I had invested Rs 10, 000 in ICICI Safety Bonds in February 2001. Application No B9990804. But, I have not yet received the maturity payment for the same.

Meanwhile, my postal address has changed. Could you please help me with getting the maturity amount?

      I had a outstanding amount of around 67000 rs last month woth a minimum pay amount 3163 which is 5% of total outstanding.. After that i paid 5000 within due date... Now this month i got my bill saying the outstanding is 72000 with a minimum pay of around 6000 which is double of 5%.. Now when i called icici customer care they told me minimum pay is 5% of total outstanding.. So i told them that the minimum of my current outstanding should not go beyond 3500. Then they said bank 5% is different then your 5%. Ok after that i said to calculate in calculator.. The person denied doing anything and said this is what it is while at the beginning she clearly told minimum pay is 5% of total outstanding.. Then i told to stop and listen first and she disconnected the call. Is this how icici bank loot there customer.. My friends warned against icici and asked to go for citibank and i thought they are not fraud.. Now how to go with this

        The courier boy from xpressbees company done bad behaviour and rude while recieving my cheque book at my home.
        He used to always behave rude and used abusive language while recieving the cheque book .
        I will not recieve cheque book from expressbees and want action towards him.

          I am Karthikeyan, salaried account holder in ICICI bank since 2013, with T.Nagar Branch, Chennai.My account number[protected]. On 1st July 2016, i made a wrong fund transfer to City Union Bank, Vellore Branch, the amount of Rs.5200/-. while entering the account no, am made a mistake, I would like to transfer the amount to this account no [protected], Mr. Ezhilarasn but am done trasnfer to this Account No:[protected], in account no last digit instead 2 am entered 3, and done the transfer to this wrong account no also.In this regard i am contacted ICICI customer care on 2nd July 2016, they advised me, you could made a complaint through any ICICI Branch, based on their feedback I went to Siruseri Branch, OMR, Chennai and submitted the Complaint Letter to Complaints Deck in ICICI Siruseri Branch. The Complaint was initiated by Ms. Shanthini - ICICI Siruseri Branch Officer, after that she advice me you will get the responses with in 3 working days, more than 10 days gone I could not get any responses from their end, then am checked with through ICICI customer care about processing status on this regard, they are provided concern branch Manager Contact No, provided contact no was [protected]. I called this no and asked about the complaint status, through this no i connected with Ms.Shanthini, she told me that we are already processed you request from our end, still we are not get any responses from City Union Bank, so you could wait for few more days, once we get the responses from them, we will update you, after that I could not get any responses from them, similarly way i was tried more 30 times am contacted both Customer Care Executive as well as the Concern Branch Manager and processing executive also, whenever i called them they are simply said we could not get any responses from City Union Bank, so you could wait for the same, we will update you on this, after that also there is no responses more over 2 months.

          Then am done the escalation on this through ICICI Customer Care, they are also processed for few more days on this request and catch the concern ICICI branch Manager due to escalation, through this way of channel I talk to ICICI Siruseri Branch Manager and Complaints Supervisor Mr. Senthil. when am talked with Senthil He is told that until now we could not get any responses from City Union Bank, we are also made too many reminders on your request with City Union Bank.

          After that the Customer Care executive advise me, you could approach City Union Bank directly, then I went to City Union Bank, they are not responding properly, they ask me to come up with through ICICI only, we could not take request from you, then i replied them am already come up with through ICICI also, but your bank does not responded on ICICI request, that's why I came to here, then i called customer care executive through out them i catch the Mr. Senthil, then am given my mobile to City Union Branch Executive, then both together (Mr.Senthil & CUB Executive) discussed on this, CUB executive provided on more mail ID to Senthil, this process was also done on 10 days before, until I could not get any responses from their end. Last three days I tried to catch Mr.Senthil, to check the current status, but am unable to catch him, because i tried to above said contact no, pick my call by one of lady executive, she replied, Senthil Sir Busy or in meeting or he is not available nu.

          Totally I was get and too much o[censored]pset and fructuated on this, now almost gone more than 4 months, Until Now I don't know about this process, what's going on between two Banks whether its ICICI or CITY Union Bank, So that finally am dropping this complaint so please solve my problem ASAP. this is my mobile number [protected].

            Same case happened with me. One person called from mobile no [protected] on 21st Sep, 22nd Sep, I did not bother much and did not share any info of my ICICI credit card. Finally, on 26th Sept a person named Abhinav Bhattacharya called and told that since I am getting new credit card, reward points need to be transferred and hence asked me to share credit card details. I somehow shared and then said that share OTP which I would have received by message. And they convinced saying that this is not purchase since no amount is being reflected in the message and its only points transfer transaction. ANd I shared an OTP and then realised that transaction of 8, 300 has happened.

            Pls do not entertain these type of calls.

            1. I also wanted to share one more info that few days before this, I got call from ICICI credit card department to change to new upgraded credit card to which I said OK to upgrade. I am surprised that how come some third party came to know that I am changing my card and started discussion from the point that since I am changing my credit card...
            2. Secondly, I also wanted to know from ICICI bank that while in all messages received for transaction, the amount is reflected and how come in this transaction amount was not reflecting and hence these people convinced me that this is not a financial transaction.
            3. Now what can be done about this transaction of INR 8, 300?

              Atm power cut while withdrawing transaction was in process

              My name is hemalatha shekaran (Joint account with my husband) from bangalore.

              Money counting (Sound) was in process, due to power cut, cash was not delivered but amount gets deducted. No ups or generator facility available, power may comeback after 1 hour or half an hour, that's what the security told me. "immediately" within 5 to 10 minutes after this problem checked nearby icici atm - balance shows after deduction. Details...

              I have swipe credit card on 17 oct of amount 24200 and shop holder reverted amount to bank. But my credit card bill is generated on 3 nov but till date revert amount is not credited to credit card. I called icici customer care they told me the fulll amount they will not consider the reverted amount in oct bill. But after 3 nov credited amount is not considering oct month bill.                 Please note that i had done some shopping from my Debit card No. [protected] on dated 28/10/2016 around 6.30 pm but due to some reasons i had to cancel that transaction. Rs.22800 got deducted from my account immediately, I am writing this after 5 working days of bank but no refund of void payment has been made till now.

                Most frustrating part of the story is that when i visited ICICI branch they said call customer care person. When I called customer care they said ask that shop person.

                Please find the attached copy of the void sale transaction and help me out.

                  Sir/Madam,

                  This is to lodge a complaint against ICICI Bank Credit Card Department who has illegally put the amount in my savings account on lien for credit card outstanding. There was absolutely no communication (via email, phone call and hard copy letter.
                  my salary is 25000 and it was credited on last day of Sep 2016 and I went to withdrawal but there is no single rs in my account.
                  This is worst situation I am facing now even I do not have single rupees right now I was waiting for my salary to feed
                  Due to this I am facing so much trouble and I am working in Gurgaon my hometown is Punjab up . How will I survive for this month I have no money. So much depress right now. It be possible that I will attempt to sucide, I live alone in Delhi. That is the only money by which I can survive in Delhi. When I enquired about this they talked very arrongantly and said that they have authority to do whatever they want on our savings bank.

                  I have 1 credit cards from ICICI against which ICICI are showing a balance of Rs 13, 000

                  Credit Card No. [protected]- Limit- Rs-30, 000/-

                  This month payment is pending and due date is 14/11/2016. I went to ICICI bank today for this credit card payment, and found they have put a lien on my savings account.

                  As mentioned above, this has illegally put the amount in my savings account on lien for credit card outstanding. There was absolutely no communication (via email, phone call and hard copy letter).

                  I was not at all contacted either by Credit Card Dept or Recovery Dept.They are insisting that only after I make a payment of 13, 000/-, they will release the lien.

                  Particularly look for answers to the following queries from my side:

                  1. Why wasn't I contacted about details regarding the case, during the case investigations at all?
                  2. Why was I not informed about the one sided decision taken by the bank?

                  How can credit card department put amount from my saving account on lien for recovery without informing me/ my authorization?

                  Please remove the lien on my saving's account at the earliest.

                  I request you to please contact ICICI bank and remove lien on my savings account.

                    A bank official issued statements of my savings account unauthorised to some individuals. When I reported the same, the bank employee called me and said that he is scared as he might lose his job. Post which I have got no response even after repeated follow ups on my mail from customer care.

                    It has been 3 weeks after the complaint but no resolution. Seems like the branch people are hand in gloves with the persons involved with Fraudulent statement generation.

                      I am getting message from ICIC bank that your EMI for home loan is due on 5th for Loan Account 3417. I haven't taken any loan from ICIC bank nor I have any kind of relationship with said bank.

                      ICIC Bank need to check their database and correct it accordingly. I don't want such useless messages coming to my mobile.

                      Ensure that you correct it ASAP.

                        While making a payment of rs. 1506 for the post of food analyst at fssai, i opted net banking payment from my yes bank on icici eazypay, however, while my account was debited, i received a failed transaction page of citrus. I checked my account and it was debited for rs. 1506. I contacted citrus, they said to contact icici, to which icici bank (Eazy pay) said since i did not have an account with them, they can't do anything about it.
                        I called citrus back, and they said they are just payment partner and they also can't do a thing about it.
                        I am stuck, and left in a deadlock situation where my money is lost forever. This is kind of agony i am going through. I have attached failed transaction page of citrus and have provided transaction details below. Please help me out to settle this issue.

                        payment done thru eazypay merchant is absconding after the successful transaction ..

                        One of merchant shared the eazypay link to make the payment which i did after promising the service. Post the successful transaction thru eazypay merchant is NOT at all responding to my calls and his mobile number and office number is switched off :(

                        I want to know whether merchant can withdraw the money immediately how do i track him, or to give a police complaint ..

                        I have the transaction id with me if someone send me a e mail @ [protected]@gmail.com i will connect with

                        payment done thru eazypay merchant is absconding after the successful transaction..

                        We cannot trust this app at all .. ICICI CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM CAN YOU PLEASE PLEASE HELP...

                          (Mid june 2016) on tel con, icici bank's executive told me he ll give me a card whch 'd be lifetime free
                          When i applied for d card de send me a premium crd which i came to know few month later.
                          De immediately started sending d bills though i never used d card.
                          Now i want to cancel d card but they r saying if you submit d joining fees den only ur card'll get cancel.
                          ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          I have seen one debit transaction of
                          26/10/[protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-16 Dr. 805.00
                          I do not have any demat account. I do not know if I should mention my account detail here or not. But please contact me on [protected] and resolve my issue ASAP.

                            I am forced to write this email following a very negative experience with the ICICI Bank. I had always thought of ICICI Bank as a customer friendly and reputed establishment. But I have been sorely disappointed. In fact, I have been misled by your Agent Mr Dipanjan Mondal regarding my loan application and subsequent clearance of the same. I have tried to be patient and had even withdrawn a prior complaint when Mr. Mondal had assured me that the matter would be handled. However, he has proved to be evasive and untrustworthy. Please find below brief information on the matter. I have attached the related prior communication with this email for your reference.

                            - I met Mr Dipanjan Mondal on July 27, 2016 for applying for a loan of Rs 2 lakh wherein I could repay the EMI over a period of 5 years. Before meeting him I applied for loan in July 2016 via your website. Then from Delhi Office one ICICI representative called me and took some details. After that I received a mail stating that my loan application has been provisionally approved and I am eligible for availing the Facility. The mail also stated that an ICICI Bank representative will contact me within 2 working days to collect documents for further processing of Personal Loan. Then Mr. Dipanjan Mondal contacted me. I was told that I would come to know about the EMI amount only after my application was scrutinized and the loan was sanctioned by the bank. As part of this application process, I provided statements of my salary account and savings account to Mr Mondal on the email that he had shared ([protected]@gmail.com). He had asked for these statements. Subsequently, on July 30, 2016, a person came from ICICI Bank to my house for verification.

                            - On August 2, I got repeated call from[protected] and[protected] for confirmation of some information which was sent to me on my official mail id ([protected]@sighstavers.org). However, when I checked, there was no email from ICICI Bank. Meanwhile, Mr Mondal informed me through WhatsApp that a loan of Rs 1.5 lakh had been sanctioned. But even though I asked repeatedly, I was not told why Rs 2 lakh was not sanctioned nor was I told about the EMI amount. On August 4, I called the landline and the person who took my call said that only the sales person who had dealt with me could tell me what the EMI amount is. After further follow up with Mr Mondal, he provided me an email id (anit.[protected]@icicibank.com) and suggested me to provide my details. I myself provided the required information and sent to the mail id –anit.[protected]@icicibank.com.
                            - But then on August 6 2016 (Saturday), amount of Rs. 143, 063, 00 was credited into my Salary account of Standard Chartered bank (AC No: [protected]) from N[protected]S935|CMS[protected] ICICI BANK RAROG. I still did not know how much amount as EMI I have to pay. I also asked about the Loan application Number. That was also not given to me. I called in Customer Care also on August 8. The Customer Care Executive said that there is nothing showing regarding my loan application. They took my PAN CARD Number, Registered Telephone number, Address, email. They were still unable able to find any information about my loan. They suggested me to contact the ICICI branch immediately.

                            - On August 10, I received an sms saying a welcome kit had been sent to my email id on August 9. But I didn’t get any such email. The same day my friend Mr. Rajat Roy called the ICICI Bank and spoke to Mr. Chandan Karmakar (phone no [protected]). From him, we came to know that my loan ref no is LPCAL[protected] and that I have to pay an EMI of Rs 5422 for 3 years. I did not have any say in this matter. I had clearly shared that I could only pay EMI upto Rs 4000 and would need more time for the repayment. Mr Karmakar shared your email id and I wrote a complaint to you on August 10. However, Mr Mondal assured me that he would look into this matter and requested me to withdraw the complaint and I did so on August 11. He said that my EMI will not exceed Rs 4000.

                            - On mid of August I got a letter (dated 10th August) from ICICI Bank saying Rs 5422/- had been received as my EMI. I contacted Mr Mondal. He said that there may have been some mistake and that EMI of Rs 4222 was to be deducted. Then on September 1st 2016, amount of Rs.5422 was deducted as EMI - an amount which I had not agreed on and for which I had not given any confirmation. Mr Mondal called me and again said that the amount of Rs.5422 had been deducted by mistake. This time, he mentioned three options for EMI (1) Rs. 5422 for 3 years (2) Rs. 4222 for 4 years and (3) Rs 3000 for 5 years. I agreed to Rs. 4222 for 4 years. He then said from 1st October onwards my EMI will be Rs. 4222 for 4 years and also assured me that a similar letter will come with the mentioned amount. He also assured me that the date of EMI will also be changed from 1st to 5th of every month as this was also requested.

                            - But again on 1st October 2016, the same amount of Rs. 5422 was deducted and for that I did not receive any prior notification. On following up with Mr Mondal, he said that the deducted extra amount of Rs. 1200 will be returned back to me within 12 days and also from November onwards EMI of Rs. 4222 has been approved. This again did not happen and Rs. 5422 was deducted on 1st of November 2016. When I contacted him on 1st November 2016, Mr. Mondal said that he will let me know everything by 2nd November as he is on leave. He further mentioned that ICICI bank will return the extra amount i.e. Rs 2400 (deducted for September and October) either in cash or in cheque. However, till date, I have not received any official letter (as email or in hard copy) regarding this. I have also not received any welcome kit or any other official document regarding the loan.

                            - I would also like to bring to your notice that he told me that complaining about him will not make any difference!

                            The whole experience has been very frustrating and I have lost trust in ICICI Bank. I am being forced to pay an EMI that I had not agreed to and cannot pay. Also, I had even acceded to a personal request from Mr Mondal for a loan of Rs 1400 for some medical treatment for his father. I had done this to support a human being who then later turned out to be completely untrustworthy.
                            I am requesting you to change the EMI amount from Rs 5422 for 3 years to Rs.4222 for 4 years and for repayment of the additional amount that was deducted in the previous months. I also want to receive an official letter outlining this. If this is not possible, then let me know about the procedure for cancelling a loan. I would like to return the money and put an end to this harrowing episode.
                            If this matter is not resolved at the earliest, I will be forced to pursue other options. My family and friends who have witnessed my travails are already becoming disillusioned with ICICI Bank and are also urging me to share my negative experience.
                            Please ensure that immediate corrective action is taken. Also, please consider this letter as an official complaint against Mr Dipanjan Mondal who gave me false assurances and caused considerable problems. He has brought ICICI Bank into disrepute. He should be held accountable for his actions in dealing with a customer in such a fashion. He also needs to be made to return the money he took from me.

                              Myself Mukesh Kumar having as a/c[protected] in ICICI Bank main market branch, Karnal. I was withdrawal money to ICICI Bank ATM main market branch RS. 10000/- on dated 14/09/2016 around 3.50 Pm. When I tried again to withdrawal RS. 10000/- from my account then I received RS. 5000/- only machine running but cash not received . I received 10000/- debited from my account. The money 5000/- wrong deducted to my account. I given information to Security Guard. He called to atm concern person. ATM person said security guard for not enter any person in ATM machine room. I wait around two hours there. But nobody came there. Then I inform to bank manager Ms. Surbhi. She told me I complaint to customer care no. [protected]. I called customer care but they said to me for wait 24 hours. They did not note my complaint. I want 48 hours but I didn't receive my money. I called to customer care on dated 16/09/16 and note this SR[protected]. I wait Seven days. After seven days I called to customer care but they replied for successful entry to my account and close my complaint. I called again to customer care for not received my money. They replied for complaint in ICICI BANK MAIN MARKET BRANCH.I given complaint in above said branch. Bank manager said me for wait 15-20 days. I am very upset for this. I am earn very low salary. How I will be manage my monthly expenses. I request you pls take necessary action as soon as possible.

                              We would like to submit that as per the preliminary verifications from our end, the transaction of Rs.10, 000.00 from ICICI Bank ATM debited from your account on September 14, 2016 is found to be successful and fully paid.

                              We would like to inform you that for cases where Electronic Journal (EJ)/audit roll states that transaction is successful, we would not be able to reverse the amount from our end.                                 As per the labour law the work should not exceed not more than 8 hours a day. But the ICICI Bank makes its employees to work for more than 10 hours a day without paying any overtime pay. This is the not only organisation who exploits the human work. There are other organisations doing the same. I request the concern department of government to take action against it and make stringent laws to stop this exploitation.
