Details of complaint to ICICI on 20/10/2016: I requested for balance transfer of around RS 580000 from Axis to ICICI at the rate of interest 11.69%, The agent promised me 0% pre-closure charge after 1 year but now ICICI person call and told me that application made for Rs 1000000 and the pre-closure charge is 5% even after a year, please don't disburse the loan until I confirm.

Today, 26/10/2016, i noticed that the loan amount is disbursed to my account and the insurance premium also detected with out a call or SMS notification. So, i sent an e-mail, requesting the reason why its disbursed without my consent.(not even collected any document/cancelled cheque leaf, etc)
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I didn't get the pin number also
