Dear Sir,

I am fed up with ICICI bank, They deduct something or the other from my account without any prior notice/Information. Many a times I faced lot of Problems because of there deduction policy.
recent deduction : Debit card fee 172 Rupees, DP Charges 805 rupees on 28/10/2016

They are ruining my Life. Please help

    Hi ICICI Management,

    I am the reliable customer of ICICI bank since long time. I have running saving account, FD, Home loan & my husband having Salary account with ICICI & credit card.

    We have running other account in KOTAK\HDFC\AXIX\CITI & whenever they deduct single rupees, first they intimate us thru mail\call\message then they give some time to maintain the amount.

    Today I spoke to CC (Omprakash) regarding amount deduction from my account due to maintain the minimum balance since 7-8 month PM 500-600 rupees deducted from my account without any intimation. Can someone answer why ICICI people not intimate me before deducting this amount? & What is the process to get this amount back as this happened due to gap of communication\intimation?

    We are expecting positive response from you.

    In addition I am sharing the feedback of CC: When CC people not aware about the process & not able to solve the query in call, why they did not transfer the call to his\her superior.

      This is gaurav agnihotri from sehore (m. p.),
      I have also done complent 1st, 2nd, &3rd step of complent but there are no resolution my complent.
      Your bank employees are mr. pawan and mr. sanjay are commit me a false commitment. they said me sir if you are opend new icici a/c with 25000 or above company provide you a credit card with limit ₹70000, then i opend an a/c then mr. pawan collected my all document but there are not provided me credit card. and your complent team which is 1st, 2nd, &3rd also not provided me any solutions.
      Now i am going to consumer foram and also close my a/c.
      Its very bad and poor service and company personal are very fraud..

                I m getting calls from icic for lifetime free credit card from no:[protected]
                When i ask them about any information regarding icici bank, they disconnects the line.
                I m getting 8-9 calls everyday
                Though i have already submitted the credit card form along with necessary documents, these people (Who calls me everyday) don't have any record about that.

                Please do the needful as early as possible

                  I need clarification on same or i'm going to file case on same you.. Icici bank they are doing fraud & using public money to grow your money..

                  Kindly refund same amount with interest to my account...

                    Details of complaint to ICICI on 20/10/2016: I requested for balance transfer of around RS 580000 from Axis to ICICI at the rate of interest 11.69%, The agent promised me 0% pre-closure charge after 1 year but now ICICI person call and told me that application made for Rs 1000000 and the pre-closure charge is 5% even after a year, please don't disburse the loan until I confirm.

Now i requested for the same but my request has been declined saying my employer is not listed in icici bank details.in that case, why your people told me that it will be converted and if it is not possible i don't want the account.

                        My self shailender yadav a local man from boisar area requesting you to remove your board from the passage . Because of this board so many persons unknowingly hit this board in there heads and damaged there heads. Today in front of mine I was standing in the queue of atm and suddenly a man came from axis bank atm and directly hit by your atm board by this it was hit it so hard and local people carries him to a local hospital.
                        The board was installed less than the 5 feet hieght. And the very next the axis bank board was installed at more than 7 feet hieght.
                        So kindly I am requesting you to remove that board or increase the height of board with in a week.
                        If the board was not removed from that place and because of that if anyone heads will damaged or anything happens to anyone then the icici bank is the sole responsible for that.
                        For your concern I have attached the image of the board

                          I'm a NRI Doctor residing in U.K. I haveboth NRE & NRO savings bank accounts with ICICI bank.I have not used my NRE account since june 2015 and there was a balance amount of Rs.90, 351 .The bank has set up unauthourised direct debit mandate and has taken money in monthly installments from june 2016 and reduced my account balance to 0.51 paisa. There has been 4 withdrawal transactions with a reference number LBBNG[protected]- LN INST.I made a £50 money 2 india transfer on 22/8/2016 & that is minimal amount to keep my account active and when I checked my account balance I noted these unauthourised transactions.I immediately contacted ICICI NRI phone banking in UK and I spoke to 5 different officials almost for 2 hours.They kept on insisting it was a loan repayment. I repeatedly told them I have not taken any loan & these are unauthourised transactions.They did not take me seriously. Left with no option I put in written complaint to ICICI NRI banking on 22/8/16. I have sent repeated emails -all I have received so far is acknowledgements to my repeated complaint .The initial 2 acknowledgements they gave deadline to respond & breached these deadlines. Then from 3rd acknowledgment they stopped giving deadline to respond.After the £50 transfer my account balance was Rs.4330/-.Inspite of me complaining they further carried out 1 more unauthourised withdrawal from account. I received a phone call from ICICI banking official from Hyderabad on 05/10/2016 stating it was an ERROR on part of the bank.This almost 6 weeks after my initial complaint.They had by mistake set up some other customer's loan repayment from my account & they were busy all this while trying to recover that money from that customer. He told me the bank will put money back but not in the account they have taken from but into my other account that is NRO account because it is convenient for them. I cannot understand this callous attitude of this bank.I declined consent to use my other account & insisted they put money back into the account from where they have taken.He agreed i& informed me it will be done within 3 working days .He also agreed to give me written explanation. It has been more than 20 days I have still not had my money refunded and no written explanation. I have lost faith in this bank .Though it is a small amount involved it is a question of probity & integrity.I'm appalled by this bank service. I'm deeply disappointed that complaints procedure is not robust .The RBI website gives online complaint form for banking ombudsman and THIS DOES NOT WORK.They give contact phone numbers & email ID for regional banking Ombudsamn officers.I tried to contact Mrs.C.R.Samyuktha, Bangalore division by phone --- nobody answers this phone it just keeps ringing.The email I sent to her I had it return back as mailer daemon. So all this banking ombudsman-- is this an eyewash exercise? so are we supposed to get tired of trying to complain & give up.If this is the state of affairs at RBI then why I'm so surprised with the ICICI bank?Well, this experience has shook my faith in Indian banking system but will not give up.

                                  It is a matter of the late payment according to the ICICI credit card, I made the payment before time and when i spoke to the CC dept they said we got the payment late and then after i requested to speak with the manager and they told me that manager will give you call back with in 24 to 48 hours and till date never got the call back and after some days back somebody called me from ICIC stating about the reward points, i thought they closed my account, but i come to know (to be honest i am in shock ) they are now saying i own 4000+ some amount which i am totally not liable to pay.

                                  False promises on the call by advisors, manager never calls back, even all these i took a follow up on this, i did their job keeping a follow up and one of the advisor on the call said that we will wiave off the panelties amount, i spoke to the manager about it and my manager will also call back once it is clear so that i can use my card regularly then after... But as usual false promise no one called. I also left my another number to the advisors to call back, as second time i had a word with them and thwy said we called you thats what i can see on system; that is another lie from the advisors.

                                  I hold another kotak credit card as well you can check my record with them... I started my card with them withthe limit of 18k and now in current position they have increases it to 43k becuse if my relation with them and i must admit these people are far better then ICICI bank. I never missed my CC payments neither with kotak or ICICI, i am that much pricisly taking care if my payments.

                                  I feel like cheated, i would request you to please look into this and get this matter sorted

                                    I had online requested for personal loan to which I had been asked to submit my documents at shastri Nagar Batala branch .I had submitted all the documents and signed the form also about a month ago at the branch. They opened my salary account and told me to wait for personal loan. Mr Ajay Prinja asked Mr Gurmeet Singh of icici branch Batala to collect documents from me.Now they are neither giving me my documents nor sanction my loan.

                                      When i call to customer care getting ivr options press 0 for unblock card. For banking account press1 after its asking to enter account number 038xxxxxxx94 and asking to enter atm pin 54xx and after entering in descending order of my pin it says invalid if i was able to withdraw cash from icici account with pin number. But its not accepting in phone banking even i was changed its reaching more attempts and disconnecting call. Such a worst service experiencing not able to speak with customer care executive with icici.
                                      Not able to deposit cash in vijayawada bharathi nagar branch they were saying acoount number not belongs to you and linked with some other person name aruna or savitri and not able to understand why the branch staff member at cash counter are bluffing customers with indecent reason entering wrong details in system. Saying you are not concern of that account number[protected]. I am using this account since 1 year opened at banjara hills branch hyderabad. How can he say i am account holder.

                                      Please check my account number[protected] is it possible to use my account with some other person name. How can give same account for 2 individual persons. Savings account can only operated by single individual. If it right say yes or no.

                                        This is to inform that I have been using ICICI Bank credit card since almost 4 years now for almost[protected]. This time I had once again received the yearly charges debited to my account. On request to wave it off the officer named Ms. Zeba rashly told that you can go for other banks credit card. Even after telling her that she was rude in talking there were no apologies from her side she told that you can go and complaint to the bank or anywhere.

                                        The question is that, even being a regular and loyal customer the bank has no regards for the customers and deal with them as if they are lying on road (on top of what scandal has happened for ATM Machines been hacked recently) why a customer should suffer for a pathetic customer service provided by the bank.

                                        It suggests that customers need to move to some better bank credit card at least where customer service is better
