I opened a new account on the suggestion of a Ms pratibha lokhande who sits in dhole patil road branch in msy 2016.Submitted all documents that were required and everything was okay for 3 months. Suddenly my bank account name changed over nite!!! I was not informed by either text message or email or call that this account change happened and I could neither use the cheque book or transfer any funds from this account!!! When I contacted Ms pratibha lokhande she totally acted like I don't know anything about this and how come after 3 months this is happening. Instead of solving my problem she is back questioning me and on top of that she was so rude.Also as I noticed this problem on Friday evening not even the call centre was willing to help me.They totally denied accessing my account and advised me to go to the branch on Monday.I was supposed to beleft stranded the entire weekend!!! And all because of their fault!! I was not able to transfer funds, withdraw use cheque book!!!When I called lokhande again on Monday she failed to help me saying systems are down and never heard from her after that. Tried calling call center and they said they will call me back and never sorted my issue. My account us still on a wrong name .Additionally my account was not enabled for net banking by lokhande which ideally they shud have done at the time of account opening. I am now transfering my money to another bank and shutting ties with this fraud bank once and for all.The employees like pratibha lokhande are least bothered about customer concerns and want to sit on their chairs and warm it the whole day.That's all they want to do.If the management is readin this kindly take strict action against pratibha lokhande who has not only given worst customer service but not even bothered to solve the issue.I wil never recommend this bank to anyone

      I am an ICICI customer for the last 6 plus years and I moved to the bahrain about 24 months ago, I cannot access my online banking or pay my bills because i cannot access my online account without the OTP number, my india mobile number is updated in ICICI and no longer exists. I need to update my bahrain mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all. Its depressing to see that customers at international locations were not thought of when implementing OTP. Please somebody help me to get my bahrain phone number updated or suggest a way to go about getting it updated.

      Appreciate any help. Thanks.

        More line quu then cash counter boy or icici staff no accepting no see my proof. Icici staff me not change say. Why the reason is no answer then police call.
        No fir.
        But rbi rolls is one day 4000 one person
        I am not also exchange old money no any bank.

          I tried to transfer some money to other bank account through NEFT and in the end of the procedure it asked me to enter GRID values, which i did correctly but for some stupid reason it was showing me this msg "Your Grid card authentication has been disabled, Call our 24 hour Customer Care Centre and ask to enable Grid card authentication". I have entered all the values very carefully and cross-checked it many times yet same error. Then i tried calling 24hour Customer Care Center which is totally useless in this regard as no real person picks but a stupid automated system. It's been a week and i am not able to make online purchases/transactions. If my problem is not solved soon then i will be forced to close my ICICI a/c no[protected] and post a gloomy review on how lame ICICI online services can be. Pathetic support ICICI.

            I have a demat account in icici bank for 3 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction '59344145 dp chgs till sep-16- 510.74 on 10-11-16'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

              My New ATM Card of ICICI Bank was blocked. For removal of the block as per ICICI Bank information i used the services of phone banking on[protected]. I am sorry to say in spite of my repeated attempt it is not materialised to remove the block. I requested the ICICI Bank Trichy road Branch to help to remove the block. They tried and again it is not succesful again. May i request the concern authority to advise to whom to contact in person in ICICI Bank in Coimbatore. For security reasons i am not giving my A/C No as well as ATM Card no.

                I visited this branch to get some new currency and I was advised by a junior manager to come back around 5:30pm I reached bank at 6:10 pm but Mr. Prasanna Kumar showed me the paper outside the bank which was about bank regular timings 9-6 pm. I want to request ICICI bank director India to not to recruit such insensitive and non co-operative staff for such responsible profile.He didn't realize that nationwide people are working few extra hours due to current sudden currency change scenario.
                Would never like to open my account here.Dropped the idea.

                    I had applied for a car loan from ICICI on 10th september 2016. The bank person took documents, and after 4 days, without any information or notification, they have approved and disbursed the loan amount to the car dealer. In this days I had visited the dealer to see the car and due to a lots of miscommunication with the car, I was not satisfied and decided to cancel the deal. I have immediately informed the bank person to cancel my loan application, but I was surprised, that, he says - the loan is approved and also disbursed. I was surprised, because I am the customer who is taking a loan, but without my concern, how they can disburse the amount to the dealer. I didn't get any SMS or Mail atall.

                    Now, from that day, I have communicated with the dealer as well as the bank person to know how to Cancel the loan, but the bank person completely denies that they can't cancel.

                    Then I have sent a mail to the customer care of ICICI two times, and each time I am getting reply that I have to talk to my bank executive for this matter.
                    What a surprise reply from bank !!! The customer care is not liable to help their customer, the bank executive is not saying anything positive about cancelling the loan, and the local ICICI branch has no authority to help me because this loan has been sanctioned from the Kolkata Head Office person.

                    After about 2 weeks, I had decided to visit the head office of ICICI in Kolkata, Park Street. When I reached there, the security person asks for the name with whom I want to meet and the purpose. When I shared my purpose, he called the Relationship Manager of Car loan, Kolkata Mrs. Shikha Sahay. The RM was completely aware of my name already from the executive, and she let me waited outside for about an hour. Then came out of office and in reception area, she fluently says that if I want to cancel, I have to pay a massive amount for it. Anyway, I have agreed to pay. Then she asks me to call again the executive to know the procedure.
                    That day, when I called the executive again, then the executive Mr. Sandip Ghosh tells me that I have to write an official mail to the RM requesting the Cancellation. I was surprised again!!! After 2 weeks, on 27th September, he says that I have to mail. But he sent me the mail id of Mrs. Sahay(the RM) on 3rd October saying that that was the month end time on 28-30th September and he took leave on 1st and 2nd October.
                    When I received the mail ID, I sent the application within 2-3 hours to the RM(shikha.[protected]@icicibank.com). But there was no reply at all. After over 2 weeks, on 19th October, the RM replied to my mail saying they have logged in the application of cancellation for process. And after 2-3 days there was a call from that executive that I have to pay total 9625 Rs. for cancellation. I asked what is the reason for this huge amount? And, got reply that 3400 rs for cancel charge, 3000 rs for processing fees and rest of the amount for interest from 16th September to 20th October which shall be paid by me.
                    Now another surprise for me - they asked me for that money and threatened that if I don't pay that amount they'll not ever cancel my loan and they will make a bad reflection to my CIBIL score.
                    Now I was completely helpless, and decided to pay the amount. I have paid the total amount of 9625/- by cheque(HDFC - 000003) on 27th October 2016. The amount has already been deducted from my account. I have also got confirmation from the Car Dealer that they also have reverted the whole loan amount to ICICI bank.

                    But, till today 11th November 2016, the loan has not been cancelled. I am getting notifications by SMS and mail about my EMI till now, but not any notification or confirmation that the Loan has been CANCELLED SUCCESSFULLY !!!

                    I am not getting any loan from any other bank as my CIBIL score says bad and shows I have a loan whose EMI is defaulted by me. Please help me.

                      Sir, i got two personal protection policy of icici limbard pay to equal installment subject to withdrawal at any time without any deduction within one year. icici limbard pick up payment from my icici credit card without any intimation. since icici limbard cheating me, i cancelled my policy. mr. kapoor (mobile no. [protected]) informed me that my request for cancellation of policy has been considered. i am in great sock that my amount has not refunded deposited but credit card department still given bill in account. kindly settle my problem otherwise i will file civil suit for making fraud with me by the icici department within 7 days. my credit card no.                             I want to let you know that i have received a fraud call from the sake of my Snapdeal compliant which i registered with this open complaint forum on web form where fraudulent took my number and elaborate the situation i have mentioned on the forum during the conversation they try to fetch my details to compensate for the product i.e Debit card number / Valid thoru / Cvv i just told them debit card number and denied to provide them Valid throu and Cvv (was aware about banks instruction not to share with anyone even back personal as well) and cut the phone.

                              My Self Srikanth babu. Darisinala, I am having a Salary/Saving Account in “ICICI BANK” with Account Number:-"[protected]".
                              On 10th Oct 2016 I did a wrong Neft Transaction to “Axis bank” instead of “Hdfc Bank” account.
                              And the account number which I have wrongly transferred is:-"[protected]” (Axis Bank account).
                              Regarding to this I went to nearest “ICICI BANK Branch” which is located in Financial District,
                              Gachibowli Hyderabad.
                              And given a hand Written Complaint mentioning about the wrong transaction details, but till today i did not any response... one month i going to be Finish but my money did not came back to my account.
                              So I please Request to follow up Axis bank people and help me in getting my money back to my Account.

                              "and one important note i have to mention here this is not for icici people this is for Consumer complaints forum admin please don't make our complaints visible to all lot of frauds are calling and asking for card details..."

                                Dear friend
                                Today at pahariya branch, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh the branch Manger Mr Prashant Bansal employee code 330809 has not deposited my 7000 Rupees becos I was having only original I'd proof not the xerox one. It's really pathetic. I returned from the bank and there was hardly 10 deposited at that time at 4.30 pmapx today 10 Nov 2016. When I said to get it xerox internally he said there is no ink in cartilage. I was shocked that as a manager who is responsible for not having ink.I m having my account for more than 10 years.In this type of situation how a customer will continue n encourage others for any type of investment. There and his junior behaviour were also not acceptable at all.i hope you take cognizance of this matter.

                                    My name is Purushotham.N, i was having an SB accountin ICICI, based on that i was offered a credit card in 2008 and was transacting well and smooth. Somewhere between i had made an ( 3rd year )final insurance policy payment of Aprox 9000/- to metlife through my debit card and they have not credited, due to that my policy got lapsed and life secure lost and two years previous paid premium too..From that time i was i was coordinating with several bank people to get resolved this issue.. Where as it is the clear mistake from bank people they were asking me to pay the credit card dues without resolving the mistake happened from their side.. While keep dragging they have blocked my SB account as well and keep raising the cred balance and shown as default..
                                    Which is really un professional and forceful on customers..

                                        I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 2 months,
                                        Now they have charged 172.5 under this category dcardfee2374oct16-sep17st22.5 c
                                        I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                                        They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                                        Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                                        Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can...
