I have icici bank account from june 2012. That time my age is 57 yes. After 1-7-2015 i became a cinior citizen. But as per norms i never get any facilities of senior citizens account when i contact bank manager say that first you should account this account and open new account. But customer care says it is possible that same account will be change. Pls look into the matter.

    One of my relative had taken loan from ICICI Bank he is not in India. But these people some how got my phone and my office number, and they keep torturing me to provide information about my relative to get the pending amount. I don't have any proof, still they are torturing me and I am really frustrated due to this.

    Kindly help me, how to avoid these calls going forward.

      I tried to make a transaction online through my personal internet banking, but the transaction was not successful and even then my account was debited with the amount.

      Please do the needful at the earliest to get back the debited amount on the transaction.

      I contacted customer care by email as i was residing outside india but am very disappointed in their service as i didn't get any response till the date.

        This is an old loan taken by my ex husband in my name and is supposed to be cleared by him as per the divorce decree but the recovery agents are calling up at my work place, relative and friends and talking to them in abusive language for the recovery of it. Inspite of explaining them it's to be cleared by my ex husband still the same...once my dad had to face high BP issues n I almost lost my job for this. If it happens again I will file a case in consumer court as this is againsT RBI guidelines.
        I hope necessary action is taken at the earliest and I want them to call up to all the people whom they spoke roughly and apologize. No[protected] Ms Meena

          Bank said first 5 transactions are free and the 3rd transactions i did they started deducting my money i went to bank i got no response i contacted the person who opened my account in bank from rajkot branch : kashyapbhai (+[protected] he says i complained to bank and there is no response from him too now even he is not recieving my phone he always txt back in meeting.. On my every online transaction via neft money transfer they cut 5.75rs from each transaction bank employee said me if i transfer from neft there will be no charge but still i am getting charge 5.75rs for every transactions no response from bank side too i want result or i will shutdown my account from bank please also take action against the bank assistance who guided me wrong i gave his contact number because he guided me wrong and give me result why i am getting charge of rs 5.75 on every transactions

            I haven't subscribed never to my money service but still annual fee for - bil/[protected]/mm annua
            L fee aug16-jul17/[protected].00 rupees got deducted without any prior notice and any number of calls to customer care didn't help. Most annoyingly i can't even find 'unsubscribe' in the my money console. I really got pissed off.

            Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay me back my money.

            Previously also Rs 10 was deducted at 1 am at midnight inspite of Debit card, my Phone which receives OTP was with with me .

              I am having a home loan account number LBCHE[protected] with ICICI bank in Chennai. I have paid conversion amount to reduce the interest amount in ICICI bank Chennai Adyar Branch almost around 60 days back. But till date my interest rate is not changed and i have walked to the bank multiple times. But I dint get any solution from them I am frustrated with this. If I am a defaulter for one EMI will the bank people will keep quiet. I am really annoyed with the service these folks provided.

                On 30th nov'15, i made a successful transaction of rs 2033 to federal bank, same amount was auto deducted on 07th dec'15 without my approval.
                Amount of 07th dec'15 was reversed back by icici and amount of 30th nov haven't been reversed. Sr[protected] was raised with icici bank but still no resolution.

                Even though after several reminders i haven't got any positive response.

                Federal bank has advised that the only amount received by them was on 30th nov'15 has been reversed under sr[protected] to icici bank.

                Icici bank haven't been able to resolve the case till date.
                Please look in to my agony, i have been toggled.

                  My name is Prateek Jain. I am really very fade up from service provided by ICICI bank customer service, from last 7 months I am not getting any solution of my problem and due to this my outstanding is increasing every month, it reached from 505 rupees to 6377.34 rupees.
                  I would like to inform you that I have paid my credit card no. [protected] bill INR 16, 000 via SBI credit card balance transfer on 27-Dec-2015 and this was not update in my account detail due to some bank problem may be from SBI side or it may be from ICICI side. Its shows payment on 5-Jan-2016. So they have charged late payment fees and interest charges in my account and then after numerous request via email (Request no - ICICICARE=[protected] they have not correct it.
                  Than I have requested for card full and final and discontinue my services on 11-Feb-2016 with ICICI but I have not received any update regarding my FnF statement. So I have blocked my card in Feb-16 but after this every month bank is charging late payment fees and interest charges in my account. Due to this impact that rupees 505 outstanding reached to rupees 6377.34.
                  Till date from last 7 months 5872.34 interest and late payment fees charged in my account. I was using this card from last 3 years and I never paid late in my last 3 year tenure and this time also I have paid on time. Problem is from bank side and they are charging me for it.
                  I request you please reverse all excess amount (Late payment fees and interest) charged from my account and please let me know payable amount for settlement and provide me NOC.
                  Kindly look into this matter; hoping your kind cooperation to resolve this matter ASAP.

                    One of the worst experiences i have had at any bank. For a bank that claims to be a customer friendly one, this is highly unacceptable. I had an existing icici savings account, which i wanted to convert to a salary account at the time of joining my new company. The same was the requirement for 4 other in our team as well. An icici representative, called madhu, gave us forms to fill to that effect. We did all the required fields and photographs, and was told that account conversion would happen in 2 days time. It has been 2 months since. And no action has been taken by any one in icici after repeated attempts to contact this person as well as complaints to customer care by all o[censored]s at least 3 times. This is the number madhu gave to all o[censored]s and never bothered to reply there after, [protected], [protected]. Please let me know 2 things. 1, what should i do now to get the conversion from savings to salary done? 2, how do i lodge an official complaint against this representative madhu, who has absolutely no shred of decency or sense of responsibility for this type of job.

                      I was being said ny icici telecallers that for credit card i will get 70000 credit limit, nut i got coral card with 20000 credit limit. I had already intimated u you people that if my credut limit is less i am not goin to use the credit card because i already possess hdfc credit card. They told about new offers and discounts nut what i got was nothing.in that too they said i will not be charged for annual fee, now within 20 days i got msg from your bank that in another 5 days 575 rs will be deducted. I never called you people and asked for credit card. You people will make unwanted call and tell all the lies by giving fake promises and offers and then give the normal card that too charges for us.
                      I dont want any credit card., i have not used your card too. Take it back.
                      Dont charge me for nothing.
                      I dont want your credit card and exiting offers too. I am happy with my hdfc credit card plans.
                      Please dont give any fake information to your customers.
                      Not only me 3 of my friends were given false information like this.

                        Account blocked/frozen without intimation

                        I have been an icici account holder since last 11 years and have been using it as a salary account since then. Today, when i tried doing an online transfer transaction, it is giving me an error that the account frozen/blocked. Bank has not given any reasons for it either. There was no communication in this regard. Today being a bank holiday, nothing can be done and i am left with no option but to wait for tomorrow and visit the nearest branch...

                          I was booking online train tickets on 25 july 2016 from irctc website. For booking i used icici account. But may be there was some problem then my transaction was failed. After that i booked my tickets from canara bank and that was successfull i got tickets confirmation too. But when i seen my icici account my 603 rs was deducted from icici account too. I called on icici helpline no. They told me don't worry your money will be back within 7 working days. I called back after 7 days and said to costomer care executive after 7 days my money still not back to me. Then executive called sen. Officer they told me wait some more time after that i called many but now they saying to me that transaction was successfull. Icici costomer care no. Is paid nomber. How many time i can call them for 603 rs. I also mail on costomer care mail id but still no responce. I want to know if that transaction was successfull witch i made on 25 july 2016 then where my tickets gone from that transaction. Whey icici not send me any ballance deduction alert that day. Pls help me.

                            In my statement there is fraud transaction made by your employee which is rs 4000 which i will not be paying at all. I have received a sms saying in my card limit is rs. 704. Before this transaction so my last transaction is rs 500. After the fraud transaction there was another fraud transaction made of rs 2490 and the transaction declined as there saying insufficient limit. I do have smses on my mobile. There after i receive a phone call saying that your card is blocked as misuse. But i no longer want to use icici credit card any more and cancel my card. I have to date paid the amount i have used the card. My credit card no.[protected].

                              When i visited to the icici branch office salt lake sector v kolkata i was approached by a icici employee mentioning tcs employee will receive free credit card with no yearly and joining charges. Firstly i was not interested to apply for icici credit card as i am holding 2 credit cards from other banks. Still the person approached and mentioned the benefits including "tcs employee will receive free credit card with no yearly and joining charges" i was compelled to apply icici credit card 4xxx4006 and i never received the credit card. I called customer care repeatdly but no response and no action after so many hassle still i am receiving sms to my mobile no. ([protected]) and email (Rabiul. [protected]@tcs.com) mentioning i have to pay rs1858.28 which i never used the credit card as i was out of india since 8 months. As i didnt received the credit card i am not aware of password which is required to open pdf file to check the account summary.

                              I was really disappointed with icici services hence i closed my savings account[protected] dated 8thaugust2016.

                              I request you to waive off the amount of rs1858.28 as i never used the credit card and i never received the card so far.

                              Waiting for immediate action and response and close the credit card.

                                I am padinjareveettil kunjuvareed john having savings bank account[protected] with icici bank. This is with at most disappointment i am writing this email.

                                I got to see that icici has deducted around rs.400 from my account from feb 2016 to august 2016. The bank statement shows that this amount was deducted as mab charges. Please check the attached image for more details.

                                But i was never told about this requirement when i opened the account. Also i never got an mail or sms notification regarding this.

                                Please take some action to help me get back the debited amount, as there was no proper communication.

                                    I am an account holder with ICICI bank in sector 14 and sector 15 Gurgaon.
                                    On 30th July 2016, I went to sector 14 branch of ICICI bank in Gurgaon to get a passbook and get it updated. While I was busy requesting officials there to get my passbook and netbanking activated, a fund manager there saw that my money in the bank account is kept idle in their account since last 1 or 2 yrs. So he advised me to transfer some amount to buy one of their policy saying that it will give me much more interest than keeping it idle. I told him that I will be require money anytime soon that's why I don't intend to do so. Still they kept telling me repeatedly to buy their policy but I told them in any case I should discuss it with my parents and family and cannot buy it immediately. But an official there Mr. Harshit Singhal (Contact no. [protected]) while telling me about all the benifits of their policy, untruthfully told other official that I have agreed to buy their policy and they immediately deducted a large sum of money as policy money from my other bank account which is with sector 15 ICICI branch without my permission or knowledge. I came to know about it with surprise and annoyment when I received bank's SMS on my mobile. Later I realised that they accessed my other branch account by using PAN details saved in their system. Mr. Harshit Singhal tried to make the situation look easy saying that there is a free look up period of 15 days within which if I want to cancel their policy, it will be cancelled without any questions and got the papers signed form me, and also gave me answers to some questions which I had to say by dialling a customer care number of ICICI bank so that the policy is started or refunded whatever be the case. Later, on 13th August 2016 (because I am going to need the money for some occasions and functions at home and my inability to pay such a huge sum as policy premium for the next 5 years) when I told him to cancel the policy, he said being Saturday he has got no access to the bank's computer system and said nothing can be done till 16th August 2016 i.e next Monday. On Monday he said that the free look up period is over and according to Bank Policy rules, nothing can be done form his end and he has to speak to his seniors/managers. Afterwards when I called him he said even his manager cannot refund my money and nothing can be done. Let me reiterate that I will be requiring money for some occasions and functions at home and I am unable to pay such a hefty premium for the next 5 years, I request that my money which was deducted by the bank's personnel without my knowledge or permission, be remitted to my bank account immediately.
                                    I am constantly under burden and mental tension that my money is deducted from my bank account without my knowledge or permission and the bank is making me bound to their rules with their malpractices and fraud.
                                    I have developed severe symptoms due to this stress and am having sleepless nights.

                                    I will remain extremly thankful for your cooperation and support.

                                    It's been around one month and still no action has been taken yet. I want to update that the fund manager Mr. Harshit Singla is changed and he is not my fund manager anymore. I want my case to be resolved with full refund of my money at the earliest. Thank you.
