I have the similar problem with the ICICI bank, I talked several time and sent my documents with stay connected form filled with new US number mentioned. Talked several times with customer care, But this is very frustrating, that after 3 months of talking I am stand still on the problem.

This time I have tracking information of the form which I send 1st to my brother in india then he forward it from Gurgaon to Mumbai address.

    Dear sir,
    My account number is[protected]. I was never informed that my minimum balance went below 10, 000. They have so far deducted rs.6478 with no intimation to me. I get random calls and sms almost daily from icici but nothing related to the amount deducted. I feel i have been cheated by this bank. Please help me with this issue.

      Dear sir,

      My loan account no is lache[protected], i had bought a swift dzire in feb 2015 which was financed by icici bank. The emi was debited through ecs. Recently i approached the bank for foreclosure & they said they charge a whopping 5%... Which was unbelievable. Again this was never mentioned when i approached the bank for loan. I have never defaulted on the payments & have been paying the emi on time as per the schedule & this is what we get for being a loyal customer.

      I have approached the bank for a waiver but they have refused.

      After going through the series of complaints it seems a practice being followed by the bank to loot their customers of hard earned money.

      Kindly do not approach icici bank for car loans, other banks offer much better customer service & work towards customer retention... Unfortunately icici bank does not bother neither care for its customers...

        Getting credit card bill even after card cancellation

        I have raised a service request (Sr[protected] for cancelling my credit card which was closed on 19 oct, 2016.
        However i'm still receiving messages for credit card due amount even though i have never used my card till date.

        P. S. My card (With number [protected]) has not even been activated and i'm being charged unnecessarily.
        Kindly revert on this issue for not losing a loyal customer of icici...

        Dear sir,

        On 25th oct 2016 at around 1.30 pm i got a message on my mobile stating that rs.744/- was debited from my account towards idea money & within 2 min later i got one more message stating that rs.18, 890.00 was debited towards online shopping at amazon.

        I was surprised to know that when i was holding the debit card in my possession and not shared my card/account/pin details with any one how can someone do this. Immediately with out wasting my time i called up icici phone banking and informed them about the same and blocked the card and logged a compliant and they gave a service request no[protected] and informed me that they will verify the same and reverse the transaction amount within 5-7 working days. Post this i got a message after a week on my mobile stating that the transaction amount has been declined as the transaction amount was authenticated with a 3d secure pin.

        Then i approached the icici indiranagar-bangalore branch and met the officer in the counter and she also told me that it is declined and again asked to raise one more service request and hence raised sr[protected] dt-5/11/2016. After a week i again received one message on my mobile stating that it is declined due to the above reason.

        I have been calling the phone banking no and no one is telling me why the transaction is declined instead made me to hold the call for 15-20 min and again the call was transferred to other phone banking officer and he in turn asking the same questions like dob, mother's maiden name and i have to again repeat this to this officer and problem was not resolved till date.

        I am totally upset and not satisfied with the bank officer's and also to inform you that this transaction was not done by me as the bank says that it is an authenticated with 3d secure pin. If so i want to know from which ip address and location this was done and let the bank prove that i have done this transaction and let them not reverse me this amount.

        Also to inform you that rs.744.00 amount was reversed to my account 10 days after this fraudulent transaction and rs.18, 890.00 is declined from the bank.

        I once again request the bank verification team to look into the same and give me all the details to prove that i have done this transaction or else reverse the amount at the earliest.

          I honestly do not take the pain to come online & write reviews on any service.

          But today i find, it will be an eye opener for many if you are visiting a bank like this. I am an account holder with this bank for 9 years & my salary credits with this bank.

          I walked into the branch for withdrawal & they hesitate to provide me cash in denominations i had requested. They shoo customers away by showing the pink note (2000 inr).

          But the icici bank is situated parallel to prestige villa (The so called porsche apartments) & those residents can walk into the icici bank & can get denominations of their choice.

          I am writing this review to whoever from icici bank can read it.

          Do not ever treat a customer based on this account balance or outlook. Bloo*y as*holes!

          First time in my life i found how pathetic you guys are. Such a stu*pid bank i have been holding account with for this long. I will ensure i have this written to my corporate circle & educate them on your bank's branch stupidity.

          So the iyappanthangal branch manager get discounts from prestige villa? I have my doubts.

            Sub: Complaint against the ICICI Collection agent harassment- Mr.Singh

            Dear Sir/Maam,
            As per my conversation with you I need to bring to your attention my experience as an ICICI Bank customer.

            My name isTark working in Rockman had paid credit card bill in 2008 of anI have written letters to state the same.

            I somehow missed one instalment. That's when my trauma started. My aged parents were subjected to unending calls asking for the money.

            Please note that right through this process that started in the last of Jan'09, my parents were subjected to an endless barrage of calls asking them to deposit the money 'immediately'. Even after informing the caller of the situation, the calls did not end and at times were threatening in nature.in office .no from [protected]

            These recovery henchmen calls anytime on phone, mobile, irrespective you are sleeping in early morning or late night. They came in group anytime, gave several personal visits insulting her in my home, society and also followed her. The lady (My Mother) in her forties was trembling and today is suffering from, permanent incurable phobia due to ICICI Bank recovery agents. My mother had ruined her mental and physical health both because of horror of ICICI Bank recovery agents. Today she is suffering from much health related tensions including insomnia because of ICICI Bank torture for the agony caused to her.

            This is a serious concern, I and my aged mother has been harassed by these people of ICICI bank (Profin Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd -Patel Nagar-New Delhi - A collection Agency of ICICI Bank). The Name of the executive is His fraudulent mobile number is [protected]. Infact he refused to show his identity proof and any contact information related to him. One of the numbers that he gave is an incorrect number-[protected].He also refused to give his supervisor's number.
            Some illegal acts done by Mr.Singh

            1.Shouted at my mother and gave her mental torture.
            2.Used foul and raw languages
            3.Gave threats and was very abusive.
            4.Taunted and tried to humiliate.
            5.Done some indecent act –snatched my mother's mobile to talk to me.
            6.He was adamant and said that he will come in the night time to disturb till the time we do not pay him.
            7.He was very rude and harsh and kept on shouting- even though she (my mother) said him that she is a heart patient.
            My mother gave him a date to come and collect the payment but he was shouting and saying that he would sit at my place all day till the time we don't pay him.
            And to mention a few words that he used, have a glance at the following utterances of that person –

            1. "Jab tumhari paise wapas karne ki aukaat nahi hai to fir loan kyun lete ho"
            2. "Ya to payment kar de, warna bahut tarike hain bank ke paas paise lene ke"
            3. "Ek o tu payment nahi kar raha hai, aur upar se pooch rahi hai ki identity card dikha".

            These are not the only statements that the bank executive used, but were also accompanied by an offensive and abusive behaviour and language, which is legally and ethically against the Human Rights and Indian Penal Code.

            I am filing a case in this Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum Delhi and had appealed this court to make ICICI Bank and their recovery officer (collection agency- Profin Management Consultants mentioned above and agents involved compensating her for peace and happiness. I am also filing a case in Banking Ombudsman site www.bankingombudsman.rbi.org

            I am attaching a said rules released from RBI so that consumers can get awareness where to go if they are facing same traumatic tensions or experiences due to financial institutes. An appeal is also be made to President of India and PIL should also be filed in Supreme Court about the Financial Institutes or Banks like ICICI (collection agency- Profin Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd Patel Nagar-New Delhi - Mr.Vijender Singh (Vicky-The recovery agent) who misuses power of Section 138, 420, 406 on innocent clients. As because loans are taken by peoples to improve self quality of life and not to spoil own career. Circumstances at all time do never remain the same.

            However during the course of loans, paying EMI - Business, health, and services can cease or pause, Natural disasters, casualties, diseases, accident, incidents, profit and losses are beyond human controls and bank should understand it. Wise bankers should not consider every client as cheat or slave. During such situation if the client fells, Bank should cooperate and not traumatize and humiliate their customers. During such destiny laid stages, if the bank could not support the hospitalized client (loan taker) on ventilators at least it should also not try to pull the tubes of oxygen.

            In all fairness, ICICI Bank should have at least checked our credit worthiness before going on this harassment and hounding 'rampage' till we had no option but to carry out our own investigation and point out the problem your Bank.

            I want a written statement stating the action taken against (Vicky-The recovery agent) and strong action against all the people involved ICICI bank (Profin Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd Patel Nagar-New Delhi - A collectionlaw/consumer forum, circulate the message to the news groups, and caution all my friends about the incident.

            We hope that you take note of this experience and prevent the same from occurring again.

              1. I, mrs kamlesh saini having the bank a/c no[protected] in icici bank 2/1gf, popular house, ashram road branch ahmedabad-380009.
              2. On 13/11/2016, i had gone to my home branch and produced cheque no 045396 for withdrawal of rs. 10000/-
              3. I was shocked to know that cashier denied to accept my cheque on pretext that joint holder’s kyc is not updated.
              4. I approached mr. Anikait jain, deputy manager, and privilege banker. He said money ‘’joint holder information is not updated in this a/c. Hence unable to withdraw. First holder came to withdraw from that a/c. First holder kyc is there”
              5. My submission is as under:-
              (A) as per icic bank my (First holder’s) kyc is held with them then why was i denied withdrawal of my own money?
              (B) no prior intimation was given by icici bank to me for updating of joint holder’s kyc.
              (C) i had gone to my home branch.
              (D) i am a lady and moreover senior citizen. There was no separate que for ladies and senior citizen.
              (E) having spent 3 hours in a bank i was denied my legitimate withdrawal of money.
              (F) instead of resolving this issue mr. Anikait jain, deputy manager, made it more complicated. He started checking the rule on internet and wasted my time.
              (G) the behaviour of bank staff was rude and atrocious specially mr. Anikait jain, deputy manager.

                  This is with reference to the calls i’ve been receiving from mr manoj from alliance debt management & few other girls calling on behalf of icici bank.
                  My brother passed away few months back and mom is in depression since then. We are trying everything to keep her calm. However, the phone calls from someone called neetu or neha, her number being [protected], are increasing my mom’s bp to a great extent. I don’t stay with my mom since these people also called my family few years back stating the same thing and my family has abandoned me since then. I’m trying to manage somehow and such calls are affecting my family’s life.
                  I’ve been told by manoj ([protected]) that i’ve a loan from icici bank dated few years back. He has also called my office hr and my manager saying i’ve a taken loan from icici and haven’t returned it. He said my mother gave him my office number which is false as i too don’t know my office number then how would my mom know about it. He lied again to my mom stating he got her number from my office; however, no one from the office gave him my mom’s number.
                  Mr manoj told me previously that i have a loan pending of 92000/- and then told me i’ve two loans 70000/- and 92000/-. Then he told me total dues are 3 lacs including interest and he will waive off the interest so i need to pay approximately 1.5 lacs. He was forcing me to pay within 2-3 months the entire amount due which is next to impossible for me. This caused a great deal of stress to me.
                  As per my knowledge, i haven’t taken any loan from icici. However, mr manoj has all my personal details and is threatening to call my hr with those details which in turn will malign my name in the company. This might also result in my termination from the organization. I got scared and agreed to make a small payment of 2500/- every month though this isn’t the loan i’ve taken. I’m scared to such an extent that i also thought of committing suicide.
                  I’m unsure as to how these people got my personal details and why they are threatening me. I’m writing to your bank to cross-check if this is some kind of fraud done with me or the bank by someone. Until the issue is resolved i’m willing to make the payment of 2500/- every month. However, when it’s proved that i didn’t take the loans these guys are referring to, i will claim all the payments made by me until then.
                  Just to let you know, i will also keep a copy of this letter along with the recorded conversation with mr manoj, safely.in case, anything happens to my mom due to these calls, i lose my job or i commit suicide if it becomes unbearable to me then these will be forwarded to the relevant people. Mr manoj, ms neha/neetu and icici bank will be responsible in such scenario.
                  Please try to resolve this issue asap so that i’m relieved from this tension forever.

If these people keep harassing me like this then I guess I wont have much options. I have again sent an email to ICICI on the email id provided in this forum by them. Please help me I don't have any money to give to anyone and never took any loan still keep getting these calls asking for money. I'm at the verge of committing suicide now & will have no options left if these calls doesn't stop or the issue isn't resolved. Please help

                    I stay in Bhosale nagar and we have nearby Icici bank in Ashok sankul 2, rangehills road, Ashok Nagar. Unfortunately worst experience here. When we come for cash exchange or deposit within 1 hour cash gets over. No deposits no transactions. I have my act and plus 2 other accounts of my family here but it's of no use. ATM also running out of cash most of the times. Service is also pathetic here. What is the use of this branch here I don't understand. I have no option nearby and so have to go far place due to such reasons. Hope this will be noticed and solved. Many residents are frustrated due to this branch.

                      officials there at shop said that they are not going to take my amount swiped via my credit card and they have given me "VOID SALE" slip of INR 50000

                      whenever i call customer care i got different answers from different persons and when i call today the phone banking officer said me that i have to mail my VOID SALE slip which i got and said the limit will be released in 21 days.

                      ARE YOU SERIOUS 21 DAYS !!!

                      merchant says that he has not taken the amount and i have to call my bank for all this.

                      please return my credit value.

                      because of non circulation of 500 and 1000 rupees notes i am very upset and badly need my credit limit.

                        Dear sir, i visited the main branch of icici bank meham distt. Rohtak ( haryana ) they refused to change the cash and told that they will change the cash of their customers of icici only. And the manager of that branch os changing the currency of his relatives and his knowns. Please help us we are standing in the row from 5-6 hours but they are taking those people in tha bank who are their knowns.

                            I Anilkumar P, Holding an account with ICICI bank Vadakkencherry Branch (Palakkad Dt) Kerala. on 13 Nov 16 I visited ICICI bank for withdrawing money ( I was not carrying a cheque as my intention was to withdraw money from South Indian Bank where I Hold my NRI account, but un fortunately the bank was running out of cash so I decided to visit nearby ICICI bank, at the bank I exchanged Rs 2000 ( 500 X 4nos) by providing my Aadhar copy and enquired for withdrawal form, suprisingly the withdrawal form was not accessible and was informed that I have to wait for withdrawal form which was under custody of someone( probably asst manager, I dont his designation), after waiting for 10 to 15 mins he came and ask to provide copy of ID proof without even providing me the required withdrawal slip, this bitter service from the branch cant be accepted, for getting a withdrawal slip I have to wait and provide ID proof? the bank should provide sufficient withdrawal slips accessible to their customers without wasting valubale time and try to provide a better service ( A customer will never expect such a rude and bitter behaviour from staff). I request you to kindly look into this and take necessary actions to avoid the reoccurance

                              I'm having a/c in your bank[protected] went to deposit 11k with ID proof. But after standing in line your staff asked photocopy of the same saying that this is RBI rule and you can complaint to Nanda kocher. Whereas I showed him that I had deposited 7k in BOI & no such rule is there. In spite of that he pushed me & argued to bring the photocopy. He introduced me as assistant manager of Nasikroad branch. Asking for the Photocopy is wrong as well as this is waste of paper. Giving wrong information is harassment to the customer in this situation. Please take necessary action against the staff and to follow proper rules.

                                    I saw on your news channel that icici banks will be open till 8 pm .but it's my 3 rd day over here I come daily but they shut down the bank shutter at 5 pm and when people shouts than security threatens them saying " kal aana aaj to nai ho ga jo karna hai karlo ". I request your channel to spread this news and tell icici banks that government has declared that banks will exchange currency till 8 pm.

                                    The picture attached shows that banks shutter is being shuted at 5 :20.

                                      I have opened account and wire transfer 330 USD however, it's been 2 months and I dint receive any information on the account opening and so on. Keep on sending mails and compaints however, everytime false promises. It looks like a fraud. dont want to waste my time I want my money back. Need to resolve this issue.
                                      I was thinking ICICI a reputed bank but after this experience I realized it's third grade.
