Im unable to unblock my icici card and make online purchases. The customer care doesnt respond. Went to bank and they said google it. Really? This is why we have customer care. I haven't subscribed never to my money service but still annual fee for - jul16-jun 345.00 rupees got deducted without any prior notice and any number of calls to customer care didn't help. Most annoyingly i can't even find 'unsubscribe' in the my money console. I really got pissed off.

Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay me back my money.
