I am having an icici salary account for past 2 years.
Now i have noticed that they have deducted money from my account on 27th june 2016 stating :

On 29.06.2016, rs. 690 has been deducted from my account and the transaction details shows: 56214456 dp chgs till may-16. I was not told ever that any charges are involved in demat account or anything else.

Please return my deducted amount immediately. I am not using my demat account for more than 2 years. Also, i do not require the account further. You may close the account immediately.

When i remitted rs 49000/- in thozudur icici bank to my account (No[protected] in vriddhachalam branch on 18/6/2016 anw charges of rs 245 has been taken as service charges which is absurd and meaningless. Why should i pay charges to remit cash to my own account?

I want an immediate reversal of the amount taken as charges...!

I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 15 years, i am having a zero balance a/c,
Now they have started charging rs.572 under this category (Dcardfee).
I am not aware what type of charge are these.
The never informed me regarding these charges either by emails or by letter. Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank...

Dear Sir,
Every time I am being levied late fees of rs 700+service tax extra on both my cards.
I pay throgh your site via Axis Bnk on line.
Last time I paid on 27th of May, my account was immediately debited but your cards show credit on 30th of May and so you say I am late.
RBI has authorised three grace days.
My a/c is debited on 27th, then why should my payment reach you on 30th.

I have done online transaction from my icici a/c to corp a/c on 6th june 2016..

But it was not credited to my corp account. I have enquired with them also, they don’t have any information in server regarding this. Corp bank has updated 10 digit account no to 15 digit 2 years ago (Which i was not aware of it). I hope this was not a problem because my account has been credited with the same 10...

On 24/05/2016 the phone call came from icici bank call center in my home and on my cell xx regarding some transaction happen in your account.
How it is possible, with out confirmation of the account holder and confirmed with icici bank person on 24/05/2016,

This complaint is regarding the telemarketing calls that I have been recieving from ICICI and other banks representatives despite having an active DND block as per TRAI guideliness.
