/2016- owing amount was Rs.19953.07 with last due date 30/8/16.
          I paid the owing amount Rs.19954 on 13/8/16 ( 17 days before last due date).
          Therefore this Rs19953.07 should not appear in the bill dated 12/9/2016.
          But I got shocked seeing the Rs.19953.07 as previous balance.

          Kindly recheck my due balance again for the paid amount and give me clarification.

            My icici credit card no is : [protected]
            i had paid all my bills on time, but still in statement generated on 15th mar you have applied a late fee and interest charges along with service tax.

            I had requested you to waive off those late fees as i have made payment on time ie 4th mar as per due date mentioned but due to weekend and holidays you have received the payment late ie 8th mar.
            But instead of waiving off those charges, each month you keep applying new late fee and interest even though i am not longer using your credit card nor there is any transaction balance payment from my end.

            Please check my records waive off all late fee and interest you are applying for no reason.

              A bangalore based real estate company issued and contine to issue 100s of cheques, and all cheques in 100 are bouncing with INSUFFICIENT FUND'
              ANd the bank allow the account holder to further issue .When there is no fund for the 2nd time or 3rd time when the cheque is presented why don't the bank blacklist and stop the nuisance.
              Means as a receiver how to trust the banking system.Please verify in this account there are 100s of bouncing of cheques.

                    I received several emails from icici bank that a new debit card has been issued and sent to my address but i've not received. I was in us at that time and couln't contact the bank. When i went back to india, i contacted the bank and asked them to send the card as it is a mandatory upgrade (Chip card). After 2 days, bank blocked my card saying that a new card has been dispached and i'll receive it in 2 days. But that has never happened. It has been a month since icici bank has blocked my card and i did not receve the new card. Everytime i contact the customer care they make a new story and promise me that i'll get teh card in next 2 days. After so many escalations they agreed that it was their mistake to send the card to old address even after updating the address and so many folllow-ups. I was unable to make any payments or use my account as i have only one account and i am physically not present in india. Now i need to pay extra charges for all the payments that i was not able to make on time and interest for the credit card bill. It also affected my good will and my credit score as i did not pay the bills ontime which is very important for me. I have to borrow money from my friends to pay the bills whhich caused me a lot of trouble and stress. The customer care executives does not have any knowledge to serve a customer, i have to repeat the same questions 2 to 3 times so that they can understand. They are just giving assurance and making false promises but not doing any work. No action has been taken when someone blocked my debit card without my authorization. No action has been taken when the card has been sent to a wrong address even after submitting address change form at the bank. The bank agents are no better than any sales reps you see on roads, they do not have time to take customer complaint but they will spend any amount of time explaining the features of a new credit card which i am not interested in. Overall, this bank is not for customer service. They should realize that they are loosing customers because the way they trat their customers. I was a loyal customer for close to 4 years and so called privileged customer. I had enough privilege service from you.

                        On 10th Oct 2016 I did a wrong Neft Transaction to “Axis bank” instead of “Hdfc Bank” account.

                          They sent an sms which says that i ll get voucher of flipkart by transacting on their app iMobile i do same as there were no conditions apply even on website for same offer they do same again after 2 days
                          So i am eligible for 2 vouchers but when it came to delivery of vouchers even after 2 months they are not giving voucher moreover even after giving screenshots of offers given by them again and again they are demanding same thing and just consuming time but not giving vouchers

                            An employee mr chandan ([protected]) icici bank memari branch burdwan district was visited at my office with the proposal of credit card and accordingly i have applied vide application no - ccapp e[protected], and all the documents were handed over to him along with my photo, after that he didn't contact with me further but later on i came to know by others source that my application got rejected due to low salary, so why he did approached mis sale..? I have asked him to return all the docs and photo but his having attitude problem and after several call still didn't return my docs, now he denied that he will not return the same..
                            Pls look into this with immediate action before happen any fraudulent as the guy is not good.

                                  Hello,

                                  I had registered a complaint for my EDC payment issue and i got request no too[protected] Dt 15-09-16 but none of your executive meet me and i got a SMS saying Thank u for taking time to meet our executive and my issue is not resolved & i got a call from customer care and asking is your issue resolved, i said no one meet me and they closed the ticket and raised a new request[protected] on 21-09-16 and today again i got a same SMS saying "Thank you for taking time to meet our executive but again no one meet me today and still my issue is not yet resolved and again this ticket will be closed.
                                  when i message to the given number in that SMS her Name is "Shalini Alagesan" ([protected]) she is telling "U can tell ur issue tomorrow i ll call u" and "whenever i call u and update in system it ll come like this only" but she never called me at ant time.

                                  Till today my issue is not resolved.

                                    Sir multiple debits were made from my accont at icici for fullish reasons without conveying any information regarding it that mentally traumatised and frustrated me. A recent transaction of ₹328 was made on the name of mabchgs-sep16+stax 42.88. For which i received no information. Prior to it such uninformed transactions had been made and i was charged with nearlly ₹1100 fine for maintaing low balance. Kindly help me to get my money back

                                        Icici tax saving bond -012002-tsb-2.

                                        Address: 560095

                                        My Tax saving bond (2 nos of Rs.5000/- each, option II) matured on 19.6.2005. Certificate No. 6884. Till date I have not received the maturity amount of Rs.6660/- per bond. Kindly look into the matter and help get my maturity amount at the earliest. The deemed date of allotment was 19.2.2002 and the redeemption date was 19.6.2005.
