    I received several emails from icici bank that a new debit card has been issued and sent to my address but i've not received. I was in us at that time and couln't contact the bank. When i went back to india, i contacted the bank and asked them to send the card as it is a mandatory upgrade (Chip card). After 2 days, bank blocked my card saying that a new card has been dispached and i'll receive it in 2 days. But that has never happened. It has been a month since icici bank has blocked my card and i did not receve the new card. Everytime i contact the customer care they make a new story and promise me that i'll get teh card in next 2 days. After so many escalations they agreed that it was their mistake to send the card to old address even after updating the address and so many folllow-ups. I was unable to make any payments or use my account as i have only one account and i am physically not present in india. Now i need to pay extra charges for all the payments that i was not able to make on time and interest for the credit card bill. It also affected my good will and my credit score as i did not pay the bills ontime which is very important for me. I have to borrow money from my friends to pay the bills whhich caused me a lot of trouble and stress. The customer care executives does not have any knowledge to serve a customer, i have to repeat the same questions 2 to 3 times so that they can understand. They are just giving assurance and making false promises but not doing any work. No action has been taken when someone blocked my debit card without my authorization. No action has been taken when the card has been sent to a wrong address even after submitting address change form at the bank. The bank agents are no better than any sales reps you see on roads, they do not have time to take customer complaint but they will spend any amount of time explaining the features of a new credit card which i am not interested in. Overall, this bank is not for customer service. They should realize that they are loosing customers because the way they trat their customers. I was a loyal customer for close to 4 years and so called privileged customer. I had enough privilege service from you.

Bhandari told to my brother that he never gave him his salary from the last month... And ask him not to talk about salary... He also used abused language with my brother abhishek... And told him to that if he will talk about salary he will also used some threatened steps ... I want his salary because no company can hold the salary if employee is present in whole the month... My brother is depressed by this angesh. Bhandari... Please take it is on urgent basis... Nd also pay his salary...

        On 10th Oct 2016 I did a wrong Neft Transaction to “Axis bank” instead of “Hdfc Bank” account.
        And the account number which I have wrongly transferred is:-"[protected]” (Axis Bank account).
        Regarding to this I went to nearest “ICICI BANK Branch” which is located in Financial District,
        Gachibowli Hyderabad.
        And given a hand Written Complaint mentioning about the wrong transaction details.

          They sent an sms which says that i ll get voucher of flipkart by transacting on their app iMobile i do same as there were no conditions apply even on website for same offer they do same again after 2 days
          So i am eligible for 2 vouchers but when it came to delivery of vouchers even after 2 months they are not giving voucher moreover even after giving screenshots of offers given by them again and again they are demanding same thing and just consuming time but not giving vouchers

            An employee mr chandan ([protected]) icici bank memari branch burdwan district was visited at my office with the proposal of credit card and accordingly i have applied vide application no - ccapp e[protected], and all the documents were handed over to him along with my photo, after that he didn't contact with me further but later on i came to know by others source that my application got rejected due to low salary, so why he did approached mis sale..? I have asked him to return all the docs and photo but his having attitude problem and after several call still didn't return my docs, now he denied that he will not return the same..
            Pls look into this with immediate action before happen any fraudulent as the guy is not good.

                  Hello,

                  I had registered a complaint for my EDC payment issue and i got request no too[protected] Dt 15-09-16 but none of your executive meet me and i got a SMS saying Thank u for taking time to meet our executive and my issue is not resolved & i got a call from customer care and asking is your issue resolved, i said no one meet me and they closed the ticket and raised a new request[protected] on 21-09-16 and today again i got a same SMS saying "Thank you for taking time to meet our executive but again no one meet me today and still my issue is not yet resolved and again this ticket will be closed.
                  when i message to the given number in that SMS her Name is "Shalini Alagesan" ([protected]) she is telling "U can tell ur issue tomorrow i ll call u" and "whenever i call u and update in system it ll come like this only" but she never called me at ant time.

                  Till today my issue is not resolved.

                        Icici tax saving bond -012002-tsb-2.

                        Address: 560095

                        My Tax saving bond (2 nos of Rs.5000/- each, option II) matured on 19.6.2005. Certificate No. 6884. Till date I have not received the maturity amount of Rs.6660/- per bond. Kindly look into the matter and help get my maturity amount at the earliest. The deemed date of allotment was 19.2.2002 and the redeemption date was 19.6.2005.

                          I haven't subscribed to my money service but still annual fee for sep to aug-16 345 rupees got deducted. The same amount was deducted in my other Account also from my account for the same service. All these unnecessary deduction makes my account balance below MAB. Then Again they will charge about that also. Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money.

                                ICICI bank is selling DMRC credit card which offers auto top up facility for metro card, I used this card for few months and later on this card stop auto top up, I register complain and later did whatever advice by ICICI bank, but things remain the same than I request for closure of this credit card, which they have done, now they are not transferring excess amount which is in my credit card and asking for less than 200 KB in PDF/JPEG which is not possible, none attachment can be so lower size. First they are selling fake products, secondly not able to short out issue and thirdly when customer wants to close and asking for his money they have lot, I have all mail which has been exchanged with ICICI BANK

                                  I have been using icici bank credit card for quite a number of years and had no issues so far. I was out of station in the month of september and missed my first credit card payment by 5 days, on my return i immediately paid up my credit card payment. 17, 193.00 cr

                                  I received my credit card statement for the following month which contained late payment fees, service tax and interest charges totaling up to 1681.84, i immediately called up icici bank seeking a reversal on this as this the first time i missed on any credit card payment.

                                  The client representative refused saying it can’t be done, which took me by surprise as it’s a generally a norm by card companies to reverse the first late payment fee. My other credit card bank easily obliged and reversed the late payment charge which i expected with icici as well.

                                  After repeated pleas of reversing this charge didn’t yield, i paid up all pending vendor charges of rs 6431 which excluded the above late payment fee and raised a request for cancellation sr[protected].

                                  The cancellation request is unable to complete because of icici late payment charges.

                                  I no longer wish to have any relationship with icici could you pls reverse the late payment fees and cancel my credit card pls, i have stopped using the card since then.

                                    I have been charged late fees and overlimit fee and interest because of non receipt of payment on my icici credit card. I have an auto debit set up for min pay but somehow it didnt get paid for the month of august. when i called them, they told me that they wont be able to reverse the amount until i pay the minimum due.
                                    I had enough funds in my savings account for the minimum payment to be paid by the auto debit.
                                    i was told by the customer service agent that i will receive a call back but i didnt receive any.
                                    i keep getting calls from collections and i have to explain them the same thing again and again.
                                    Now the bank expects me to pay the amount, where they havent even explained to me why the auto debit didnt go through in the first place.
                                    Iam worried now that i have not paid the bills for the last 2 months, coz iam not ready to pay until they resolve the issue created by them, .
                                    What can i do to stop the bank harassing me and clearing the confusion created by them.

                                    I dont have time to call them and explain them over and over again.

                                    Further update. Icicibank sent someone at my residence to collect the minimum due while i was away.
                                    1) They didnt have a courtesy to call and tell me that they are sending someone to collect the money.
                                    2) I will not pay anything until you resolve the issue.
                                    3) I dont need anyone coming to collect the payment as iam capable of making online payments.
                                    4) Stop sending your representatives at my residence as iam not running away from making payments.
                                    5) Do your duty of resolving your customers queries before you send someone to collect money.
